  1. Eminent painter Bansidhar Pratihari, 94, has been chosen for the prestigious Dharmapada Award for 2022, Odisha Lalit Kala Akademi said, Saturday. Dharmapada Award, the highest award given by the state government to an individual for lifetime achievement and contribution to the enrichment of visual and sculpture art, carries a cash prize of `5 lakh, a citation and a shawl.
