  1. The Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Bill, 2023 was passed by the Parliament Monday, with the Rajya Sabha clearing the law with 131 votes in favour and 102 votes against.

  1. 35th batch of 500 pilgrims left for holy cave shrine of Shri Amarnath Ji from Bhagwati Nagar Yatri Niwas, Jammu. With this, 1,48,523 pilgrims have now departed the Jammu base camp for the Kashmir Valley since June 30. Shri Amarnathji Yatra registered over 4.19 lakh record-breaking number of pilgrims in just a period of 34 days of yatra.
