  1. The Odisha government shifted Thursday the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) president Ramashis Hazra in a minor reshuffle in the IAS cadre. Hazra has been appointed as the director of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services department, said a notification issued by the General Administration department.   4. Dengue cases in Odisha have crossed 2,100-mark, an official said Thursday. This year, the state has reported 50 per cent more dengue cases than the previous year. While the state had reported 1,441 cases last year, this year the number has crossed 2,100.
