  1. 2182 persons in Odisha tested positive for COVID-19 in Odisha in last 24 hours taking the total caseload to 9,52,111.Total 73,027 samples were tested yesterday with the Total Positivity Rate (TPR) remaining 2.98. Khordha district recorded highest 510 cases followed by Cuttack (308) and Jajpur (175).
  2. The overall global Covid-19 caseload has topped 188.9 million, while the deaths have surged to more than 4.07 million and vaccinations soared to over 3.56 billion, according to the Johns Hopkins University.
