  1.  During a review meeting of the ‘Mo Sarkar’ initiative, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik stated IMR in the State has declined by 39 points. Patnaik informed at present 36 infants die in every 1,000 live births in the State. The IMR in Odisha is the lowest among all the States, he added.
