  1. The President of India Droupadi Murmu has approved the promotion of 13 Odisha Administrative Officers (OAS) to the rank of Indian Administrative Service (IAS) against the available vacancies.
  2. Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik directed to provide Rs 300 to the poor especially senior citizens to purchase blanket to beat the winter condition.
