  1. The State government Friday appointed IAS officer Usha Padhee as principal secretary to Skill Development and Technical Education (SD&TE) department. Padhee, who has returned from Central deputation, has been allowed to remain in additional charge as principal secretary of Commerce and Transport department, as per a notification issued by the General Administration & Public Grievance department.
