The first International No Diet Day was celebrated in the UK in 1992, and was later celebrated worldwide. The day was started in the 90s by Mary Evans, a British woman. The purpose is to talk about good health no matter what your size Also, the purpose of this day is to draw people’s attention to the loss due to overweight and over-dieting.
