This year the theme of the day has been finalised as 'Literacy for a human-centered recovery, Narrowing the digital divide.’ Theme of ILD 2021 is set to create more awareness among the people regarding digital literacy. This theme has been kept as due to coronavirus, many children across the globe were unable to access education online for lack of equipment like phones and laptops.
