ଜାତୀୟ ଆଇନ ସେବା ଦିବସ

ଜାତୀୟ ଆଇନ ସେବା ଦିବସ ପ୍ରତିବର୍ଷ ନଭେମ୍ବର 9 ରେ ପାଳନ କରାଯାଏ | ଆଇନ ସେବା ପ୍ରାଧିକରଣ ଅଧିନିୟମ, 1987 ଅକ୍ଟୋବର 11, 1987 ରେ ପ୍ରଣୟନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ଏବଂ ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ନଭେମ୍ବର 9, 1995 ରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ ହୋଇଥିଲା।

1995 ମସିହାରେ ଭାରତର ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ନ୍ୟାୟାଳୟ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଜାତୀୟ ଆଇନ ସେବା ଦିବସ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଥିଲା ଏବଂ ସମାଜର ଦୁର୍ବଳ ବର୍ଗଙ୍କୁ ସହାୟତା ତଥା ସହାୟତା ପ୍ରଦାନ ତଥା ଆଇନ ସେବା ପ୍ରାଧିକରଣ ଅଧିନିୟମ ପ୍ରଣୟନକୁ ସ୍ମରଣୀୟ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା।

ସମସ୍ତ ଆଇନ ସେବା କର୍ତ୍ତୃପକ୍ଷ ଏହି ଦିନକୁ ଆଇନ ସେବା ପ୍ରାଧିକରଣ ଅଧିନିୟମ, 1987 ର ସମାଜର ଦୁର୍ବଳ ବର୍ଗଙ୍କୁ ମାଗଣା ଆଇନ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଏବଂ ସେବା ପ୍ରଦାନର ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟ ସହିତ ପାଳନ କରନ୍ତି, ଏହା ନିଶ୍ଚିତ କରିବାକୁ ପଡିବ ଯେ ନ୍ୟାୟ ପାଇବା ପାଇଁ ସୁଯୋଗ | ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ  କିମ୍ବା ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ କାରଣରୁ କୌଣସି ନାଗରିକଙ୍କୁ ନ୍ୟାୟ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାଖ୍ୟାନ କରାଯାଏ ନାହିଁ |

ଏକ ଦୁର୍ବଳ ତଥା ଗରିବ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀକୁ ସହାୟତା ଏବଂ ସହାୟତା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବାକୁ ଏକ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ସହିତ ଜାତୀୟ ଆଇନ ସେବା ଦିବସ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା କରାଯାଇଥିଲା । ମହିଳା, ଅନୁସୂଚିତ ଜନଜାତି, ଭିନ୍ନକ୍ଷମ, ଅନୁସୂଚିତ ଜାତି, ପ୍ରାକୃତିକ ବିପର୍ଯ୍ୟୟର ଶିକାର ତଥା ମାନବ ଚାଲାଣର ଶିକାର ହୋଇଥିବା ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ କରାଯାଇଥାଏ ।

National Legal Services Day 

The National Legal Services Day is observed on November 9 annually. The Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 was enacted on October 11, 1987, and the act came into effect on November 9, 1995.

The National Legal Services Day was commenced by the Supreme Court of India in 1995 to assist and provide help and support to the weaker sections of the society and commemorate the enactment of the Legal Services Authorities Act.

 All legal services authorities celebrate this day with the objective of Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 of providing free legal advice and services to the weaker sections of society, It has  to ensure that opportunities for securing justice . Justice is  not denied to any citizen by reason of economic or other .

The National Legal Services Day was established with a mandate to offer support and help to a weaker and poor group which include women, Scheduled Tribes, disabled persons, Scheduled Castes, natural calamities victims as well as human trafficking victims.
