3298	31-12-2020	Odia	ଭାରତ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଗୃହମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟ ବୁଧବାର ନାଗାଲ୍ୟାଣ୍ଡକୁ ପୁଣି ୬ ମାସ ଲାଗି ଅଶାନ୍ତ କ୍ଷେତ୍ର ଘୋଷିତ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏ ନେଇ ମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟ ଅଧିସୂଚନା ଜାରି କରିଥିବା ବେଳେ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ସଶସ୍ତ୍ର ବଳ ବିଶେଷାଧିକାର ଆଇନ (ଏଏଫଏସପିଏ) ମଧ୍ୟ ଲାଗୁ ହୋଇଛି। ଶ୍ରୀନଗରର ଲାଭାପୋରା ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଆତଙ୍କବାଦୀ ଏବଂ ସୁରକ୍ଷା କର୍ମୀଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଏକନାଉଣ୍ଟର ଘଟିଛି। ଏଥିରେ ୩ ଜଣ ଆତଙ୍କବାଦୀ ନିହତ ହୋଇଥିବା ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଛି। ବୁଧବାର ଭୋର ସମୟରେ ଜଣେ ଆତଙ୍କୀ ନିହତ ହୋଇଥିବାବେଳେ ଅପରାହ୍ନରେ ଆଉ ୨ ଆତଙ୍କୀ ନିପାତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ଆୟକର ବିଭାଗ ଆକଳନ ବର୍ଷ ୨୦୨୦-୨୧ (୨୦୧୯-୨୦ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷ)ର ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଗତ କରଦାତାଙ୍କ ଆୟକର ରିଟର୍ଣ୍ଣ (ଆଇଟିଆର) ଦାଖଲ ତିଥି ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୩୧ରୁ ୧୦ ଜାନୁୟାରୀ ୨୦୨୧କୁ ସମ୍ପ୍ରସାରିତ ହୋଇଛି। ନୂଆ ୩ କୃଷି ଆଇନ ବିରୋଧରେ ଚାଷୀଙ୍କ ଶାନ୍ତିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବିକ୍ଷୋଭ ବୁଧବାର ୩୫ ଦିନରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛି। ଆଇନକୁ ନେଇ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ କୃଷିମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ତୋମାର ଓ ବାଣିଜ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପିୟୁଷ ଗୋୟଲ ବିଜ୍ଞାନଭବନରେ ୪୦ କୃଷି ସଙ୍ଗଠନଙ୍କ ନେତାଙ୍କ ସହ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ବୈଠକରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କୃଷକ ପ୍ରତିନିଧିଙ୍କୁ ଆଇନ ବ୍ୟାଖ୍ୟା କରି ବୁଝାଇଛନ୍ତି। ତେବେ ଚାଷୀମାନେ ଆଇନ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର ଦାବିରେ ନିଜ ଜିଦରେ ଅଡି ରହିଛନ୍ତି। ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ବୟସ୍କ ପ୍ରେମୀଯୁଗଳଙ୍କୁ କେବଳ ପୁଅର ବିବାହ ବୟସ ହୋଇନି ବୋଲି କେହି ଅଲଗା କରିପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ । ଏହି ରାୟ ଶୁଣାଇଛନ୍ତି ପଞ୍ଜାବ ଓ ହରିୟାଣା ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ। ରାଜସ୍ଥାନର ଉଦୟପୁରରେ ରହୁଥିବା ସୋନାଲି ଶର୍ମାଙ୍କ ପରିବାର ଲୋକେ କ୍ଷୀର ବିକ୍ରି କରି ନିଜର ଗୁଜୁରାଣ ମେଣ୍ଟାଇ ଥାଆନ୍ତି। ପାଠ ପଢ଼ା ବ୍ୟତୀତ ସୋନାଲି ପ୍ରତିଦିନ ଗାଈ ଗୋରୁ ସେବା ମଧ୍ୟ କରନ୍ତି। ୨୦୧୮ ମସିହାରେ ରାଜସ୍ଥାନ ଜୁଡିସିଆଲି ସର୍ଭିସ୍ (ଆର୍‌ଜେସି) ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ଏହି ପରୀକ୍ଷାରେ ସୋନାଲି ପ୍ରଥମ ଥରରେ ଉତ୍ତୀର୍ଣ୍ଣ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ କରୋନା ମହାମାରୀ ସଂକ୍ରମଣକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଜାରି ରହିଥିବା ଲକ୍ ଡାଉନ୍ କୁ ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୩୧ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବଢାଇଲେ ସରକାର । ସାମାଜିକ, ସାଂସ୍କୃତିକ, ଧାର୍ମିକ, ଖେଳ, ମନୋରଞ୍ଜନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ୨୦୦ ଲୋକ ଏକତ୍ରିିତ ହୋଇପାରିବେ। ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ଅତି ବେଶିରେ ୫୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଲୋକ ଏକତ୍ରିତ ହେବାକୁ ଗାଇଡ୍‌ଲାଇନ୍‌ରେ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ ରହିଛି। ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ୫୦% ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କୁ ଅଫିସ ଆସିବାକୁ ଅନୁମତି ମିଳୁଥିବାବେଳେ ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୧ ତାରିଖରୁ ତାହାକୁ ୭୫%କୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରାଯାଇଛି । ସାଧାରଣ ପ୍ରଶାସନ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏ ସଂକ୍ରାନ୍ତରେ ବିଧିବଦ୍ଧ ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତି ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି । ବିଶ୍ୱର ପ୍ରଥମ ଦେଶ ଭାବେ ବ୍ରିଟେନ ଅକ୍ସଫୋର୍ଡ ଟିକାକୁ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ଅନୁମତି ଦେଇଛି। ଏହାପୂର୍ବରୁ ବ୍ରିଟେନ ସରକାର ଫାଇଜର ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିଥିବା କରୋନା ଟିକାକୁ ଦେଶରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ଅନୁମତି ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ଆସନ୍ତା ୭ ତାରିଖ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଭାରତ ଓ ବ୍ରିଟେନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବିମାନ ସେବା ବାତିଲ କରାଯାଇଛି। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ବେସାମରିକ ବିମାନ ଚଳାଚଳ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ହରଦୀପ ସିଂହ ପୁରୀ ଏ ନେଇ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଜିରୋ ନାଇଟ ଓ ନୂଆ ବର୍ଷ ପାଳନ ଲାଗି ବହୁ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟକ ଓ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଗୋପାଳପୁର ବେଳାଭୂମିରେ ଭିଡ଼ ଜମିବାର ଆଶଙ୍କା ରହିଥିବା ସହ କରୋନା ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ବ୍ୟାପିବାର ଆଶଂକାକୁ ନଜରରେ ରଖି ଗଞ୍ଜାମ ଜିଲାପାଳ ବିଜୟ ଅମୃତା କୁଲାଙ୍ଗେଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଉକ୍ତ ଦୁଇଦିନ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଗୋପାଳପୁରକୁ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟକଙ୍କୁ ବାରଣ କରାଯିବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନିଆଯାଇଥିଲା। ଜାନୁଆରୀ ମାସର ଗାଇଡଲାଇନ୍‌ ଅନୁସାରେ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ସିନେମା ହଲ୍‌ ଖୋଲିବାକୁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ଅନୁମତି ଦେଇଥିବା ‌ବେଳେ ଥିଏଟର, ମୁକ୍ତାକାଶ ରଙ୍ଗମଞ୍ଚ ଓ ଯାତ୍ରା ପାଇଁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଅନୁମତି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୧ ତାରିଖ ପରଠାରୁ iOS 9 ଏବଂ Android 4.0.3 ଚାଲୁଥିବା ଫୋନରେ ଚାଲିବ ନାହିଁ। ସରଳ ଭାବରେ କହିବାକୁ ଗଲେ, ହ୍ବାଟ୍ସଆପ୍‌ iPhone 4 ଏବଂ ଏହାପୂର୍ବର ଆଇଫୋନ୍ ଗୁଡିକରେ କାମ କରିବ ନାହିଁ, କିନ୍ତୁ ଯଦି ଆପଣଙ୍କର ପାଖରେ iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPhone 5S, iPhone 5C, iPhone 6 କିମ୍ବା iPhone 6S ଅଛି ତେବେ ଆପଣ ଫୋନ୍‌କୁ ଅପଡେଟ୍‌ କରିପାରିବେ । ପାରାଦୀପ ବନ୍ଦରର ନବୀକରଣ ଓ ବିଶ୍ଵସ୍ତରୀୟ ପାଇଁ ୩ ହଜାର କୋଟି ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ହେବ। ଦେଶରେ ଫାଷ୍ଟ୍‍ ଜେନେରେସନ୍‍ ବା ପ୍ରଥମ ପିଢ଼ିର ଇଥାନଲ୍‍ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ସଂକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ସଂଶୋଧିତ ଯୋଜନାକୁ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବ୍ୟାପାର ସଂକ୍ରାନ୍ତ କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ୍‍ କମିଟି ମଞ୍ଜୁରି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛି। ପୂର୍ବତଟ ରେଳପଥ ମହାପ୍ରବନ୍ଧକ ବିଦ୍ୟା ଭୂଷଣ ଆଜି ରେଳପଥର ମୁଖ୍ୟାଳୟ ନିକଟସ୍ଥ ରେଳବାଇ ଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମ ଠାରେ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ମହାପ୍ରବନ୍ଧକ ସୁଧୀର କୁମାର ଏବଂ ଅନ୍ୟ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ବିଭାଗୀୟ ଅଧିକାରୀମାନଙ୍କ ଉପସ୍ଥିତିରେ ରେଳ ଐତିହ୍ୟ ସଂଗ୍ରହାଳୟ ପାଇଁ ଭିତ୍ତିପ୍ରସ୍ତର ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସ୍ବଦେଶୀ ଜ୍ଞାନକୌଶଳରେ ନିର୍ମିତ ଭୂପୃଷ୍ଠରୁ ଆକାଶକୁ ଉତକ୍ଷେପଣଯୋଗ୍ୟ ଆକାଶ ମିସାଇଲ ସିଷ୍ଟମକୁ ଅନ୍ୟ ଦେଶମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିକ୍ରି କରିବାକୁ ଭାରତ ସରକାର ଅନୁମତି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ସାମାଜିକ କର୍ମୀ ଆନ୍ନା ହଜାରେ ଆସନ୍ତା ମାସରେ ତାଙ୍କର ‘ଶେଷ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ’ ତଥା ଅନାହାର ଅନଶନ କରିବେ ବୋଲି କହିଛନ୍ତି। ଯଦି ମୋଦୀ ସରକାର କୃଷକଙ୍କ ଦାବି ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗରେ କୌଣସି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନନିଅନ୍ତି ତେବେ ଜାନୁଆରି ୨୦୨୧ରେ ଆନ୍ନା ତାଙ୍କ ଶେଷ ଅନଶନ କରିବେ। ରାଜ୍ୟରୁ ୩୨୮ କରୋନା ଆକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ସୁସ୍ଥ ହୋଇଥିବା ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ଓ ପରିବାର କଲ୍ୟାଣ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଟୁଇଟ କରି ସୂଚନା ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ନୂଆ ସୁସ୍ଥଙ୍କୁ ମିଶାଇଲେ ରାଜ୍ୟରୁ ଏଯାବତ ୩୨୫୧୦୩ଜଣ କରୋନା ଆକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ସୁସ୍ଥ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି।	656	Y
