16.ସାମୁଦ୍ରିକ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ରପ୍ତାନି ପାଇଁ ୧ ଲକ୍ଷ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ହାସଲ କରିବା ପାଇଁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ସରକାରୀ ପଦ୍ଧତି ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ମତ୍ସ୍ୟ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରର ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ସମ୍ଭାବନାକୁ ଉନ୍ମୁକ୍ତ କରିବାକୁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ଆଶ୍ୱାସନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।
