2680	12-11-2021	Odia	ଆସନ୍ତାକାଲି କଂଗ୍ରେସ ଦେଇଥିବା ଓଡ଼ିଶା ବନ୍ଦ ଡାକରାକୁ ନେଇ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ରାୟ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ଓଡ଼ିଶା ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ । ଆସନ୍ତାକାଲି ଓଡ଼ିଶା କଂଗ୍ରେସ ଦେଇଥିବା ବନ୍ଦ ଡାକରାକୁ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ ମନା କରି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । କଂଗ୍ରେସ କେବଳ ଧର୍ମଘଟ କରିପାରିବ, ବନ୍ଦ ନୁହେଁ । ଆୟ ବହିର୍ଭୂତ ସମ୍ପତ୍ତି ଠୁଳ ମାମଲାରେ ଗିରଫ ହୋଇ ଜେଲ୍ ଯାଇଥିବା ଓପିଏଚଡବ୍ଲୁସି ଉପ ପ୍ରବନ୍ଧକ ପ୍ରତାପ ସାମଲଙ୍କୁ ନିଲମ୍ବନ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଏନେଇ ଓପିଏଚଡବ୍ଲୁସି ପକ୍ଷରୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶନାମା ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି । ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ପୋଲିସ ସଂସ୍କାରକୁ ଏବେ ମିଳିଛି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ସ୍ୱୀକୃତି। ଏକ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖନୀୟ ଘଟଣାକ୍ରମେ ଦେଶର ତିନୋଟି ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ଥାନା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଗଞ୍ଜାମ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ଗାଙ୍ଗପୁର ଥାନା ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ ହୋଇଛି। ହିନ୍ଦୁତ୍ୱ ଅର୍ଥ ହେଉଛି ଭଗବାନ ଶ୍ରୀରାମଙ୍କ ବାଣୀ, ଶପଥ ଏବଂ ଆଚରଣକୁ ଅନୁସରଣ କରିବା ଏବଂ ତାହାକୁ ସମ୍ମାନ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ କରିବା । ହିନ୍ଦୁତ୍ୱ ଜନସାଧାରଣଙ୍କୁ ବିଭାଜିତ କରେନାହିଁ, ଏହା ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ବାନ୍ଧି ରଖୁଛି ବୋଲି ଆମ୍‍ ଆଦମି ପାର୍ଟି (ଆପ)ର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ତଥା ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅରବିନ୍ଦ କେଜିରୱାଲ କହିଛନ୍ତି । ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଭବନରେ ଦେଶର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଓ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରଶାସିତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳଗୁଡିକର ରାଜ୍ୟପାଳ ଏବଂ ଉପରାଜ୍ୟପାଳମାନଙ୍କର ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ ଗୁରୁବାର ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଛି । ଏହା ରାଜ୍ୟପାଳମାନଙ୍କର ୫୧ତମ ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ ହୋଇଥିବାବେଳେ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ରାମନାଥ କୋବିନ୍ଦ ଚତୁର୍ଥ ଥର ପାଇଁ ଏଥିରେ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତା କରିଛନ୍ତି । ୫-ଟି ସ୍କୁଲ ରୂପାନ୍ତରିଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ପ୍ରଥମ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟରେ ରାଜ୍ୟର ୩୦ଟି ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ୧୦୭୫ଟି ସ୍କୁଲର ରୂପାନ୍ତର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଶେଷ ହୋଇଛି। କଂଗ୍ରେସ ନେତା ସଲମାନ ଖୁର୍ସିଦ ବହୁଚର୍ଚ୍ଚିତ ଅଯୋଧ୍ୟା ବିବାଦକୁ ନେଇ ‘ସନରାଇଜ ଓଭର ଅଯୋଧ୍ୟା’ ନାଁରେ ଏକ ବହି ଲେଖିଛନ୍ତି । ଆଉ ଏହି ବହିରେ ସନାତନୀ ହିନ୍ଦୁ ଏବଂ ହିନ୍ଦୁତ୍ୱକୁ ନିଚ୍ଚ ଦେଖାଇବା ସହ ହତ୍ୟାକାରୀ ଏବଂ ବ୍ୟଭିଚାରୀ ବୋଲି ଉଲ୍ଲେକ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଖୁର୍ସିଦ । ଜାପାନରର ଟ୍ରେନ୍ ପରିବହନ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଏହାର ସଠିକ୍ ସମୟ ପାଇଁ ବିଶ୍ୱରେ ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ। ଟ୍ରେନ୍ ଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଏଠାରେ ବିଳମ୍ବରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିବା ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ କୋଚିତ ଦେଖିବାକୁ ମିଳେ। ଟ୍ରେନ୍ ମାତ୍ର ଏକ ମିନିଟ୍ ବିଳମ୍ବ ହେବା କାରଣରୁ ଟ୍ରେନ୍‌ ଡ୍ରାଇଭରର ସାଲାରିରୁ ୫୬ ପାଉଣ୍ଡ ମାନେ ପାଖାପାଖି ସାଢ଼େ ୫ ହଜାର କାଟିଦେବାକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ହୋଇଛି। ସେପଟେ ଏହାର ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଟ୍ରେନ୍‌ ଡ୍ରାଇଭର କୋର୍ଟରେ ୧୪ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କାର କ୍ଷତିପୂରଣ ଦାବି କରିଛି। ସେପଟେ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଅନ୍ୟ ଲୋକମାନେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଏହି ଡ୍ରାଇଭରକୁ ସମର୍ଥନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ନୂଆ ଫିଚର ଆଣିବାକୁ ଟେଷ୍ଟିଂ କରୁଛି ହ୍ୱାଟ୍ସଅପ । ଏହା ଭିତରେ ୟୁଜର ଇଣ୍ଟରଫେସର ଏକ ନୂଆ ଡିଜାଇନ ବି ରହିଛି । ଏହା ବ୍ୟତୀତ ମଲ୍ଟି ଡଭାଇସ୍ ସିଷ୍ଟମରେ ବି କିଛି ନୂଆ ଫିଚର ଆଣିପାରେ ହ୍ୱାଟ୍ସଅପ। ମାଇକ୍ରୋସପ୍ଟ ଏମିତି ଲାପଟପ୍ ଲଞ୍ଚ କରିଛି । ଯାହାର ନାଁ Surface Laptop SE ରଖାଯାଇଛି । ଏଥିରେ Windows 11ର ଭର୍ଜନ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି । ଗୁରୁତ୍ବପୂଣ୍ଣର୍ କଥା ହେଲା ଏହା କମ୍ପାନୀର ସବୁଠାରୁ ଶସ୍ତା ଲାପଟପ୍ ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି । ଏହାର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ୨୪୯ ଡଲାର (ପାଖାପାଖି ୧୮ ହଜାର ୫୨୩ ଟଙ୍କା) ରହିଛି । ଆସନ୍ତାବର୍ଷ ଏହା ବଜାରରେ ଉପଲବ୍ଧ ହେବ । ହଲିଉଡ୍ ଆକ୍ଟର ୱିଲ୍ ସ୍ମିଥ୍ ଦୁନିଆର ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ଅଟ୍ଟାଳିକା ବୁର୍ଜ ଖଲିପା ଶିଖରରେ ଛିଡ଼ାହୋଇଥିବାର ଫଟୋ ଏବେ ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚାରେ । ସ୍ମିଥ୍ ଏକ ୟୁଟୁବ୍ ସିରିଜ ପାଇଁ ଏହି ଶିଖରରେ ଚଢ଼ିଥିବା କୁହାଯାଉଛି । ସୋସିଆଲ ମିଡିଆରେ ୱିଲ୍ ସ୍ମିଥଙ୍କର ଏହି ଫଟୋ ଦେଖି ତାଙ୍କ ଫ୍ୟାନ୍ସ ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟ ହୋଇଯାଇଥିଲେ । ଅନୁଗୁଳ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ତିଆରି ହେବ ନୂଆ କୋଲ୍‌ କରିଡର୍‌ । ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ 12ଟି ନୂଆ ଖଣି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ଷମ ହେବ । ଏନେଇ 2 ମାସ ଭିତରେ ଦାଖଲ କରାଯିବ ପ୍ରୋଜେକ୍ଟ ରିପୋର୍ଟ । ଅନୁଗୁଳ ଓ ଢେଙ୍କାନାଳ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ଶିଳ୍ପାୟନ ନେଇ ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ତରୀୟ ସମୀକ୍ଷା କରି ଏ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ପରାମର୍ଶଦାତା ଅସିତ ତ୍ରିପାଠୀ । ସେହିପରି ଢେଙ୍କାନାଳ ଓ ଅନୁଗୁଳରେ 2 ଟି ନୂଆ MSME ପାର୍କ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରାଯିବ । ନାଲକୋର ସମ୍ପ୍ରସାରଣ ପାଇଁ ବ୍ରାହ୍ମଣୀ ନଦୀରୁ ଜଳଯୋଗାଣ କରାଯିବାକୁ ଯୋଜନା ରହିଛି । ନଭେମ୍ବର ୧୯ ଯାଏଁ ୮ ଦିନ ଧରି ଧବଳେଶ୍ୱର ପୀଠରେ ୧୪୪ ଧାରା ଲାଗୁ କରିଛି ଆଠଗଡ଼ ପ୍ରଶାସନ । ଅଁଳାନବମୀ ଥିବାରୁ ମନ୍ଦିର ପରିସରରେ ଭକ୍ତଙ୍କ ଭିଡ଼କୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ପଞ୍ଚକ ସମେତ ବଡ଼ଓଷା ଏବଂ କାର୍ତ୍ତିକ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିମା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସଂପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଭାବେ ପୀଠରେ ୧୪୪ ଧାରା ଜାରି କରିବା ସହିତ ଭକ୍ତ, ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାଳୁ ଏବଂ ହବିଶ୍ୟାଳୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ପୀଠକୁ ନଆସିବା ପାଇଁ ବାରଣ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଟେସ୍ଲା ସିଇଓ ଏଲନ ମସ୍କ ସେ ଟେସ୍ଲାର ୧.୧ ବିଲିୟନ ସେୟାରରୁ ୯ଲକ୍ଷ ୩୦ ହଜାର ସେୟାର ବିକି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଯାହା ତାଙ୍କ ମୋଟ ଷ୍ଟକର ୧୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ। ଏହା ବାଦେ ତାଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ଏବେବି ଟେସ୍ଲାର ୧୭୦ ମିଲିୟନରୁ ବି ଅଧିକ ସେୟାର ରହିଛି। ଆମେରିକୀୟ କ୍ରୁଡ ଇନଭେଣ୍ଟ୍ରିରେ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ଯୋଗୁ ଗୁରୁବାର ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ବଜାରରେ କ୍ରୁଡ ମୂଲ୍ୟ ହ୍ରାସ ହୋଇଛି। ଏଣୁ ଦେଶରେ ପେଟ୍ରୋଲିୟମ ଉତ୍ପାଦ ଦର ହ୍ରାସ ହୋଇପାରେ ବୋଲି ଆକଳନ କରାଯାଉଛି। ଗୁଜୁରାଟ ପୋଲିସ ପାକିସ୍ତାନରୁ ଆସିଥିବା ୩୧୩ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ମୂଲ୍ୟର ହେରୋଇନ ଓ ଡ୍ରଗ୍ସ ଜବତ କରିଛି। ଏହାସହ ୩ ଜଣଙ୍କୁ ଗିରଫ କରିଛି। ଓଡିଶା କମ୍ପ୍ୟୁଟର ଆପ୍ଲିକେସନ ସେଣ୍ଟର ବା ଓକାକ ମୁଖ୍ୟଙ୍କ ହ୍ବାଟ୍‌ସ ଆପ୍ ନମ୍ବର ହ୍ୟାକ୍ ହୋଇଛି । ନମ୍ବର ହ୍ୟାକ୍ କରି ଲୁଟିନେଲେ ୭ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା । ଏନେଇ ଶହୀଦନଗର ଥାନାରେ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ହୋଇଛି । ଖୋର୍ଦ୍ଧା ଅବକାରୀ ବିଭାଗ ଓ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ପୋଲିସ ବେଗୁନିଆର ସାନପଦର, ଗଡମାଣିତ୍ରୀ ଓ ବୋଲଗଡ଼ର ବାଙ୍କେ।ଇ , ଚୁଡା ଅଂଚଳରେ ଚଢ଼ାଉ କରି ୬ ହଜାର ଲିଟର ପୋଚ, ୩୮୫ ଲିଟର ଦେଶୀ ମଦ, ୧୦ ଲିଟର ବିଅର ସହ ବହୁ ମଦ ରନ୍ଧା ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ନଷ୍ଟ କରିବା ସହ ୩ଜଣଙ୍କୁ ଗିରଫ କରିଛି । ୨୦୨୦ ମହାମାରୀ ସମୟରେ ଭାରତରେ ୧୨,୫୦୦ ଛାତ୍ର ମାନସିକ ଭାରସାମ୍ୟ ହରାଇ ଆତ୍ମହତ୍ୟା କରିଥିବା ଏକ ରିପୋର୍ଟରେ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି। ଦୈନିକ ହାରାହାରି ୩୪ ଜଣରୁ ଅଧିକ ଆତ୍ମହତ୍ୟା କରିଥିବା ଏହି ରିପୋର୍ଟରୁ ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି। ୧୯୮୮ ବ୍ୟାଚ୍‌ ଝାଡ଼ଖଣ୍ଡ କ୍ୟାଡର୍‌ ଆଇପିଏସ୍‌ ସତ୍ୟନାରାୟଣ ପ୍ରଧାନଙ୍କୁ ନାର୍କୋଟିକ୍ସ କଣ୍ଟ୍ରୋଲ ବ୍ୟୁରୋ (ଏନ୍‌ସିବି)ର ମହାନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ (ଡିଜି) ରୂପେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ମିଳିଛି। ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ଦାୟିତ୍ବରେ ଥିବା ଶ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରଧାନଙ୍କୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ନିୟମିତ ତଥା ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣକାଳୀନ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଆଦେଶ କିମ୍ବା ତାଙ୍କର ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ୩୧, ୨୦୨୪ ଅବସର ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସେ ଏହି ପଦରେ ରହିବେ ବୋଲି ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ସଂକ୍ରାନ୍ତ କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ ଦ୍ବାରା ଜାରି ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତିରେ କୁହାଯାଇଛି।	632	Y
