2763	30-09-2021	Odia	ଓଡ଼ିଶା ମଡେଲ ବିଷୟରେ ଲାଲ୍ ବାହାଦୂର ଶାସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରଶାସନିକ ଏକାଡେମୀ ତରଫରୁ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ପ୍ରାକୃତିକ ବିପର୍ଯ୍ୟୟ ପରିଚାଳନା କର୍ତ୍ତୃପକ୍ଷଙ୍କ ସହଯୋଗରେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ରାଜ୍ୟ - ଛତିଶଗଡ଼, ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗ, ଗୁଜରାଟ, ତାମିଲନାଡ଼ୁ, ଆନ୍ଧ୍ରପ୍ରଦେଶ, କର୍ଣ୍ଣାଟକ, କେରଳ, ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ଆଦି ୯ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଓ ୪ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରଶାସିତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ୨୨ ଜଣ ପ୍ରଶାସନିକ ଅଧିକାରୀ ତିନିଦିନିଆ ତାଲିମ୍ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ତୃତୀୟ ଲହରୀକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟ ଯୋଜନାରେ ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୨୦୨୨ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହେବ ଛୋଟ ଛୋଟ କୋଭିଡ୍ କେୟାର ସେଣ୍ଟର । ୬ରୁ ୫୦ ଶଯ୍ୟା ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ କୋଭିଡ୍ କେୟାର ସେଣ୍ଟର ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା କରାଯିବ । ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ବିଭାଗ ଦୈନିକ ୪ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟିକାକରଣ ଟାର୍ଗେଟ ରଖିଛି । ଜାନୁଆରୀରୁ ଟିକାକରଣ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ୩ କୋଟିରୁ ଅଧିକ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଟିକାକରଣ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଝାଡ଼ଖଣ୍ଡରେ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଭାଷାକୁ ଦ୍ଵିତୀୟ ରାଜ୍ୟଭାଷା ମାନ୍ୟତା ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗ । ଝାଡ଼ଖଣ୍ଡ ଶିକ୍ଷାମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ସହ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିବେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଓ ଗଣଶିକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସମୀର ରଞ୍ଜନ ଦାଶ । ଉଚ୍ଚ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ରୂପାନ୍ତରୀକରଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଅଧୀନରେ ନୂତନ ଭାବେ ୮୮୯ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ପାଇଁ ୫୩୩ କୋଟି ୪୦ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କାର ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପକୁ ଓମ୍ବାଡିସି ପରିଷଦ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ମଞ୍ଜୁରୀ ମିଳିଛି। ପାଣିପାଗ ବିଭାଗର ପୂର୍ବାନୁମାନ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ଆସନ୍ତା ୨୪ ଘଣ୍ଟା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସୁନ୍ଦରଗଡ, ଝାରସୁଗୁଡା ଏବଂ ବରଗଡ ଜିଲାର ଗୋଟିଏରୁ ଦୁଇଟି ସ୍ଥାନରେ ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି। ସେହି ଜିଲାଗୁଡିକୁ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସତର୍କ ସୂଚନା ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଛି। ଶିକ୍ଷାବର୍ଷ ୨୦୨୧-୨୨ରେ ବି.ଏଡ୍‌ ଓ ବିପିଏଚ୍‌ଇଡି ପାଠ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ନାମ ଲେଖାଇବା ପାଇଁ ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ୭ରୁ ପ୍ରବେଶିକା ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ। ଏହି ପରୀକ୍ଷା ୧୦ ତାରିଖ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଚାଲିବ। ଅନ୍‌ଲାଇନ୍‌ (ସଞ୍ଚାର ଜରିଆ)ରେ ଏହି ପରୀକ୍ଷା ହେବ। ସେପ୍ଟେମ୍ବର ୨୫ ତାରିଖରୁ ପ୍ରବେଶପତ୍ର ୱେବସାଇଟ www.samsodisha.gov.in ରେ ଉପଲବ୍ଧ ହେଉଛି। ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବୈଷୟିକ ପାଠ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ନାମ ଲେଖାଇବା ପାଇଁ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଯୁଗ୍ମ ପ୍ରବେଶିକା ପରୀକ୍ଷା (ଓଜେଇଇ) ଦ୍ବାରା ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ପ୍ରବେଶିକା ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଫଳ ବୁଧବାର ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟାରେ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି। ଏ ବର୍ଷ ସମୁଦାୟ ୬୫,୭୬୩ ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀ ପଞ୍ଜୀକରଣ କରିଥିବା ବେଳେ ୪୯,୩୬୦ ବିଦ୍ୟାର୍ଥୀ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ତନ୍ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ୪୯,୨୭୯ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ ନାମ ଲେଖାଇବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ସ୍ଥାନ(ରାଙ୍କ) ପାଇଛନ୍ତି। ଆସନ୍ତା ଟ୍ବେଣ୍ଟି୨୦ ବିଶ୍ବକପ୍‌ ପରେ ଭାରତୀୟ କ୍ରିକେଟ୍‌ ଦଳର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷକ ଭାବେ ରବି ଶାସ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାଳ ସମାପ୍ତ ହେଉଛି। ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ବର୍ତମାନ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ୩ କୋଟି ପାନରୁ ଅଧିକ କରୋନା ଟିକାକରଣ ହୋଇଛି । ଏନେଇ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ଓ ପରିବାର କଲ୍ୟାଣ ବିଭାଗ ଟୁଇଟ୍ ଜରିଆରେ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛି । ଜାପାନର ପୂର୍ବତନ ବୈଦେଶିକ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଫୁମିଓ କିଷିଦା ଶାସକ ଦଳର ନେତା ବଛାଯାଇଥିବାରୁ ସେ ଦେଶର ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛନ୍ତି। ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅରବିନ୍ଦ କେଜ୍ରିୱାଲ୍ ଏବେ ପଂଜାବ ଗସ୍ତରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି। ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ବିଧାନସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନକୁ ଆଉ ମାତ୍ର ୪ ମାସ ଥିବା ବେଳେ କେଜ୍ରିୱାଲ୍‌ ଆପ୍‌ର ନିର୍ବାଚନୀ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ଜୋରଦାର କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସେପ୍ଟେମ୍ବର ୨୧ରୁ ୨୭ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଚାଲିଥିବା ଜାତିସଂଘ ସାଧାରଣ ପରିଷଦର ୭୬ତମ ଅଧିବେଶନରେ ଉଦ୍‌ବୋଧନ ଦେବା ଅବସରରେ କୋଭିଡ୍‌-୧୯ ଟିକା ଯୋଗାଣରେ ସହଯୋଗ ପାଇଁ ବିଶ୍ବନେତାମାନେ ଭାରତକୁ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ ଅର୍ପଣ କରିଥିଲେ। ଭିତ୍ତିହୀନ ଓ ତ୍ରୁଟିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ଦାଏର କରି ମାନ୍ୟବର କୋର୍ଟଙ୍କ ବହୁମୂଲ୍ୟ ସମୟ ନଷ୍ଟ କରିଥିବାରୁ ବମ୍ବେ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ ଲା ଫିନ୍ ଫାଇନାନ୍ସିଆଲ ସର୍ଭିସେସ୍ ପ୍ରାଇଭେଟ୍ ଲିମିଟେଡ୍‌ କମ୍ପାନି ଉପରେ ୨୫ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କାର ଜରିମାନା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ପଞ୍ଜାବରେ ସଙ୍କଟର ସାମ୍ନା କରୁଥିବା କଂଗ୍ରେସକୁ ଏବେ ଏହାର ବରିଷ୍ଠ ନେତା କପିଲ ସିବଲ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। କପିଲ ସିବଲ ପରୋକ୍ଷ ଭାବରେ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ନେତା ରାହୁଲ ଗାନ୍ଧୀଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରି କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ତାଙ୍କ ସହ ଥିବା ଲୋକମାନେ ମଧ୍ୟ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଛାଡି ଚାଲିଯାଉଛନ୍ତି। ସରକାରୀ ଏବଂ ସରକାରୀ ଅନୁଦାନପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ଶିକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ବେଳାଏ ଗରମ ଭୋଜନ ଯୋଗାଇ ଦେବା ଲାଗି ଆଜି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ‘ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପୋଷଣ ଯୋଜନା’ ବା ‘ପିଏମ୍‌-ପୋଷଣ ଯୋଜନା’ର ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ରାଜନାଥ ସିଂହଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ‘ଡିଫେନ୍‌ସ୍‌ ଆକ୍ୟୁଜିସନ୍‌ କାଉନ୍‌ସିଲ୍‌’ (ଡିଏସି) ବୈଠକରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ସଶସ୍ତ୍ର ବାହିନୀର ଆଧୁନିକିକରଣ ଏବଂ ପରିଚାଳନା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ‘ଆକ୍‌ସେପ୍ଟାନ୍ସ୍‌ ଅଫ୍ ନେସେସିଟି’ (ଏଓଏନ୍‌) ପାଇଁ ‘କ୍ୟାପିଟାଲ୍‌ ଆକ୍ୟୁଜିସନ୍‌’ ୧୩,୧୬୫ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ଅସ୍ତ୍ରଶସ୍ତ୍ର କିଣା ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବକୁ ମଞ୍ଜୁରି ମିଳିଛି। ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ସମୁଦାୟ ଅର୍ଥରା‌ଶିର ୮୭% ବା ୧୧,୪୮୬ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ଖରିଦ ସ୍ବଦେଶ ନିର୍ମିତ ଅସ୍ତ୍ରଶସ୍ତ୍ର ଖରିଦ କରାଯିବ। ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମମତା ବାନାର୍ଜୀ ଓ ବିଜେପି ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ ପ୍ରିୟଙ୍କା ଟିବ୍ରେଓ୍ଵାଲଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ହାଇଭୋଲଟେଜ୍ ମୁକାବିଲା ହେଉଛି। ଏହି କ୍ଷେତ୍ରର ସୁରକ୍ଷା ପାଇଁ କଡା ସୁରକ୍ଷା ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଗୋଆ ପୂର୍ବତନ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଲୁଇଜିହ୍ନୋ ଫଲେରିଓ ଟିଏମସିରେ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଲୁଇଜିହ୍ନୋଙ୍କ ସହ ୧୦ ଜଣ ବୁଧବାର ଟିଏମସିର ସଦସ୍ୟତା ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହା ପୂର୍ବରୁ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ଛାଡିବା ସହ ଫୁଲେରିଓ ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିଥିଲେ। ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗରେ ଆଜି ତିନୋଟି ବିଧାନସଭା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରର ଉପନିର୍ବାଚନ ପାଇଁ ମତଦାନ ହେଉଛି । ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମମତା ବାନାର୍ଜୀଙ୍କ ଆସନ ଭବାନୀପୁର ଆସନ ସହ ସମସେରଗଞ୍ଜ ଏବଂ ଜାଙ୍ଗିପୁର ପାଇଁ ମତଦାନ ହେଉଛି । ଭବାନୀପୁର ଆସନ ପାଇଁ ଏଥର ଟିଏମସି ଓ ବିଜେପି ମଧ୍ୟ କଡା ଟକ୍କର ହେବ । ମମତା ବାନାର୍ଜୀଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ମଇଦାନରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି ବିଜେପିର ପ୍ରୀୟଙ୍କା ତ୍ରିବେଓ୍ବାଲ।	595	Y
