ଦେଶର ସବୁଠାରୁ କଠିନ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଗୋଟିଏ ହେଉଛି ସିଭିଲ୍ ସର୍ଭିସ୍ ପରୀକ୍ଷା। ଅବଦୁଲ୍ ନସର ୫ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରେ ତାଙ୍କ ମାତାପିତାଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟିଥିଲା। ତାଙ୍କର ଲାଳନ ପାଳନ ଅନାଥ ଆଶ୍ରମରେ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ସେ ଖବର କାଗଜ ବିକି ଶେଷରେ ସିଭିଲ୍ ସର୍ଭିସ୍ ପରୀକ୍ଷାରେ କୃତକାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ହୋଇଥିଲେ।

ଇଦ୍-ଉଲ-ଫିତର ଅବସରରେ  ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ମମତା କହିଛନ୍ତି, ‘‘ଯଦି କେହି ଦଙ୍ଗା କରିବାକୁ ଆସନ୍ତି ତେବେ ଚୁପ୍ ରୁହନ୍ତୁ ଏବଂ ମୁଣ୍ଡ ଥଣ୍ଡା ରଖନ୍ତୁ । ଆମେ ସୁନ୍ଦର ଓ ଶାନ୍ତ ପରିବେଶ ଚାହୁଁଛୁ ତେଣୁ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ସାଥୀରେ ରହିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ।’’
