4.ନୂଆ ଆୟକର ବିଲ୍ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବକୁ ମୋଦୀ କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ୍ ଅନୁମୋଦନ କରିଛି। ଏହା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ ହେଲେ ଦେଶର ଟିକସ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାରେ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖନୀୟ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ଆସିବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି। ଗତ ୧ତାରିଖରେ ଆଗତ ହୋଇଥିବା କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ବଜେଟରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଅର୍ଥମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିର୍ମଳା ସୀତାରମଣ  ନୂଆ ଆୟକର ଆଇନ ସଂପର୍କରେ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଥିଲେ।

5.ଏକ ନୂଆ ରେଳ ଡିଭିଜନ - ରାୟଗଡ଼ା ଡିଭିଜନ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରାଯିବ ଓ ଏହାର ମୁଖ୍ୟାଳୟ ରାୟଗଡ଼ାଠାରେ ରହିବ ।  ଏହି ଡିଭିଜନ ଅଧିନରେ କୋଟ୍ଟାଭାଲାସା - ବାଚେଲି, କୁନେରୁ - ଥେରୁବାଲି ଜେ.ଏନ୍., ସିଙ୍ଗାପୁର ରୋଡ୍  - କୋରାପୁଟ ଜନ୍ ଏବଂ ପାରଳାଖେମୁଣ୍ଡି - ଗୁଣପୁର  ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ ଷ୍ଟେସନ ରହିବ । ନୂଆ ରେଳ ଡିଭିଜନ ଗଠନ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ମୋଦୀ କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ ଅନୁମୋଦନ କରିଛି ।
