13.ଜମ୍ମୁ କଶ୍ମୀରର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପଦ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବାକୁ ଓମାର ଅବଦୁଲ୍ଲା ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ଅଛନ୍ତି। ଏହାପୂର୍ବରୁ ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ଜମ୍ମୁ କଶ୍ମୀରରେ ନ୍ୟାଶନାଲ୍‌ କନଫରେନ୍ସ(ଏନ୍‌ସି)ର ଆସନ ୪୬ରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛି। କାରଣ ୪ଟି ସ୍ବାଧୀନ ବିଧାୟକ ଦଳକୁ ସମର୍ଥନ କରିଛନ୍ତି।
