18.ଦିଲ୍ଲୀସ୍ଥିତ ତିହାର ଜେଲ ସ୍ଥାନାନ୍ତରଣ ସର୍ଭେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ପାଇଁ ଚଳିତ ବଜେଟରେ ୧୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ବ୍ୟୟବରାଦ କରାଯାଇଛି ବୋଲି ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ରେଖା ଗୁପ୍ତା ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।

3.ସୁପ୍ରିମ କୋର୍ଟ ଶୁକ୍ରବାର କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଅଭିବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତା ଏକ ସୁସ୍ଥ ସଭ୍ୟ ସମାଜର ଏକ “ଅବିଚ୍ଛେଦ୍ୟ ଅଂଶ”।

5.କନ୍ଧମାଳରେ ଏତେ ପରିମାଣର କୋଇଲା, ବକ୍ସାଇଟ୍‌ ଓ ଗ୍ରାଫାଇଟ୍‌ ଗଚ୍ଛିତ ଥିବାରୁ କେବେଠୁ ଏହାର ଖନନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ ତାହାକୁ ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରାଯାଇଛି। ତେବେ ଜଙ୍ଗଲ ଓ ପରିବେଶ ମଞ୍ଜୁରି ମଧ୍ୟ ସବୁଠୁ ଆହ୍ବାନପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ହେବ ବୋଲି କୁହାଯାଉଛି।

6. ଯେ କୌଣସି ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟକ ଅଭୟାରଣ୍ୟ ଭିତରକୁ ପଲିଥିନ୍‌ କିମ୍ବା ପ୍ଲାଷ୍ଟିକ୍‌ ନେଇ ଧରାପଡ଼ନ୍ତି, ତେବେ ୩ ବର୍ଷ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଜେଲ ଦଣ୍ଡ ସହ ଜରିମାନା ହେବ। ୨୦୨୪ ଏପ୍ରିଲ ପହିଲାରୁ ନିୟମକୁ କଡ଼ାକଡ଼ି ଭାବେ ପାଳନ କରିବାକୁ ରାଜ୍ୟର ସମସ୍ତ ଆରସିସିଏଫ୍‌, ଡିଏଫ୍‌ଓଙ୍କୁ କୁହାଯାଇଥିଲା। ଇତିମଧ୍ୟରେ ଗୋଟିଏ ବର୍ଷ ପରେ ସବୁ କଟକଣା କେବଳ କାଗଜ କଲମରେ ହିଁ ରହିଯାଇଛି।

7. ଯଦି କୌଣସି ଗ୍ରାହକ ଏଟିଏମ୍‌କୁ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରୁଛନ୍ତି, ତେବେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଏଟିଏମ୍ କାରବାର ଶୁଳ୍କ ଦେବାକୁ ପଡ଼ୁଛି। ଏହି ଶୁଳ୍କ କାରବାର ପିଛା ୨୧ ଟଙ୍କା ଥିଲା। ସେଥିରେ ୨ ଟଙ୍କା ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରି ରିଜର୍ଭ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ତାହାକୁ ୨୩ ଟଙ୍କା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଶୁଳ୍କରେ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ବୃଦ୍ଧି ଆସନ୍ତା ମେ’ ୧ରୁ ଲାଗୁ ହେବ।

8.ଆର୍ସେଲର ମିତ୍ତଲ ନିପନ ଷ୍ଟିଲ୍ (ଏଏମ୍‌ଏନ୍‌ଏସ୍‌) ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଆନ୍ଧ୍ରପ୍ରଦେଶରେ ଇସ୍ପାତ କାରଖାନା ସ୍ଥାପନ ଲାଗି ଜମି ଅଧିଗ୍ରହଣ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି। କମ୍ପାନି ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏନେଇ ସୂଚନା ‌ଦିଆଯାଇଛି।

9. ୨୦୨୩-୨୪ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷରେ, ଭାରତର ୧୧ଟି ସାର୍ବଜନୀନ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରର ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ସଞ୍ଚୟ ଖାତାରେ ସର୍ବନିମ୍ନ ବାଲାନ୍ସ ନ ରଖିବା ପାଇଁ ଗ୍ରାହକମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ମୋଟ ୨,୩୩୧ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଜରିମାନା ଆଦାୟ କରିଥିଲେ। ଏହି ପରିମାଣ ୨୦୨୨-୨୩ ବର୍ଷ ତୁଳନାରେ ୨୫.୬୩ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଅଧିକ ଥିଲା।

10.ରାଜ୍ୟ କୃଷି ବିଦ୍ୟାନିଧି ଯୋଜନାରେ ୧୩,୯୨୩ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ ଉପକୃତ ହେବେ ।

11.ଓଡିଶାରେ ବନ୍ଦ ସ୍କୁଲ ଖୋଲାଯିବ। ଅନୂସୂଚିତ ପାଇଁ ୨୦, ଅନ୍ୟ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ୪୦ ପିଲା ଥିଲେ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ବନ୍ଦ ସ୍କୁଲ ଖୋଲିବ

12.ଓଡିଶାରେ ଆହୁରି ୧୦ ହଜାର ଶିକ୍ଷକଙ୍କୁ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ଦିଆଯିବ ବୋଲି ବିଧାନସଭାରେ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଓ ଗଣଶିକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସୂଚନା ଦେଲେ ।

13. ଉଚ୍ଚ ମାଧ୍ୟମିକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ପରିଷଦ ସୂଚନା ଅନୁଯାଇ ମଇ ୧୫ ତାରିଖ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇବ ଯୁକ୍ତ ୨ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଫଳ।

14.ଏପ୍ରିଲ ୨ରୁ ଖଡ଼ିଛୁଆଁ , ଶିଶୁ ବାଟିକାରେ ନାମ ଲେଖାଇବାକୁ ଘରକୁ ଯାଇ ନିମନ୍ତ୍ରଣ ପତ୍ର ଦେଲେ ଗଞ୍ଜାମ ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳ।

15.କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରୀ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ମହଙ୍ଗା ଭତ୍ତା ୨% ବଢିଲା । ୫୩ ପ୍ରତିଶତରୁ ୫୫ ପ୍ରତିଶତକୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି।

4.ଓଡ଼ିଶା ରାଜ୍ୟ ସଡ଼କ ପରିବହନ ନିଗମ (ଓଏସଆରଟିସି) ଗତ ଦୁଇ ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ମୋଟ ୪୫ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା (୪୫୪,୬୭୨,୩୪୭.୨୪ ଟଙ୍କା)ରୁ ଅଧିକ କ୍ଷତି କରିଛି ବୋଲି ଗୁରୁବାର ରାଜ୍ୟ ବିଧାନସଭାରେ ବାଣିଜ୍ୟ ଏବଂ ପରିବହନ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ବିଭୂତି ଭୂଷଣ ଜେନା ସୂଚନା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

5.ଏହି ଦଶନ୍ଧିରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ଅର୍ଥନୀତି ଦ୍ବିଗୁଣିତ ହୋଇଛି ବୋଲି ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ମୁଦ୍ରା ପାଣ୍ଠି (ଆଇଏମ୍ଏଫ୍‌) ପକ୍ଷରୁ କୁହାଯାଇଛି। ୨୦୧୫ରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ଅର୍ଥନୀତି ପରିମାଣ ୨.୧ ଟ୍ରିଲିୟନ (ଲକ୍ଷ କୋଟି) ଡଲାର ଥିଲା। ୨୦୨୪ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ତାହା ୧୦୫ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇ ୪.୩ ଲକ୍ଷ କୋଟି ଡଲାରରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛି।

6.ଗୁରୁବାର (୨୭ ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ) ସକାଳେ ଇଜିପ୍ଟର ଲୋହିତ ସାଗରର ହୁରଘାଡା ସହର ଉପକୂଳରେ ଏକ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟନ ବୁଡ଼ାଜାହାଜ ବୁଡ଼ିଯାଇଛି। ଏହି ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣାରେ ଅତି କମରେ ୬ ଜଣଙ୍କର ମୃତ୍ୟୁକୁ ନିଶ୍ଚିତ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଏହି ୬ ଜଣଯାକ ରୁଷ ନାଗରିକ ବୋଲି ଜଣାପଡିଛି । ତେବେ କାଇରୋରେ ଥିବା ରୁଷ ଦୂତାବାସ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ୪ ରୁଷ ନାଗରିକଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁକୁ ସୁନିଶ୍ଚିତ କରାଯାଇଛି ।

7.ସାରା ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ପୁଣିଥରେ ଗ୍ରୀଷ୍ମ ପ୍ରବାହ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି। ଆସନ୍ତା ୩ ଦିନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଉଭୟ ଦିନ ଓ ରାତିର ତାପମାତ୍ରା ୨ରୁ ୪ ଡିଗ୍ରି ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇବା ସହ ପ୍ରଚଣ୍ଡ ଗ୍ରୀଷ୍ମ ପ୍ରବାହ ଅନୁଭୂତ ହେବ।

8.ଆର୍ଥିକ ସ୍ତରରେ ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ କରୁଥିବା ରାଜ୍ୟଗୁଡ଼ିକର ଏକ ତାଲିକା ଜାରି ହୋଇଛି। ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ଚାରିଟି ରାଜ୍ୟ ଭିତରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ରହିଛି। ଗୁଜରାଟ, କର୍ଣ୍ଣାଟକ ଓ ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ସହିତ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ‘ଆଉଟ୍‌ପରଫର୍ମର’ (ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନକାରୀ) ବର୍ଗରେ ରହିଛି। ୧୫ଟି ରାଜ୍ୟକୁ ନେଇ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଏହି ରିପୋର୍ଟକୁ କେୟାରଏଜ୍ ‌ରେଟିଂସ୍‌ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଛି।

9.ସାଧାରଣ ବଣ୍ଟନ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ ହିତାଧିକାରୀ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ରାସନ ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ସକାଳ ସାତ ଘଟିକାରୁ ୧୦ ଘଟିକା ଏବଂ ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟା ପାଞ୍ଚ ଘଟିକାରୁ ଆଠ ଘଟିକା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବଣ୍ଟନ କରିବାକୁ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି।

10.ହମାସ ପାଲେଷ୍ଟାଇନର ଗାଜା ଷ୍ଟ୍ରିପକୁ ପାଲେଷ୍ଟାଇନୀ କର୍ତ୍ତୃପକ୍ଷ (ପିଏ)କୁ ହସ୍ତାନ୍ତର କରିବାକୁ ରାଜି ହୋଇଛି। ସ୍କାଏ ନ୍ୟୁଜ୍ ଆରବିୟାର ଏକ ରିପୋର୍ଟରେ ଏହି ଦାବି କରାଯାଇଛି।

8.ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ ବୁଧବାର ଦିନ ସମସ୍ତ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଏବଂ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରଶାସିତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ଯେ, ଜନସାଧାରଣଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଉପଯୁକ୍ତ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ସମାଧାନ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ସ୍ଥାପନ କରନ୍ତୁ ଯାହା ଦ୍ୱାରା ସେମାନେ ବିଭ୍ରାନ୍ତିକର ବିଜ୍ଞାପନଗୁଡ଼ିକ ରିପୋର୍ଟ କରିପାରିବେ। ବିଶେଷକରି ଡ୍ରଗ୍ସ ଏବଂ ମ୍ୟାଜିକ୍ ରିମେଡିଜ୍ (ଆପତ୍ତିଜନକ ବିଜ୍ଞାପନ) ଆଇନ, ୧୯୫୪ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ନିଷିଦ୍ଧ ବିଜ୍ଞାପନଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଉପରେ କଠୋର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯାଇ ପାରିବ।

9.ଭାରତୀୟ ଅର୍ଥନୀତି ଗତ ୧୦ ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସବୁଠୁ ଦ୍ରୁତ ଗତିରେ ଆଗକୁ ବଢ଼ିବା ସହ ଅନ୍ୟ ଦେଶଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ପଛରେ ପକାଇ ଦେଇଛି। ଏହି ଦଶନ୍ଧିରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ଅର୍ଥନୀତି ଦ୍ବିଗୁଣିତ ହୋଇଛି ବୋଲି ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ମୁଦ୍ରା ପାଣ୍ଠି (ଆଇଏମ୍ଏଫ୍‌) ପକ୍ଷରୁ କୁହାଯାଇଛି।

10. କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ଛଅଟି ଅନ୍ତର୍ଦେଶୀୟ ଜଳପଥ ବିକାଶ କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ରାଜ୍ୟସଭାରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ବନ୍ଦର, ଜାହାଜ ଓ ଜଳପଥ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସର୍ବାନନ୍ଦ ସୋନାୱାଲ ଏହି ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ତାହା ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ମାଲ ପରିବହନ ଓ ନଦୀରେ କ୍ରୁଜ୍ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟନକୁ ସୁଦୃଢ଼ କରିବ ବୋଲି ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି।

11.ଜଳବାୟୁ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ଓ ବିଶ୍ବ ତାପନ ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ଗରମ ଦିନ ସଂଖ୍ୟା ବେଶ୍‌ ବଢ଼ିଯାଇଛି। ପ୍ରଚଣ୍ଡ ‌ତାତିରୁ ରକ୍ଷା ପାଇବା ଲାଗି ଲୋକମାନେ ଏୟାର କଣ୍ଡିସନର (ଏସି) ଉପରେ ନିର୍ଭରଶୀଳ ହୋଇପଡ଼ିଛନ୍ତି। ଅଧିକରୁ ଅଧିକ ପରିବାର ଏବେ ଏସି କିଣୁଛନ୍ତି। ଏହା ସତ୍ତ୍ବେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ଏସି ସାନ୍ଦ୍ରତା ୫ ପ୍ରତିଶତରୁ କମ୍ ରହିଛି।

12.ଦେଶର ସର୍ବବୃହତ କାର୍ ନିର୍ମାତା ମାରୁତି ସୁଜୁକି ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ବୁଧବାର ଦିନ କହିଛି ଯେ ଏହା ହରିୟାଣାର ଖାରଖୋଡାରେ ଏହାର ତୃତୀୟ କାରଖାନା ସ୍ଥାପନ କରୁଛି। ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୨୬ ତାରିଖରେ, କମ୍ପାନୀର ବୋର୍ଡ ଏହି ପ୍ଲାଣ୍ଟ ସ୍ଥାପନ ପାଇଁ ୭,୪୧୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ନିବେଶକୁ ଅନୁମୋଦନ କରିଥିଲା।
