8. ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ୧୨ ନୂଆ ଶିଳ୍ପ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ କଲେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ । ୮୭୯୬ କୋଟିର ପୁଞ୍ଜିନିବେଶ ।

ଉତ୍ତମ ପୁରୁଷ ଓ ଉତ୍ତମ ପୁସ୍ତକ କୁ ଜାଣିବା କଷ୍ଟକର,ଏମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜାଣିବାକୁ ହେଲେ ଗଭୀର ଅଧ୍ୟୟନ ନିତାନ୍ତ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ।

1. ନାଗାଲାଣ୍ଡର ପୂର୍ବତନ ରାଜ୍ୟପାଳ ତଥା ସିବିଆଇ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ଅଶ୍ୱିନୀ କୁମାର ଆତ୍ମହତ୍ୟା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ତାଙ୍କ ମୃତଦେହ ଶିମଲାଙ୍କ ବାସଭବନରେ ଝୁଲୁଥିବାବେଳେ ପୁଲିସ ଜବତ କରିଛି । ମୃତ୍ୟୁବେଳକୁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ୭୦ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସ ହୋଇଥିଲା।

3. ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ମହାମାରୀ ହେତୁ୨୦୨୧ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ୧୫ ମିଲିୟନ (୧୫୦ ନିୟୁତ) ଲୋକ ଅତ୍ୟଧିକ ଦାରିଦ୍ର୍ୟରେ ପଡ଼ିବେ ବୋଲି ବିଶ୍ଵ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଆକଳନ କରିଛି।
4. ରେଳ ବୋର୍ଡ  ୩୯ଟି ନୂଆ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ଟ୍ରେନ୍ ଚଳାଚଳ ପାଇଁ ରେଳ ମଣ୍ଡଳ ଚୟନ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାକୁ ଅନୁମୋଦନ କରିଛି। 
5. 5.  ୱିଗର ମୁସଲମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଅତ୍ୟାଚାର ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗରେ ମିଳିତ ଜାତିସଂଘର ଦେଶ ସମୂହ ଚୀନକୁ ନିନ୍ଦା କରିଛନ୍ତି । ୩୯ ଦେଶ ଚୀନ ବିରୋଧରେ ଜାତିସଂଘରେ ନିନ୍ଦା ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ଆଣିଛନ୍ତି । ଚୀନ୍ ଜିନଜିଆଙ୍ଗରେ ପ୍ରାୟ ୨ ନିୟୁତ ଉଇଗର ମୁସଲମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅଟକ ରଖି ନିର୍ଯାତନା ଦେଉଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗ କରିଛନ୍ତି।
6. ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ କବି ନିତ୍ୟାନନ୍ଦ ନାୟକଙ୍କୁ ୪୧ତମ ଶାରଳା ପୁରସ୍କାର ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ। ଶ୍ରୀ ନାୟକ ତାଙ୍କ କବିତା ସଂକଳନ ‘ସେତେବେଳକୁ ନଥିବ’ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଶାରଳା ପୁରସ୍କାର ପାଇବା ପାଇଁ ମନୋନୀତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। 
7. ରସାୟନ ବିଜ୍ଞାନ ପାଇଁ ନୋବେଲ୍‌ ପୁରସ୍କାର ଘୋଷଣା କରାଯାଇଛି। ଏଥର ୨ ମହିଳା ବୈଜ୍ଞାନିକ ଇମାନୁଏଲ୍‌ ଚାର୍ପେଣ୍ଟର ଏବଂ ଜେନିଫର ଏ. ଦୌଡ଼ନାଙ୍କୁ ମିଳିବ ରସାୟନ ବିଜ୍ଞାନରେ ନୋବେଲ୍‌ ପୁରସ୍କାର। ଜିନ୍‌ ଏଡିଟିଂ ମେଥଡ୍‌ ନେଇ ଉଭୟଙ୍କୁ ରସାୟନ ବିଜ୍ଞାନରେ ନୋବେଲ୍‌ ପୁରସ୍କାର ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ ବୋଲି ସୂଚନ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି।
8. ପୂର୍ବଭଳି ରେଳ ଯାତ୍ରୀମାନେ ଟ୍ରେନ ଛାଡିବାର ପାଞ୍ଚ ମିନିଟ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ସଂରକ୍ଷିତ ଟିକେଟ ବୁକ୍ କରିପାରିବେ। କରୋନା ମହାମାରୀ ସମୟରେ ଚାଲୁଥିବା ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ଟ୍ରେନର ଯାତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏହି ସୁବିଧା ଯୋଗାଇ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି।
