- ଜାନୁଆରି ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଅକ୍ସଫୋର୍ଡ-ଆଷ୍ଟ୍ରାଜେନେକା କରୋନା ଟିକାକୁ ବ୍ରିଟେନରେ ଅନୁମତି ମିଳିବ.
- ନେସନାଲ ରିକ୍ରୁଟମେଣ୍ଟ ଏଜେନ୍ସି (ଏନଆରଏ) ଏକ ସ୍ବାଧୀନ ଓ ସ୍ବୟଂଶାସିତ ସଙ୍ଗଠନ ହେବ ଏବଂ ଏହା ସମସ୍ତ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ସଂକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ପରିଚାଳନା କରିବ । ବିଭିନ୍ନ ରାଜ୍ୟର କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଚୟନ ଆୟୋଗ, ଷ୍ଟେଟ ସିଲେକ୍ସନ ବୋର୍ଡ଼, ଇନଷ୍ଟିଚ୍ୟୁଟ୍ ଅଫ୍ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କିଙ୍ଗ୍ ପର୍ସନାଲ ସିଲେକସନ (ଆଇବିପିଏସ୍) ମଧ୍ୟ ଏଥିରୁ କୃତକାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀଙ୍କୁ ନେଇ ପାରିବେ । କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବିଭାଗରେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ନିମନ୍ତେ ଆସନ୍ତାବର୍ଷଠାରୁ ଏକ ଏକକ ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା ପରୀକ୍ଷା (କମନ ଏଣ୍ଟ୍ରାନ୍ସ ଟେଷ୍ଟ) ।
- ସରକାରୀ ସ୍କୁଲରେ ପାଠ ପଢିଲେ ଉଚ୍ଚ ଶିକ୍ଷା ପାଇଁ ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ମିଳିବ ବୋଲି କ୍ୟାବିନେଟରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ବପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନିଆଯାଇଛି। ବିଶେଷ କରି ଡାକ୍ତରୀ ଓ ଇଂଜିନୟରିଂ ପାଇଁ ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ରହିବ। ଆଗାମୀ ଶିକ୍ଷା ବର୍ଷରୁ ଏହାକୁ ଲାଗୁ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଏକ ସଂକଳ୍ପ କ୍ୟାବିନେଟରେ ପାରିତ ହୋଇଛି।

- ଉତ୍କଳମଣି ଗୋପବନ୍ଧୁଙ୍କ ଜନ୍ମପୀଠ ସହିତ ଓଡିଶାର ସବୁ ବରପୁତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କ ଜନ୍ମପୀଠ ଗୁଡିକର ବିକାଶ କରାଯିବ ବୋଲି କ୍ୟାବିନେଟରେ ସୋମବାର ପ୍ରସ୍ଥାବ ଗୃହୀତ ହୋଇଛି ।

- ‘ନ୍ୟାସ୍ନାଲ୍ ଏରୋନଟିକ୍ସ୍ ଆଣ୍ଡ୍ ସ୍ପେସ୍ ଆଡ୍ମିନିଷ୍ଟ୍ରେସନ୍’ରେ (ନାସା) ରଖାଯାଇଥିବା ସମୁଦାୟ ୨୭ଟି ମାଙ୍କଡ଼ଙ୍କୁ ଗତବର୍ଷ ଗୋଟିଏ ଦିନରେ ହତ୍ୟା କରାଯାଇଥିବା କଥା ‘ଗାର୍ଡିଆନ୍’ ନାମକ ଖବରକାଗଜ ରିପୋର୍ଟ କରିଛି।
