3.ଶିଳ୍ପ ଆଲ୍‌କୋହଲ୍‌ର ଉତ୍ପାଦନ, ନିର୍ମାଣ ଓ ଯୋଗାଣକୁ ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ କରିବାର କ୍ଷମତା ରାଜ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କ ଅଧୀନରେ ରହିବ ବୋଲି ସୁପ୍ରିମ୍‌କୋର୍ଟ ଏକ ଗୁରୁତ୍ବପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ରାୟ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ପ୍ରଧାନ ବିଚାରପତି ଡି ୱାଇ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରଚୂଡ଼ଙ୍କ ନେତୃତ୍ବାଧୀନ ୯ ଜଣିଆ ବିଚାରପତିଙ୍କ ସମ୍ବିଧାନ ପୀଠ ୮:୧ ସଂଖ୍ୟାଗରିଷ୍ଠତା ଆଧାରରେ ଏହି ରାୟ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

4.ଲେବାନନ ଏବଂ ଗାଜାରେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଆକ୍ରମଣ ଜାରି ରହିଛି। ଉଭୟ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଆକ୍ରମଣକୁ ଜୋରଦାର କରାଯାଇଛି। ଗୋଟିଏ ପଟେ ଆକାଶମାର୍ଗରୁ ଆକ୍ରମଣ ଚାଲିଥିବାବେଳେ ଅନ୍ୟପଟେ ସ୍ଥଳଭାଗରେ ସୈନ୍ୟ ଅଭିଯାନ ଚାଲିଛି।

5.ପାଲେଷ୍ଟାଇନର ହମାସ ଓ ଲେବାନନ୍‌ର ହେଜବୋଲ୍ଲା ଆତଙ୍କବାଦୀ ସଂଗଠନ ବିରୋଧରେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ଚଳାଇଥିବା ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ମଣିଷ ଜୀବନକୁ ଦୟନୀୟ କରିଦେଇଛି। ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ଆକ୍ରମଣରେ ପାଲେଷ୍ଟାଇନ ଓ ଲେବାନନ୍‌ରେ ହଜାର ହଜାର ସାଧାରଣ ନାଗରିକଙ୍କ ଜୀବନହାନି ଘଟୁଥିବାବେଳେ ଅନେକ ଆହତ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି।
ଅନ୍ୟପଟେ ଏହି ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲକୁ ଆର୍ଥିକ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣାରେ ପକାଇଛି।

6.ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ  ଦୀର୍ଘ ୫ ବର୍ଷ  ପରେ ଆଜି ପ୍ରଥମ ଥର ପାଇଁ ଚୀନ୍‌ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ସି ଜିନପିଙ୍ଗଙ୍କ ସହ ଦ୍ୱିପାକ୍ଷିକ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିଛନ୍ତି ।

7. ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ-ଏନ୍‌ସିଆର୍‌ରେ ପ୍ରଦୂଷଣ ପୁଣି ଥରେ ଉଦ୍‌ବେଗଜନକ ସ୍ଥିତିରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଯାଇଛି।  ପ୍ରଦୂଷଣ ଆଇନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ ହୋଇପାରୁ ନଥିବାରୁ  ଆଜି  ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ ପୁଣି ଥରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର, ପଞ୍ଜାବ ଓ ହରିୟାଣା ସରକାରକୁ କଡ଼ା ସମାଲୋଚନା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସୁପ୍ରିମ୍‌କୋର୍ଟ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଏହି ଆଇନ ଏବେ କୌଣସି କାମରେ ଆସୁନାହିଁ।

8.ବମ୍ବେ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ ଆଜି କହିଛନ୍ତି, ମୁସ୍‌ଲିମ ପୁରୁଷ ଏକାଧିକ ବିବାହ ପଂଜୀକରଣ କରିପାରିବେ। ସେମାନଙ୍କ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଗତ ଆଇନ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏକ ସମୟରେ ୪ଟି ପତ୍ନୀ ରଖିବାର ଅଧିକାର ଦେଇଥିବାରୁ ମୁସଲମାନ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ଏକାଧିକ ବିବାହ ପଂଜୀକରଣ କରିପାରିବେ ବୋଲି ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ କହିଛନ୍ତି।

9.ଦିଲ୍ଲୀର ଉପରାଜ୍ୟପାଳ ଭି.କେ ସାକ୍ସେନା ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟଙ୍କୁ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ରାଜଧାନୀର ରିଜ୍ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଗଛ କାଟିବା ପାଇଁ କୋର୍ଟଙ୍କ ଅନୁମତି ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ବୋଲି ସେ ଜାଣି ନ ଥିଲେ। କୋର୍ଟ ଶୁଣାଣି ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଭି.କେ ସାକ୍ସେନା ଏହା କହିଛନ୍ତି। ଫେବୃଆରୀରେ କୋର୍ଟଙ୍କର ଅନୁମତି ବିନା ୬୪୨ଟି ଗଛ କଟା ଯାଇଥିଲା।

 10.ମହାବିକାଶ ଅଘାଡିର ଆସନ ଭାଗବଣ୍ଟାକୁ ନେଇ ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚା ଚାଲିଆସୁଥିଲା | ତେବେ ଆଜି ମୋଟାମୋଟି ଏହା ଶେଷ ହୋଇଛି। ଆଜି ଘୋଷଣା କରାଯାଇଛି ଯେ ସମସ୍ତ ତିନୋଟି ଦଳ ୮୫-୮୫ ଟି ଆସନରେ ସମାନ ଭାବରେ ପ୍ରତିଦ୍ୱନ୍ଦ୍ୱିତା କରିବେ। ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟ ୧୮ଟି ଆସନ ଅନ୍ୟ ସହଯୋଗୀ ଦଳକୁ ଯିବ।

11.ହିତାଧିକାରୀଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଟଙ୍କା ମାଗିବା ସହ ଏକାଧିକ ଅଭିଯୋଗରେ ଗୋପବନ୍ଧୁ ଜନ ଆରୋଗ୍ୟ ଯୋଜନା(ଜିଜେଏୱାଇ) ଅଧୀନରେ ପଞ୍ଜୀକୃତ ହୋଇଥିବା ୫ଟି ଘରୋଇ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲକୁ ବାଦ୍ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ଛତିଶଗଡ଼ ରାୟପୁରସ୍ଥିତ ମିତ୍ତଲ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲ, ବନ୍ଥିଆ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲ, ସୋନି ହସ୍ପିଟାଲ ଓ ବାବୁଜୀ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲ। ସେହିପରି ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ଦେବଗଡ଼ ଜିଲ୍ଲାସ୍ଥିତ ସମଲେଶ୍ୱରୀ ନର୍ସିଂହୋମକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ବାଦ୍ ତାଲିକାରୁ ବାଦ୍ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି।

12. ‘ସୁଭଦ୍ରା’ ଯୋଜନାରେ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ୧କୋଟି ୨ଲକ୍ଷ ଜଣ ଆବେଦନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଦୁଇଟି ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟରେ ମୋଟ୍ ୬୦ଲକ୍ଷ ହିତାଧିକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଥମ କିସ୍ତିର ୫ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଛି। ମୋଟ୍ ଆବେଦନକାରୀଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ପ୍ରାୟ ୨ଲକ୍ଷ ୬୭ହଜାର ଆବେଦନ ଖାରଜ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି।

13.କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ୍ ‘ସମୃଦ୍ଧ କୃଷକ ଯୋଜନା’କୁ ଅନୁମୋଦନ କରିଛି। ଏଥିରେ ଧାନ ଏମ୍‌ଏସ୍‌ପିର ପ୍ରଚଳିତ ମୂଲ୍ୟ ୨୩୦୦ଟଙ୍କା ଓ ୨୩୨୦ ଟଙ୍କା ସହ ଇନପୁଟ୍ ସହାୟତା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରି କ୍ବିଣ୍ଟାଲ ପିଛା ମୋଟ୍ ୩୧୦୦ଟଙ୍କାରେ ଧାନ କିଣିବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ହୋଇଛି।

14.ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ନଭେମ୍ବର, ୨୦୨୪ରୁ ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ, ୨୦୨୫ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଖରିଫ ଧାନ ସଂଗ୍ରହ ହେବ। ରବି ଧାନ ମେ’, ୨୦୨୫ରୁ ଜୁନ୍ ୨୦୨୫ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସଂଗ୍ରହ ହେବ। ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ଧାନ ବିକ୍ରି ପାଇଁ ଆଧାର ଏକମାତ୍ର ପରିଚୟ ପତ୍ର ଭାବେ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯିବ। ଚାଷୀଙ୍କ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଆକାଉଣ୍ଟକୁ ୨୪ରୁ ୪୮ଘଣ୍ଟା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଟଙ୍କା ପଠାଯିବ।

15.ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ଓଡିଶା ରାଜ୍ୟ ମହିଳା ଆୟୋଗର ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ତଥା ସମସ୍ତ ସଦସ୍ୟଙ୍କୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପଦରୁ ହଟାଇ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।

16. ଓଡିଶାର ସରକାରୀ ମାଧ୍ୟମିକ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରାୟ 6,025 ଶିକ୍ଷକ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପାଇବେ। ଏହି ଶିକ୍ଷକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଛୁଟି ତାଲିମ ରିଜର୍ଭ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ଭାବରେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପାଇଁ ଓଡିଶା କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଚୟନ ଆୟୋଗ ସୂଚିତ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

17. ଓଡିଶା ଜନସେବା ଆୟୋଗ (ଓପିଏସସି ) ଓଡିଶା ସିଭିଲ ସର୍ଭିସ ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ପରୀକ୍ଷା -2023 କୁ ସ୍ଥଗିତ ରଖିଛି। ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ପରୀକ୍ଷା 27 ଅକ୍ଟୋବର 2024 ରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହେବାର ଥିଲା। କମିଶନ ଆହୁରି କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଓଡିଶା ସିଭିଲ ସର୍ଭିସ (ଓସିଏସ) ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ପରୀକ୍ଷା -2023 ର ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ତାରିଖ ସାତ ଦିନ ପରେ ସୂଚିତ କରାଯିବ।

18.ଓଡିଶା ସରକାର ଏହାର କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ  ବୈଠକରେ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବିତ ସମ୍ରୁଦ କୃଷ୍ଣ ଯୋଜନାକୁ ଉତ୍ସାହିତ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ଯୋଜନାରେ କୃଷକମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଅଧିକ ମୂଲ୍ୟରେ ଧାନ କ୍ରୟ (କ୍ୱିଣ୍ଟାଲ ପିଛା 3,100 ଟଙ୍କା) କରାଯିବ ।

19. ବିପର୍ଯ୍ୟୟ ପରିଚାଳନା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସୁରେଶ ପୂଜାରୀ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଏହି ଘୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିବଳୟର ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ଅଧିକ ଅସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ଜିଲ୍ଲାମାନଙ୍କରେ 5000 ରୁ ଅଧିକ ରିଲିଫ୍ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା କରାଯାଇଛି।
