19.ବଜେଟ ୨୦୨୪ରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ୧୨ ବର୍ଷ ପୁରୁଣା ଟ୍ୟାକ୍ସକୁ ବନ୍ଦ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ଟ୍ୟାକ୍ସ ୟୁପିଏ-୨ ରେ ଆସିଥିବା ବେଳେ ଷ୍ଟାର୍ଟଅପ ଉପରେ ଲଗାଯାଇଥିଲା। ଏହି ଟ୍ୟାକ୍ସର ନାମ ଆଞ୍ଜେଲ ଟ୍ୟାକ୍ସ ଥିଲା।

20.ଘୁଞ୍ଚିଲା ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଶିକ୍ଷକ ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା ପରୀକ୍ଷା (ଓଟିଇଟି) ପରୀକ୍ଷା। ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ୯ ବଦଳରେ ୧୭ ତାରିଖରେ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ହେବ।

1.ପ୍ରଥମଥର ଚାକିରି କରୁଥିବା କିମ୍ବା ପ୍ରଥମଥର ଇପିଏଫଓରେ ପଞ୍ଜୀକରଣ କରୁଥିବା କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କୁ ସରକାର ୧୫ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ଦେବେ। ଏହା ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଇପିଏଫଓ ଆକାଉଣ୍ଟରେ ଜମା ହେବ।

2.ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଗତ ଆୟକର ସୀମା ୩ ଲକ୍ଷ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଆୟ ପାଇଁ ଆୟକର ନାହିଁ। ନୂଆ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଅନୁସାରେ ୩ ଲକ୍ଷ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଆୟ ପାଇଁ ଆୟକର ଶୂନ ରହିଛି। ୩ ଲକ୍ଷରୁ ୭ ଲକ୍ଷ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଆୟ ପାଇଁ ଆୟକର ୫% ରହିଛି। ୭ ଲକ୍ଷରୁ ୧୦ ଲକ୍ଷ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଆୟ ପାଇଁ ଆୟକର ୧୦% ରହିଛି। ୧୦ରୁ ୧୨ ଲକ୍ଷ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଆୟ ପାଇଁ ଆୟକର ୧୫% ରହିବ।  ୧୨ରୁ ୧୫ ଲକ୍ଷ ଆୟ ପାଇଁ ଆୟକର ୨୦% । ୧୫ ଲକ୍ଷରୁ ଅଧିକ ଆୟ ପାଇଁ ଆୟକର ୩୦% ରହିଛି।

3.. ୪୮,୨୦,୫୧୨ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ବଜେଟରେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରକୁ ଗୁରୁତ୍ବ ଦିଆଯିବା ସହ ମୋଦୀ ସରକାର ଚଳିତ ଏନଡିଏ ସରକାରରେ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ସହଯୋଗୀ ସାଜିଥିବା ଆନ୍ଧ୍ରପ୍ରଦେଶ ଓ ବିହାରକୁ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ଅନୁଦାନ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛି।

4.ରେଳବାଇ ଲାଗି ମୋଟ ୫,୩୭,୯୦୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ଅଟକଳ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରାଯାଇଛି। ସେଥିରେ ରେଳବାଇ ରାଜସ୍ବରୁ ମୋଟ ବ୍ୟୟ ୨,୭୫,୭୦୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଥିବା ବେଳେ ବଜେଟ୍‌ ସହାୟତା ଓ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ପରିମାଣର ୨,୬୨,୨୦୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ରହିଛି। ରେଳବାଇର ପ୍ରତି ୧୦୦ ଟଙ୍କା ଆୟ ପାଇଁ ୯୮ ଟଙ୍କା ୨୨ ପଇସା ବ୍ୟୟ କରିବ।

5.୨୦୨୪-୨୫ ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ ଆଗତ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ବଜେଟ୍‌ରୁ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଟିକସ ଏବଂ ଶୁଳ୍କ ବାବଦରେ ୫୬ ହଜାର ୪୭୩ କୋଟି ୭୪ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ପାଇବ। ୨୦୨୩-୨୪ ବଜେଟ୍‌ରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାକୁ ଏ ବାବଦରେ ୫୦ ହଜାର ୧୧ କୋଟି ୬୭ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ମିଳିଥିଲା।

6.କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ବଜେଟରେ କ୍ରୀଡ଼ା ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ପାଇଁ ୩,୪୪୨.୩୨ କୋଟିରୁ ଖେଲୋ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ପାଇଁ ୯୦୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଆବଣ୍ଟନ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଗତ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷରେ ୮୮୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ସଂଶୋଧିତ ଆବଣ୍ଟନଠାରୁ ଏହି ପରିମାଣ ୨୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଅଧିକ।

7.ଅର୍ଥମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିର୍ମଳା ସୀତାରମଣଙ୍କ ବଜେଟ ଭାଷଣ ସମାପ୍ତ ହେଉ ହେଉ ସୁନା ଦାମ୍ ପ୍ରାୟ ୪ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ପ୍ରତି ୧୦ ଗ୍ରାମ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଖସିଆସିଛି ।

8.ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ୍‌‌ରେ ୪ ହଜାର ୮୨୫ ଜଣ ଭାରତୀୟ ଶ୍ରମିକ ନିୟୋଜିତ ହୋଇଥିବା କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର କହିଛନ୍ତି।

9.ଶିକ୍ଷା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରକୁ ସୁଦୃଢ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ୧.୪୮ଲକ୍ଷ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ବ୍ୟୟ ବରାଦ ହୋଇଛି । ଏହାଦ୍ୱାରା ଶିକ୍ଷା, ରୋଜଗାର ଏବଂ କୌଶଳ ବିକାଶ ହେବ ।

10.ନିଟ୍‌ ୟୁଜି-୨୦୨୪ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ବିବାଦ ଉପରେ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟଙ୍କ ବଡ଼ ରାୟ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ୨୪ ଲକ୍ଷ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଭବିଷ୍ୟତ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଉପରେ ନିର୍ଭର କରୁଛି।

9.ଆସେସ୍‌ମେଣ୍ଟ ଆଣ୍ଡ୍‌ ଆକ୍ରିଡେଶନ୍‌ କାଉନ୍‌ସିଲ(ନାକ୍‌) ମାନ୍ୟତାରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ହେବ। ଗ୍ରେଡେଶନ୍‌ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଆଉ ରହିବନି। ଏହା ବଦଳରେ ବାଇନାରୀ ଆକ୍ରିଡେଶନ୍‌ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ପ୍ରଚଳନ କରାଯିବ। ଅର୍ଥାତ୍‌ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଉଥିବା ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଗ୍ରେଡ୍‌ ବଦଳରେ ଏବେ କେବଳ ଅଧିସ୍ବୀକୃତି ଏବଂ ଅଣ-ଅଧିସ୍ବୀକୃତି ମାନ୍ୟତା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ। ଆସନ୍ତା ସେପ୍ଟେମ୍ବରରୁ ଏହା ଲାଗୁ କରିବାକୁ ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଅନୁଦାନ ଆୟୋଗ(ୟୁଜିସି) ଯୋଜନା ରଖିଛି।
