ଗର୍ଭବତୀ ମହିଳାଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଖୁସି ଖବର ଦେଲେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର । ମମତା ଯୋଜନା ସହାୟତା ରାଶି ୨ଗୁଣ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି। ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ମମତା ଯୋଜନାରେ ଗର୍ଭବତୀ ମହିଳାମାନଙ୍କୁ ୨ଟି କିସ୍ତିରେ ୫ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଉଥିଲା।

ଘରୋଇ ଉପଭୋକ୍ତାଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରତି ସ୍ଲାବରେ କମିଲା ୧୦ ପଇସା। ଅନ୍ୟ ଉପଭୋକ୍ତାଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଦର ଅପରିବର୍ତ୍ତିତ ରହିଛି। ବିପିଏଲ ଉପଭୋକ୍ତାପାଇଁ ମାସିକ ଦେୟ ୮୦ ଟଙ୍କାରୁ ୭୦ ଟଙ୍କାକୁ କମିଛି। ୨୦୨୪-୨୫ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ ବଢିବନି ବିଜୁଳି ଦର।

ଯୁକ୍ତ ୩ ଓ ପିଜି ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଲାଗି ନୂଆ-ଓ ସ୍କଲାରସିପ ଘୋଷଣା ହୋଇଛି। ଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ମିଳିବ ବାର୍ଷିକ ୧୦ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ସ୍କଲାରସିପ୍। ଛାତ୍ରଙ୍କୁ ବାର୍ଷିକ ୯ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ସ୍କଲାରସିପ୍ ମିଳିବ।

ରାଜ୍ୟ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ବୀମା ନିଗମ (ଇଏସଆଇସି) ନିୟମରେ ବଡ଼ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ହୋଇଛି । ଯେଉଁମାନେ ବେତନ ସୀମା ଅଧିକ ହେତୁ ଇଏସଆଇସି ଯୋଜନାରୁ ବଞ୍ଚିତ ହେଉଥିଲେ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସେହି ଅବସରପ୍ରାପ୍ତ କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ସେବାର ଲାଭ ମିଳିବ।

ନୀତୀଶ କୁମାର ବିହାର ବିଧାନସଭାରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ଆସ୍ଥାଭୋଟରେ ବିଜୟୀ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି । ସପକ୍ଷରେ ୧୨୯ଟି ଭୋଟ ପଡ଼ିଥିବାବେଳେ ବିପକ୍ଷରେ କୌଣସି ଭୋଟ ପଡ଼ିନଥିଲା । ବିପକ୍ଷରେ କୌଣସି ଭୋଟ ନ ପଡ଼ିବାର କାରଣ ହେଉଛି ବିରୋଧୀ ଦଳ ଆସ୍ଥାଭୋଟ ପୂର୍ବରୁ କକ୍ଷତ୍ୟାଗ କରିଥିଲେ ।

ବିହାର ବିଧାନସଭାରେ ସୋମବାର ନୀତୀଶ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଫ୍ଲୋର ଟେଷ୍ଟ ସମୟରେ ବିହାର ବିଧାନସଭା ବାଚସ୍ପତି ଅୱଧ ବିହାରୀ ଚୌଧୁରୀଙ୍କୁ ଅନାସ୍ଥା ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ଜରିଆରେ ହଟାଇ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି।

ରାଜ୍ୟ କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ ‘ସ୍ୱୟମ’ ନାମରେ ଏକ ନୂତନ ଯୋଜନାକୁ ଅନୁମତି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ‘ସ୍ୱୟମ’ ହେଉଛି ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ଯୁବ ଉଦ୍ୟମୀ ( Swatantra Yuba Udyami) । ଏହି ଯୋଜନାରେ ୧୮ରୁ ୩୫ ବର୍ଷ ବୟମର ଯୁବକ ଯୁବତୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ବ୍ୟବସାୟ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ୧ ଲକ୍ଷ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଋଣ ବିନା ସୁଧରେ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ।

ଯାତାୟାତରେ ବାଧା ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରୁଥିବା ଟୋଲ୍‌ ପ୍ଲାଜାଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ହଟାଇ ଦିଆଯିବ। ଏହା ବଦଳରେ ଜାତୀୟ ରାଜପଥଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ଜିପିଏସ୍‌ ଆଧାରିତ ଟୋଲ ସଂଗ୍ରହ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ।

ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡରେ ବେଆଇନ ଭାବେ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ମଦ୍ରାସା ଉଚ୍ଛେଦକୁ ନେଇ ଦଙ୍ଗା ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି। ହଲଦୱାନୀରେ ସରକାରୀ ଜମିରେ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ମଦ୍ରାସାକୁ ଭଙ୍ଗାଯିବା ପରେ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ସଂପ୍ରଦାୟର ଲୋକ ପୁଲିସ ଏବଂ ପ୍ରଶାସନିକ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ ଉପରକୁ ଟେକା ପଥର ମାଡ଼ କରିବା ସହ ବହୁ ଗାଡି ଭାଙ୍ଗି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।

ପୁଣି ରାଜ୍ୟକୁ ଫେରିବ ବର୍ଷା। ଆସନ୍ତା ୧୧ ଓ ୧୨ ତାରିଖରେ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ବିକ୍ଷିପ୍ତ ବର୍ଷା ହେବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି।

ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ରାଜନୀତିଜ୍ଞ ତଥା ପୂର୍ବତନ ବିଧାୟିକା ଭି. ସୁଜ୍ଞାନ କୁମାରୀ ଦେଓଙ୍କୁ ଭେଟି ତାଙ୍କ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟାବସ୍ଥା ବୁଝିବା ପାଇଁ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ଚେନ୍ନାଇ ଯାଇଛନ୍ତି ।

୨୦୨୨ ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ୧ରେ ୫ଜି ସେବା ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବା ପରଠାରୁ ଦେଶର ୭୪୨ଟି ଜିଲ୍ଲାକୁ ୫ଜି ସଂଯୋଗ ଯୋଗାଇ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି ବୋଲି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର କହିଛନ୍ତି।

ଆଗାମୀ ସାଧାରଣ ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ୯୬.୮୮ କୋଟି ଲୋକ ମତଦାନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପଞ୍ଜୀକୃତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି ବୋଲି ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଆୟୋଗ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏଥିସହ ୧୮ରୁ ୨୯ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସ ବର୍ଗର ୨ କୋଟିରୁ ଅଧିକ ଯୁବ ଭୋଟରଙ୍କୁ ଭୋଟର ତାଲିକାରେ ସାମିଲ କରାଯାଇଛି।

ଭାରତୀୟ ସମ୍ବିଧାନର ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବନାରୁ ‘ଧର୍ମନିରପେକ୍ଷ’ ଓ ‘ସମାଜବାଦୀ’ ଶବ୍ଦକୁ ହଟାଇବା ପାଇଁ ବିଜେପି ନେତା ସୁବ୍ରମଣ୍ୟମ ସ୍ୱାମୀ ଦାଖଲ କରିଥିବା ଆବେଦନକୁ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ ସ୍ଥଗିତ ରଖିଛନ୍ତି। ଜଷ୍ଟିସ ସଞ୍ଜୀବ ଖାନ୍ନା ଓ ଜଷ୍ଟିସ ଦୀପଙ୍କର ଦତ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ନେଇ ଗଠିତ ଖଣ୍ଡପୀଠ ଏପ୍ରିଲ ୨୯ରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବାକୁ ଥିବା ସପ୍ତାହରେ ଏହି ମାମଲାର ଶୁଣାଣି ପାଇଁ ସମୟ ସ୍ଥିର କରିଛନ୍ତି।

୨୦୧୪ରୁ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଦେଶର ଭାରତ ରତ୍ନ ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ସମ୍ମାନ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦିଙ୍କ ସରକାରରେ ୧୦ଜଣଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଉଛି। ଏଥି ସହିତ, ୨୦୦୪ରୁ ୨୦୧୪ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ, ଯେତେବେଳେ ୟୁପିଏ ସରକାର ଥିଲା ଏବଂ ଡକ୍ଟର ମନମୋହନ ସିଂ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଥିଲେ, ତିନି ଜଣଙ୍କୁ ଭାରତ ରତ୍ନ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ୨୦୦୮ରେ, ୟୁପିଏ ସରକାର ସମୟରେ ଶାସ୍ତ୍ରୀୟ ସଙ୍ଗୀତ ଗାୟକ ପଣ୍ଡିତ ଭୀମସେନ ଯୋଶୀଙ୍କୁ ଭାରତ ରତ୍ନ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ୨୦୧୪ରେ ପୂର୍ବତନ କ୍ରିକେଟର ସଚିନ ତେନ୍ଦୁଲକର ଏବଂ ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ ରସାୟନ ବିଜ୍ଞାନୀ ସିଏନ ରାଓଙ୍କୁ ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ନାଗରିକ ପୁରସ୍କାର ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା।

 ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମତ୍ସ୍ୟ କିଷାନ ସମୃଦ୍ଧି ଯୋଜନା ଅଧୀନରେ ଏହା ୬୦୦୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ଏକ ଉପ-କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ଯୋଜନା । ଏହି ଯୋଜନା ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଜଳ ଚାଷ କରୁଥିବା କୃଷକ ତଥା ମତ୍ସ୍ୟଜୀବୀ ଏବଂ ମତ୍ସ୍ୟ ଚାଷ କରୁଥିବା ଶ୍ରମିକମାନେ ଶସ୍ତା ଋଣ ପାଇପାରିବେ।

ଶେଷ ଥର ପାଇଁ ୨୦୧୯ରେ ହୋଇଥିବା ଲୋକସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପରଠାରୁ ପଞ୍ଜୀକୃତ ଭୋଟରଙ୍କ ସଂଖ୍ୟାରେ ୬% ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଛି।

ମାଗଣାରେ ଆଧାର ସଂଶୋଧନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଧାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ହୋଇଥିବା ତାରିଖ ଖୁବଶୀଘ୍ର ଶେଷ ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି। ୨୦୨୩ ଡିସେମ୍ବରରେ ସରକାର ଆଧାର କାର୍ଡ ଅପଡେଟ କରିବାର ସମୟସୀମାକୁ ୩ ମାସ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିଥିଲେ। ଆସନ୍ତା ମାସ ୧୪ ତାରିଖରେ ଡେଡଲାଇନ ପୂରି ଯିବ।

ଆରବିଆଇ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ଭାବେ କହିଛି ଯେ, ଫେବୃଆରୀ ୨୯ ପରେ ପେଟିଏମ୍ ଆପ୍ ବନ୍ଦ ହେବ ନାହିଁ। ପେଟିଏମ୍ ପେମେଣ୍ଟ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ନିଷେଧାଦେଶ ଥାଇ ମଧ୍ୟ ଆପଣ ଆପଣଙ୍କର ପେଟିଏମ୍ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଆକାଉଣ୍ଟରେ ଜମା ହୋଇଥିବା ଟଙ୍କା ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ କରିପାରିବେ। ଏହା ବ୍ୟତୀତ ପେଟିଏମ୍ ୟୁପିଆଇକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ପୂର୍ବ ପରି ବ୍ୟବହାର କରିବାରେ ସକ୍ଷମ ହେବେ। କିନ୍ତୁ, ପେଟିଏମ୍ ୱାଲେଟ୍ ଏବଂ ଫାଷ୍ଟାଗ୍ ପରି ପେଟିଏମ୍ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଜଡିତ ସେବା ପାଇବାକୁ ଅସମର୍ଥ ହେବେ।

ଆର୍‌ଏଲ୍‌ଡି ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଜୟନ୍ତ ଚୌଧୁରୀ ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ତାଙ୍କ ଜେଜେବାପା ପୂର୍ବତନ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଚୌଧୁରୀ ଚରଣ ସିଂହଙ୍କୁ ଭାରତରତ୍ନ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବାର କିଛି ଘଣ୍ଟା ପରେ ୨୦୨୪ ଲୋକସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପାଇଁ ଉତ୍ତରପ୍ରଦେଶରେ ବିଜେପି ସହ ମେଣ୍ଟକୁ ନିଶ୍ଚିତ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ନୂଆଦିଲ୍ଲୀରୁ ମୁମ୍ବାଇ ଅଭିମୁଖେ ଯାତ୍ରା କରୁଥିବା ଇଣ୍ଡିଗୋର ଏକ ବିମାନ ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ସକାଳେ ପୁଣି ଜାତୀୟ ରାଜଧାନୀକୁ ଫେରିଥିବା ବେଳେ ଏୟାରଲାଇନ୍ସ କହିଛି ଯେ ବିମାନଟିରେ ଅଳ୍ପ ସମୟ ପାଇଁ ସାମାନ୍ୟ ଦୁର୍ଗନ୍ଧ ହେବାରୁ ସତର୍କତାମୂଳକ ପଦକ୍ଷେପସ୍ବରୂପ ବିମାନଟି ଫେରିଆସିଛି।

ମାଲେସିଆର ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ଅଦାଲତ ଶୁକ୍ରବାର କେଲଣ୍ଟାନ୍ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଦ୍ୱାରା ପ୍ରଣୟନ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ପ୍ରାୟ ଏକ ଡଜନ ସରିଆ ଭିତ୍ତିକ ଆଇନକୁ ରଦ୍ଦ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ନ୍ୟାୟାଳୟ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଏହି ଆଇନଗୁଡ଼ିକ ସଂଘୀୟ କର୍ତ୍ତୃପକ୍ଷଙ୍କୁ ଉଲ୍ଲଂଘନ କରୁଛି।
