ରାଜଧାନୀ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀରେ ଅରବିନ୍ଦ କେଜରିୱାଲ ସରକାର ଆସିବା ପରଠାରୁ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଗତ ୯ ବର୍ଷ ଧରି ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ବିଲ ଉପରେ ରିହାତି ଦିଆଯାଉଛି। ଭବିଷ୍ୟତରେ ୨୦୦ୟୁନିଟ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ମାଗଣା ବଦ୍ୟୁତ୍‌ ମଧ୍ୟ ଜାରି ରହିବ ବୋଲି ବୈଠକରେ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନିଆଯାଇଛି।

ନିକଟରେ ଇଲେକ୍ଟ୍ରିକ ଗାଡିକୁ ନେଇ ସାଂଘାତିକ ତଥ୍ୟ ସାମ୍ନାକୁ ଆସିଛି । ପେଟ୍ରୋଲ ଓ ଡିଜେଲ ଠାରୁ ଇଲେକ୍ଟ୍ରିକ ଗାଡି ପରିବେଶକୁ ଅଧିକ ପ୍ରଦୂଷଣ କରୁଥିବା ଅଧ୍ୟୟନରୁ ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି । ଏହାର କାରଣ ହେଉଛି ଇଲେକ୍ଟ୍ରିକ ଗାଡିର ବ୍ୟାଟେରୀ ବହୁତ ଓଜନିଆ । ଯେଉଁଥିପାଇଁ ଗାଡ଼ି ଚାଲିଲା ବେଳେ ଏବଂ ବ୍ରେକ ଲଗାଇଲା ବେଳେ ଟାୟାର୍‌ ଅଧିକ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ହୋଇଥାଏ । ୱାଲ ଷ୍ଟ୍ରିଟ ଜର୍ଣ୍ଣାଲରେ ଏହି ରିପୋର୍ଟ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି ।

ପୂର୍ବତନ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ବିଜୟ ମହାପାତ୍ରଙ୍କ ପୁଅ ଅରବିନ୍ଦ ମହାପାତ୍ର ଗୁରୁବାର ବିଜେଡିରେ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ନବୀନ ନିବାସରେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଉପସ୍ଥିତିରେ ବିଜେଡିରେ ବିଧିବଦ୍ଧ ଭାବେ ବିଜୟ ମହାପାତ୍ରଙ୍କ ପୁଅ ହେଲେ ସାମିଲ।

ଆଶାକର୍ମୀମାନଙ୍କ ମାସିକ ପାରିଶ୍ରମିକ ୪,୫୦୦ ଟଙ୍କାରୁ ୭,୦୦୦ ଟଙ୍କାକୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରାଯାଇଛି। ସେବା ନିବୃତ୍ତି ସମୟରେ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ସେମାନେ ୫୦ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ପାଉଥିବା ବେଳେ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ୧ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ପାଇବେ।

ଫ୍ରାନ୍ସ ସରକାର ଗର୍ଭପାତ ଅଧିକାର ସମ୍ବିଧାନରେ ସାମିଲ କରିବାର ଯୋଜନା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏନେଇ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି। ଏନେଇ ସୋମବାର ସରକାର ନି‌ଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନ‌େବେ। ଯଦି ସରକାର ଏହି ବିଲ୍ ସପକ୍ଷରେ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନିଅନ୍ତି ତେବେ ଏହା କରିବାରେ ଫ୍ରାନ୍ସ ବିଶ୍ବର ପ୍ରଥମ ଦେଶ ହେବ।

ଗତବର୍ଷ ମଣିପୁରରେ ଜାତିଆଣ ହିଂସା ବେଳେ ବିଷ୍ଣୁପୁର ପୋଲିସ ଅସ୍ତ୍ରାଗାରରୁ ଅସ୍ତ୍ରଶସ୍ତ୍ର ଓ ଗୁଳିଗୋଳା ଲୁଟ୍‌ ମାମଲାରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ତଦନ୍ତ ବ୍ୟୁରୋ (ସିବିଆଇ) ୭ ଅଭିଯୁକ୍ତଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ଚାର୍ଜଶିଟ୍‌ ଦାଖଲ କରିଛି।

ଭାରତୀୟ ଜନତା ପାର୍ଟି (ଭାଜପା) ଏମ୍‌ପି ଡା. ହର୍ଷବର୍ଦ୍ଧନ ସକ୍ରିୟ ରାଜନୀତିରୁ ଅବସର ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ଭୋଜପୁରୀ ଗାୟକ ତଥା ଭାଜପା ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ ପଓ୍ବନ ସିଂ ଆସନସୋଲ ଲୋକ ସଭା ଆସନରୁ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଳଢ଼ିବାକୁ ମନା କରି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।

ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୪ରୁ ୬ ତାରିଖ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ୫ଟି ରାଜ୍ୟ ଗସ୍ତ କରିବେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ। ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସହିତ ତେଲେଙ୍ଗାନା, ତାମିଲନାଡୁ, ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗ ଓ ବିହାର ଗସ୍ତ କରିବା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ରହିଛି ବୋଲି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସୂଚନା ମିଳିିଛି।

ନୂତନ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ରାଜ୍ୟର ୬୦ ବର୍ଷ ଅତିକ୍ରମ କରିଥିବା ନିର୍ମାଣ ଶ୍ରମିକ ମାନେ ଏଣିକି ୫୦୦ ଟଙ୍କା ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତେ ୧୦୦୦ ଟଙ୍କା ମାସିକ ପେନ୍‌ସନ ପାଇବେ। ସେହିପରି ୮୦ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରୁ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ବ ନିର୍ମାଣ ଶ୍ରମିକ ମାନେ ୭୦୦ ଟଙ୍କା ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତେ ୧୨୦୦ ଟଙ୍କା ପାଇବେ।

ଭାରତ ସରକାରଙ୍କ କୃଷି ମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟ ଅଧୀନରେ ଥିବା ଭାରତୀୟ କୃଷି ଗବେଷଣା ପରିଷଦ (ଆଇସିଏଆର) ପକ୍ଷରୁ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଏକ ଅଧ୍ୟୟନ ରିପୋର୍ଟରୁ ଏହା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି। ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଅନୁସାରେ, ସମଗ୍ର ଦେଶରେ ୭୨.୧% ଅର୍ଥାତ୍‌‌ ୯୬୬.୬ ନିୟୁତ ଲୋକ ମାଛ ଖାଉଛନ୍ତି। ତ୍ରିପୁରାରେ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ଲୋକ ମାଛ ଖାଉଥିବା ବେଳେ ପଞ୍ଜାବ ଓ ହରିୟାନାରେ ଏହି ହାର ସବୁଠାରୁ କମ୍‌‌ ରହିଛି। 

୩୫୧ଟି ବିରଳ ପ୍ରଜାତିର କଇଁଛ ଉଦ୍ଧାର । କଇଁଛଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗରୁ କର୍ଣ୍ଣାଟକ ଚାଲାଣ ବେଳେ ଗୁଇନ୍ଦା ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶାଳୟ ମାଡିବସିଲା।

କୋଲକାତା ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ କୌଣସି ଅଜଣା ମହିଳାଙ୍କୁ ‘ଡାର୍ଲିଂ’ କହିବା ଆପତ୍ତିଜନକ ଏବଂ ଏହା ଭାରତୀୟ ପିଙ୍ଗଳ କୋଡ୍ (ଆଇପିସି)ର ଧାରା ୩୫୪ଏ (ମହିଳାଙ୍କୁ ଅପମାନିତ କରିବା) ଏବଂ ୫୦୯ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଏକ ଅପରାଧ ଭାବେ ବିବେଚିତ ହେବ।

ସୀମା ସୁରକ୍ଷା ବଳ (ବିଏସ୍‌ଏଫ୍‌)ରେ ପ୍ରଥମ ମହିଳା ସ୍ନାଇପର ଭାବେ ସେ ‘ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷକ ବର୍ଗ’କୁ ଉନ୍ନୀତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ନିକଟରେ ଇନ୍ଦୋରର ‘ସେଣ୍ଟ୍ରାଲ୍‌ ସ୍କୁଲ ଅଫ୍‌ ୱିପନ୍‌ସ ଆଣ୍ଡ ଟାକ୍‌ଟିସ୍‌’ରେ ୮ ସପ୍ତାହ ଧରି ସ୍ନାଇପର ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷଣ ହୋଇଥିଲା।

ପାକିସ୍ତାନରେ ସରକାର ଗଠନ ନେଇ ଲାଗି ରହିଥିବା ଅଚଳାବସ୍ଥାର ଅବସାନ ହୋଇଛି। ପିଏମ୍‌ଏଲ୍‌-ଏନ୍‌ ନେତା ଶେହବାଜ ସରିଫ୍ ରବିବାର ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ଥର ପାଇଁ ପାକିସ୍ତାନର ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଭାବେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି।

ସେମିକଣ୍ଡକ୍ଟର ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗରେ ଭାରତ ଅନ୍ୟ ଦେଶ ଉପରେ ନିର୍ଭରଶୀଳତା ହ୍ରାସ କରିବାକୁ ଚାହୁଁଛି। ଭାରତ ଏବେ ଚୀନ-ତାଇୱାନକୁ ବଡ଼ ଝଟକା ଦେବାକୁ ଯୋଜନା କରିଛି। ଏନେଇ ସରକାର ନୂତନ କାରଖାନା ସ୍ଥାପନ ପାଇଁ ୧୦ ବିଲିୟନ ଡଲାରର ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହନ ଦେଉଛନ୍ତି।

ଭାରତରେ ଉତ୍କଳ ଦାରିଦ୍ର୍ୟ କବଳରେ ପଡ଼ିଥିବା ଲୋକଙ୍କ ସଂଖ୍ୟା କମ୍ ହେବାରେ ଲାଗିଛି। ଜନସଂଖ୍ୟାର ୩ ପ୍ରତିଶତରୁ କମ୍ ଲୋକ ଉତ୍କଟ ଦାରିଦ୍ର୍ୟରେ ଥିବା ୱାର୍ଲଡ୍‌ ପଭର୍ଟି କ୍ଲକ୍‌ ତଥ୍ୟରୁ ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି। ଏହି ଲୋକମାନେ ଦୈନିକ ‌୧.୯ ଡଲାରରୁ କମ୍ ଟଙ୍କାରେ ଜୀବନ ଅତିବାହିତ କରୁଛନ୍ତି।

ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ଆସନ୍ତା ୬ ତାରିଖରେ ବିଏସକେୱାଇ ନବୀନ କାର୍ଡର ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ କରିବେ । ପ୍ରଥମ ପର୍ଯ୍ଯାୟରେ ଏହା ସମ୍ବଲପୁର ଓ ଖୋର୍ଦ୍ଧା ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ ।

ଜୟଦେବ ବିଧାୟକ ଅରବିନ୍ଦ ଢାଲି ବିଜେପିରେ ସାମିଲ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି । ଏଥିସହ ତାଙ୍କ ସମର୍ଥକମାନେ ମଧ୍ୟ ବିଜେପିରେ ମିଶିଛନ୍ତି।

ଟାଟା ପାୱାର ଓ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଏକ ଯୌଥ ଉଦ୍ୟୋଗ ଟିପି ସେଣ୍ଟ୍ରାଲ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଡିଷ୍ଟ୍ରିବ୍ୟୁଶନ ଲିମିଟେଡ୍‌ (ଟିପିସିଓଡିଏଲ୍‌) ପକ୍ଷରୁ ୫ ସରକାରୀ ଶିଳ୍ପ ତାଲିମ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର (ଆଇଟିଆଇ) ସହ ବୁଝାମଣାପତ୍ର (ଏମ୍‌ଓୟୁ) ସ୍ବାକ୍ଷର ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛି।

ଘରୋଇ ବଜାରର ତୈଳ ଏବଂ ଗ୍ୟାସ୍‌ର ଚାହିଦା ମେଣ୍ଟାଇବା ପାଇଁ ଶନିବାର ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦି ସର୍ବଭାରତୀୟସ୍ତରରେ ୧.୬୨ଲକ୍ଷ କୋଟିର ଅଏଲ ଆଣ୍ଡ ଗ୍ୟାସ୍‌ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ ସହ ବିହାରର ବେଗୁସରାଇରୁ ଦେଶବାସୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗୀକୃତ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ଅଷ୍ଟ୍ରେଲିଆ  ସ୍ପିନର ନାଥନ ଲିୟନଙ୍କ ଯାଦୁକରୀ ସ୍ପିନ୍‌ ବୋଲିଂ ବଳରେ ନ୍ୟୁଜିଲାଣ୍ଡ ବିପକ୍ଷ ପ୍ରଥମ ଟେଷ୍ଟକୁ ୧୭୨ ରନ୍‌ରେ ଜିତିଛି  ।

ଗୁଜୁରାଟରୁ ଲୋକସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନକୁ ନେଇ ଏକ ବଡ ଖବର ସାମ୍ନାକୁ ଆସିଛି। ବାସ୍ତବରେ ଗୁଜୁରାଟର ପୂର୍ବତନ ଉପମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିତିନ ପଟେଲ ତାଙ୍କ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀତ୍ବ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର ନେଇ ଏକ ବଡ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରର ନାଗପୁରରେ ୨୦ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ଲାଞ୍ଚ ମାମଲାରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ଜାତୀୟ ରାଜପଥ ପ୍ରାଧିକରଣ (ଏନ୍‌ଏଚ୍‌ଏଆଇ)ର ଜଣେ ଜେନେରାଲ ମ୍ୟାନେଜରଙ୍କୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ତଦନ୍ତ ବ୍ୟୁରୋ (ସିବିଆଇ) ଗିରଫ କରିଛି।

ୟୁଜିସି ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଜଗଦେଶ କୁମାରଙ୍କ କହିବା ଅନୁସାରେ, ଲୋକସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟସୂଚୀ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ କମନ୍‌ ୟୁନିଭର୍ସିଟି ଏଣ୍ଟ୍ରାନ୍‌ସ ଟେଷ୍ଟ (ସିୟୁଇଟି)-ୟୁଜି ର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟସୂଚୀରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ହେବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି।
