୨୦୨୩-୨୪ ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ କେଉଁ କେଉଁ ଦିଗ ଏବଂ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପକୁ ପ୍ରାଥମିକତା ଦିଆଯିବ ସେ ନେଇ ଖସଡ଼ା ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହୋଇଛି। ଯୋଜନା ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଚଳିତ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷରେ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ୩୦ଟି ନୂଆ ଅନ୍ତଃପ୍ରବାହୀ ଜଳଭଣ୍ଡାର ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ (ଇନଷ୍ଟ୍ରିମ ଷ୍ଟୋରେଜ) ହାତକୁ ନିଆଯିବ। ଏହାଦ୍ୱାରା ବିପୁଳ ମାତ୍ରାରେ ଜମିକୁ ଜଳସେଚିତ କରାଯିବା ସହ ପାନୀୟ ଜଳ ଭଳି ସମସ୍ୟାକୁ ଦୂର କରାଯାଇପାରିବ।

କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସଙ୍ଗୀତ ନାଟକ ଏକାଡେମୀର ଜାତୀୟ ଛଉ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଉପଦେଷ୍ଟା ଭାବେ ମୟୂରଭଞ୍ଜର ଅନ୍ୟତମ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ଉସ୍ତାଦ ପାଗୁଲୁ ଜେନା ମନୋନୀତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏକାଡେମୀର ସାଧାରଣ ପରିଷଦ ବୈଠକରେ ଏହି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନିଆଯାଇଥିବାର ଜଣା ଯାଇଛି। ଶ୍ରୀ ଜେନା ଆସନ୍ତା ପାଞ୍ଚ ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ ଉପଦେଷ୍ଟା ଭାବେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବେ।

ରାଜ୍ୟର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସହରାଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଥିବା ୨ ହଜାରରୁ ଅଧିକ ବୃହତ ଜଳାଶୟ ଗୁଡିକୁ ଆମ ପୋଖରୀ ଯୋଜନା ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ସର୍ବସାଧାରଣଙ୍କ ବ୍ୟବହାର ଉପଯୋଗୀ କରାଯିବ। ରାଜ୍ୟର ୧୧୫ ଟି ପୌରାଞ୍ଚଳରେ ୨୦୨୩-୨୪ ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ ଏ ବାବଦକୁ ୧୨୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ବିନିଯୋଗ ଲାଗି ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ବଜେଟ୍‌‌ରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟୟ ବରାଦ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ମାଧ୍ୟମିକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ପରିଷଦ ଆନୁକୂଲ୍ୟରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ମାଟ୍ରିକ ସମେଟିଭ୍-୨, ମଧ୍ୟମା ଓ ଓପନ ସ୍କୁଲ ସାର୍ଟିଫିକେଟର ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଖାତା ମୂଲ୍ୟାୟନ ଶେଷ ହୋଇଛି । ଏଥର ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଖାତା ମୂଲ୍ୟାୟନ ପାଇଁ ସାରା ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ୫୫ଟି ମୂଲ୍ୟାୟନ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା କରାଯାଇଥିଲା।

ଓପେକ୍ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ହ୍ରାସ କରି ଯଦି ତେଲ ଦାମ୍ ବଢ଼ାଇବାକୁ ଉଦ୍ୟମ କରିବେ ତେବେ ରିହାତିରେ ମିଳୁଥିବା ରୁଷ୍‌ ତେଲକୁ ଅଧିକ ମାତ୍ରାରେ କିଣିବା ଉପରେ ଭାରତ ବିଚାର କରିବ ବୋଲି ଅର୍ଥମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିର୍ମଳା ସୀତାରମଣ କହିଛନ୍ତି।

ଉତ୍ତର ପ୍ରଦେଶର ଆଲିଗଡ଼ ମୁସଲିମ ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ପରିସରର  କ୍ୟାମ୍ପସକୁ ଲାଗି ରହିଥିବା ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ସଫଦର ଅଲୀ ନାମକ ଜଣେ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ପରିବାର ସହ ରହୁଥିଲେ। ସେ ସବୁଦିନ ଭଳି ରବିବାର ସକାଳୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ସାର୍‌ ସୟିଦ ମ୍ୟୁଜିୟମରେ ଥିବା ଗୋଟିଏ ଗାର୍ଡେନକୁ ମର୍ଣ୍ଣିୱାକ ପାଇଁ ଯାଇଥିଲେ। ସେ ମର୍ଣ୍ଣିୱାକ୍‌ କରୁଥିବା ବେଳେ ହଠାତ୍‌ ୫ରୁ ୬ଟି ବୁଲା କୁକୁର ତାଙ୍କୁ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରିଥିଲେ। ପୁଲିସ ଘଟଣାସ୍ଥଳରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଲା ବେଳକୁ ତାଙ୍କର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟି ସାରିଥିଲା।

କୋଲକାତା ନାଇଟ ରାଡର୍ସର ବ୍ୟାଟର ଭେଙ୍କଟେଶ ଆୟର ବିସ୍ଫୋରକ ଶତକୀୟ ପାଳି ଖେଳିଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଏହା ଦଳକୁ ଜିତାଇବାକୁ ସକ୍ଷମ ହୋଇନି। ଆୟରଙ୍କ ୧୦୪ ରନର ଇନିଂସ ବଳରେ ପ୍ରଥମେ ବ୍ୟାଟିଂ କରିଥିବା କୋଲକାତା ୬ ୱିକେଟ ହରାଇ ୧୮୫ ରନ କରିଥିଲା। ଏହାର ଜବାବରେ ମୁମ୍ବାଇ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆନ୍ସ ଈଶନ କିଶନଙ୍କ ୨୫ ବଲରେ ବିସ୍ଫୋରକ ୫୮ ରନ ବଳରେ ମ୍ୟାଚ୍‌କୁ ୫ ୱିକେଟରେ ଜିତି ନେଇଛି।

ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକଙ୍କ ନେତୃତ୍ୱରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଦିନକୁ ଦିନ ବିକାଶ ଦିଗରେ ଅଗ୍ରସର ହେବାରେ ଲାଗିଛି । ଫଳରେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସମୟରେ ରାଜ୍ୟକୁ ଜାତୀୟ ଓ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ସ୍ତରର ପୁରସ୍କାର ମିଳୁଛି । ଗତ ଫେବୃଆରୀ ମାସରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାକୁ ସ୍ପୋର୍ଟ୍ସ ଷ୍ଟାର ଆସେସ ଆୱାର୍ଡ ମିଳିଥିଲା । କ୍ରୀଡ଼ା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଅନନ୍ୟ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ପାଇଁ ରାଜ୍ୟକୁ ଏହି ପୁରସ୍କାର ମିଳିଥିଲା । ମୁମ୍ବାଇଠାରେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ଏହି ପୁରସ୍କାର ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଥିଲେ

ଜାତୀୟ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ସମନ୍ୱୟ ସଚିବାଳୟ (ଏନଏସସିଏସ) ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏକ ବଡ଼ ଖୁଲାସା କରାଯାଇଛି । ଟେଲିକମ ଅପରେଟର ଭୋଡ଼ାଫୋନ ଆଇଡିଆ ଏକ ବଡ଼ ଡିଲକୁ ନେଇ ବିବାଦରେ ଫଶିପାରେ । ଏହି ଟେଲିକମ୍ କମ୍ପାନୀ ପାଖାପାଖି ୨୦୦ କୋଟିର ଅର୍ଡର ଚୀନର କମ୍ପାନୀକୁ ଦେଇଥିବା କୁହାଯାଉଛି । ଏହି କମ୍ପାନୀର ନାମ ଜେଡଟିଇ ବୋଲି କୁହାଯାଉଛି ।

ରାଜ୍ୟର ୩୦ଟି ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ଅଧିକାଂଶ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ବୋରୱେଲ ପାଣି ଦୂଷିତ ବୋଲି ଗତବର୍ଷ ରାଜ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଦୂଷଣ ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ ବୋର୍ଡ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଦିଆଯାଇଥିଲା । ତେବେ ରାଜଧାନୀ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ଜଳ ପ୍ରଦୂଷିତ ଥିବା ନେଇ ରିପୋର୍ଟରେ କୁହାଯାଇଥିଲା । ଏହି ଦୂଷିତ ପାଣି ପିଇବା ଫଳରେ ପେଟ ରୋଗ, କିଡନୀ ଓ ଚର୍ମରୋଗ ବ୍ୟାପିଥିଲା । ଜଳରେ ନାଇଟ୍ରେଟ, ଫ୍ଲୋରାଇଡ, ଆଇରନ, ଟୋଟାଲ କଲିଫର୍ମ, ଫେସାଲ କମିଫର୍ମ, କ୍ଲୋରାଇଡ ଆଦି କେତେ ମାତ୍ରାରେ ରହିଥିଲା ତାହା ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।
