- ଆଜି ଭାରତର ପ୍ରଧାନ ବିଚାରପତି ଭାବେ ଉଦୟ ଉମେଶ ଲଳିତଙ୍କ ଶପଥ ଗ୍ରହଣ ଉତ୍ସବରେ ତାଙ୍କ ପରିବାରର ତିନି ପିଢ଼ି ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ରହିବେ। ଗତକାଲି ପ୍ରଧାନ ବିଚାରପତି ଜଷ୍ଟିସ ଏନଭି ରମନ୍ନାଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ଯକାଳର ଶେଷ ଦିନରେ ପ୍ରଥମଥର ପାଇଁ ଐତିହାସିକ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତିକ୍ରମେ ୨୦ଟି ମାମଲାର ଶୁଣାଣିର ଲାଇଭ ଷ୍ଟ୍ରମିଙ୍ଗ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା । ଏହା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଫ୍ରିବ୍ସି ବା ମାଗଣା ଯୋଜନା ମଧ୍ୟ ରହିଥିଲା ।
- ପ୍ରଧାନବିଚାରପତି ଜଷ୍ଟିସ୍ ନୁଦାଲାପତି ଭେଙ୍କଟରମଣା ଦେଶର ୪୮ତମ ପ୍ରଧାନବିଚାରପତି ଭାବେ ସେ ୨୦୨୧ ଏପ୍ରିଲରେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ ହୋଇଥିଲେ। ତେବେ ଆଜି ତାଙ୍କର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାଳ ଶେଷ ହେଉଛି। ଏହାପରେ ୨୭ ତାରିଖରେ ୪୯ତମ ପ୍ରଧାନବିଚାରପତି ଭାବେ ଜଷ୍ଟିସ ଉଦୟ ଉମେଶ ଲଲିତ ଶପଥ ନେବେ।
- ନିର୍ବାଚନ ବେଳେ ରାଜନୀତିକ ଦଳଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ନିଜ ଆଡ଼କୁ ଆଣିବା ପାଇଁ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ମାଗଣା ପ୍ରତିଶ୍ରୁତି ଓ ଯୋଜନା ଘୋଷଣା କରୁଥିବାରୁ ଏହାକୁ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟରେ ଚ୍ୟାଲେଞ୍ଜ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ଏବେ ଏହି ମାମଲାର ଅଧିକ ବିଚାର କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସିଜେଆଇ ଜଷ୍ଟିସ ରମନ୍ନା ଏହାକୁ ୩ ଜଣିଆ ଖଣ୍ଡପୀଠଙ୍କ ପାଖକୁ ପଠାଇ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ।
- ଚାଷୀମାନେ ସାର ନପାଇ ହନ୍ତସନ୍ତ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି । ଖରିଫ ଋତୁରେ ଡିଏପି ସାର ୩୧ ପ୍ରତିଶତ କମ ମିଳିଛି । ଚାଷୀଙ୍କ ହିତ ପାଇଁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ମାସିକିଆ କୋଟା ସାର ଯୋଗାଇ ଦେଉ ବୋଲି ନବୀନ ଚିଠିରେ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରିଛନ୍ତି।
- କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସାର ଓ ରସାୟନ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମନସୁଖ ମାଣ୍ଡଭ୍ୟଙ୍କୁ ଲେଖିଥିବା ଚିଠିରେ ନବୀନ ଲେଖିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାକୁ ଚାହିଦା ଅନୁସାରେ ଏମଓପି ଏବଂ ଡିଏପି ସାର ମିଳିନି । ଜୁଲାଇ ଶେଷ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ରାଜ୍ୟକୁ ୪୭ ହଜାର ମେଟ୍ରିକ ଟନ ଡିଏପି ଏବଂ ୧ ହଜାର ମେଟ୍ରିକ ଟନ ଏମଓପି ସାର କମ୍ ମିଳିଛି ।
- ବରିଷ୍ଠ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ନେତା ତଥା ଜମ୍ମୁ-କାଶ୍ମୀରର ପୂର୍ବତନ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଗୁଲାମନବୀ ଆଜାଦ କଂଗ୍ରେସରୁ ଇସ୍ତଫା ଦେବା ପରେ ଏକ ବଡ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଗୁଲାମନବୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ପୁଣିଥରେ ଜମ୍ମୁ-କାଶ୍ମୀର ଫେରିବି ଓ ନିଜର ଏକ ନୂଆ ରାଜନୈତିକ ଦଳ ଗଠନ କରିବି । ଏହାସହ ବିଜେପିରେ ସାମିଲ ହେବା ନେଇ ଯେଉଁ ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚା ହେଉଥିଲା ସେଥିରେ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣଚ୍ଛେଦ ପକାଇଛନ୍ତି ଗୁଲାମନବୀ ।
- ଫେକ ବିଶ୍ବବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ତାଲିକାରେ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀର ୮ଟି ବିଶ୍ବବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ରହିଛି। ଉତ୍ତର ପ୍ରଦେଶର ୪ଟି ବିଶ୍ବବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ରହିଛି। ପଶ୍ଚମବଙ୍ଗ ଓ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ୨ଟି ବିଶ୍ବବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ରହିଛି। ସେହିପରି କର୍ଣ୍ଣାଟକ, କେରଳ, ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର, ପୁଡୁଚେରୀ ଓ ଆନ୍ଧ୍ରପ୍ରଦେଶର ଗୋଟିଏ ଲେଖାଏଁ ନକଲି ବିଶ୍ବବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଠାବ କରାଯାଇଛି।
- ଦେଶର ୪୬ ଜଣ କୃତୀ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ଏହି ଜାତୀୟ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ପୁରସ୍କାର ପାଇବାକୁ ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ବିବେଚିତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ଶ୍ରୀ ନାୟକ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଦ୍ରୌପଦୀ ମୁର୍ମୁଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଗୁରୁ ଦିବସ ପାଳନ ଅବସରରେ ଆସନ୍ତା ସେପ୍ଟେମ୍ବର ୫ ତାରିଖ ଦିନ ଏହି ପୁରସ୍କାର ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବେ।

- ୨୦୨୦-୨୧ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷରେ ଜାତୀୟ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ଅଜ୍ଞାତ ଉତ୍ସରୁ ୧୭୮.୭୮୨ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଆୟ କରିଛି। ସେହିପରି ବିଜେପି ଅଜ୍ଞାତ ଉତ୍ସରୁ ୧୦୦.୫୦୨ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଆୟ କରିଛି।
