- ସକାଳ ୭ଟାରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି ମତଦାନ । ପଶ୍ଚିମ ୟୁପିର ୧୧ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ୫୮ ଆସନ ପାଇଁ ହେଉଛି ମତଦାନ । ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପାଇଁ ଉତ୍ତରପ୍ରଦେଶରେ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କଡ଼ାକଡ଼ି କରାଯାଇଛି । ୫୦ହଜାର ପାରାମିଲିଟାରୀ ଫୋର୍ସ, ୪୧୨ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ବଳରେ ଛାଉଣୀ ହୋଇଛି ଗଳିକନ୍ଦି ।
- ପ୍ରଖ୍ୟାତ ଔଷଧ କମ୍ପାନି ଗ୍ଲେନମାର୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଲଞ୍ଚ ହୋଇଛି ଫାବିସ୍ପ୍ରେ । ନାଇଟ୍ରିକ ଅକ୍ସାଇଡ ନାଜାଲ ସ୍ପ୍ରେ ଲାଗି ଭାରତର ଔଷଧ ମହାନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରକ- ଡିସିଜିଆଇ ଅନୁମତି ଦେଇଥିଲେ । ଯାହାଫଳରେ ଏଣିକି ୧୮ବର୍ଷରୁ ଅଧିକ ବୟସ୍କ ରୋଗୀଙ୍କୁ ଦିଆଯାଇପାରିବ ନାଜାଲ ସ୍ପ୍ରେ ।
- ୨୦୧୮-୨୦୨୦ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଏହି କାରଣଗୁଡ଼ିକ ପାଇଁ ୨୫,୦୦୦ରୁ ଅଧିକ ଲୋକ ଆତ୍ମହତ୍ୟା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଆଜି ସଂସଦରେ ଗୃହ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିତ୍ୟାନନ୍ଦ ରାଏ ଏହି ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।
- ସ୍ବାଧୀନତା ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ ସମୟରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ୭ଜଣ ସ୍ବାଧୀନତା ସଂଗ୍ରାମୀଙ୍କୁ ସେଲୁଲାର ଜେଲ୍ ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ କଳାପାଣିକୁ ପଠାଯାଇଥିଲା। ଏହି ୭ଜଣ ହେଲେ; ସ୍ବର୍ଗତ ହାଟ୍ଟି ସିଂହ, ବ୍ରଜକିଶୋର ସିଂହଦେଓ, ଭାଗବତିଆ ବେହେରା, ମହାଦେବ ପ୍ରଧାନ, କେନ୍ଦୁ ପାନ, ଚରିତ୍ର ନାୟକ ଓ ଅରିତା ମାଝୀ। ଆଜି ରାଜ୍ୟସଭାରେ ଏକ ଲିଖିତ ଉତ୍ତର ଜରିଆରେ ଏହା କହିଛନ୍ତି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସ୍ବରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ବ୍ୟାପାର ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅଜୟ କୁମାର ମିଶ୍ର।

- ଆସନ୍ତା ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଦେଶରେ ତୃତୀୟ ଲହର ମହାମାରୀ ପ୍ରଭାବହୀନ ହୋଇଯିବ ବୋଲି ଭାରତୀୟ ଭେଷଜ ଗବେଷଣା ପରିଷଦ (ଆଇସିଏମ୍ଆର) ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଆକଳନ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଆଇସିଏମଆର ପକ୍ଷରୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ଏକ ମଡେଲ ଅନୁସାରେ ଫେବୃଆରୀ ଶେଷ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର, ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ଓ ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗରେ ତୃତୀୟ ଲହରର ପରିସମାପ୍ତି ଘଟିବ।
- କୋଭାକ୍ସିନ, ଏକ ନାସିକୀୟ (ଇଣ୍ଟ୍ରାନାଜାଲ) ଟିକା ଓ କୋଭିସିଲ୍ଡକୁ ୫ଟି ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପ୍ରକାରେ ମିକ୍ସ ଓ ମ୍ୟାଚ୍ କରି ଭୂତାଣୁଜନିତ ରୋଗ-ପ୍ରତିରୋଧକତା ଉପରେ କି ପ୍ରଭାବ ପଡ଼ୁଛି ଜାଣିବା ପାଇଁ ଭାରତ ବାୟୋଟେକ୍ ଏକ ଅନୁଧ୍ୟାନ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି। ୮୦୦ରୁ ଅଧିକ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣକାରୀଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଏହାର ପରୀକ୍ଷା କରାଯିବ। ଦେଶର ତିନୋଟି ଅଲଗା ଅଲଗା ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଏହି ପରୀକ୍ଷା କରିବା ପାଇଁ କମ୍ପାନି ସ୍ଥିର କରିଛି।

- ଆମେରିକାବାସୀଙ୍କୁ କରୋନା ଭାଇରସ୍ରୁ ବଡ଼ ଆଶ୍ୱସ୍ତି ମିଳିଛି । ଦୀର୍ଘ ଦିନ ପରେ ଆକ୍ରାନ୍ତଙ୍କ ତୁଳନାରେ ପାଖାପାଖି ୨ ଗୁଣ ଲୋକ କରୋନାରୁ ସୁସ୍ଥ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି । ଗତମାସ ଗୋଟିଏ ଦିନରେ ଏଠାରେ ୭ ଲକ୍ଷ ଲୋକ ନୂଆ ପଜିଟିଭ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହୋଇଥିଲେ । କିନ୍ତୁ ବିଗତ ୨୪ ଘଣ୍ଟା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଏହା ୫୦ ହଜାର ୫୬୧କୁ ଖସିଛି ।

- ଓଡ଼ିଶା ରଣଜୀ ଦଳ ପାଇଁ ହେଲା ନାମ ଘୋଷଣା । ଏହି ଦଳରେ ଅଧିନାୟକ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି ଶୁଭ୍ରାଂଶୁ ସେନାପତି । ସୌରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ,ମୁମ୍ବାଇ ଓ ଗୋଆ ବିପକ୍ଷ ମ୍ୟାଚ୍ ପାଇଁ ଦଳ ଘୋଷଣା ହୋଇଛି ।
- ଆରପାରିରେ ଟିମ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆର ପୂର୍ବତନ କ୍ରିକେଟର ସୁରେଶ ରୈନାଙ୍କ ପିତା ତ୍ରିଲୋକ ଚନ୍ଦ ରୈନା । କ୍ୟାନ୍ସର ସହ ଦୀର୍ଘ ଦିନର ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ପରେ ଶେଷରେ ସେ ଆଜି ଗଜିଆବାଦ ସ୍ଥିତ ବାସଭବନରେ ଆଖି ବୁଜିଛନ୍ତି । ମୃତ ସୈନିକମାନଙ୍କ ପରିବାରକୁ ସବୁବେଳେ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ କରି ଆସୁଥିଲେ ରୈନାଙ୍କ ପିତା ।
- ୟୁଏଇର ଆଇନ୍ ମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟ ଗତବର୍ଷ ୟୁଏଇରେ ହୋଇଥିବା ତଲାକ୍କୁ ନେଇ ତଥ୍ୟ ଜାରି କରିଛିନ୍ତି । ଏହି ତଥ୍ୟ ଅନୁସାରେ ୨୦୨୧ରେ ୟୁଏଇରେ ୬୪୮ ତଲାକ୍ ମାମଲା ଆସିଛି । ଏଥିରେ ସବୁଠାରୁ କମ୍ ସମୟ ପାଇଁ ବିବାହ ଗୋଟିଏ ଦିନର ଥିଲା । ଅପରପକ୍ଷେ ୪୭ ବର୍ଷର ସବୁଠାରୁ ଦୀର୍ଘ ଦିନର ଦାମ୍ପତ୍ୟ ଜୀବନ ତିଷ୍ଠି ରହିଥିଲା । ୪୭ ବର୍ଷର ଦାମ୍ପତ୍ୟ ଜୀବନ ପରେ ଅଲଗା ହୋଇଥିବା ପତି-ପତ୍ନୀ ୟୁଏଇର ମୂଳ ନିବାସୀ ନଥିଲେ ।
- ରବିବାର ଦିନ ପଞ୍ଜାବର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ ଭାବେ ଘୋଷିତ ହୋଇଥିବା ଚରଣଜୀତ୍ ସିଂହ ଚନ୍ନୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ଆପଣମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭରସା ଦେଇ କହୁଛି କି, ଆଜିଠାରୁ ମୁଁ ନିଜ ନାଁରେ କି, ମୋ ପତ୍ନୀଙ୍କ ନାଁରେ କୌଣସି ଜମିବାଡ଼ି କିଣିବି ନାହିଁ କି, ବ୍ୟବସାୟ ଚଳାଇବି ନାହିଁ।
- ଆସନ୍ତା ୩ ଦିନ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ଅଧିକାଂଶ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ କୁହୁଡ଼ି ଅନୁଭୂତ ହେବ। ସୋମବାର ପୂର୍ବାହ୍ନ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ମାଲକାନଗିରି, ରାୟଗଡ଼ା, କନ୍ଧମାଳ, ଗଜପତି, ଗଞ୍ଜାମ ଓ କୋରାପୁଟ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ସ୍ବଳ୍ପରୁ ମଧ୍ୟମଧରଣର କୁହୁଡ଼ି ପଡ଼ିବ। ଏହି ସମୟ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଝାରସୁଗୁଡ଼ା, ସୁନ୍ଦରଗଡ଼, କେନ୍ଦୁଝର, ଅନୁଗୁଳ, ସୋନପୁର, ବଲାଙ୍ଗୀର ଓ କଳାହାଣ୍ଡି ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ଥଣ୍ଡା ମଧ୍ୟ ଅନୁଭୂତ ହେବ।

- A bronze statue of Mahatma Gandhi, located at Union Square near Manhattan was vandalised on Friday. - ମ୍ୟାମାରରେ ସାଧାରଣ ଜନତାଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ସେନାର ଅତ୍ୟାଚାର ବଢିଚାଲିଛି । ସେନା ଭୟରେ ପ୍ରାୟ ୮ ହଜାର ଶରଣାର୍ଥୀ ସୀମା ପାର କରି ଭାରତର ମିଜୋରାମ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିଛନ୍ତି ।
