The Union Cabinet has approved procurement of 70 HTT-40 Basic Trainer Aircraft from Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) for the Indian Air Force at a cost of Rs 6,828.36 crore. 1800	26-02-2023	Odia	1. ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ସ୍କୁଲରେ ବ୍ୟାପକ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି କରିବାକୁ ଯାଉଛନ୍ତି ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ। ପ୍ରଥମ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟରେ ୨୦ ହଜାର ଶିକ୍ଷକ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପାଇବେ। ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟକ୍ରମ ଏହି ଆକାର ୪୦ ହଜାରରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି। ଏବେ ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ଓ ମାଧ୍ୟମିକ ସରକାରୀ ସ୍କୁଲରେ ୧ ଲକ୍ଷ ୫୭ ହଜାର ୪୩ ଜଣ ନିୟମିତ ଓ ୩୦ ହଜାର ୫୨୬ ଜଣ ଅସ୍ଥାୟୀ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପାଇଛନ୍ତି। 2. ହନିଟ୍ରାପରେ ଫଶି ଗିରଫ ହୋଇଥିବା ଚାନ୍ଦିପୁର ଆଇଟିଆର ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ଚାରି ଦିନିଆ ରିମାଣ୍ଡରେ ନେଇଛି ପୋଲିସ। ରିମାଣ୍ଡ ସମୟରେ ଅଭିଯୁକ୍ତ ବାବୁରାମ ଦେ ଠାରୁ ଅଧିକ ତଥ୍ୟ ହାସଲ ପାଇଁ ପୋଲିସ ଉଦ୍ୟମ କରୁଛି। ସେ ପାକିସ୍ତାନ ଯୁବତୀଙ୍କ ହନିଟ୍ରାପରେ ଫଶି, ଚାନ୍ଦିପୁର କ୍ଷେପଣାସ୍ତ୍ର ଗୋଳାବାରୁଦ କ୍ଷେପଣାସ୍ତ୍ର କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଘାଟିର ସୁରକ୍ଷା ସମ୍ପର୍କୀତ କାଗଜପତ୍ର ଦେଇଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗ ହୋଇଛି। 3. ବିଜୁ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକଙ୍କ ବିମାନବନ୍ଦରର ଟର୍ମିନାଲ ଓ୍ବାନ୍‌ରେ ଦେଖିବାକୁ ମିଳିବ ଡାକୋଟା । ପ୍ରବାଦପୁରୁଷ ବିଜୁବାବୁଙ୍କ ପ୍ରିୟ ବିମାନ ଡାକୋଟାର ଯୋଡ଼ାଯୋଡି କାମ ଚାଲିଛି ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରିତ ସମୟରେ ଶେଷ ହେବ । 4. ୨୦ବର୍ଷ ତଳେ ରାଜ୍ୟର ବଜେଟ ଆକାର ୩୫୩୮ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଥିବାବେଳେ ୨୩ ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଏହା ୩୫ ଗୁଣ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇ ୨ଲକ୍ଷ ୩୦ ହଜାର କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛି। ନବୀନ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ୫ମ ପାଳିର ଶେଷ ଓ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣାଙ୍ଗ ବଜେଟ ହୋଇଥିବାରୁ ସବୁ ବର୍ଗ ଓ ସବୁ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ଏହା ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରାଯାଇଛି। 5. ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ସଙ୍ଗୀତକାର ତଥା ତୃତୀୟ ଥର ପାଇଁ ଗ୍ରାମୀ ଆୱାର୍ଡ ବିଜେତା ଡ. ରିକି କେଜ୍‌ ନବୀନ ନିବାସଠାରେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକଙ୍କୁ ଭେଟିଛନ୍ତି। ଭାରତୀୟ ସଙ୍ଗୀତକାର ତଥା ପରିବେଶବିତ୍‌ ଡ. ରିକି କେଜ୍‌ ନିକଟ ଅତୀତରେ ତୃତୀୟ ଥର ପାଇଁ ଗ୍ରାମୀ ଆୱାର୍ଡ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହୋଇଥିବାରୁ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଶୁଭେଚ୍ଛା ଓ ଅଭିନନ୍ଦନ ଜଣାଇଥିଲେ । 6. ଓଡ଼ିଶା ମାଧ୍ୟମିକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ପରିଷଦ(ବୋର୍ଡ) ଦ୍ୱାରା ପରିଚାଳିତ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଆଦର୍ଶ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଏବଂ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ମାଇନିଂ ଆଦର୍ଶ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ପ୍ରବେଶିକା ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଆସନ୍ତା ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୫ ତାରିଖରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହେବ। ୯୨୯ଟି ପରୀକ୍ଷା କେନ୍ଦ୍ରରେ ୧ ଲକ୍ଷ ୭୩ ହଜାର ୧୬୩ ଜଣ ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଦେବେ। ତନ୍ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଷଷ୍ଠ ଶ୍ରେଣୀରେ ୧୩୬୪୯୧ ଜଣ, ସପ୍ତମ ଶ୍ରେଣୀରେ ୧୭୧୫୪ ଜଣ, ଅଷ୍ଟମରେ ୧୨୪୫୬ ଏବଂ ନବମ ଶ୍ରେଣୀରେ ୫୭୧୬ଜଣ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଆଦର୍ଶ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ପ୍ରବେଶିକା ପରୀକ୍ଷା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଫର୍ମପୂରଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି। 7. ହରିଶ୍ଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ଯୋଜନାରେ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଶବ ଦାହ ପାଇଁ ଗ୍ରାମାଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ସହାୟତା ରାଶିକୁ ୨ ହଜାରରୁ ୩ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କାକୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରାଯାଇଥିବାବେଳେ, ସହରାଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଏହି ସହାୟତା ରାଶିକୁ ୩ ହଜାରରୁ ୪ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କାକୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରାଯାଇଛି। 8. ରାଜ୍ୟର ବିଭିନ୍ନ +୨ କଲେଜରେ ୧୫ଶହରୁ ଅଧିକ ପିଜିଟି(ସ୍ନାତକୋତ୍ତର ଶିକ୍ଷକ) ନିଯୁକ୍ତ ହେବେ। ରାଜ୍ୟର ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଅନୁଦାନ ପାଉଥିବା ୪୮୮ ବର୍ଗର ୨୨୬ଟି +୨ କଲେଜରେ ୧୫୪୩ଜଣ ପିଜିଟି ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପାଇବେ। 9.ଓଡ଼ିଶା ମାଧ୍ୟମିକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ପରିଷଦ(ବୋର୍ଡ) ପକ୍ଷରୁ ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ଭୌତ୍ତିକ ବିଜ୍ଞାନ ବହିରେ ଷ୍ଟାର ଚିହ୍ନ ଥିବା ବିଷୟଗୁଡ଼ିକ ୨୦୨୩-୨୪ ଶିକ୍ଷାବର୍ଷ ନିମନ୍ତେ ପାଠ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ସାମିଲ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଆସପିରେସନାଲ କମ୍ପୋନେଣ୍ଟ ଭାବେ ନୂତନ ବିଷୟକୁ ପାଠ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ସାମିଲ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଏହି ବିଷୟରେ ୪ଟି ବିଭାଗ ଯଥା ବୁକ ରିଭ୍ୟୁ, ପ୍ରୋଜେକ୍ଟ ୱାର୍କ, କୋ-କରିକୁଲାର ଆକ୍ଟିଭିଟିଜ୍‌‌ ଏବଂ ବେସିକ ଆଇଟି ସ୍କିଲସ୍‌‌ ରହିଛି। 10.ଦୀର୍ଘ ଚାରି ଦଶନ୍ଧିରୁ ଅଧିକ ସମୟ ଧରି ସାମୁଦ୍ରିକ ଶିଳ୍ପ, ସିପିଂ କାରବାର ଏବଂ ରାଜ୍ୟର ଅଭିବୃଦ୍ଧି କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖନୀୟ ଅବଦାନ ପାଇଁ ଶିଳ୍ପପତି ତଥା ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଷ୍ଟିଭେଡର୍ସ ଲିମିଟେଡ୍‌‌ (ଓଏସଏଲ)ର ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାତା ମହିମାନନ୍ଦ ମିଶ୍ରଙ୍କୁ ସମ୍ମାନଜନକ ‘ଲାଇଫଟାଇମ୍‌‌ ଆଚିଭମେଣ୍ଟ ଆୱାର୍ଡ ୨୦୨୩’ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଛି। 11.ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ଏସ୍ଏସ୍ ରାଜାମୌଲିଙ୍କ ‘ଆରଆରଆର’ ପ୍ରତିଦିନ ନୂଆ ସଫଳତା ହାସଲ କରୁଛି। ଆର୍‌ଆର୍‌ଆ୍‌’ ଚଳଚ୍ଚିତ୍ରର ‘ନାଟୁ ନାଟୁ’ ଗୀତ ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ମୌଳିକ ଗୀତ ବର୍ଗରେ ହଲିଉଡ୍‌ର ‌ଅନ୍ୟତମ ସମ୍ମାନଜନକ ପୁରସ୍କାର ‘ଗୋଲ୍‌ଡେନ୍‌ ଗ୍ଲୋବ୍‌ସ୍‌’ ବିଜୟୀ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ୨୦୨୩ ଓସ୍କାର ରେସ୍‌ରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ରହିଛି। 12.ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷର ଦାଦା ସାହେବ ଫାଲକେ ପୁରସ୍କାର ଘୋଷଣା ହୋଇଛି। ବହୁ ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚିତ ଫିଲ୍ମ ‘ ଦ କାଶ୍ମୀର ଫାଇଲ୍ସ’କୁ ମିଳିଛି ଦାଦାସାହେବ ଫାଲକେ ସମ୍ମାନ । 13.ଛତିଶଗଡର ନୟା ରାୟପୁରରେ ଚାଲିଥିବା ୮୫ ତମ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ଅଧିବେଶନରେ ସୋନିଆ ଗାନ୍ଧୀ ରାଜନୀତିରୁ ସନ୍ୟାସ ନେବାର ସଙ୍କେତ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ସୋନିଆ ଗାନ୍ଧୀ ମଧ୍ୟ ତାଙ୍କ ଭାଷଣରେ ରାହୁଲ ଗାନ୍ଧୀଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିଥିଲେ। 14.ମେଘାଳୟ ଏବଂ ନାଗାଲାଣ୍ଡରେ ବିଧାନସଭା ପାଇଁ ନିର୍ବାଚନର ପ୍ରଚାର ଶନିବାର ଅପରାହ୍ନ ୪ ଟାରେ ଶେଷ ହୋଇଛି। ସୋମବାର ଉଭୟ ରାଜ୍ୟର ୫୫୮ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀଙ୍କ ଭାଗ୍ୟ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଭୋଟର କରିବେ। 15.ତ୍ରିପୁରାରେ ମତଦାନ ଶେଷ ହୋଇଛି। ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଲୋକମାନେ ଫଳାଫଳକୁ ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏଭଳି ପରିସ୍ଥିତିରେ ପ୍ରଥମ ଥର ପାଇଁ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଆୟୋଗ ୬୦ ଜଣ ମତଗଣନାପର୍ଯ୍ୟବେକ୍ଷକଙ୍କୁ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଯେଉଁଥିରେ ଭୋଟ ଗଣତିକୁ ନିରପେକ୍ଷ ଏବଂ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ଭାବରେ ଗଣନା କରାଯିବ। 16.ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରର ଦୁଇଟି ସହରର ନାଁ ବଦଳିବ। ଔରଙ୍ଗାବାଦର ନାଁ ବଦଳି ଛତ୍ରପତି ସାମ୍ଭାଜୀଗନର ଓ ଉସମାନବାଦର ନାଁ ବଦଳି ଧାରାଶିବ ହେବା ନେଇ ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ଉପମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଦେବେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଫଡନାଭିସ ଟୁଇଟ୍‌ କରି ଏହି ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । 17.ଉତ୍ତର ପ୍ରଦେଶରେ ଆହ୍ଲାବାଦର ନାମକୁ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରି ଏହାର ପୁରୁଣାନାମ ଅନୁସାରେ ପ୍ରୟାଗରାଜ ରଖାଯାଇଥିଲା । 18.ଚାଷୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ୍‌ ବିଲ ଛାଡ କଲେ ଉତ୍ତରପ୍ରଦେଶ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଯୋଗୀ ଆଦିତ୍ୟନାଥ। ରାଜ୍ୟର ଚାଷୀମାନେ ହେବେ ଉପକୃତ। ଗତ ୨୦୨୨-୨୩ରେ ରାଜ୍ୟର ଘରୋଇ ଟ୍ୟୁବ୍‌ୱେଲର ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ବିଲରେ ୫୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ରିହାତି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। 19.୨୦୧୯ ସାଧାରଣ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପରଠୁ କୋମାରେ ଥିବା ବିଜେଡି ଆଇନ ସାମ୍ମୁଖ୍ୟର ଆଜି ପୁନର୍ଗଠନ ହୋଇଛି । ୨୦୨୪ ସାଧାରଣ ନିର୍ବାଚନକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ଦଳ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ୫୧ଜଣିଆ ଆଇନ ସାମ୍ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଗଠନ ହୋଇଛି । 20. କଟକ ବାରବାଟୀ କିଲ୍ଲା ଦୁର୍ଗ ପରିସରରେ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟର ମ୍ୟୁଜିୟମ ବା ମ୍ୟୁଜିୟମ୍ ଅଫ ଜଷ୍ଟିସ ଉଦଘାଟିତ ହୋଇଛି। ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଅତିଥି ଭାବେ ରାଜ୍ୟପାଳ ପ୍ରଫେସର୍ ଗଣେଶୀ ଲାଲ ଏହି ମ୍ୟୁଜିୟମକୁ ଉଦଘାଟନ କରିଛନ୍ତି।	491	Y
