- Principal Secretary, Higher Education department has cited 'COVID-19 related dislocation' as a reason for not taking up the proposal of introducing NCC as a general elective subject in universities and autonomous colleges in Odisha from this year.
- The Odisha Municipal Rules (Amendment) Bill 2021 was tabled in the State Assembly on Monday. The introduction of the bill comes at a time when the elections are scheduled to be held next year.
- Around Rs 25.34 crore in penalty has been collected from motorists for traffic rule violations in Bhubaneswar-UPD from 2020 till Aug 2021. While Rs 13.50 crore had been collected in the whole of 2020, Rs 11.83 crore was collected till August this year.

- ଓଡିଶା ଆଦର୍ଶ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ପାଇଁ ୪୪୩ ଶିକ୍ଷକଙ୍କୁ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି କରିଛନ୍ତି ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ । ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ରାଜ୍ୟର ସବୁ ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ମେଧାବୀ ପିଲାଙ୍କୁ ଗୁଣାତ୍ମକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବା ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ବୋଲି ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ କହିଛନ୍ତି ।
- କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ରବିବାର ଦେଇଥିବା ତଥ୍ୟ ଅନୁସାରେ ଟିକାକରଣରେ ଭାରତ ଜି୭ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରକୁ ପଛରେ ପକାଇଛି । ସରକାର ଦେଇଥିବା ତଥ୍ୟ ଅନୁସାରେ, ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ମାସରେ ୧୮ କୋଟି ଡୋଜ୍ ଟିକାକରଣ ହୋଇଛି । ଜି୭ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ସମୂହର ଟିକାକରଣ ତୁଳନାରେ ଏହା ବେଶ୍ ଅଧିକ ।
- ଭବାନୀପୁର ବିଧାନସଭା ଆସନରୁ ଉପନିର୍ବାଚନ ଲଢ଼ିବେ ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମମତା ବାନାର୍ଜୀ । ଉପନିର୍ବାଚନ ପାଇଁ ନାମାଙ୍କନର ଶେଷ ତାରିଖ ହେଉଛି ସେପ୍ଟେମ୍ବର ୧୩ । ୧୬ ତାରିଖ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ନାମାଙ୍କନ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର କରାଯାଇ ପାରିବ । ମମତା ଭବାନୀପୁରରୁ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଲଢ଼ିବାକୁ ଥିବାବେଳେ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ଓ ବିଜେପି ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ ଘୋଷଣା କରିନାହାଁନ୍ତି ।
- ନଭେମ୍ବର ୧ ତାରିଖ ଠାରୁ ଏହି ମେସେଜିଂ ଆପ୍ ଆଉ ପୁରୁଣା ଫୋନ୍ ଗୁଡିକରେ ଚାଲିବନି । ପାଖାପାଖି ୪୩ଟି ପୁରୁଣା ଫୋନ୍ ମଡେଲରେ ହ୍ୱାଟ୍ସଆପ୍ କାମ କରିବ ନାହିଁ।

- ଭାରତୀୟ ଷ୍ଟେଟବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ (ଏସବିଆଇ)ଙ୍କ ଆନୁକୂଲ୍ୟରେ ଜିଲ୍ଲାସ୍ତରୀୟ ବୃହତ୍ତ ସ୍ୱୟଂସହାୟକ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ (ଏସଏଚଜି) ମେଳା ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି। ଜିଲ୍ଲୀ ଗ୍ରାମ୍ୟ ଉନ୍ନୟନ ସଂସ୍ଥା ପରିସରରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ୧୦ଟି ଶାଖା ପକ୍ଷରୁ ୬୫୦ଟି ଏସଏଚଜିଙ୍କୁ ୧୪.୩୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଋଣ ଆବଣ୍ଟନ ହୋଇଛି।

- ଆମେରିକାର ପୂର୍ବ ଉପକୂଳରେ ପ୍ରଳୟ ରଚିଛି ସାମୁଦ୍ରିକ ଝଡ଼ ଇଡ଼ା ,ବୁଧବାର ରାତିରୁ ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ସକାଳ ଯାଏଁ ହୋଇଥିବା ବର୍ଷାରେ ମେରିଲ୍ୟାଣ୍ଡରୁ କନେକ୍ଟିକଟ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ୪୬ ଜଣଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଛି ।
