3276	12-01-2021	Odia	ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ଦେଶବାସୀଙ୍କୁ ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ଟିକା ଦେବା ଲାଗି ବୈଜ୍ଞାନିକମାନେ ସମସ୍ତ ସତର୍କତା ଅବଲମ୍ବନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଟିକାକରଣ ଅଭିଯାନର ୬୦% କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଶେଷ ହେବା ପରେ ପୁଣି ଥରେ ସମୀକ୍ଷା କରାଯିବ। ବିଶ୍ବର ଅନ୍ୟତମ ଦୀର୍ଘ ବାୟୁପଥରେ ଉଡାଣ କରି ଏୟାର ଇଣ୍ଡିଆର ସାନ ଫ୍ରାନସିସକୋ-ବାଙ୍ଗାଲୁରୁ ଫ୍ଲାଇଟ (ଫ୍ଲାଇଟ ନଂ ଏଆଇ୧୭୬) ଗତ ରବିବାର ରାତି ସାଢେ ୮ଟାରେ ଅବତରଣ କରିଛି । ତେବେ ଏହି ବିମାନର ଉଡ଼ାଣ କରିଥିଲେ ଏକ ୪ ଜଣିଆ ମହିଳା ପାଇଲଟ୍‌ ଦଳ ଏବଂ ଏହାର ନେତୃତ୍ବ ନେଇଥିଲେ କ୍ୟାପଟେନ୍ ଜୋୟା ଅଗ୍ରୱାଲ୍। ଏହି ଉଡାଣ ଏବେ ଇତିହାସ ରଚିଛି । ଏଲଏସିରେ ସୈନ୍ୟ ଠୁଳ କରୁଥିବା ଚୀନ ଏକାସାଙ୍ଗରେ ୧୦,୦୦୦ସୈନ୍ୟ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର କରିଥିବା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି। ହାଡ଼ଭଙ୍ଗା ଶୀତ ଏବଂ ସେଠାରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ରକ୍ଷଣାବେକ୍ଷଣ କରିବାରେ ଅସୁବିଧା ହେଉଥିବାରୁ ଚୀନ ଏଭଳି କରିଥିବା ଜାତୀୟ ଗଣମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି। ଅକ୍ସଫୋର୍ଡ ବିଶ୍ବବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଏବଂ ଆଷ୍ଟ୍ରାଜେନେକା ଦ୍ବାରା ବିକଶିତ କରୋନାଭାଇରସ୍ କୋଭିସିଲ୍ଡ ଟିକାର ବଜାର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ଧାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଭାରତରେ ଏହାର ଉତ୍ପାଦନ କରୁଥିବା ସେରମ ଇନଷ୍ଟିଚ୍ୟୁଟ କୋଭିସିଲ୍ଡକୁ ପ୍ରତି ଡୋଜ ପିଛା ୨୦୦ଟଙ୍କାରେ ବିକ୍ରି କରିବ ବୋଲି ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି। ପୂର୍ବ ଲଦାଖର ଚୁସୁଲ ସେକ୍ଟରର ଗୁରୁଙ୍ଗ ପାହାଡ଼ ନିକଟରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ସୀମା ଭିତରକୁ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିଥିବା ଜଣେ ଚୀନା ଯବାନଙ୍କୁ ତାଙ୍କ ଦେଶକୁ ପଠାଇ ଦେଇଛି ଭାରତୀୟ ସେନା। ଯଦି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଏହାକୁ ସ୍ଥଗିତ ନ ରଖନ୍ତି ତେବେ ଆମେ ସ୍ଥଗିତ ରଖିବୁ ବୋଲି କଡ଼ା ମନ୍ତବ୍ୟ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ଅଦାଲତ। ଏଥିସହ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଯେଉଁଭଳି ଭାବରେ କୃଷକ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗକୁ ପରିଚାଳନା କରୁଛନ୍ତି ତାହାକୁ ନେଇ ଅସନ୍ତୋଷ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଛନ୍ତି ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ। ଗତବର୍ଷ ଜୁନ୍‌ ୧୫ ତାରିଖ ଦିନ ପୂର୍ବ ଲଦାଖର ଗଲ୍‌ଓ୍ଵାନ୍‌ ଉପତ୍ୟକାରେ ଚୀନ୍‌ ସେନାକୁ ପ୍ରତିରୋଧ କରି ସହିଦ ହୋଇଥିବା ‘୧୬ ବିହାର ବାଟାଲିୟନ୍‌’ର କର୍ଣ୍ଣେଲ୍‌ ବି ସନ୍ତୋଷ ବାବୁଙ୍କ ସମେତ ଅନ୍ୟୂନ ୫ଜଣ ଭାରତୀୟ ସେନା ଯବାନଙ୍କୁ ସାଧାରଣତନ୍ତ୍ର ଦିବସରେ ମରଣୋତ୍ତର ଭାବେ ସୌର୍ଯ୍ୟ ପଦକ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ ବୋଲି ବିଶେଷସୂତ୍ରରୁ ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି। ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ କୋଭିଡ୍-୧୯ ଟୀକାକରଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୧୬ ତାରିଖରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି । ଏଥିପାଇଁ ରାଜ୍ୟର ୧୬୦ଟି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହୋଇଛି । ଆତଙ୍କବାଦୀଙ୍କ ମୁଣ୍ଡ ବଳଦରେ ଘୋଷଣା ହୋଇଥିବା ୨୦ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କାର ପୁରସ୍କାର ରାଶି ହଡ଼ପ କରିବାକୁ ମିଥ୍ୟା ଏନକାଉଣ୍ଟରର ଷଡ଼ଯନ୍ତ୍ର ରଚିଥିଲେ ସେନାର ଜଣେ କ୍ୟାପଟେନ ଭୂପିନ୍ଦର ସିଂହ। ବହୁ ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚିତ ଅମଶୀପୋରା ମିଥ୍ୟା ଏନକାଉଣ୍ଟର ମାମଲାରେ ପୁଲିସ କୋର୍ଟରେ ଦାଖଲ କରିଥିବା ଚାର୍ଜଶିଟ୍‌ରେ ଏହାର ପର୍ଦ୍ଦାଫାଶ କରିଛି। ଦେଶରେ କରୋନା ଦୈନିକ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ଓ ମୃତକଙ୍କ ସଂଖ୍ୟାରେ ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇଥିବା ଦେଖାଯାଉଛି। ୨୪ ଘଣ୍ଟାରେ ୧୬ହଜାର ୩୧୧ ନୂଆ କରୋନା ପଜିଟିଭ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଚିକିତ୍ସାଧୀନ ଅବସ୍ଥାରେ ୧୬୧ ଆକ୍ରାନ୍ତଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଛି। ଖ୍ୟାତି ସଂପନ୍ନ ହୃଦରୋଗ ବିଶେଷଜ୍ଞ ତଥା ସାହିତ୍ୟିକ ଡାକ୍ତର ମୃତ୍ୟୁଞ୍ଜୟ ଶତପଥି(୮୦)ଙ୍କର ଆଜି ପରଲୋକ ଘଟିଛି। ପୋପ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚରେ ମହିଳାଙ୍କ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖନୀୟ ଯୋଗଦାନକୁ ମାନ୍ୟତା ଲାଗି ଏହି ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରାଯାଇଛି। ମହିଳାମାନେ ସୁସମାଚାର ପଢିପାରିବେ ଓ ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚରେ ପୁରୁଷଙ୍କ ଲାଗି ପୂର୍ବରୁ ସଂରକ୍ଷିତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣ କରିପାରିବେ । ହେଲେ ଭଟିକାନ ପୌରହିତ୍ୟ ଲାଗି ପୁରୁଷଙ୍କ ସ୍ଥାନ ସଂରକ୍ଷିତ ଥିବାରୁ ଏଥିରେ କୌଣସି ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ହୋଇ ପାରିବ ନାହିଁ । ଅକ୍ସଫୋର୍ଡ୍ସ ୟୁନିଭର୍ସିଟି ଓ ଆଷ୍ଟ୍ରାଜେନେକାର କୋଭିଡ୍ ଭ୍ୟାକ୍ସିନ କୋଭିସିଲ୍ଡର ଏକ ଶିଶିର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ଭାରତରେ ୨୧୦ ଟଙ୍କା ହେବ। ଭ୍ୟାକସିନ ନିର୍ମାତାକାରୀ କମ୍ପାନୀ ସିରମ ଇନଷ୍ଟିଚ୍ୟୁଟ୍ ଅଫ୍ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ(SII)ର ଅଧିକାରୀ ସୋମବାର ଏହି ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଦେଶରେ ବଡ ବଡ ଷ୍ଟିଲ୍ ଏବଂ ସିମେଣ୍ଟ କାରଖାନାମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ନୂଆ ଗାଇଡଲାଇନ ଜାରି କରିବେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର । କମ୍ପାନୀମାନେ ମନଇଚ୍ଛା ଉତ୍ପାଦକ ଦ୍ରବ୍ୟଗୁଡିକର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ବୃଦ୍ଧିକରୁଥିବାରୁ ସରକାର ଆଗାମୀ ଦିନରେ ନୂଆ ନିୟମ ପ୍ରଚଳନ କରିବାକୁ ଯାଉଛନ୍ତି ବୋଲି କହିଛନ୍ତି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସଡକ ଓ ପରିବହନ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନୀତିନ ଗଡକରୀ । ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ବିଶ୍ୱ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ସମୟରେ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଦିନ ଜାପାନୀ ସୈନିକଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଦୁଷ୍କର୍ମର ଶୀକାର ହୋଇଥିବା ମହିଳାଙ୍କ ସପକ୍ଷରେ ଏହି ରାୟ ଆସିଛି। ଦକ୍ଷୀଣ କୋରିଆର ରାଜଧାନୀ ସିଓଲର କେନ୍ଦ୍ରିୟ ଅଦାଲତ ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ଏନେଇ କରିଥିବା ଶୁଣାଣିରେ ୧୨ ଜଣ ପଡ଼ିତାଙ୍କୁ ଜାପାନ ତରଫରୁ ୬୬ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ଲେଖାଁଏ ଯୋଗାଇଦାବାକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଥିଲେ। କଳାହାଣ୍ଡିର ଜୟପାଟଣା ମଙ୍ଗଳପୁରରେ ୧୪ ତାରିଖରେ ୭୫୬ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ବୃହତ୍ତ ଉଠା ଜଳସେଚନ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ଉଦଘାଟନ କରିବେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ । ଦୀର୍ଘ ୧୦ ମାସ ପରେ ସର୍ବସାଧାରଣଙ୍କୁ ଦର୍ଶନ ଦେଉଛନ୍ତି ବାବା ଧବଳେଶ୍ବର । ୨ରୁ ୧୦ବର୍ଷ ପିଲା ଓ ୬୫ବର୍ଷରୁ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ବ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ମନ୍ଦିର ଭିତରକୁ ଯିବାକୁ ବାରଣ କରାଯାଇଛି । ମାସ୍କକୁ ବାଧ୍ୟତାମୂଳକ କରାଯିବ ସହ ୬ ଫୁଟ ଦୂରତା ରଖିବାକୁ ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାଳୁମାନଙ୍କୁ କୁହାଯାଉଛି । ଦେଶର ୯ଟି ରାଜ୍ୟ ଓ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଶାସିତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ଯଥା: କେରଳ, ରାଜସ୍ଥାନ, ହିମାଚଳ ପ୍ରଦେଶ, ଗୁଜୁରାଟ, ହରିୟାଣା, ଉତ୍ତରପ୍ରଦେଶ, ମଧ୍ୟପ୍ରଦେଶ, ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ଏବଂ ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ବାର୍ଡ ଫ୍ଲୁ ଦେଖା ଦେଇଥିବା ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ହୋଇଛି ବୋଲି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଟୀକାକରଣର ପ୍ରଥମ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟ ଆସନ୍ତା ଜାନୁଆରି ୧୬ ତାରିଖରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବାକୁ ଥିବାବେଳେ ଏହି ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟରେ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସେବା କର୍ମଚାରୀ, ଫ୍ରଣ୍ଟଲାଇନ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଏବଂ ବୃଦ୍ଧବୃଦ୍ଧାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଟିକା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ। ମୁମ୍ବାଇର ବ୍ରିଚକ୍ୟାଣ୍ଡି ହସ୍ପିଟାଲରେ ଅଭିନେତ୍ରୀ ଅନୁଷ୍କା ଶିଶୁ କନ୍ୟାକୁ ଜନ୍ମ ଦେଇଥିବା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି। ବାପା ହେଲେ ବିରାଟ।	628	Y
