2070	11-10-2022	Odia	୩ ଆମେରିକୀୟ ଅର୍ଥନୀତିଜ୍ଞ ନୋବେଲ୍ ପୁରସ୍କାର ପାଇବାକୁ ଯାଉଛନ୍ତି। ଆମେରିକାର ବେନ୍ ଏସ୍‌ ବର୍ଣ୍ଣାନକେ, ସିକାଗୋ ୟୁନିଭର୍ସିଟି ଅଧ୍ୟାପକ ଡଗଲଡବ୍ଲୁ ଡାଇମଣ୍ଡ ଏବଂ ଫିଲିପ୍ ଏଚ୍ ଡାଇଭିଙ୍ଗ୍‌ଙ୍କୁ ଅର୍ଥନୀତିରେ ନୋବେଲ୍ ପୁରସ୍କାର ୨୦୨୨ ପାଇଁ ମନୋନିତ କରାଯାଇଛି। ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଓ ଆର୍ଥିକ ସଂକଟ ବିଷୟରେ ଗବେଷଣା ପାଇଁ ଏହି ୩ ଅର୍ଥନୀତିତ୍ରଙ୍କୁ ଚଳିତ ଥର ନୋବେଲ ପୁରସ୍କାର ଦିଆଯିବ। ସମାଜବାଦୀ ପାର୍ଟିର ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାତା ତଥା ବରିଷ୍ଠ ରାଜନେତା ମୁଲାୟମ ସିଂ ଯାଦବଙ୍କ ପରଲୋକ ଘଟିଛି । ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ବେଳକୁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ୮୨ ବର୍ଷ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ସକାଳ ୮ ଟା ୧୬ ମିନିଟରେ ଗୁରୁଗ୍ରାମର ମେଦାନ୍ତ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲରେ ସେ ଶେଷ ନିଶ୍ୱାସ ତ୍ୟାଗ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଓଡିଶାରେ ସିଏଜିଙ୍କ ସ୍ଲୋଗାନ ରହିଛି ‘ନୋ ଟେନସନ୍‌‌ ଫର୍‌‌ ପେନସନ୍‌‌’। କିନ୍ତୁ ଆଜି ବି ହଜାର ହଜାର ଅବସରପ୍ରାପ୍ତ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଠିକ୍‌‌ ସମୟରେ ପେନସନ୍‌‌ ପାଉନଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗ ହୋଇଛି। ପ୍ରାୟ ସବୁ ବିଭାଗରେ ଏପରି ସମସ୍ୟା ଲାଗି ରହିଛି। ଆଗାମୀ ଉପ-ନିର୍ବାଚନକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ଶିବସେନାର ଦୁଇଟି ଦଳର ନାମ ଏବଂ ପ୍ରତୀକ ଉପରେ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଆୟୋଗ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଶିବସେନା ଉଦ୍ଧବ ଠାକରେଙ୍କ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀଙ୍କୁ ମଶାଲ ଚିହ୍ନ ମିଳିଛି। ଉଦ୍ଧବ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀଙ୍କୁ ଶିବସେନା ଉଦ୍ଧବ ବାଲାସାହେବ ଠାକରେଙ୍କ ନାମ ମିଳିଥିବା ବେଳେ ଅନ୍ୟ ପଟେ ସିନ୍ଦେ ଦଳ ବାଲାସାହେବ ଶିବସେନା ନାମ ପାଇଛନ୍ତି। ପୁରୀରେ ହବିଷ୍ୟାଳି ମା’ମାନଙ୍କର କାର୍ତ୍ତିକ ବ୍ରତ ଆରମ୍ଭ ଅବସରରେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ଆଜି ହବିଷ୍ୟାଳି ମା’ ମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ‘ବୃନ୍ଦାବତୀ ନିବାସ’ ଲୋକାର୍ପିତ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ ପୁଣି ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ କରି କହିଛନ୍ତି କି ବାଣ ଉପରେ ଲାଗିଥିବା ପ୍ରତିବନ୍ଧର ହଟାଯିବ ନାହିଁ । ଆସନ୍ତା ବର୍ଷ ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୨ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବାଣ ବିକ୍ରି ତଥା ଫୁଟାଇବା ଉପରେ କଟକଣା ବଳବତ୍ତର ରହିବ ବୋଲି ଶୁଣାଇ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି କୋର୍ଟ । ଚଳିତ ମାସ ଠାରୁ ଫେରନ୍ତା ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ପଶ୍ଚିମ ମୌସୁମୀ-ବାୟୁ ପ୍ରଭାବରେ (ବିଶେଷତଃ ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ଓ ନଭେମ୍ବର ମାସରେ) ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ଭୀଷଣ ବାତ୍ୟା ଅନୁଭୁତ ହୁଏ। ବେଳେବେଳେ ଏହି ସମୟ ଅବଧି ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୧୫ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ମଧ୍ୟ ରହିଥାଏ । ବେଳେବେଳେ ଏହି ସମୟ ଅବଧି ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୧୫ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ମଧ୍ୟ ରହିଥାଏ । ଭାରତ-ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଆଫ୍ରିକା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଗତକାଲି ଶେଷ ହୋଇଥିବା ଦ୍ଵିତୀୟ ଦିନିକିଆ ମ୍ୟାଚରେ ଭାରତ ବିଜୟୀ ହୋଇଛି । ଫଳରେ ୩ ମ୍ୟାଚ୍ ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ଦିନିକିଆ ସିରିଜରେ ବରାବର ସ୍ଥିତିରେ ରହିଛନ୍ତି ଉଭୟ ଟିମ୍ । ଏହି ମ୍ୟାଚରେ ଟିମ୍ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆର ବିଜୟ ପଛର ନାୟକ ସାଜିଥିଲେ ଶ୍ରେୟସ ଆୟର ଓ ଇଶାନ କିଷାନ । କିଟ୍ ଓ କିସର ମିଳିତ ସହଯୋଗରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ଫିଫା ଦ୍ୱାରା ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ଯକ୍ରମ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ଯକ୍ରମର ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟ ଦେଶରେ ନୂଆ ଫୁଟବଲ୍ ପ୍ରତିଭା ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିବା। ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ଯକ୍ରମ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ପ୍ରାୟ ୨ ହଜାର ସ୍କୁଲରେ ୪୩ ହଜାର ଫୁଟବଲ୍ ବଣ୍ଟନ କରାଯିବ । ଋଷର ସୈନ୍ୟମାନେ ୟୁକ୍ରେନର ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ପୂର୍ବ ଜାପୋରିଜିଆ ଉପରେ ମିସାଇଲ ଆଟାକ୍ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଏହି ଆଟାକ୍ ଆପାର୍ଟମେଣ୍ଟ ବ୍ଲକ ଏବଂ ଆବାସିକ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଫଳରେ ସାରା ୟୁକ୍ରେନରେ ଏୟାର ଆଲର୍ଟ ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଛି । ଓଡିଶାରେ ସେପ୍ଟେମ୍ବର ୩୦ ତାରିଖ ପରେ ବି ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ମାଗଣା ତୃତୀୟ ଡୋଜ୍‌‌ ଦିଆଯାଉଛି। କିନ୍ତୁ ଆଉ ବେଶିଦିନ ତୃତୀୟ ଡୋଜ୍‌‌ ମିଳିବ ନାହିଁ। ହାତରେ ଯାହା କିଛି ଅଛି ତାକୁ ନେଇ ତୃତୀୟ ଡୋଜ୍‌‌ କାମ ଚାଲିଛି। ହେଲେ ଗଛିତ ଟିକା ପରିମାଣ କମିବାରେ ଲାଗିଛି। ଏବେ ହାତରେ ଯାହା କିଛି ଟିକା ଅଛି ତାହା ଅତିବେଶିରେ ଆଉ ସପ୍ତାହେ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଚାଲି ପାରିବ। ଆୟ ବହିଭୂର୍ତ ସଂପତ୍ତି ଠୁଳ ଅଭିଯୋଗରେ ଭିଜିଲାନ୍ସ ଜାଲରେ ଫଶିଛନ୍ତି ସହକାରୀ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମାନସ ରଞ୍ଜନ ସାମଲ। ସାଧାରଣ ଜନସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ଡିଭିଜନ-୧ର ସହକାରୀ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଘରେ ସୋମବାର ସକାଳୁ ଚଢ଼ାଉ କରାଯାଉଛି। ଭିଜିଲାନ୍ସ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏହି ଚଢ଼ାଉ ଏକକାଳୀନ ୬ଟି ସ୍ଥାନରେ କରାଯାଉଛି। ରୁଷର ଘନ ଘନ କ୍ଷେପଣାସ୍ତ୍ର ମାଡରେ କିଭ୍ ସ୍ଥିତ ଜର୍ମାନ ଦୂତାବାସ କ୍ଷତିଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ହୋଇଛି। ଜର୍ମାନ ଗଣମାଧ୍ୟମ ଆଉଟ୍‌ଲେଟ୍ ବିଲ୍ଡର ସୂତ୍ରରୁ ଏହି ଖବର ସାମ୍ନାକୁ ଆସିଛି। ତେବେ ଉକ୍ତ କୋଠା ୟୁକ୍ରେନ-ରୁଷ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବା ପରଠୁ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରାଯାଇ ନାହିଁ। ଗୋମାତାକୁ ଜାତୀୟ ପଶୁ ଘୋଷଣା କରିବାକୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦିଅନ୍ତୁ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ। ଏମିତି ଦାବି କରି ଦାଖଲ ଆବେଦନ ଉପରେ ବିରକ୍ତ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଉଚ୍ଚତମ ନ୍ୟାୟାଳୟ। ଯାଚିକା ଉପରେ ଶୁଣାଣି କରିବାକୁ ରୋକ୍ ଠୋକ୍ ମନା କରିଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ଅଦାଲତ। ମାଇକ୍ରୋପ୍ଲାଷ୍ଟିକର୍‌ ପରିମାଣ ଆଜି ଏତେ ବଢ଼ିଯାଇଛି ଯେ ମାଆ କ୍ଷୀରରୁ ବି ମାଇକ୍ରୋ ପ୍ଲାଷ୍ଟିକ୍‌ ଥିବା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି। ମାକ୍ରୋପ୍ଲାଷ୍ଟିକ କଣିକା ହେଉଛି ପ୍ଲାଷ୍ଟିକ୍‌ର ଅତି କ୍ଷୁଦ୍ର କଣିକା। ଯାହା ବଡ଼ ବଡ଼ ପ୍ଲାଷ୍ଟିକ୍‌ରୁ ଭାଙ୍ଗି ଅତି କ୍ଷୁଦ୍ର ରୂପ ନେଇଥାଏ। ଏହା ୫ ମିଲିମିଟର (୦.୨ ଇଞ୍ଚ୍) ଠାରୁ ବି ଏହା ଛୋଟ। ସମୁଦ୍ରରେ, ପାହାଡ଼ ପର୍ବତ ଓ ବାୟୁରେ ଏହି କଣିକାଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଭାସିବୁଲୁଥାଏ। ୨୦୦୪ ରେ ମାଇକ୍ରୋପ୍ଲାଷ୍ଟିକ୍ର ଆବିଷ୍କାର ହୋଇଥିଲା। ଆସନ୍ତା ବର୍ଷ ଏପ୍ରିଲରୁ କାର କିଣିବା ବ୍ୟୟବହୁଳ ହେବ । ଅଟୋ କମ୍ପାନିଗୁଡ଼ିକ କଡ଼ା ପ୍ରଦୁଷଣ ମାନଦଣ୍ଡକୁ ପାଳନ କରିବା ପୂର୍ବକ ଯାନଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଅପ୍‌ଗ୍ରେଡ କରିବା ଲାଗି ବିପୁଳ ମାତ୍ରାରେ ନିବେଶ କରୁଛନ୍ତି । ଏ ବାବଦ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ନୂଆ ଗାଡ଼ି ଦରରେ ପ୍ରତିଫଳିତ ହେବ ବୋଲି ବଜାର ବିଶେଷଜ୍ଞମାନେ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ହାଇକୋର୍ଟରେ ମୋକିମଙ୍କ ଆବେଦନ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯିବା ସହିତ ମୋକିମଙ୍କ ଜାମିନ୍‌ ମଞ୍ଜୁର ହୋଇଛି । ବିଚାର ପାଇଁ ଆବେଦନ ଗ୍ରହଣ ହେବା ସହ ୧ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କାର ୨ ଜାମିନଦାରଙ୍କ ବଦଳରେ ଜାମିନ ମଞ୍ଜୁର କରାଯାଇଛି । ତାହା ସହିତ ଭିଜିଲାନ୍ସ କୋର୍ଟଙ୍କ ଜରିମାନା ଉପରେ ସ୍ଥଗିତାଦେଶ ଲାଗାଇଛନ୍ତି । ବିଶ୍ବ ମାନସିକ ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସଂଘ ପ୍ରଚେଷ୍ଟାରେ ୧୯୯୨ ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ୧୦ରେ ପ୍ରଥମଥର ‘ବିଶ୍ବ ମାନସିକ ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ଦିବସ’ ପାଳିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ମାନସିକ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧିତ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଏବଂ ସଚେତନତା ବଢାଇବା ସହ ଏହା ସହ ଜଡ଼ିତ ସାମାଜିକ ଅପବାଦ ଲୋପ କରିବା ଏହି ଦିବସ ପାଳନ କରିବାର ମୂଳ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ। ଗୁଜରାଟ ମେହସାନ ଜିଲାର ମୋଧେରା ଦେଶର ପ୍ରଥମ ସୌର ଶକ୍ତି ସମ୍ପନ୍ନ ଗ୍ରାମ ଘୋଷିତ ହୋଇଛି । ରବିବାର ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ମୋଧେରାକୁ ସୌର ଶକ୍ତି ସମ୍ପନ୍ନ ଗ୍ରାମ ଭାବେ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଶହେ ବର୍ଷର ପୁରୁଣା ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟ ମନ୍ଦିର ପାଇଁ ମୋଧେରା ଗ୍ରାମ ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ । କେରଳରେ ଏମିତି ଏକ କୁମ୍ଭୀରର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଛି,ଯିଏ ମଣିଷ ସହ ବନ୍ଧୁ ଭଳି ଆଚରଣ କରେ। ପୁଣି ମାଂସାସୀ ନୁହେଁ,ଶାକାହାରୀ। ତାର ମୃତ୍ୟୁରେ ଶହଶହ ଲୋକ ଲୁହଗଡ଼ାଇଛନ୍ତି। କେରଳର ଅନନ୍ତପୁରା ମନ୍ଦିର ଜଳାଶୟରେ ରହୁଥିବା ଶାକାହାରୀ କୁମ୍ଭୀର ବାବିୟାର ୭୫ ବର୍ଷ ହୋଇଥିବ‌ା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି ।	532	Y
