2020	04-11-2022	Odia	୫୦୦୦ କିଲୋମିଟର୍‌ ଦୂରରୁ ଭାରତ ପ୍ରତି ନିକ୍ଷେପ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଶତ୍ରୁର ବାଲିଷ୍ଟିକ୍ କ୍ଷେପଣାସ୍ତ୍ରଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଏବେ ଭାରତ ଚିହ୍ନଟ କରି ଧ୍ବଂସ କରିପାରିବ ବୋଲି ଗୁରୁବାର ଦିନ ‘ଦି ଡିଫେନ୍‌ସ୍‌ ରିସର୍ଚ ଆଣ୍ଡ୍‌ ଡେଭ୍‌ଲପ୍‌ମେଣ୍ଟ୍‌ ଅର୍ଗାନାଇଜେସନ୍‌’ (ଡିଆର୍‌ଡିଓ) କହିଛି। ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ୍‌ଶକ୍ତିରେ ଚାଳିତ ବନ୍ଦେ ଭାରତ ଟ୍ରେନ୍ ଆଧୁନିକ ଦେଶୀୟ ପ୍ରଯୁକ୍ତିରେ ତିଆରି। ଏହା ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବାତାନୁକୂଳିତ ଏବଂ ଏହାର ଦୁଇଟା ବିଭାଗ ରହିବ- ଏକ୍‌ଜିକ୍ୟୁଟିଭ୍ ଓ ଇକନମି କାର୍। ଏକ୍‌ଜିକ୍ୟୁଟିଭ୍ ବଗିରେ ୧୮୦ ଡିଗ୍ରି ଘୂର୍ଣ୍ଣାୟମାନ ଚେୟାର ରହିବ ଏବଂ ଇକନମି ବଗିରେ ସିଟ୍‌ଗୁଡ଼ିକ କାର୍ ସିଟ୍ ପରି ଆରାମଦାୟକ ‌ହେବ। ନଭେମ୍ବର ୧୧ରେ ଚେନ୍ନାଇରୁ ବାଙ୍ଗାଲୋର ଦେଇ ମହୀଶୂର ଯାତ୍ରା କରିବ ଏହି ଅର୍ଦ୍ଧ-ଦ୍ରୁତଗାମୀ ଟେନ୍। କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ରେଳବାଇ ଅଧୀନରେ ଥିବା ରେଳ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ବଳ (ଆର୍‌ପିଏଫ୍‌) ଯବାନମାନେ ଗତ ୯ ମାସ ମଧ୍ୟରେ 'ମିସନ ଜୀବନ ରକ୍ଷକ' ଅଭିଯାନରେ ୬୨ ଜଣଙ୍କ ଜୀବନ ରକ୍ଷା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଗୁଜରାଟ ବିଧାନସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୧ ଓ ୫ ତାରିଖ ଦିନ ଦୁଇଟି ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟରେ ହେବ ଏବଂ ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୮ ତାରିଖ ଦିନ ଭୋଟ୍‌ ଗଣନା କରାଯିବ ବୋଲି ଭାରତର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ନିର୍ବାଚନ କମିସନର୍‌ ରାଜୀବ କୁମାର କହିଛନ୍ତି। ଗୁଳିମାଡ଼ରେ ଆହତ ହୋଇଥିବା ପାକିସ୍ତାନର ପୂର୍ବତନ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଇମ୍ରାନ ଖାଁଙ୍କୁ ସୌକତ ଖାନୁମ ହସପିଟାଲରେ ଚିକିତ୍ସା କରାଯାଉଛି । କାନାଡ଼ା ପ୍ରଥମ ଥର ପାଇଁ ସରକାରୀ ଭାବେ ଚଳିତ ନଭେମ୍ବର ମାସ ତମାମ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରୀୟ ହିନ୍ଦୁ ଐତିହ୍ୟ ମାସ ଭାବେ ପାଳନ କରିବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛି। ବହୁ-ସାଂସ୍କୃତିକ ଦେଶର ଅଭିବୃଦ୍ଧି କାହାଣୀରେ ହିନ୍ଦୁ ସମ୍ପ୍ରଦାୟର ଉଲ୍ଲେଖନୀୟ ଅବଦାନକୁ ସ୍ୱୀକାର କରି କାନାଡ଼ା ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏଭଳି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଉତ୍ତର କୋରିଆ ନିକ୍ଷେପ କରିଥିବା ଏକାଧିକ ବାଲିଷ୍ଟିକ୍ କ୍ଷେପଣାସ୍ତ୍ର ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଗୋଟିଏ କ୍ଷେପଣାସ୍ତ୍ର ନିକ୍ଷେପଣ ଯୋଗୁଁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ଓ ଉତ୍ତର ଜାପାନର କେତେକ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତର ବାସିନ୍ଦାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଘରେ ରହିବାକୁ ସତର୍କ କରାଇଦିଆଯାଇଛି। କାର୍‌ ଉପରେ ମାଡ଼ିଗଲା ହାଇୱା ଏବଂ ଘଟଣା ସ୍ଥଳରେ ଘଟଗାଁ ବ୍ଲକର ପୂର୍ବତନ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ, ତାଙ୍କ ଭାଇ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟ ପରିବାରର ୨ ଭାଇଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟିଛି। ଦେଶର ରାଜଧାନୀ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀରେ ଦିନକୁ ଦିନ ପ୍ରଦୂଷଣ ବଢ଼ିବାର ଲାଗିଛି। ବାୟୁର ଗୁଣବତ୍ତା ସୂଚକାଙ୍କ ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇ ୪୫୦ରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିବାରୁ ବଡ଼ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନିଆଯାଇଛି। ପ୍ରଦୂଷଣର ମାତ୍ରା ହ୍ରାସ କରିବାକୁ ରାଜଧାନୀରେ ଡିଜେଲ ଚାଳିତ ଟ୍ରକ୍‌କୁ ବ୍ୟାନ କରାଯାଇଛି। ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ହେମନ୍ତ ସୋରେନ ଇଡି ଓ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରକୁ ଟାର୍ଗେଟ କରି କହିଛନ୍ତି, “ଯଦି ମୁଁ ଦୋଷୀ, ତା’ହେଲେ କାହିଁକି ଆପଣ ମୋତେ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ କରିବେ? ଆପଣ ଆସନ୍ତୁ ଓ ଦମ ଅଛି ଯଦି ମୋତେ ଗିରଫ କରନ୍ତୁ। ଜଣେ ଆଦିବାସୀ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ହଇରାଣ କରିବାକୁ ହୋଇଥିବା ଷଡ଼ଯନ୍ତ୍ରର ଏହା ଏକ ଉଦାହରଣ। ଦେଶର ପ୍ରମୁଖ ରେଳ ଷ୍ଟେସନଗୁଡ଼ିକର ପୁନଃବିକାଶ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକୁ ତ୍ବରାନ୍ବିତ କରିଛି ରେଳ ମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟ। ଯାତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆଧୁନିକ ସୁବିଧା ସୁଯୋଗ ଯୋଗାଇ ଦେବାଲାଗି ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଭାରତୀୟ ରେଳବାଇର ୪୦ଟି ରେଳଷ୍ଟେସନର ପୁନଃବିକାଶ ପାଇଁପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରାଯାଇଛି। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଜାଲିଆତିକୁ ରୋକିବା ପାଇଁ ସରକାର ଏବେ ସିମ କାର୍ଡ ପାଇବା ନିୟମରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରିବାକୁ ଯାଉଛନ୍ତି । ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସମୟରେ କୌଣସି ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ୨୧ ପ୍ରକାର ଡକ୍ୟୁମେଣ୍ଟରୁ ଯେକୌଣସି ଦେଇ ନୂଆ ସିମ କାର୍ଡ ହାସଲ କରିପାରନ୍ତି । କିନ୍ତୁ ସରକାର ଏବେ ଏହି ଡକ୍ୟୁମେଣ୍ଟ ସଂଖ୍ୟାକୁ ୫ କରିବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି ଆଫ୍ରିକାର ସବୁଠୁ ବଡ଼ ମାଇ ହାତୀ ‘ଦିଦା’ ୬୦ରୁ ୬୫ କେନିଆର ଟିସାଭୋ ଇଷ୍ଟ ନ୍ୟାସନାଲ ପାର୍କରେ ତାର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଥିଲା। କେନିଆ ଗ୍ରାସଲାଣ୍ଡରେ ରହି ଜୀବନ ବିତାଇବା ବେଳେ ଦିଦାକୁ ଆଫ୍ରିକାର ସବୁଠୁ ବଡ଼ ମାଇହାତୀ ବୋଲି କୁହାଯାଉଥିଲା। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଶିକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ଆଜି ୨୦୨୦-୨୧ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ ଭିତ୍ତିକ ଗ୍ରେଡିଂ ଇଣ୍ଡେକ୍ସ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଛି।ମୋଟ ୭ଟି ରାଜ୍ୟ ଏବଂ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରଶାସିତ ଅଂଚଳ କେରଳ, ପଞ୍ଜାବ, ଚଣ୍ଡିଗଡ଼, ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର, ଗୁଜରାଟ, ରାଜସ୍ଥାନ ଏବଂ ଆନ୍ଧ୍ରପ୍ରଦେଶ ୨୦୨୦-୨୧ରେ ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ସ୍ତର ହାସଲ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସେଗୁଡିକର ସ୍କୋର ୯୦୧ରୁ ୯୫୦ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ରହିଛି। ଭାରତ ଯୋଡୋ ଯାତ୍ରାରେ ଯୋଗଦେଲେ ପୂର୍ବତନ ନୌସେନା ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଆଡମିରାଲ ରାମଦାସ. ଧାମନଗରର ୧୩୯ନଂ ବୁଥରେ ପୋଲିଂ ଅଫିସର ନଟବର ମୁଣ୍ଡାଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟଣାକୁ ସିଇଓ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ଏହା ଏକ ଦୁଃଖଦ ଘଟଣା । ନଟବରଙ୍କ ପରିବାରକୁ ୧୫ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କାର କ୍ଷତିପୂରଣ ମିଳିବ । ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ‘ଓଷ୍ଟିଓପାଥି’ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପଦ୍ଧତ୍ତି ଅବଲମ୍ବନ କରିବାକୁ ଯାଉଛନ୍ତି। ଓଷ୍ଟିଓପାଥି ହେଉଛି ଏପରି ଏକ ଅଭିନବ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପଦ୍ଧତ୍ତି ଯାହା ୧୫୦ ବର୍ଷ ହେଲା ପ୍ରଚଳିତ। ଯେଉଁଥିରେ ରୋଗୀଙ୍କ ଠାରେ ଅସ୍ତ୍ରୋପଚାର କିମ୍ବା ଅନ୍ୟ କୌଣସି ଜଟିଳ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପଦ୍ଧତ୍ତିର ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ନଥାଏ। ଆମେରିକା, ୟୁରୋପ, ଲାଟିନ୍‌‌ ଆମେରିକା ଭଳି ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଏହା ବେଶ୍‌‌ ଲୋକପ୍ରିୟତା ଅର୍ଜନ କରିଛି। ୫ଟି ଆଧାରରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଶାସନ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଏକ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଭାବେ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଶାସନ ସଚିବ ସୁରେଶ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ମହାପାତ୍ର ଆଜି କଟକ ପୌର ନିଗମ (ସି.ଏମ୍.ସି), ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଜଳ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ନିଗମ (ଓ.ଏଚ୍.ପି.ସି) ଏବଂ ଶ୍ରୀ ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ ସଂସ୍କୃତ ବିଶ୍ୱ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଇ-ଅଫିସ୍ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାର ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ସାମ୍‌‌ସ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏବେ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ୩ଟି ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟରେ ନାମଲେଖା ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଶେଷ ହୋଇସାରିଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସମସ୍ତ ସିଟ୍‌‌ ପୂରଣ ହୋଇପାରୁନାହିଁ। ଯେଉଁଥିପାଇଁ ରେଭେନ୍ସା ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଭଳି ରାଜ୍ୟର ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠିତ ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ଆହୁରି ୧୯୭ଟି ସିଟ୍‌‌ ଫାଙ୍କା ପଡ଼ିଛି। ରାଜ୍ୟର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବିଭାଗରେ ଖାଲିଥିବା ସ୍ନାତକ(ଗ୍ରାଜୁଏଟ୍‌‌) ସ୍ତରର ପଦ ପୂରଣ ପାଇଁ ଓଏସଏସସି ଗୋଟିଏ ପରୀକ୍ଷା କରିବ। ଏଥି ପାଇଁ ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତି ବୁଧବାର ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି। ଯୁଗ୍ମ ସ୍ନାତକ ଭିତ୍ତିକ ଚୟନ ପରୀକ୍ଷା(ସିଜିଏଲଆରଇ) ଓ ଯୁଗ୍ମ ବୈଷୟିକ ସେବା ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପରୀକ୍ଷା(ସିଟିଏସଆରଇ) ପରୀକ୍ଷା ହେବାକୁ ଥିବାବେଳେ ମୋଟ୍‌‌ ୨ ହଜାର ୧୬୯ ପଦ ପୂରଣ ହେବ। ଉଭୟ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ପାଇଁ ଆବଦେନ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଆସନ୍ତା ନଭେମ୍ବର ୧୦ ତାରିଖରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ।	504	Y
