2230	27-06-2022	Odia	ସମଗ୍ର ବଶ୍ୱିରେ ଉଦ୍ବେଗଜନକ ସ୍ଥିତି ଆଡ଼କୁ ଗତି କରୁଥିବା ସ୍ତନ କର୍କଟ ରୋଗର ନିଦାନ ଓ ଚିକିତ୍ସା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ସଫଳତା ହାସଲ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଜଣେ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ବୈଜ୍ଞାନିକ । ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ଜୀବ ବିଜ୍ଞାନ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାନ (ଆଇଏଲ୍ଏସ୍)ର ସନିୟର୍ ମଲିକ୍ୟୁଲାର୍ ଅଙ୍କୋଲୋଜିଷ୍ଟ ଡା. ସନ୍ଦୀପ ମିଶ୍ର ସ୍ତନ କର୍କଟର ଟ୍ୟୁମର ଦମନକାରୀ ଜିନ୍ ଆବିଷ୍କାର କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଅର୍ଥନତୈକ ସଙ୍କଟ ଦେଇ ଗତି କରୁଥିବା ଶ୍ରୀଲଙ୍କାର ଖରାପ ସମୟ ଶେଷ ହେବାର ନାମ ଧରୁନାହିଁ। ଶ୍ରୀଲଙ୍କାରେ ପେଟ୍ରୋଲ ମଲ୍ୟ ୫୦ ଟଙ୍କା ଏବଂ ଡିଜେଲରେ ୬୦ ଟଙ୍କା ବୃଦ୍ଧି ହୋଇଛି । ଆସନ୍ତା ୨୦୩୬ରେ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଗଠନର ଶତବାର୍ଷିକୀ ପାଳନ ପର୍ବୂରୁ ଓଡ଼ିଶାକୁ ଦେଶର ଶୀର୍ଷ ସମୃଦ୍ଧ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ପରିଣତ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ରଖିଛନ୍ତିମଖୁ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ। ଏସ୍‍ଟଏଫ୍ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଖୋର୍ଧାରେ ଚଢ଼ଉ କରାଯାଇ ୧ କେଜି ୩୦ ଗ୍ରାମ ବ୍ରାଉନ୍ସଗୁର ଜବତ ସହ ୪ ଜଣଙ୍କୁ ଗରଫ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଗିରଫ ରାକେଶ କୁମାର ବାରିକ, ବରିଞ୍ଚି ନାରାୟଣ ସାହୁଙ୍କ ଘର ଖୋର୍ଦ୍ଧା ଥାନା ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ କୋଚିଲାବଣ ସାହିରେ। ଅନୁରୂପ ଭାବରେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଦୁଇ ଅଭିଯକ୍ତୁ ଜଗବନ୍ଧୁ ବିଶ୍ୱାଳ ଓ ସନ୍ତୋଷ ରାଉତରାୟଙ୍କ ଘର ଖୋର୍ଦ୍ଧା ଟାଉନ୍ ଥାନା ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ। ରୁଷ ୟକ୍ରେୁନ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ୫ ମାସରେ ପହଛିଲା ବେଳେ ଦିନକୁ ଦିନ ବୈଦେଶିକ ସ୍ଥିତି ବିଗିଡିବାରେ ଲାଗିଛି । ଭାରତ ହେଉଛିବଶ୍ୱର ଦ୍ରୁତ ଅଭିବୃଦ୍ଧିଶିଳ ଅର୍ଥନୀତି ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଅନ୍ୟତମ। ଆସନ୍ତା ୩୦ ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଏହା ୩୦,୦୦୦ ବଲିୟନ ଡ଼ଲାରରେ ପହଞ୍ବ ଚ ବୋଲି ଆକଳନ କରାଯାଇଛ। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ବାଣଜ୍ୟ ଓ ଶଳ୍ପ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପୀୟଷ ଗୋୟଲ ରବବିାର ଏହା କହଛନ୍ତି । ଆସନ୍ତା ଜୁଲାଇ ପହଲିାଠାରୁ ଦେଶରେ ଅନେକ ନୟମିରେ ପରବର୍ତ୍ତନ ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛ। ଏହିସବୁ ନୟମଗ ଡୁକ ଆପଣଙ୍କର ଆର୍ଥିକ କାରବାର ସହ ଜଡତ। ଏହା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ ହେବା ପରେ ଏହାର ପ୍ରଭାବ ଆପଣଙ୍କ ପକେଟ୍ ଉପରେ ପଡପିାରେ। ଏହି ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ଜୁଲାଇ ପହଲିାରୁଯେଉଁମାନେ କାରବାର ପାଇଁ କ୍ରେଡଟ୍ ଏବଂ ଡେବଟ୍ କାର୍ଡ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରୁଛନ୍, ତିକ୍ରିପ୍ ଟୋକରେନ୍ସି ଏବଂ ପାନ୍ କାର୍ଡ ଧାରୀ ମଧ୍ୟ ଏହିପରବର୍ ତ୍ତନ ଅଧୀନରେ ରହିବେ। ଘରୋଇ ଆୟର୍ଲାଣ୍ଡ ବିପକ୍ଷରେ ରବିବାର ବିଳମ୍ବିତ ରାତିରେ ଖେଳାଯାଇଥିବା ବର୍ଷା ବାଧାପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ପ୍ରଥମ ଟି-୨୦ ମ୍ୟାଚରେ ଭାରତ ୭ ୱିକେଟ୍‍ରେ ବିଜୟୀ ହୋଇଛ । ୧୨ ଓଭର ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ଏହ ମ୍ୟାଚରେ ଆୟର୍ଲାଣ୍ଡ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଧାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ୧୦୯ ରନର ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟକୁ ପ ିଛା କରି ହାର୍ଦ୍ଦିକ ପାଣ୍ଡ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ନେତୃତ୍ୱାଧିନଭାରତ ୯.୨ ଓଭରରେ ୩ ୱିକେଟ୍ ହରାଇ ବିଜୟୀ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ରାଜ୍ୟର ୪୫.୬ ପ୍ରତିଶତ କିଶୋର (୧୨-୧୯ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସ୍କ) ନିଶା ସେବନ କରୁଥିବା ବେଳେ ୫୪.୪ ପ୍ରତିଶତ କିଶୋର/କିଶୋରୀ କୌଣସି ତମାଖୁ ସେବନ କରୁନାହାନ୍ତି। ୮୭୮ ଜଣ କିଶୋର ଓ ୯୮୦ ଜଣ କିଶୋରୀଙ୍କୁ ନେଇ ଏହି ସର୍ଭେ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ଜାତୀୟ ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ମିଶନ ସହାୟତାରେ ଆଗାମୀ ଦିନରେ ଆନୁଷ୍ଠାନିକ ପ୍ରସବ ଶତପ୍ରତିଶତ କରିବା ସହିତ ମାତୃ ଓ ଶିଶୁ ମୃତ୍ୟୁହାର ଶୂନ୍ କରିବା ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ନେଇ ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ମାତୃତ୍ବ ଆଶ୍ବାସନା (ସୁମନ) ଭଳି ଅଭିନବ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ହାତକୁ ନିଆଯାଇଛି। ଏନେଇ ଗୁରୁବାର ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ବିଭାଗ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ସଚିବ ନିକୁଞ୍ଜ ବିହାରୀ ଧଳ ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତି ଜାରି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଶିକ୍ଷା ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ନେଇ ଏନସିଇଆରଟି ନିର୍ଦେଶକ ପ୍ରଫେସର ଦିନେଶ ପ୍ରସାଦ ସକଲାନି ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା ରଖି କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଭାରତୀୟ ଜ୍ଞାନ କୌଶଳ ଉପରେ ଆଧାରିତ ହେବ ସ୍କୁଲ ଶିକ୍ଷା। ଜାତୀୟ ଶିକ୍ଷାନୀତି ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରିତ ସମୟ ଭିତରେ ଲାଗୁ ହେବ। ଧନ୍ଦାମୂଳକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଓ କୋର୍ଡିଂକୁ ଗୁରୁତ୍ବ। ମଧ୍ୟପ୍ରଦେଶ କ୍ରିକେଟ ଦଳ ପ୍ରଥମଥର ଦେଶର ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ଘରୋଇ କ୍ରିକେଟ୍‌ ଟୁର୍ଣ୍ଣାମେଣ୍ଟ ରଣଜୀ ଟ୍ରଫି ଚମ୍ପିଆନ୍ ହୋଇଛି। ରବିବାର ଏଠାରେ ସମାପ୍ତ ହୋଇଥିବା ୨୦୨୧-୨୨ ରଣଜୀ ଟ୍ରଫି ସଂସ୍କରଣର ଫାଇନାଲ ମ୍ୟାଚ୍‌ରେ ମୁମ୍ବଇକୁ ୬ ୱିକେଟରେ ମଧ୍ୟପ୍ରଦେଶ ପରାସ୍ତ କରିଛି। ଆଗକୁ ବଢୁଥିବା ଭାରତୀୟ ଅର୍ଥବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଆଗାମୀ ୩୦ ବର୍ଷରେ ବଢି ୩୦ହଜାର ବିଲିୟନ ଡଲାରରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିବାର ଅନୁମାନ ରହିଛି । କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ବାଣିଜ୍ୟ ଏବଂ ଉଦ୍ୟୋଗ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପୀୟୁଷ ଗୋୟଲ ରବିବାର ଏହା କହିଛନ୍ତି । ଓଡିଶା ସ୍ଥିତ ନୀଳାଚଳ ଇସ୍ପାତ ନିଗମ ଲିମିଟେଡକୁ ଟାଟା ଗ୍ରୁପର କାମ୍ପାନିକୁ ହସ୍ତାନ୍ତର ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଆସନ୍ତା ଜୁଲାଇ ମଧ୍ୟ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଶେଷ ହେବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି। ଜଣେ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଏହି ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଭାରତୀୟ ବାୟୁସେନା ଅଗ୍ନିପଥ ଯୋଜନାରେ ରବିବାର ସୁଦ୍ଧା ୫୬୯୬୦ ଜଣ ରେଜିଷ୍ଟ୍ରେସନ କରିଥିବା ଜଣାପଡିଛି । ଭାରତୀୟ ବାୟୁସେନା ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏନେଇ ଟ୍ୱିଟରରେ ସୂଚନା ଦିଆଯାଇଛି । ଜାମ୍ମୁ କାଶ୍ମୀରର ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚିତ ଆଇପିଏସ ଅଫିସର ତଥା ଓଡିଆ ପୁଅ ବସନ୍ତ ରଥ ଚାକିରିରୁ ଇସ୍ତଫା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ସେବାରୁ ନିବୃତ୍ତ ହେବା ପରେ ରାଜନୀତିରେ ନିଜର ଭାଗ୍ୟ ପରୀକ୍ଷା କରିବାକୁ ସେ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି । ପୁନେର ପ୍ରତି ମାସ୍କେ ୫୫ ଘଣ୍ଟା ୧୩ ମିନିଟରେ ଲେହରୁ ମନାଲି ୪୮୦ କିମି ସାଇକଲରେ ଅତିକ୍ରମ କରି ବିଶ୍ବ ରେକର୍ଡ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଦୁଇଟି ସନ୍ତାନର ଜନନୀ ୪୫ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ପ୍ରୀତି ଏଭଳି ଦୁଃସାହସିକ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେଇ ଗିନିଜ ବୁକ ଅଫ ରେକର୍ଡରେ ତାଙ୍କ ସ୍ଥାନ ପକ୍କା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ରିଲାଏନ୍ସ ଫାଉଣ୍ଡେସନ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଆସାମ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ରିଲିଫ ପାଣ୍ଠିକୁ ୨୫ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଆସାମ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ହିମନ୍ତ ବିଶ୍ୱ ଶର୍ମା ଏଥିପାଇଁ ସାମାଜିକ ଗଣମାଧ୍ୟମରେ କୃତଜ୍ଞତା ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଗତ ୧୫ ମାସ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସେମାନେ ୪.୧ ଲକ୍ଷ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ସେୟାର ବିକ୍ରି କରିଛନ୍ତି। କେବଳ ଜୁନ୍‌ ମାସରେ ସେମାନେ ୪୬ ହଜାର କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର କରିଛନ୍ତି। ୨୦୦୮ର ମାନ୍ଦାବସ୍ଥା ସମୟ ତୁଳନାରେ ବିଦେଶୀ ନିବେଶକମାନେ ଏବେ ଅଧିକ ଟଙ୍କା ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ୧୩ ଦିନରେ ମହାପ୍ରଭୁ ଶ୍ରୀ ଅଲାରନାଥଙ୍କ ଅନବସର ଦର୍ଶନ । ଆସନ୍ତାକାଲି ହେବ ମହାପ୍ରଭୁ ଅଲାରନାଥଙ୍କ ଶେଷ ଅନବସର ଦର୍ଶନ । ସ୍ନାନ ବେଦୀରେ ଅତ୍ୟଧିକ ସ୍ନାନ ପରେ ଶ୍ରୀଜୀଉଙ୍କୁ ଜ୍ୱର ହେବା ପରେ ଏବେ ସେବାୟତଙ୍କ ଓଷ ଲାଗିହେବା ଦ୍ୱାରା ଶ୍ରୀଜୀଉମାନେ ସୁସ୍ଥ ହେଲେଣି । ନବଯୌବନରେ ଦର୍ଶନ ଦେବା ସହ ଶ୍ରୀ ଜୀଉଙ୍କର ହେବ ଗୁଣ୍ଡିଚା ଯାତ୍ରା ।	525	Y
