ମାନ୍ ହେବେ ପଞ୍ଜାବରେ ଆପର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ । ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ତଥା ଆପର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଅରବିନ୍ଦ କେଜ୍ରିୱାଲ ଏନେଇ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଭୋଟିଂ ଅନୁସାରେ ଏହି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନିଆଯାଇଥିବା କହିଛନ୍ତି କେଜ୍ରିୱାଲ । ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୧୯ ରୁ ୨୧ ତାରିଖ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରସ୍ଥିତ ଓଡିଶା ଲୋକାୟୁକ୍ତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ ବନ୍ଦ ରହିବ। କୋଭିଡ୍ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପରିପ୍ରେକ୍ଷୀରେ ଲୋକାୟୁକ୍ତଙ୍କ ଖଣ୍ଡପୀଠ ସମେତ ଲୋକାୟୁକ୍ତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ ଉପରୋକ୍ତ ତିନି ଦିନ ସାମୟିକ ଭାବେ ବନ୍ଦ ରହିବ ଓ ଆସନ୍ତା ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୨୪ରୁ ପୂର୍ବଭଳି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବ ବୋଲି ଲୋକାୟୁକ୍ତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ ତରଫରୁ ଜନସାଧାରଣଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ସୂଚନା ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଡ୍ୟୁଟି ବେଳେ, କରୋନାରେ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହେଲେ ୩୦ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କାର ଅନୁକମ୍ପା ରାଶି ମିଳିବ । ତାହା ସହ କୌଣସି ଉତ୍ତେଜନା ଓ ଆକ୍ରମଣରେ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଡ୍ୟୁଟିରେ ଥିବା କର୍ମଚାରୀ ମୃତ୍ୟୁବରଣ ହେଲେ ୧୫ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ମିଳିବ ବୋଲି ଅୟୋଗ ଘୋଷଣା କରଇଛନ୍ତି । ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ସାଧାରଣତନ୍ତ୍ର ଦିବସ ପରେଡ୍‌ରେ ଯୋଗ ଦେବାକୁ ୮ ହଜାର ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ନିମନ୍ତ୍ରଣ ପତ୍ର ପଠାଯାଇଛି । ପୁର୍ବରୁ ପ୍ରତିବର୍ଷ ନିମନ୍ତ୍ରିତ ଅଥିତିଙ୍କଠୁ ଏହା ୭୦-୮୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ କମ୍ ଅଟେ। ଏ ନେଇ ମଙ୍ଗଳବାର ରକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରଳାୟ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଗତ ବର୍ଷ ପ୍ରାୟ ୨୫ ହଜାର ଲୋକେ ପରେଡ୍‌ରେ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ତେବେ ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ସରକାର କିଛି ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ଅତିଥୀଙ୍କୁ ନିମନ୍ତ୍ରଣ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ନିମନ୍ତ୍ରୀତ ତାଲିକାରେ ଶ୍ରମିକ, ପରିମଳ କର୍ମଚାରୀ, ଆଗ ଧାଡିର ଶ୍ରମିକ, ଅଟୋରିକ୍ସା ଡ୍ରାଇଭରଙ୍କୁ ଅନ୍ତଭୁକ୍ତ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଭିଜିଲାନ୍ସ ଜାଲରେ ହସ୍ତଶିଳ୍ପ ନିଗମର ସହ-ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ । ଜଣେ କାରିଗରଙ୍କୁ ଠାରୁ ୧୦ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ଲାଞ୍ଚ ନେଉଥିବା ବେଳେ ଧରାପଡିଛନ୍ତି । ସେମାନେ ହେଲେ ହସ୍ତଶିଳ୍ପ ନିଗମର ସହ-ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ପ୍ରଭାତ କୁମାର ମିଶ୍ର ଓ ମାଷ୍ଟର କ୍ରାପ୍ଟ ମ୍ୟାନ ପ୍ରିୟା ମହାରଣା । ‘ବ୍ଲୁମବର୍ଗ-୨୦୨୧ ଗ୍ଲୋବାଲ ମେୟର୍ସ ଚ୍ୟାଲେଞ୍ଜ’ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗିତାରେ ଭାଗ ନେଇ ରାଉରକେଲା ସହର ବିଶ୍ୱର ୧୫ଟି ପ୍ରମୁଖ ସହର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସ୍ଥାନ ପାଇଛି। ଏଭଳି ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ଏକ ଅଭିନବ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ କରି ବିଶେଷ ସ୍ବିକୃତି ହାସଲ କରି ବିଶ୍ଵର ୫୦ଟି ପ୍ରମୁଖ ସହର ମଧ୍ୟରେ କିଛି ଦିନ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ରାଉରକେଲା ସ୍ଥାନ ପାଇଥିଲା। ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ସମେତ ଅନ୍ୟ କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ୍ ପାହ୍ୟା ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ପାହ୍ୟା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସାଧାରଣତନ୍ତ୍ର ଦିବସ ଅତିଥି ଭାବେ ଯୋଗଦେଉଥିବା ବେଳେ ତାଙ୍କ ଭାଷଣ କେବଳ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର, ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତା ସଂଗ୍ରାମୀ, ଶହୀଦ ଏବଂ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରର ଜୟଗାନ ମଧ୍ୟ ସୀମିତ ରହିବ । ଏଥିରେ କୌଣସି ପ୍ରକାର ସରକାରୀ ସଫଳତାର କାହାଣୀ କିମ୍ୱା ଯୋଜନାର ସଫଳତା ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ ରହିବ ନାହିଁ ।ତ୍ରିସ୍ତରୀୟ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ୨୦୨୨ ପରିପ୍ରେକ୍ଷୀରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ନିର୍ବାଚନ କମିଶନରଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ମାନ୍ୟବର ରାଜ୍ୟପାଳ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ ଓ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ, ସମସ୍ତ କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ୍ ଓ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପାହ୍ୟା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ, ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଶାସନ ସଚିବ, ସମସ୍ତ ଆରଡିସି ଏବଂ ସମସ୍ତ ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳଙ୍କୁ ପତ୍ର ପ୍ରେରଣ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଭାରତରେ ଅବସ୍ଥାପିତ ରୁଷିଆ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରଦୂତ ନିକୋଲାଇ କୁଦାଶେଭଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର କରିନିଆଯିବ। ତାଙ୍କ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଡେନିଶ ଏଲିପୋଭଙ୍କୁ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ଦିଆଯିବ। ଏ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ମଙ୍ଗଳବାର ଘୋଷଣା କରାଯାଇଛି। ଡେନିଶ ରୁଷିଆ ବୈଦେଶିକ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟର ଉପନିର୍ଦେଶକ ଅଛନ୍ତି। ସମଗ୍ର ବିଶ୍ୱରେ ୭୬ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାଦାତାଙ୍କ ଅନୁସାରେ ସୂଚନାରେ ଫେକ୍ ନ୍ୟୁଜକୁ ଏବେ ଅସ୍ତ୍ର ଭାବେ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରାଯାଉଥିବାରୁ ଲୋକେ ଉଦବେଗରେ ଥିବା ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ହୋଇଛି। ଏଭଳି ମାମଲାରେ ସ୍ପେନ୍‌ ୮୪ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ସହ ପ୍ରଥମ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଥିବା ବେଳେ ୮୨ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ସହ ଭାରତ ପଞ୍ଚମ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ରହିଛି। ତେବେ ନେଦରଲ୍ୟାଣ୍ଡସ୍ , ଜାପାନ, ଫ୍ରାନ୍ସ ,ବ୍ରିଟେନ ଓ ଜର୍ମାନୀ ଅପେକ୍ଷାକୃତ ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ଥିଲେ ବି ପ୍ରଭାବରୁ ମୁକ୍ତ ନୁହନ୍ତି। ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ବଜାରରେ ଅସୋଧିତ ତୈଳ ଦର ପୁଣି ବଢ଼ିଛି। ମଙ୍ଗଳବାର ବ୍ରେଣ୍ଟ କ୍ରୁଡ ବାରଲପିଛା ଦର ୮୭.୩୬ ଡଲାରରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଥିବା ବେଳେ ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ୨୦୧୪ ମସିହା ପରେ ବଜାରରେ କ୍ରୁଡ ମୂଲ୍ୟରେ ଏହା ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ବୋଲି କୁହାଯାଉଛି। ପୂର୍ବ ଲଦ୍ଦାଖର ପାଙ୍ଗଙ୍ଗ ହ୍ରଦ ନିକଟରେ ବ୍ରିଜ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରୁଛି ଚୀନ। ଯାହାକୁ ନେଇ ପୁଣି ଥରେ ଦୁଇ ଦେଶ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଚିକ୍ତତା ବଢିପାରେ। ଓପନ ସୋର୍ସ ଗୁଇନ୍ଦା ବିଶେଷଜ୍ଞ ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ଏକ ଫଟୋ ସେୟାର କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏଥିରେ ପାଙ୍ଗଙ୍ଗ ହ୍ରଦର ଦୁଇ କୂଳକୁ ଯୋଡିବା ପାଇଁ ଏକ ପୋଲ ନିର୍ମାମ ହୋଇଥିବା ଦେଖିବାକୁ ମିଳୁଛି। ପ୍ରଥମ ଥର ପାଇଁ ଘରୋଇ ଉଦ୍ୟୋଗ ସହ ଚୁକ୍ତି ସ୍ୱାକ୍ଷର କରିଛି ଭାରତୀୟ ସେନା। ମେନ୍ୟୁବେରେବଲ ଏରିୟଲ ଟାର୍ଗେଟ ପାଇଁ ମେକ-୧୧ ଅଧିନରେ ଏନାଡ୍ରନ ସିଷ୍ଟମ ପ୍ରାଇଭେଟ୍ ଲିମିଟେଡ୍ ସହ ୯୬ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ଚୁକ୍ତି ସ୍ୱାକ୍ଷର କରିଛି ଭାରତୀୟ ସେନା । କେରଳ କୋଟ୍ଟୟମର ଜଣେ ଚିତ୍ରକର ୧୨ କୋଟିର ଲଟେରି ଜିତିଛନ୍ତି। ୫୦୦ଟଙ୍କିଆ ନୋଟ୍‌ର ଖୁଚୁରା ମିଳିଲାନି। ଏହି ଟଙ୍କାକୁ ଭଙ୍ଗେଇବା ପାଇଁ ଲଟେରି ଟିକେଟ୍‌ କିଣିଥିଲେ ସଦାନନ୍ଦନ। ସବୁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଓ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଶାସିତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳକୁ ଚିଠି ଲେଖିଲେ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟ । କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟ ଏକ ପତ୍ର ଜାରି କରିଛି । ତେବେ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ରୋକିବାକୁ ଟେଷ୍ଟିଂକୁ ବଢାଇବାକୁ ନେଇ ରାଜ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଚିଠି ଲେଖିଛି । ବିଜ୍ଞାନ ଓ ପ୍ରଯୁକ୍ତିବିଦ୍ୟା ମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟ ତରଫରୁ ବିକଶିତ ଆଣ୍ଟିଭାଇରାଲ ନୂଆ ଟେକନିକ ସର୍ସ-ସିଓଭି-୨ ବାୟୁରେ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ହ୍ରାସ କରିବାରେ ପୂରା କ୍ଷମତା ରହିଛି। କୋଭିଡ-୧୯ ମହାମାରୀ ସହିତ ଲଢ଼ିବା ଭଳି ଟ୍ରେନ୍‌ର ଡବା, ଏସି ବଗି ତଥା ଅନ୍ୟ ବନ୍ଦ ପରିସରରେ ଲଗାଯାଉଛି। ଏକବିଂଶ ଶତାବ୍ଦୀରେ ୨୦୨୧ ବର୍ଷ ଚୀନ୍ ପାଇଁ ସବୁଠୁ ସଫଳ ସାବ୍ୟସ୍ତ ହୋଇଛି। ଏହି ବର୍ଷ ଚୀନ୍ ମହାକାଶ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ଅନେକ ରେକର୍ଡ କରିଛି। ଏହି ଦେଶ ପୃଥିବୀରେ କୃତ୍ରିମ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବା ପରେ ଏବେ କୃତ୍ରିମ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିଛି। ଏହି କୃତ୍ରିମ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ଦ୍ବାରା ବୈଜ୍ଞାନିକ ସେଠାକାର ସ୍ଥିତି ଏବଂ ପରିବେଶକୁ ଦେଖି ଭବିଷ୍ୟତର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ତଥା ଅଭିଯାନ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି କରିପାରିବେ । ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର
