1. 1. ଭାରତ-ପାକିସ୍ତାନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ୩ ଦିନ ଧରି ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ସ୍ଥିତି ଲାଗିରହିଥିବାବେଳେ ଦୁଇ ପଡ଼ୋଶୀ ତୁରନ୍ତ ଉତ୍ତେଜନା ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇଁ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନିଅନ୍ତୁ ବୋଲି ଆମେରିକା ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଡୋନାଲ୍ଡ ଟ୍ରମ୍ପ୍‌ ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ରାତିରେ ଓଭାଲ ଅଫିସ୍‌ରୁ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।

2. 2.ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ପୁଣି ଥରେ ଅନ୍ଧାର ରାତିରେ, ପାକିସ୍ତାନ ଭାରତର ୨୬ ଟି ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଡ୍ରୋନ୍ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରିଛି। ଭାରତୀୟ ବାୟୁ ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ପ୍ରଣାଳୀ ପାକିସ୍ତାନର ଏହି ସମସ୍ତ ଆକ୍ରମଣକୁ ପଣ୍ଡ କରିଦେଇଥିଲା। ପାକିସ୍ତାନର ୩ଟି ପ୍ରମୁଖ୍ୟ ବିମାନ ଘାଟିକୁ ଭାରତ ଉଡ଼ାଇଦେଇଛି । ରାୱଲପିଣ୍ଡିର ନୂର ଖାଁ ବିମାନ ଘାଟି, ରଫିକି ଏବଂ ମୁରିଦ ବାୟୁସେନା ଘାଟିରେ ଭୋର ସମୟରେ ବିସ୍ଫୋରଣ ହୋଇଥିଲା।   

3. 3.ଭାରତ-ପାକିସ୍ତାନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରବଳ ଉତ୍ତେଜନା ଲାଗି ରହିଛି। ଯେକୌଣସି ସମୟରେ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ବ୍ୟାପକ ରୂପ ନେଇପାରେ। ତେଣୁ ଜରୁରୀ ସ୍ଥିତିର ମୁକାବିଲା ପାଇଁ ସବୁପ୍ରକାର ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ଚାଲିଛି। ଏଥିପାଇଁ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରି ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା, ଗୃହ, ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ, ଅର୍ଥ, ସଡ଼କ ପରିବହନ ଆଦି ବିଭାଗର ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀମାନେ ଏକାଧିକ ସମୀକ୍ଷା ବୈଠକ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

4. 4.ସିନ୍ଧୁ ଜଳଚୁକ୍ତି ସ୍ଥଗିତ ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗରେ ପାକିସ୍ତାନକୁ  ବିଶ୍ବବ୍ୟାଙ୍କରୁ ବଡ଼ ଧକ୍କା ମିଳିଛି। ଏହି ମାମଲାରେ ବିଶ୍ବବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ କେବଳ ଜଣେ ସୁଗମକର୍ତ୍ତା ଛଡ଼ା ଅଧିକ କିଛି କରିପାରିବ ନାହିଁ ବୋଲି ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ କରିଦେଇଛି। 

5. 5.ମେ’ ୧୦ ତାରିଖ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଦେଶରେ ୨୪ଟି ବିମାନବନ୍ଦର ବନ୍ଦ ରହିବ।  ଏହି ଅବଧିକୁ ମେ’ ୧୫ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରାଯାଇଛି। ଚଣ୍ଡିଗଡ଼, ଶ୍ରୀନଗର, ଅମୃତସର, ଲୁଧିଆନା, ଭୁଣ୍ଟର, କିଶନଗଡ଼, ପଟିଆଲା, ଶିମ୍‌ଲା, ଜୈସଲମେର, ପଠାନକୋଟ, ଜମ୍ମୁ, ବିକାନେର‌, ଲେହ, ପୋରବନ୍ଦର  ଏବଂ ଅନ୍ୟ ସହର ଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ବିମାନବନ୍ଦର  ମେ’ ୧୫ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବନ୍ଦ କରାଯାଇଛି। 

6. 6.ପାକିସ୍ତାନ ଗୁରୁବାର ବିଳମ୍ବିତ ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟାରେ ମୋଟ ୩୬ଟି ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରିବାକୁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରିଥିଲା, ଯାହାକୁ ଆମ ସେନା ପଣ୍ଡ କରିଦେଇଛି। ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ତଦନ୍ତରୁ ଏହି ଆକ୍ରମଣରେ ତୁର୍କୀ ଡ୍ରୋନ୍ ବ୍ୟବହାର ହୋଇଥିବା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି ଏବଂ ଭାରତ ଉପରେ ଆକ୍ରମଣ ପାଇଁ ପାକିସ୍ତାନ ୩୦୦ରୁ ୪୦୦ ଡ୍ରୋନ୍‌ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରିଛି। 

7. 7.ଭାରତ ପାକିସ୍ତାନ ଉତ୍ତେଜନାର ପ୍ରଭାବର ଷ୍ଟକ ବଜାର ଉପରେ ପଡ଼ିଛି । ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ବିଏସଇ ସେନସେକ୍ସ ଏବଂ ଏନଏସଇ ନିଫଟି ୫୦ ପ୍ରାରମ୍ଭିକ ସେସନରୁ ହିଁ ନିମ୍ନଗାମୀ ଧାରା ଦେଖିଥିଲା। 

8. 8.ଦୁଇଟି ପ୍ରମୁଖ ଗୁଜବ ହେଉଛି ଏଟିଏମ୍‌ରେ ଟଙ୍କା ନଥିବା ଓ ତେଲ ଓ ଏଲ୍‌ପିଜି ଶୀଘ୍ର ସରିଯିବ। ଉଭୟ ଖବରକୁ ସରକାର ଦୃଢ଼ ଭାବେ ଖଣ୍ଡନ କରିଥିବା ବେଳେ କୌଣସି ପ୍ରକାର ଗୁଜବରେ ବିଶ୍ବାସ ନ କରିବାକୁ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।

9. 9.୨୦୩୬ ମସିହା ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଗଠନ ହେବ ସମୃଦ୍ଧ ଓଡ଼ିଶା। ଏଥିପାଇଁ ୩୬ଟି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ‌ହୋଇଛି। ରାଜ୍ୟକୁ ୫୦୦ ବିଲିଅନ ଡଲାର ଅର୍ଥନୀତିରେ ପରିଣତ କରାଯିବ। ୨୦୩୬ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ସମାଜର ଶେଷ ସ୍ତରରେ ଥିବା ଲୋକମାନେ ଯେପରି ସବୁ ପ୍ରକାରର ମୌଳିକ ସୁବିଧା ପାଇପାରିବେ।

9. 9.ତିହାର ଜେଲ୍‌ ଭଳି ଓଡିଶା  ରାଜ୍ୟର କେତେକ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ଜେଲ୍‌ରେ ଅଡିଓ ଟ୍ରାକର୍‌ ଖଞ୍ଜାଯିବ। ସେହିଭଳି ଜାମର୍‌ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଉପରେ ସମୀକ୍ଷା କରାଯିବ ଏବଂ ରାଜ୍ୟର ସମସ୍ତ ୮୭ ଜେଲ୍‌ର ସୁରକ୍ଷା ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କଡ଼ାକଡ଼ି କରାଯିବ।

12. 12.ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସରକାର ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରରେ ଏକ ଅତ୍ୟାଧୁନିକ ସାଇନ୍ସ ସିଟି ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା କରିବାକୁ  ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ଯୋଜନାର ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ବୈଜ୍ଞାନିକ ବିକାଶକୁ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହିତ କରିବା ଏବଂ ୨୦୩୬ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଏକ ବିକଶିତ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ବ୍ୟାପକ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିକୋଣକୁ  ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହିତ କରିବା।
