3233	02-02-2021	Odia	୨୦୨୧-୨୨ର ବଜେଟ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଅର୍ଥମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିର୍ମଳା ସୀତାରମଣ। ପ୍ରଥମ ଥର ପାଇଁ ପେପର୍ ଲେସ୍ ହୋଇଛି ବଜେଟ୍। ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ବଜେଟରେ କ’ଣ ହୋଇଛି ଶାସ୍ତା ଓ ମହଙ୍ଗା …..ମହଙ୍ଗା – ବୈଦୁତିକ ଉପକରଣ, ପେଟ୍ରୋଲ ଓ ଡିଜେଲ , ମୋବାଇଲ ଫୋନ, ମୋବାଇଲ ଚାର୍ଜର,ରତ୍ନ ପଥର, ସୂତା ପୋଷାକ, ବିଦେଶୀ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ତୈଳ, ସୋଲାର ଇନଭର୍ଟର, ଅଟୋ ପାର୍ଟସ ଆଦି। ଶସ୍ତା – ଲୁହା, ଷ୍ଟିଲ, ନାଇଲନ ପୋଷାକ, ତମ୍ବା, ବୀମା, ଜୋତା, ସୋଲାର ଲଣ୍ଠନ, କପର, ସୁନା, ରୁପା, ଚମଡା ଦ୍ରବ୍ୟ ଆଦି। ଆସନ୍ତା ୧୮ତାରିଖରୁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ବିଧାନସଭାର ବଜେଟ ଅଧିବେଶନ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ। ଫେବୃୟାରୀ ୨୨ ତାରିଖରେ ୨୦୨୧-୨୨ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ ବଜେଟ୍ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ ହେବ ବୋଲି ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଛି ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ପେଟ୍ରୋଲ୍‌ ଓ ଡିଜେଲ୍‌ ଉପରେ କୃଷି ସେସ୍‌ ବଢ଼ିଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଏହା ସାଧାରଣ ଉପଭୋକ୍ତାଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଲାଗୁ ହେବ ନାହିଁ। ଲାଗୁ ହୋଇଥିବା କୃଷି ସେସ୍‌ ଉପଭୋକ୍ତାଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ନୁହେଁ, ଏହି ବର୍ଦ୍ଧିତ ସେସ୍‌ କମ୍ପାନୀ ବହନ କରିବେ। ୭୫ ବର୍ଷରୁ ଅଧିକ ପେନସନଭୋଗୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଟିକସ ଛାଡ କରାଯାଇଛି। ରାଜ୍ୟ ଅଗ୍ନିଶମ ବାହିନୀ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ତଥା ୧୯୮୮ ବ୍ୟାଚ୍ ଆଇପିଏସ୍ ଅଧିକାରୀ ସତ୍ୟଜିତ୍ ମହାନ୍ତିଙ୍କୁ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଲୋକସେବା ଆୟୋଗ(ଓପିଏସସି) ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଭାବେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ କରାଯାଇଛି। ମହାନ୍ତିଙ୍କୁ ୬୨ବର୍ଷ ହେବା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସେ ଏହି ପଦବୀରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବେ। ଇଲେକ୍ଟ୍ରୋନିକ୍ସ ଏବଂ ଆଇଟି ମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ୨୫୦ ଟ୍ବିଟ୍‌ ଏବଂ ଆ‌କାଉଣ୍ଟ୍‌କୁ ବ୍ଲକ୍‌ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ମାଇକ୍ରୋବ୍ଲଗିଂ ସାଇଟ୍‌ ଟ୍ବିଟ୍‌ରକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ମିଥ୍ୟା ସୂଚନା ଓ ଅନ୍ୟକୁ ଉସୁକାଇବା ପରି ଟ୍ବିଟ୍‌ଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଚିହ୍ନଟ କରିବା ପରେ ମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟ ଏହି ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଥିବା ଜାଣିବାକୁ ମିଳିଛି। ଲେଫ୍‌ଟନାଣ୍ଟ ଜେନେରାଲ୍‌ ଚଣ୍ଡୀ ପ୍ରସାଦ ମହାନ୍ତି ଆଜି ଭାରତୀୟ ସ୍ଥଳସେନାର ଉପମୁଖ୍ୟ (ଭାଇସ୍‌ ଚିଫ୍‌ ଅଫ ଆର୍ମି ଷ୍ଟାପ୍‌) ଭାବେ ବିଧିବଦ୍ଧ ଭାବେ ଦାୟିତ୍ୱ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଅର୍ଥମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିର୍ମଳା ସୀତାରମଣ ବଜେଟ୍-୨୦୨୧ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ କରି କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ସରକାର କେତେଗୁଡ଼ିଏ ଜନହିତକର ଯୋଜନାକୁ ସଂପ୍ରସାରିତ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଏଥିମଧ୍ୟରେ ‘ଉଜ୍ବଳା ଯୋଜନା’କୁ ସାମିଲ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଦେଶରେ ଶହେଟି ନୂତନ ସୈନିକ ସ୍କୁଲ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା କରାଯିବ। ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର, ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସ୍ବେଚ୍ଛାସେବୀ ସଂସ୍ଥା ଓ ସବସରକାରୀ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟଙ୍କ ସହଭାଗିତାରେ ଏହି ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା କରାଯିବ ବୋଲି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଅର୍ଥମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ୭୫୦ଟି ନୂଆ ଏକଲବ୍ୟ ମଡେଲ ସ୍କୁଲ୍ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା କରାଯିବ। ଏଥିରେ ପ୍ରତି ସ୍କୁଲ ପିଛା ୨୦ରୁ ୩୮ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ବ୍ୟୟ କରାଯିବ ଏବଂ ପାହାଡ଼ିଆ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ୪୮ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ କରାଯିବ। ଭାରତର ଉଚ୍ଚ ଶିକ୍ଷା କମିସନ ବି ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା କରାଯିବ ଲେହରେ ଏକ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ବିଶ୍ବବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା କରାଯିବ ଇନ୍ସୁରାନ୍ସ ସେକ୍ଟରରେ ସିଧାସଳଖ ବିଦେଶୀ ପୁଞ୍ଜି ନିବେଶ ପାଇଁ ବଡ଼ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେଇଛନ୍ତି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକରା। ଫରେନ୍‌ ଡାଇରେକ୍ଟ ଇନ୍‌ଭେଷ୍ଟମେଣ୍ଟ (FDI) ପୁଞ୍ଜି ନିବେଶ ସୀମାକୁ ୭୪ ପ୍ରତିସତ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବଢ଼ାଯାଇଛି। ବିଦେଶୀ ପୁଞ୍ଜି ନିବେଶକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ଆକୃଷ୍ଟ କରିବା ପାଇଁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଏପରି ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେଇଛନ୍ତି। ୨୦୨୧-୨୨ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବଜେଟ୍‌ର ରାସ୍ତାରୁ ପୁରୁଣା ଗାଡ଼ି ହଟାଇବାକୁ ସ୍କ୍ରାପ୍ ପଲିସି ତ୍ୱରାନ୍ୱିତ କରିବାକୁ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି ଅର୍ଥମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିର୍ମଳା ସୀତାରମଣ। ଥିପାଇଁ ଘରୋଇ ଗାଡ଼ି ପାଇଁ ୨୦ ବର୍ଷ, କମର୍ସିଆଲ ପାଇଁ ୧୫ ବର୍ଷ ସମୟ ଧାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରାଯାଇଛି। ୨୦୨୨ ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଆଉ ୧୧ ହଜାର କି.ମି. NH କରିଡର୍‌ ତିଆରି ହେବ। କେବଳ ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗରେ ଆଉ ୬୭୫ କି.ମି. 3240	30-01-2021	Odia	ଦୀର୍ଘ ୧ ଘଣ୍ଟାର ଅଭିଭାଷଣରେ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ‘ବ୍ୟାପକ ବିଚାରବିମର୍ଶ ପରେ ସଂସଦ ୭ ମାସ ପୂର୍ବେ ୩ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କୃଷି ସୁଧାର ଆଇନ କୃଷକ ଉପଜ ବ୍ୟାପାର ଓ ବାଣିଜ୍ୟ ବିଧେୟକ, କୃଷି ମୂଲ୍ୟ ନିଶ୍ଚିତତା ଏବଂ କୃଷି ସେବା ଚୁକ୍ତିନାମା ବିଧେୟକ ତଥା ଅତ୍ୟାବଶ୍ୟକ ବସ୍ତୁ ସଂଶୋଧନ ବିଧେୟକ ’ ଗୃହୀତ କରିଥିଲା ବୋଲି କହିଛନ୍ତି। ଲୋକସଭାରେ ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ ସର୍ଭେ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ ସମୟରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଅର୍ଥମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିର୍ମଳା ସୀତାରମଣ ଦେଖାଇଛନ୍ତି ଗୋଲାପୀ ଛବି । ଚଳିତ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷରେ ଦେଶର ଅଭିବୃଦ୍ଧି ୭.୭% ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇବ ବୋଲି ଆକଳନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲେ ହେଁ ଆଗାମୀ ୨୦୨୧-୨୨ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷରେ ଦେଶର ଜିଡ଼ିପି ଅଭିବୃଦ୍ଧି ୧୧% ହେବ ବୋଲି ସେ ଆଶା ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଟ୍ରାନ୍ସପରେନ୍ସି ଇଣ୍ଟରନ୍ୟାସନାଲ୍ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଅନୁସାରେ ସାରା ବିଶ୍ବର ୧୮୦ ଦେଶ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଦୁର୍ନୀତି ମାମଲାରେ ଭାରତ ରହିଛି ୮୬ତମ ସ୍ଥାନରେ । ୨୦୧୯ରେ ଭାରତ ୮୦ତମ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଥିବାବେଳେ ୨୦୨୦ରେ ଭାରତ ୬ ପାଦ ପଛକୁ ହଟିଛି ଏବଂ ୮୬ତମ ସ୍ଥାନ ପାଇଛି । ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ ସର୍ଭେ ରିପୋର୍ଟରେ କୁହାଯାଇଛି ଯେ ୨୦୨୩-୨୪ ବର୍ଷରୁ ଦେଶରେ ଘରୋଇ ଟ୍ରେନ ଚଳାଚଳ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ । ଭାରତ ଇତିହାସରେ ପ୍ରଥମ ଥର ପାଇଁ ଏହା ଘଟିଛି ଯେ ଆମର ଅର୍ଥମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ୨୦୨୦ ମସିହାରେ ପୃଥକ୍‍ ପ୍ୟାକେଜ୍‍ ଭାବେ ଚାରି ପାଞ୍ଚଟି ମିନି ବଜେଟ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଥିଲେ। ଅର୍ଥାତ୍‍, ସେହିସବୁ ମିନି ବଜେଟଗୁଡ଼ିକ ୨୦୨୦ ମସିହା ସାରା ଜାରି ରହିଥିଲା। ସେହି ଚାରି ପାଞ୍ଚଟି ବଜେଟର ଏକ ଅଂଶ ବିଶେଷ ଭାବେ ଏହି ବଜେଟକୁ ଦେଖାଯିବ ବୋଲି ସେ ଦୃଢ଼ତାର ସହ କହିଛନ୍ତି । ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ଜଷ୍ଟିସ୍ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ୨୦୨୦ରୁ ଏହି ରିପୋର୍ଟରେ ଦର୍ଶାଯାଇଛି। ଗତବର୍ଷ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ବଡ଼ ରାଜ୍ୟ ତାଲିକାରେ ସପ୍ତମ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଥିଲା ହେଲେ ଏଥର ୪ଟି ସ୍ଥାନ ତଳକୁ ଖସି ରାଙ୍କିଂରେ ୧୧ ନମ୍ବରରେ ରହିଛି। ଫେସବୁକରୁ ବହୁ ସଂଖ୍ୟକ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଗତ ତଥ୍ୟ ଲିକ୍ ହୋଇଥିବା ନେଇ ଜାତୀୟ ଗଣମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚା ହେଉଛି। ମଦରବୋର୍ଡର ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ଭାରତ ସମେତ ସାରା ବିଶ୍ୱରେ ପ୍ରାୟ ୫ଶହ ମିଲିୟନ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ମୋବାଇଲ୍ ନମ୍ବର ଲିକ୍ ହୋଇଛି। ଦୂତାବାସ ଠାରୁ ମାତ୍ର ୧୫୦ ମିଟର ଦୂରରେ ଆଜି ଅପରାହ୍ନ ୫.୫ ମିନିଟ ସମୟରେ ଏହି ବିସ୍ଫୋରଣ ହୋଇଛି। ବିସ୍ଫୋରଣରେ ୪-୫ଟି ଗାଡ଼ି କ୍ଷତିଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ହୋଇଥିବା ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଥିବା ବେଳେ ମୃତାହତ ହେବା ନେଇ କୌଣସି ସୂଚନା ମିଳି ନାହିଁ ବୋଲି ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ପୋଲିସ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛି। ‘ସିଂଘୁ ସୀମା ଖାଲି କର’ ନାରା ଦେଇ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନରତ ଚାଷୀଙ୍କୁ ହଟାଇବା ପାଇଁ କହିଥିଲେ। ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ଏମିତି ବିଗିଡ଼ି ଗଲା ଯେ, ଭିଡ ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପୋଲିସକୁ ଲୁହ ବୁହ ଗ୍ୟାସ ପ୍ରୟୋଗ କରିଥିଲା। ମିଳିଥିବା ସୂଚନା ଅନୁସାରେ ଘଟଣାସ୍ଥଳରେ ଲୋକେ ଖଣ୍ଡା ବୁଲାଇଥିଲେ। ଖଣ୍ଡା ଆକ୍ରମଣରେ ଅଲିପୁର SHO ପ୍ରଦୀପ ପାଲିୱାଲ ଆହତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ଜନନାୟକ ଜନତା ପାର୍ଟି (ଜଜପା) ନେତା ଦିଗବିଜୟ ସିଂ ଚୌଟାଲା ଶୁକ୍ରବାର କୃଷକ ନେତା ରାକେଶ ଟିକୈତଙ୍କ ସମର୍ଥନରେ ଆସିଛନ୍ତି। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ୫ଟି ରାଜ୍ୟ ପାଇଁ ୧,୭୫୧.୦୫ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ସହାୟତା ରାଶି ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏଥିରେ ଓଡିଶାକୁ ୩୨୦.୯୪ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ଅନ୍ୟ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଗୁଡିକ ହେଲା ଆସାମ, ଅରୁଣାଚଳ ପ୍ରଦେଶ, ତେଲେଙ୍ଗାନା ଓ ଉତ୍ତର ପ୍ରଦେଶ। ମେ ୪ ତାରିଖରୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ମାଧ୍ୟମିକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ପରିଷଦ(ସିବିଏସ୍‌ଇ) ଦ୍ବାରା ପରିଚାଳିତ ସିବିଏସ୍‌ଇ ଦଶମ ଓ ଦ୍ବାଦଶ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ବୋର୍ଡ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହେବ। ତେବେ ଆସନ୍ତା ଫେବୃଆରୀ ୨ରେ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ପାଇଁ ସୂଚୀ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇବ। କିଟ୍‍ ଓ ବିସିଆଇ ସହଭାଗିତାରେ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରରେ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା ହେବ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆନ୍‍ ଇନ୍‍ଷ୍ଟିଚ୍ୟୁଟ୍‍ ଅଫ୍‍ ଲ’ ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ ସର୍ଭେ ରିପୋର୍ଟରେ କୁହାଯାଇଛି ଯେ, ଦେଶରେ ପରିବାରଗୁଡ଼ିକ ନିଜ ଆୟର ୬୫ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ଓ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ବାବଦରେ ବ୍ୟୟ କରନ୍ତି । ଏହାକୁ ହ୍ରାସ କରିବାକୁ ହେଲେ ଆମକୁ ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟସେବା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ସରକାରୀ ବ୍ୟୟବରାଦ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିବାକୁ ହେବ । କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ନୂଆ କୃଷି ଆଇନକୁ ବିରୋଧ କରି ଚାଲିଥିବା ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନରେ ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରର ଚାଷୀମାନେ ସାମିଲ୍‌ ହେବା ପରେ ଏବେ ସମାଜସେବୀ ଆନ୍ନା ହଜାରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଏହି ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନରେ 30.01.21ଠାରୁ ସାମିଲ୍‌ ହେବେ ବୋଲି ସୂଚନା ରହିଛି। ୟଶ ଓ ସଞ୍ଜୟ ଦତ୍ତଙ୍କ ଅଭୀନିତ କେଜିଏଫ ଚ୍ୟାପ୍ଟର ୨ର ରିଲିଜ୍ ତାରିଖ ଘୋଷଣା ହୋଇଛି। ଏହି ଫିଲ୍ମକୁ ନେଇ ପ୍ରଶଂସକଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଖୁବ୍ ଉତ୍ସାହ ଲାଗି ରହିଛି। ଟ୍ରେଡ୍ ଆନାଲିଷ୍ଟ ତରଣ ଆଦର୍ଶ ଏବଂ ଫିଲ୍ମର ନିର୍ମାତା ଏହି ବହୁପ୍ରତୀକ୍ଷିତ ଫିଲ୍ମ ଜୁଲାଇରେ ରିଲିଜ୍ ହେବ ବୋଲି ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଅଷ୍ଟ୍ରେଲିଆ ବିପକ୍ଷରେ ଆକର୍ଷଣୀୟ ଟେଷ୍ଟ୍ ସିରିଜ ବିଜୟରେ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ଭୁମିକା ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଥିଲେ ଆଜିଙ୍କ୍ୟ ରାହାଣେ । ନିୟମିତ ଅଧିନାୟକ ବିରାଟ କୋହଲିଙ୍କ ଅନୁପସ୍ଥିତିରେ ସେ ଦଳର ନେତୃତ୍ୱ ନେବା ସହ ଦଳକୁ ଐତିହାସିକ ସିରିଜ୍ ଜିତାଇଥିଲେ । ଦେଶରେ ୫ଜିକୁ ନେଇ ଜିଓ ଓ ଏୟାରଟେଲ୍ ମଧ୍ୟରେ କଡା ମୁକାବିଲା ଜାରି ରହିଛି। ହେଲେ ଏହି ଦୌଡରେ ଏୟାରଟେଲ୍ ରିଲାଏନ୍ସ‌ ଜିଓକୁ ପଛରେ ପକାଇଥିବା ଦେଖିବାକୁ ମିଳିଛି। ଏୟାରଟେଲ୍ କମର୍ସିଆଲ ନେଟ୍‌ଓ୍ଵର୍କରେ ୫ଜି ଟେଷ୍ଟ କରିବାରେ ପ୍ରଥମ ଟେଲିକମ୍ ଅପରେଟରରେ ପରିଣତ ହୋଇଛି। ଏୟାରଟେଲ୍ ହାଇଦ୍ରାବାଦ ସହରରେ ସଫଳତାପୂର୍ବକ ୫ଜିର ପରୀକ୍ଷଣ କରିଛି। ସବୁଠୁ ଅଧିକ ଥର ବଜେଟ୍‌ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଥିଲେ ପୂର୍ବତନ ଅର୍ଥ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମୋରାର୍ଜୀ ଦେଶାଇ। ମୋରାର୍ଜୀ ଦେଶାଇ ୧୦ ଥର ବଜେଟ୍‌ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ପ୍ରଥମେ ୧୯୫୯ ଓ ୧୯୬୩ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଏବଂ ପରେ ୧୯୬୭ରୁ ୧୯୬୯ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଦେଶାଇ ବଜେଟ୍‌ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଥିଲେ। ମୋରାର୍ଜୀ ଦେଶାଇଙ୍କ ପରେ ୟୁପିଏ ସରକାରରେ ପି ଚିଦାମ୍ବରମ ୯ ଥର ବଜେଟ୍‌ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ତାଙ୍କ ପରେ ପ୍ରଣବ ମୁଖାର୍ଜୀ ୮ ଥର, ଯଶୋବନ୍ତ ସିଂ, ଓ୍ବାଇବି ଚୌହାନ ଏବଂ ସିଡି ଦେଶମୁଖ ୭ ଥର ଲେଖାଏଁ ବଜେଟ୍‌ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଛନ୍ତି।	638	Y
