2646	02-12-2021	Odia	କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଗତ ବର୍ଷ ପ୍ରଣୟନ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ୩ଟି କୃଷି ଆଇନ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର ପାଇଁ ଆଜି ଗେଜେଟ୍ ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତି ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି । ଗତ ସୋମବାରଦିନ କୃଷି ଆଇନ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର ପାଇଁ ସରକାର ସଂସଦରେ ବିଲ ଆଗତ କରିଥିଲେ । ଆଜି ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ରାମନାଥ କୋବିନ୍ଦ ଏହି ବିଲକୁ ଅନୁମୋଦନ ଦେବା ପରେ କୃଷି ଆଇନ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର ବିଲଟି ଆଇନରେ ପରିଣତ ହୋଇଛି । ବିଧାନସଭରେ ଆଗତ ହେଲା ୨୦୨୧-୨୨ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରଥମ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ବଜେଟ୍ । ବିଧାନସଭାରେ ଅର୍ଥମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିରଞ୍ଜନ ପୂଜାରୀ ଆଗତ କରିଛନ୍ତି ବଜେଟ । ଚଳିତ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ବଜେଟରେ ୧୯ହଜାର ୮୩୩ କୋଟିର ପାଣ୍ଠି ବରାଦ ହୋଇଛି । ଏଥର ୫ଟି କ୍ଷେତ୍ରକୁ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର । ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଓ ଗଣଶିକ୍ଷା, ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ, ପାନୀୟ ଜଳକୁ ବିଶେଷ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି । ଏଥିରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ପ୍ରଶାସନିକ ବ୍ୟୟ ବରାଦ ୪୫୭୭ କୋଟି ରଖିଥିବାବେଳେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ବ୍ୟୟ ରଖିଛନ୍ତି ୧୩ ୫୬୮ କୋଟି । ଆସନ୍ତା ୪ ତାରିଖ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ବାତ୍ୟା ଜୱାଦର ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଓ ଉତ୍ତର ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ବର୍ଷା ଓ ପବନ ହେବା ନେଇ ଜାତୀୟ ପାଣିପାଗ ବିଭାଗ ଅନୁମାନ କରିଛି । ତେବେ ତଳିଆ ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ଥାନାନ୍ତରିତ କରିବାକୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ରହିବାକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ଫାୟାର, ଓଡ୍ରାଫ, ଏନଡ଼ିଆରଏଫକୁ ସଜାଗ ରଖିବାକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି । ସେହିପରି ବାତ୍ୟା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ରହିବେ 108 ଟି ଓଡ୍ରାଫ ଟିମ୍, 200 ଟି ଫାୟାର ଟିମ୍ । ୨୦୨୪ରେ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀରୁ ବିଜେପିକୁ ହଟାଇବା ପାଇଁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ମିଶନ । ଏଥିପାଇଁ ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମମତା ବାନାର୍ଜୀ ବୁଧବାର ଦିନ ଏନସିପି ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଶରଦ ପାଓ୍ବାରଙ୍କୁ ଭେଟିଛନ୍ତି । ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୧୫ରୁ ବିଦେଶକୁ ଭାରତରୁ ଉଡ଼ିବ ନାହିଁ ବିମାନ । ଏହି ନିଷ୍ପତି ଲାଗୁ କରିଛି ବେସାମରିକ ବିମାନ ଚଳାଚଳ ମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟ । ଭାରତୀୟ ପାଣିପାଗ ବିଭାଗ (ଆଇଏମଡି) ବୁଧବାର ଦିନ କହିଛି ଯେ ଗତ ନଭେମ୍ବର ମାସରେ ଦେଶରେ ୬୪୫ଟି ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ଏବଂ ୧୬୮ଟି ଅତି ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ଘଟଣା ଘଟିଛି। ଯାହାକି ପାଞ୍ଚ ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ନଭେମ୍ବର ମାସରେ ସର୍ବାଧିକ। ଦେଶରେ ନଭେମ୍ବର ମାସରେ ମୋଟ୍ ୧,୩୧,୫୨୬ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ଜିଏସଟି ରାଜସ୍ୱ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରାଯାଇଛି । ୨୦୨୧ ନଭେମ୍ବର ମାସରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ଜିଏସଟି ରାଜସ୍ୱ ସଂଗ୍ରହ ୬୪ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଛି । ଗତବର୍ଷ ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ୨୦୨୦ ନଭେମ୍ବର ମାସରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ୨,୫୨୮ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ଜିଏସଟି ରାଜସ୍ୱ ଆଦାୟ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ୨୦୨୧ ନଭେମ୍ବର ମାସରେ ୪,୧୩୬ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ଜିଏସଟି ରାଜସ୍ୱ ସଂଗୃହିତ ହୋଇଛି। ଜିଏସଟି କ୍ଷତିପୂରଣ ଆକାରରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ୦୩.୧୧.୨୦୨୧ରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଓକେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଶାସିତ ପ୍ରଦେଶମାନଙ୍କୁ ୧୭,୦୦୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଜାରି କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଜିଏସଟି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ ହେବା ପରଠାରୁ ୨୦୨୧ ନଭେମ୍ବର ମାସରେ ସଂଗୃହିତ ଜିଏସଟି ରାଜସ୍ୱ ପରିମାଣ ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ସର୍ବାଧିକ । ଏପ୍ରିଲ ୨୦୨୧ରେ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ରାଜସ୍ୱ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା, ଯାହାକି ବର୍ଷର ଶେଷର ରାଜସ୍ୱ ଆୟ ସହିତ ଜଡିତ ଏବଂ ଗତ ମାସର ସଂଗ୍ରହଠାରୁ ଅଧିକ । ଲଣ୍ଡନ ଏବଂ ଆମଷ୍ଟରଡାମ୍ ରୁ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀର ଇନ୍ଦିରା ଗାନ୍ଧୀ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ବିମାନବନ୍ଦରରେ ଅବତରଣ କରିଥିବା ୪ଜଣ ଯାତ୍ରୀ କରୋନା ପଜିଟିଭ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହୋଇଥିବା ନେଇ ଖବର ମିଳିଛି। ଭାଟ୍‌ ହ୍ରାସ ହେବା ପରେ ଜାତୀୟ ରାଜଧାନୀରେ ପେଟ୍ରୋଲ୍‌ ଲିଟର୍‌ ପିଛା ଦର ୮ ଟଙ୍କା ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇବ। ଦିଲ୍ଲୀରେ ଲିଟର ପିଛା ପେଟ୍ରୋଲ ଦର ୧୦୩ ଟଙ୍କାରୁ ଖସି ୯୫ ଟଙ୍କା ହେବ। ଆଜି ମଧ୍ୟରାତ୍ରରୁ ଏହି ନୂତନ ମୂଲ୍ୟ ଲାଗୁ କରାଯିବ। ସରକାରୀ ତୈଳ କମ୍ପାନୀ ଗୁଡିକ ଏଲପିଜି ଗ୍ୟାସ ସିଲିଣ୍ଡରର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଭାରତୀୟ ତୈଳ ନିଗମ ୧୯ କିଲୋଗ୍ରାମ ବ୍ୟବସାୟିକ ଗ୍ୟାସ ସିଲିଣ୍ଡରର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ୧୦୦ ଟଙ୍କା ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଆମେରିକୀୟ ମହାକାଶ ଗବେଷଣା ସଂସ୍ଥା ‘ନାସା’ ସଂପ୍ରତି ମହାକାଶରେ ଅବସ୍ଥାପିତ ଆନ୍ତର୍ଜାତିକ ମହାକାଶ ଷ୍ଟେସନ (ଆଇଏସଏସ)ର ତାଜା ଫଟୋଚିତ୍ର ଜାରି କରିଛି । ସ୍ପେଶଏକ୍ସ ମହାକାଶଯାନର ମହାକାଶଯାତ୍ରୀ ଥୋମାନ ପ୍ରେସକ୍ୱେଟ ତାଙ୍କର ନିକନ ଡି୫ ଡିଏସଏଲଆର କ୍ୟାମେରା ବ୍ୟବହାର କରି ଏହି ଫଟୋଚିତ୍ର ଉତ୍ତୋଳନ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ପୁଟିନ୍ ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୬ରେ ଭାରତ ଗସ୍ତରେ ଆସୁଛନ୍ତି। ପୁଟିନ୍ ଏବଂ ମୋଦୀଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବୈଠକରେ ଭାରତକୁ ଏସ-୪୦୦ ବାୟୁ ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ପ୍ରଣାଳୀର ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ଦେଖିବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି। ଏସ୍-୪୦୦ର ଉପକରଣ ଏବଂ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରାଂଶ ଭାରତରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିବା ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇ ଯାଇଛି। ଜୁନିୟର ବିଶ୍ୱକପ୍‌ ହକିରେ ସେମିରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିଛି ଭାରତ । ବେଲ୍‌ଜିୟମ୍‌କୁ ୧-୦ ଗୋଲ୍‌ରେ ହରାଇ ସେମିରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ଦଳ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛି । ସେମିଫାଇନାଲ୍‌ରେ ଜର୍ମାନୀକୁ ଭେଟିବ ଭାରତ । ପ୍ରଥମ କ୍ୱାର୍ଟରରେ ଗୋଲ୍‌ ହୋଇ ନଥିବା ବେଳେ ସେକେଣ୍ଡ୍‌ କ୍ୱାର୍ଟରେେ ଗୋଲ୍ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ଗତ କିଛି ବର୍ଷ ହେଲା ଗହଣାର ଶୁଦ୍ଧତା ପାଇଁ ହଲମାର୍କ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରାଯାଉଛି। ଏବେ ସରକାର ଏହାକୁ ଅନିବାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି ଯେପରି ସାଧାରଣ ଜନତାଙ୍କୁ ଏହାର ଫାଇଦା ମିଳିବ। ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୧ ତାରିଖରୁ ସୁନା ଗହଣା ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧୀୟ ଏକ ନୂଆ ନିୟମ ଲାଗୁ ହେବ। ଗହଣା ବ୍ୟବସାୟୀ ଏହି ନିୟମ ପାଳନ ନ କଲେ ଜେଲ ହୋଇପାରେ। ଦିୟା ମିର୍ଜା ସବୁବେଳେ ପରିବେଶ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ସହ ଜଡିତ ଅଭିଯାନରେ ସାମିଲ ହୁଅନ୍ତି। ଦିୟା ମିର୍ଜା ସଂଯୁକ୍ତ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ପର୍ଯାବରଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ (UNEP) ର ଗୁଡ଼ୱିଲ ଆମ୍ବାସେଡର ଅଛନ୍ତି। ସେ ଏକ ଫଣ୍ଡରେଜିଙ୍ଗ ପ୍ଲାଟଫର୍ମ ‘ମିଲାପ’ ଜରିଆରେ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ନିଜର ୪୦ତମ ଜନ୍ମଦିନରେ ୪୦ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ଦାନ କରିବେ। ଅପାରଗତା ଏବଂ କର୍ତ୍ତବ୍ୟର ଅବହେଳା କାରଣରୁ ଓଡିଶା କାଉନସିଲ୍ ଅଫ୍ ସ୍ପୋର୍ଟସର ଚାରିଜଣ କୋଚ୍‌ଙ୍କୁ ବାଧ୍ୟତାମୂଳକ ଅବସର ନେବାକୁ ଓଡିଶା ସରକାର ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ସେବାରୁ ବରଖାସ୍ତ ହୋଇଥିବା ଚାରିଜଣ କୋଚଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଭାକର ତ୍ରିପାଠୀ ଏବଂ ଜଲିଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ପ୍ରସାଦ ବଢେଇ, ଭଲିବଲର ଉଭୟ କୋଚ୍, ବକ୍ସିଂର କୋଚ୍ ଶଙ୍କର ପ୍ରସାଦ ଅଦିକାରୀ ଏବଂ ହ୍ୟାଣ୍ଡବଲ୍ କୋଚ୍ ମନୋଜ କୁମାର ଦାସ ବୋଲି ଜଣାପଡିଛି। ମଧ୍ୟପ୍ରଦେଶରେ ୧୫ଟି ଶିଳ୍ପ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାନ ସିଲ୍ ହୋଇଛି । ଏହି ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାନ ସବୁ ସିଲ୍ ହେବାର କାରଣ ହେଉଛି ଏଠାକାର କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନେ କରୋନା ଟିକାର ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ଡୋଜ୍ ନେଇନାହାନ୍ତି । କରୋନାର ନୂଆ ଭ୍ୟାରିଆଣ୍ଟ ନେଇ ସରକାର କଟକଣା କଡାକଡି କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଏହାକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାନକୁ ସିଲ୍ କରାଯାଇଛି ।	637	Y

With the approval of the President, all three agricultural laws have now been formally repealed. 2650	30-11-2021	Odia	ପୂର୍ବତନ ଭିଜିଲାନ୍ସ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ଡ.ଦେବାଶିଷ ପାଣିଗ୍ରାହୀଙ୍କ ନାମରେ ନାମିତ ହେଲା ରାଜ୍ୟ ଭିଜିଲାନ୍ସ ଏକାଡେମୀ ଅଡିଟୋରିଅମ । ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ମାସରେ ହିଞ୍ଜିଳିକାଟୁରେ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଥିବା ୫-ଟି ସ୍କୁଲ ରୂପାନ୍ତର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମର ପ୍ରଥମ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟ ଲୋକାର୍ପଣ ପର୍ବ ଆଜି ଯାଜପୁର ବିରଜା ହାଇସ୍କୁଲରେ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଚିତାକର୍ଷକ ସାଂକୃତିକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଓ ଆତସବାଜି ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଶେଷ ହୋଇଛି । କରୋନା ମହାମାରୀକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ପେନସନଭୋଗୀଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଉଥିବା ଜୀବନ ପ୍ରମାଣପତ୍ର ବା ଲାଇଫ ସାର୍ଟିଫିକେଟ ଦାଖଲ ମିଆଦକୁ ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୩୧ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିଛନ୍ତି । ବିରୋଧୀଙ୍କ ହୋହଲ୍ଲା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବିଲ୍ ପାରିତ ହୋଇଛି । ୨୦୨୦ ସେପ୍ବେମ୍ବର ୨୭ରେ ୩ଟି ବିଲ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତିଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ବୀକୃତି ପରେ ଆଇନରେ ପରିଣତ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ଦେଶରେ ବ୍ୟାପକ ସଚେତନତା ସତ୍ୱେ ଥମୁନି ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣା । ଯେତେ ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣା ଘଟୁଛି, ସେଥିରୁ 40 ପ୍ରତିଶତ ହେଉଛି ପଛପଟୁ ଧକ୍କା ଦେବା । କରୋନା ଭୂତାଣୁ ବିପଜ୍ଜନପ ପ୍ରଜାତି ‘ଓମିକ୍ରନ’ ଗୋଟିଏ ଦେଶରୁ ଅନ୍ୟ ଦେଶକୁ ବ୍ୟାପିବାରେ ଲାଗିଛି। ଏହା ୧୬ଟି ଦେଶକୁ ବ୍ୟାପିଲାଣି। ସେହି ଦେଶଗୁଡ଼ିକ ହେଲା ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଆଫ୍ରିକା, ଅଷ୍ଟ୍ରେଲିଆ, ବେଲଜିୟମ, ବୋସ୍ତୱାନା, କାନାଡ଼ା, ଡେନମାର୍କ, ଫ୍ରାନ୍ସ, ଜର୍ମାନୀ, ହଂକଂ, ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ, ନେଦରଲାଣ୍ଡ, ପର୍ତୁଗାଲ, ସ୍କଟଲାଣ୍ଡ୍‌, ସ୍ବିଜରଲାଣ୍ଡ୍‌, ଚେକ୍‌ ଗଣତନ୍ତ୍ର ଏବଂ ବ୍ରିଟେନ୍‌। କୋଭିଡ ବୁଷ୍ଟର ଏବଂ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ଡୋଜ୍‌ ସଂକ୍ରାନ୍ତରେ ଆସନ୍ତା ୨ ସପ୍ତାହରେ ନୀତି ଆସିବ ବୋଲି କୋଭିଡ୍‌ ଟାସ୍କ ଫୋର୍ସ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଡାକ୍ତର ଏନ୍‌କେ ଆରୋରା କହିଛନ୍ତି। ସାମ୍ପ୍ରତିକ କଲେଜିୟମ୍ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାରେ ବିଚାରପତିମାନେ ବିଚାରପତିଙ୍କୁ ମନୋନୀତ କରିଥାନ୍ତି। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଏହାକୁ ବଦଳାଇବା ପାଇଁ ଏକ ଆଇନ ଆଣିଥିଲେ- ଏନ୍‌ଜେଏସି ଆକ୍ଟ, ଯାହାକୁ ସୁପ୍ରିମ୍‌କୋର୍ଟ ଛଅ ବର୍ଷ ତଳେ ଅଗ୍ରାହ୍ୟ କରିଦେଇଥିଲେ। ସମ୍ପ୍ରତି ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ରାମନାଥ କୋବିନ୍ଦ ପୁଣି ସେହି କଥାକୁ ଦୋହରାଇଛନ୍ତି। ଜଣେ ହୃଦଘାତ ରୋଗୀଙ୍କ ଚିକିତ୍ସା କରୁଥିବାବେଳେ ଡାକ୍ତରଙ୍କ ବୟସ ୪୦ବର୍ଷ ,ନାମ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ମଣ ଙ୍କ ହୃଦଘାତରେ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଥିବା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି। ମୃତ ଡାକ୍ତର ମହବୁବାବାଦ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ମୂଳ ବାସିନ୍ଦା ଥିଲେ ଏବଂ ନିଜାମାବାଦ ମେଡିକାଲ କଲେଜରେ ସହକାରୀ ପ୍ରଫେସର ଭାବରେ କାମ କରୁଥିଲେ। ୩ଟି ଆଇନ ଉଚ୍ଛେଦ ପାଇଁ ଗୋଟିଏ ବିଲ୍ ଆଗତ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ଏହି ବିଲ୍ ଗୃହୀତ ହେବା ଫଳରେ ଗତବର୍ଷ ସରକାର ପ୍ରଣୟନ କରିଥିବା ୩ ବିବାଦୀୟ ଆଇନ ଯଥା କୃଷି ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ବ୍ୟବସାୟ ଓ ବାଣିଜ୍ୟ (ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହନ ଓ ସୁବିଧା) ଆଇନ ୨୦୨୦, ମୂଲ୍ୟ ପ୍ରତିଶ୍ରୁତି ଓ କୃଷି ସେବା ସଂକ୍ରାନ୍ତ କୃଷକ (ସଶକ୍ତୀକରଣ ଓ ସୁରକ୍ଷା) ଆଇନ-୨୦୨୦ ଏବଂ ଅତ୍ୟାବଶ୍ୟକ ସାମଗ୍ରୀ (ସଂଶୋଧନ) ଆଇନ-୨୦୨୦ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହୃତ ହୋଇଛି। ପ୍ରଥମେ ଲୋକସଭା ପରେ ରାଜ୍ୟସଭାରେ ପାରିତ ହେଲା କୃଷି ଆଇନ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର ବିଲ: ଏବେ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତିଙ୍କ ଅନୁମୋଦନକୁ ଅପେକ୍ଷା । ବଙ୍ଗୋପସାଗରରେ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେବାକୁ ଥିବା ଲଘୁଚାପ ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ସମୟରେ ବାତ୍ୟାର ରୂପ ନେବ କି ନାହିଁ ସେ ନେଇ ଏବେବି ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ଚିତ୍ର ଆସି ନ ଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଏହାର ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୨ରୁ ରାଜ୍ୟର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ବର୍ଷା ଆଶଙ୍କା ରହିଛି। କରୋନାର ନୂତନ ଭୂତାଣୁ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ଯୋଗୁଁ ତୃତୀୟ ଲହର ହେବାର ଆଶଙ୍କା ଦେଖାଦେଇଛି। ବିଶ୍ବ ସଙ୍ଗଠନର ସତର୍କ ପରେ ଏଣିକି ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟରେ କରୋନା କଟକଣା କଡ଼ାକଡ଼ି କରିବାକୁ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଓ ଗଣଶିକ୍ଷା ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ନିର୍ଦେଶ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି । ଓମିକ୍ରନ୍ ଭୂତାଣୁ, ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଗାଇଡ୍‌ଲାଇନ୍‌ ଜାରି, ଭୁବନେଶ୍ଵରକୁ ମନା ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ବିମାନ । ମୌସୁମି ଅଧିବେଶନରେ ହଟ୍ଟଗୋଳ: ଶୀତକାଳିନ ଅଧିବେଶନରୁ ନିଲମ୍ବିତ ହେଲେ ୧୨ ରାଜ୍ୟସଭା ସାଂସଦ । ରାଜସ୍ଥାନ ରାଜନୀତି: ବସୁନ୍ଧରା ରାଜେ ଗଢୁଛନ୍ତି ଅଲଗା ସଂଗଠନ, ଧାର୍ମିକ ଯାତ୍ରା କରି କଲେ ଶକ୍ତି ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ, ଚିନ୍ତାରେ ବିଜେପି । ଟ୍ୱିଟର ସିଇଓ ପଦରୁ ଜ୍ୟାକ ଡୋରସେଙ୍କ ଇସ୍ତଫା: ଭାରତୀୟ ବଂଶୋଭବ ପରାଗ ଅଗ୍ରୱାଲ ହେବେ ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ମୁଖ୍ୟ। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସୂଚନା ଓ ପ୍ରସାରଣ ଓ ଗୃହ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ସହାୟତାରେ ରାଜଭବନଠାରେ ସୋମବାର ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ଚିନ୍ତା ଓ ଚେତନାର ୪୩ତମ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରୀୟ ବର୍ଷା ମହୋତ୍ସବ ୨୦୨୧କୁ ରାଜ୍ୟପାଳ ଉଦ୍‌ଘାଟନ କରିଥି‌େ‌ଲ। ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ରାଜ୍ୟପାଳ ପ୍ରଫେସର ଲାଲ ‘ସମାଜ’ ଖବରକାଗଜକୁ ନୀଳଚକ୍ର ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରୀୟ ସମ୍ମାନ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଥିଲେ। ଚୀନ ସେନା ସଂପ୍ରତି ପୂର୍ବ ଲଦାଖ ସେକ୍ଟର ଆରପଟେ ଅକ୍ସାଇ ଚୀନ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ନୂଆ ରାଜପଥ ଓ ସଡ଼କ ନିର୍ମାଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକୁ ତ୍ୱରାନ୍ୱିତ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଏହାଦ୍ୱାରା ପ୍ରକୃତ ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ ରେଖାରେ ସେମାନେ ପୂର୍ବାପେକ୍ଷା ଖୁବଶୀଘ୍ର ପହଞ୍ଚି ଯେକୌଣସି ପରିସ୍ଥିତିର ମୁକାବିଲା କରିବା ଯୋଜନା ରଖିଛନ୍ତି। ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୩ ରୁ ୫ ଯାଏଁ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଉପକୂଳରେ ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷିପାରେ । ପାଣିପାଗ ବିଭାଗର ଏଭଳି ଆକଳନ ପରେ ବଢ଼ିଛି ଚିନ୍ତା । ୩୦ ତାରିଖରେ ଲଘୁଚାପ କ୍ଷେତ୍ର ସୃଷ୍ଟି ପରେ ସମ୍ଭାବ୍ୟ ବାତ୍ୟାର ଗତିପଥ ସଂପର୍କରେ ଚିତ୍ର ଅଧିକ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ହେବ ମାୟାନଗରୀ ମୁମ୍ବାଇରେ ଚମକିଲେ ଓଡିଆ ଝିଅ । ଢେଙ୍କାନାଳର ଝିଅ ସ୍ୱପ୍ନା ପ୍ରିୟଦର୍ଶିନୀ ‘ସୁପର ମଡେଲ୍ ଅଫ୍ ଦ ଇୟର ସିଜିନ ୨’ ରେ ତୃତୀୟ ସ୍ଥାନ ଅଧିକାର କରିଛନ୍ତି ।	639	Y
