2777	26-09-2021	Odia	ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଉଦ୍ଧବ ଠାକେରଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ରାଜ୍ୟପାଳଙ୍କୁ ଭେଟିଲେ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ନେତା । ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଆସନରେ ବସିଥିବା ଉଦ୍ଧବ ଠାକେରଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ଅସନ୍ତୋଷ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରି ଖୋଦ ତାଙ୍କରି ମେଣ୍ଟର ନେତା ମେଳି ବାନ୍ଧିଲେଣି । କଂଗ୍ରେସ ନେତା ବିଶ୍ୱବନ୍ଧୁ ରାୟ ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ରାଜ୍ୟପାଳ ମଗତ ସିଂହ କେଶିୟାରୀଙ୍କୁ ଭେଟିଛନ୍ତି । ଏବଂ ଉଦ୍ଧବ ଠାକେର କ୍ଷେତ୍ରୀୟ ରାଜନୀତି କରୁଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗ ଆଣିଛନ୍ତି । ଉତ୍ତରପଶ୍ଚିମ ଓ ତତସଂଲଗ୍ନ ପଶ୍ଚିମ-କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ବଙ୍ଗୋପସାଗରରେ ସୃଷ୍ଟ ଗଭୀରତ ଅବପାତ ବାତ୍ୟାର ରୂପ ନେଇଛି । ଉତ୍ତର ଆନ୍ଧ୍ରପ୍ରଦେଶ ସହ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଜିଲ୍ଲାକୁ ଅରେଞ୍ଜ ଆଲର୍ଟ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି । ବାତ୍ୟା ‘ଗୁଲାବ’ ଘଣ୍ଟାପ୍ରତି ୭ କିଲୋମିଟର ବେଗରେ ବିଗତ ୬ ଘଣ୍ଟା ହେଲା ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଦିଗରେ ଗତି କରୁଛି । ସେପ୍ଟେମ୍ବର ୩୦ ଭିତରେ ତୁଟାନ୍ତୁ ସମସ୍ତ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ କାମ । କାହିଁକି ନାଁ ଅକ୍ଟୋବରରେ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ସେବା ହେବ ଠପ୍ । ମାସର ପ୍ରାୟ ୨୧ ଦିନ ଦେଶରେ ବନ୍ଦ ରହିବ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ । ଦଶହରା ଏବଂ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପର୍ବପର୍ବାଣୀ ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ଛୁଟି ରହିବ । ସିପିଆଇ ନେତା ତଥା ପୂର୍ବତନ ଜେଏନୟୁ ଛାତ୍ର ସଂସଦ ସଭାପତି କହ୍ନେୟା କୁମାର ଆସନ୍ତା ୨୮ରେ କଂଗ୍ରେସରେ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇପାରନ୍ତି। ଦେଶର ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ନ୍ୟାୟାଳୟ ସୁପ୍ରିମ୍‌କୋର୍ଟର ଅଫିସିଆଲ ଇମେଲରେ ଏକ ଫୁଟର୍‌ ଭାବରେ ନିଆଯାଇଥିବା ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀଙ୍କ ଫଟୋ ସହ ‘ସାବକା ସାଥ, ସାବକା ବିକାଶ…’ ସ୍ଲୋଗାନ ନଜର ଆସିବା ପରେ ଏହି ବିବାଦ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇଛି। ଏଘଟଣା ନଜରକୁ ଆସିବା ପରେ ସୁପ୍ରିମ୍‌କୋର୍ଟ ତୁରନ୍ତ ଏହାକୁ ହଟାଇବାକୁ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରୀୟ ସୂଚନା କେନ୍ଦ୍ର (ଏନ୍‌ଆଇସି)କୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇିଛନ୍ତି। ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମମତା ବାନାର୍ଜୀଙ୍କ ଆସନ୍ତା ମାସରେ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରିତ ହୋଇଥିବା ରୋମ ଗସ୍ତ ପାଇଁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଅନୁମତି ଦେଇନାହାନ୍ତି \| ‘ବିଶ୍ୱ ଶାନ୍ତି ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ’ରେ ଭାଗ ନେବାକୁ ମମତା ବାନାର୍ଜୀଙ୍କୁ ନିମନ୍ତ୍ରଣ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ମମତା ବାନାର୍ଜୀ କୋଭିଡ୍ ମହାମାରୀର ପ୍ରଭାବ ଦୂର ହେଉଥିବା ବେଳେ ଅର୍ଥନୈତିିକ ସ୍ଥିତିରେ ସୁଧାର ହେଉଥିବାରୁ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ଓ ବିଭାଗର ବ୍ୟୟ ଉପରେ ଯେଉଁ କଟକଣା ଲଗାଯାଇଥିଲା ତାହାକୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ହଟାଇ ନେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ପୂର୍ବ ରେଳପଥର ନୂଆ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ମହାପ୍ରବନ୍ଧକ ବା ଏଜିଏମ୍ ଭାବେ ଅତୁଲ୍ୟ ସିହ୍ନା ଦାୟିତ୍ବ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ସେ ଇଷ୍ଟର୍ଣ୍ଣ ରେଲ୍‌ୱେର ଚିଫ୍‌ ୱାର୍କସପ୍‌ ଇଞ୍ଜିନିୟର ଭାବେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରୁଥିଲେ। ୨୦୨୦ ମସିହାରେ ୟୁପିଏସି ଦ୍ୱାରା ପରିଚାଳିତ ଏହି ପରୀକ୍ଷାରେ ଗତକାଲି ଫଳ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଥିଲା ।ବିହାରର ଶିକ୍ଷା ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାକୁ ନେଇ ଜାତୀୟ ସ୍ତରରେ ଆଲୋଚନା ହେଉଥିବା ବେଳେ ଏହି ରାଜ୍ୟ ପାଇଁ ଏବେ ଗୌରବ ଆଣିଛନ୍ତି ୩ ୟୁପିଏସି ଆଶାୟୀ । ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ୧୦ ଜଣଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବିହାରର କେବଳ ୩ ଜଣ ଅଛନ୍ତି । ରାଜଧାନୀର ରୋହିଣୀସ୍ଥିତ ଅଦାଲତରେ ବିପକ୍ଷ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀର ଗୁଳିରେ ଜଣେ କୁଖ୍ୟାତ ଅପରାଧୀର ମୃତ୍ୟୁର ଦିନକ ପରେ ଘଟଣାର କ୍ରାଇମବ୍ରାଞ୍ଚ ତଦନ୍ତ ନିର୍ଦେଶ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ଏଥିସହିତ ପୁଲିସ ଆୟୁକ୍ତ ରାକେଶ ଆସ୍ଥାନା ଶନିବାର ଏକାବେଳକରେ ୧୧ ବରିଷ୍ଠ ଆଇପିଏସ୍‌ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ ବଦଳି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏମାନଙ୍କ ବ୍ୟତୀତ ୨୯ ପୁଲିସ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ବଦଳି କରାଯାଇଛି। ବାତ୍ୟା ‘ଗୁଲାବ’ ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ରାଜଧାନୀ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ଏବଂ କଟକରେ ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ସହ ଘଣ୍ଟା ପ୍ରତି ୫୫ କି.ମି ପବନ ବହିବ ବୋଲି ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ପାଣିପାଗ ବିଜ୍ଞାନ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଆକଳନ କରିଛି। ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରରେ ବିଜୁଳି ଘଡ଼ଘଡ଼ି ସହ ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ହେବ। ଗୋଟିଏରୁ ଦୁଇଟି ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଘଣ୍ଟା ପ୍ରତି ୨/୩ ସେଣ୍ଟିମିଟର ବର୍ଷା ହୋଇପାରେ। ବାତ୍ୟା ‘ଗୁଲାବ’ ନାମକରଣ କରିଛି ପାକିସ୍ତାନ। ଗୁଲାବର ଅର୍ଥ ‘ଗୋଲାପ ଫୁଲ’। ଉଚ୍ଚାରଣ ‘ଗୁଲ-ଆବ୍’ ବୋଲି ଭାରତୀୟ ପାଣିପାଗ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଜଣାପଡିଛି। ବିଶ୍ବ ପାଣିପାଗ ସଙ୍ଗଠନ(ଡବ୍ଲ୍ୟୁଏମଓ) ବାତ୍ୟା ନାମକରଣ ଉପରେ ଏକ ତାଲିକା ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିଥାଏ। କିଟ୍‌ ଓ କିସ୍‌ରେ ଭାରତର ପ୍ରଥମ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣକାଳୀନ ଆବାସିକ ଚେସ୍‌ ଏକାେଡମୀ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା ହେବ।ଦେଶର ଏକମାତ୍ର ତଥା ପ୍ରଥମ ଚେସ୍‌ ଏକାଡେମୀ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା କରାଯିବା ନେଇ ସର୍ବସମ୍ମତିକ୍ରମେ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନିଆଯାଇଛି ବୋଲି ସଂଘର ସଭାପତି ସଞ୍ଜୟ କପୁର, ସମ୍ପାଦକ ଭରତ ସିଂହ ଚୌହାନ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ପ୍ରଥମ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟରେ ଏଠାରେ ୧୦୦ଜଣ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯିବ। ସେମାନେ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଆବାସିକ ଭାବେ ଏଠାରେ ରହି ଶିକ୍ଷା ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବେ। ମିଳିତ କୃଷକ ମଞ୍ଚର ଗାଜିପୁର ସୀମା ମୁଖପାତ୍ର ଜଗତାର ସିଂ ବାଜୱା ଶନିବାର କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ଶେଷ ହୋଇଛି। ଦେଶରେ ସବୁ ପ୍ରକାର ସାର୍ବଜନୀନ ଗତିବିଧି ବନ୍ଦ କରାଯିବ ବୋଲି ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି। ‘ମୋଦୀ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ଭାରତ ବନ୍ଦ’ ସ୍ଲୋଗାନ ଏଥିପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହୋଇଥିବା ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି। ବାରିପଦା ବଡ଼ ଜଗନ୍ନାଥଙ୍କ ନାମରେ ଥିବା ହଜା‌େ‌ର ଏକର ଜମିରୁ ମାତ୍ର ୪୫ଏକର ଜମିର ହିସାବ ମିଳୁଥିବା ବେଳେ ଅନ୍ୟଗୁଡ଼ିକର ସଠିକ୍‌ ହିସାବ ମିଳିପାରୁନି।ଦେବୋତ୍ତର ବିଭାଗ ଅଧୀନରେ ଥିବା ମୟୂରଭଞ୍ଜ ଜିଲା ବାରିପଦା ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ମଠ ଓ ମନ୍ଦିରଗୁଡ଼ିକର ମହାଲେଖାକାର (ଏଜି)ଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ହିସାବ ତନଖି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ଶେଷ ହୋଇଛି। ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀଙ୍କ ସମ୍ପତ୍ତି ପରିମାଣ ୩ କୋଟି ୭ ଲକ୍ଷ ୬୮ ହଜାର ୮୮୫ ଟଙ୍କା। ଗତ ବର୍ଷ ଜୁନ୍ ୩୦ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ମୋଦୀଙ୍କ ସମ୍ପତ୍ତିର ପରିମାଣ ୨ କୋଟି ୮୫ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଆଜି ଓଡ୍ରାଫ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ସୀତାରାମ ମୁର୍ମୁଙ୍କ ମୃତଦେହକୁ କଖଡି ମହାଳପଡାରୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରାଯାଇଛି । ସୀତାରାମଙ୍କ ଘର ମୟୂରଭଞ୍ଜ ଜିଲରେ ହୋଇଥିବାବେଳେ ସେ କଟକ ଚାଉଳିଆଗଞ୍ଜରେ ରହୁଥିଲେ। ସୀତାରାମ ତାଙ୍କ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ, ୧୨ ବର୍ଷର ପୁଅ ଓ ୪ ବର୍ଷର ଝିଅଙ୍କୁ ଛାଡ଼ି ଚାଲି ଯାଇଛନ୍ତି। ବାତ୍ୟା ନେଇ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ୭ଟି ଜିଲ୍ଲାକୁ ରେଡ୍ ୱାର୍ଣ୍ଣିଂ ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଛି । ଗଞ୍ଜାମ, ଗଜପତି, କନ୍ଧମାଳ, ରାୟଗଡ଼ା, ନବରଙ୍ଗପୁର, କୋରାପୁଟ ଓ ମାଲକାନଗିରି ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ଗତ ରାତିରୁ ବର୍ଷା ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି । ସେହିଭଳି ପୁରୀ, ଖୋର୍ଦ୍ଧା, ନୟାଗଡ଼ ଓ କଳାହାଣ୍ଡି ଜିଲ୍ଲାକୁ ଅରେଞ୍ଜ ୱାର୍ଣ୍ଣିଂ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି । ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ନେଇ ବାଲେଶ୍ୱର, ଭଦ୍ରକ, କେନ୍ଦ୍ରାପଡ଼ା, ଜଗତସିଂହପୁର, ଯାଜପୁର, କଟକ, ବୌଦ୍ଧ, ସୋନପୁର, ବଲାଙ୍ଗିର ଓ ନୂଆପଡ଼ା ଜିଲ୍ଲାକୁ ୟେଲୋ ଆଲର୍ଟ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି । ଆଇପିଏଲ୍-୨୦୨୧ର ୩୭ ତମ ମ୍ୟାଚରେ ରୋମାଞ୍ଚକର ମୁକାବିଲା ହୋଇଛି । ସଂଘର୍ଷପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ମ୍ୟାଚରେ ୫ ରନରେ ବିଜୟୀ ହୋଇଛି ପଞ୍ଜାବ କିଙ୍ଗ୍ସ । ପ୍ରଥମେ ଟସ୍ ଜିତି ସନରାଇଜର୍ସ ହାଇଦ୍ରାବାଦ ବୋଲିଂ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଥିଲା । ପ୍ରଥମରୁ ବ୍ୟାଟିଂ ବିପର୍ଯ୍ୟୟର ସାମ୍ନା କରିଥିଲା ପଞ୍ଜାବ କିଙ୍ଗ୍ସ । କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଯେଉଁ ୪ଟି ନୂଆ ଏକ୍ସପ୍ରେସୱେ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ହାତକୁ ନେବ ସେଗୁଡ଼ିକ ହେଲା ଅହମଦାବାଦ-ଧୋଲେରା, ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ-ଅମୃତସର-କଟାରା, ବେଙ୍ଗାଲୁରୁ-ଚେନ୍ନାଇ ଏବଂ କାନପୁର-ଲକ୍ଷ୍ନୌ।	562	Y
