୨୦୧୯ ଏପ୍ରିଲରୁ ୨୦୨୪ ଫେବ୍ରୁଆରି ୧୫ (ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ ବେଆଇନ ଘୋଷଣା କରିବା ଦିନ) ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ମୋଟ ୨୨,୨୧୭ଟି ନିର୍ବାଚନୀ ବଣ୍ଡ୍‌ ଜାରି ହୋଇଛି। ଏଥିରୁ ୨୨,୦୩୦ଟି ନିର୍ବାଚନୀ ବଣ୍ଡ୍‌କୁ ରାଜନୈତିକ ଦଳଗୁଡ଼ିକ ରିଡିମ୍‌ (ବ୍ୟବହାର କରି ଚାନ୍ଦା ଗ୍ରହଣ) କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ରୁଷ୍ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଭ୍ଲାଦିମିର ପୁଟିନ୍ ପାଶ୍ଚାତ୍ୟ ଦେଶକୁ ଚେତାବନୀ ଦେଇ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଯଦି ଆମେରିକା ତା’ର ରେଡ୍ ଲାଇନ୍ ଅତିକ୍ରମ କରି ୟୁକ୍ରେନକୁ ସୈନ୍ୟ ପଠାଇବ ତେବେ ରୁଷ୍ ପରମାଣୁ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ଅଛି।

ପ୍ରଧାନବିଚାରପତି ଡିୱାଇ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରଚୂଡ଼ ସୁପ୍ରିମ୍‌କୋର୍ଟରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରତ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ରାନ୍ଧୁଣିଆଙ୍କ ଝିଅ ପ୍ରଜ୍ଞା ସାମଲଙ୍କୁ ସମ୍ବର୍ଦ୍ଧିତ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ନିକଟରେ ପ୍ରଜ୍ଞା ଆମେରିକାର ଦୁଇଟି ବିଶ୍ବବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ଆଇନରେ ସ୍ନାତକୋତ୍ତର ଶିକ୍ଷା ପାଇଁ ସ୍କଲାର୍‌ସିପ ପାଇବାକୁ ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ବିବେଚିତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି।

ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତିଙ୍କ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପୁଷ୍କର ସିଂହ ଧାମୀଙ୍କ ୟୁନିଫର୍ମ ସିଭିଲ କୋଡ୍ (ୟୁସିସି) ବିଲ୍‌କୁ ଅନୁମୋଦନ ମିଳିଛି। ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଭବନରୁ ଏହି ସୂଚନା ମିଳିବା ପରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତି ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି।

ଦେଶରେ ଲୋକସଭା ୨୦୨୪ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ତାରିଖ ଯେକୌଣସି ସମୟରେ ଘୋଷଣା ହୋଇପାରେ। ତେବେ ମିଳୁଥିବା ସଙ୍କେତ ଅନୁସାରେ ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୧୬ ଅବା ୧୭ରେ ତାରିଖ ଘୋଷଣା ହୋଇପାରେ।

ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମମତା ବାନାର୍ଜୀ ନିଜ ଭାଇ ବୁବୁନ ବାନାର୍ଜୀଙ୍କ ସହ ସମସ୍ତ ସମ୍ପର୍କ ତୁଟା‌ଇ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ବୁବୁନ ହାୱଡ଼ାରୁ ଲୋକସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଲଢ଼ିବା ପାଇଁ ଅଣ୍ଟା ଭିଡ଼ିବା ପରେ ମମତା ଏଭଳି ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ବିପୁଳ ପରିମାଣର ସେୟାର ବିକ୍ରି ହେବାରୁ ବମ୍ବେ ଷ୍ଟକ୍ ଏକ୍ସଚେଞ୍ଜ୍‌ର ସେନ୍‌ସେକ୍ସ ଆଜି ୯୦୬ ପଏଣ୍ଟ ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇ ୭୨,୭୬୧ ପଏଣ୍ଟ୍‌ରେ ବନ୍ଦ ହୋଇଛି। ଏହାର ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ଆଜି ଗୋଟିଏ ଦିନରେ ନିବେଶକଙ୍କ ସମ୍ପତ୍ତିରେ ୧୪ ଲକ୍ଷ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ହ୍ରାସ ଘଟିଛି।

ଭାରତୀୟ ବୀମା ନିୟାମକ ଓ ବିକାଶ କର୍ତ୍ତୃପକ୍ଷ (ଆଇଆର୍‌ଡିଏଆଇ) ତଥ୍ୟ ଅନୁସାରେ ଦେଶରେ ଜୀବନ ବୀମା ସାନ୍ଦ୍ରତା ୩ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ରହିଛି। ଦେଶରେ ବିକ୍ରି ହେଉଥିବା ମୋଟ ବୀମା ପଲିସି ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ୪.୭୧ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ପଲିସି ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ବିକ୍ରି ହେଉଛି।

ବୁଧବାର ସେୟାର ବଜାରରେ ବଡ଼ ଧରଣର ହ୍ରାସ ଯୋଗୁଁ ଆଦାନି ଗ୍ରୁପର ସମସ୍ତ ୧୦ଟି ତାଲିକାଭୁକ୍ତ କମ୍ପାନୀର ସେୟାର ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇଛି।

ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଥିବା ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ଏବଂ ଉଚ୍ଚ ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ନିୟୋଜିତ ହୋଇଥିବା କନିଷ୍ଠ ଶିକ୍ଷକ  (ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଯୋଜନା ଭିତ୍ତିକ ପଦବୀରେ ୩ ବର୍ଷ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିସାରିଛନ୍ତି) ସେମାନଙ୍କର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଦାବୀକୁ ବିଚାରକୁ ନେଇ ସରକାର ତାଙ୍କ ମାସିକ ପାରିଶ୍ରମିକ ୧୩,୮୦୦ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତେ ୨୦,୦୦୦ ଟଙ୍କା କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସ୍ଥିର କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ପଞ୍ଚମ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଅର୍ଥ କମିଶନଙ୍କ ସୁପାରିଶ ତଥା ଓଡିଶା ମ୍ୟୁନିସିପାଲ କର୍ପୋରେସନ ରୁଲ୍ସ- ୨୦୦୪ ଓ ଓଡିଶା ମ୍ୟୁନିସିପାଲିଟି ରୁଲ୍ସ-୧୯୫୩ ରେ ସଂଶୋଧନ ଆଣି ରାଜ୍ୟର ୫ଟି ମହାନଗର ନିଗମ, ୪୮ଟି ପୌର ପରିଷଦ ଓ ୬୮ଟି ବିଜ୍ଞପିତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ପରିଷଦର ମେୟର, ଡେପୁଟି ମେୟର, ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ, ଉପାଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ, କର୍ପୋରେଟର ଓ କାଉନସିଲରଙ୍କ ପାରିତୋଷିକ ଓ ଭତ୍ତାରେ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ନେଇ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ  ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ପଦ୍ମ ପୁରସ୍କାରପ୍ରାପ୍ତ କୃତୀ ସନ୍ତାନ ମାନେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତିଭା ଓ ସେବା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଓଡିଶାର ଗୌରବ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିଛନ୍ତି । ସମାଜକୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ବଳିଷ୍ଠ ଅବଦାନର ସ୍ବୀକୃତି ସ୍ବରୂପ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମାନାର୍ଥେ ମାସକୁ ୨୫ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ଲେଖାଏ ଅର୍ଥ ସମ୍ମାନ ରାଶି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି । 

ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ରାଜ୍ୟର ୧୩ଟି ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ୨୨ଟି ନୂତନ ବିଜ୍ଞପିତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ପରିଷଦ ଗଠନ ଏବଂ ଗଞ୍ଜାମର ଭଞ୍ଜନଗର ଏନଏସିକୁ ମ୍ୟୁନିସିପାଲିଟିକୁ ଉନ୍ନୀତ କରାଯିବା ନେଇ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ଆସନ୍ତା ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୧୪ ତାରିଖ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଉପଭୋକ୍ତାମାନେ ମାଗଣାରେ ଆଧାର କାର୍ଡ ଅପଡେଟ୍ କରିପାରିବେ ବୋଲି ସମୟସୀମା ଥିଲା । ଏହି ଅବଧି ଶେଷ ହେବା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଆଉ ତିନି ମାସ ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ଜୁନ୍ ୧୪ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ମାଗଣାରେ ଆଧାର ଅପଡେଟ୍ କରାଯାଇପାରିବ।

ବିଶ୍ଵସ୍ତରୀୟ ସବୁଜ ବଳୟ ମଡେଲ କାରାଗାର ଜାମୁଝରୀରେ ହେବ । ରାଜ୍ୟର ସବୁଠାରୁ ବଡ ଓ ପ୍ରଥମ ସବୁଜବଳୟ ମଡେଲ କାରାଗାର ହେବ । ୫୦ ଏକର ଜମିରେ ନିର୍ମାଣ ହେବାକୁ ଥିବା ଏହି କାରାଗାର ବିଶ୍ବସ୍ତରୀୟ ଭିତ୍ତିଭୂମୀ ରହିବ ।

କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ବରିଷ୍ଠ ଅମଲାତନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ରାହୁଲ ସିଂଙ୍କୁ ସେଣ୍ଟ୍ରାଲ ବୋର୍ଡ୍‌ ଅଫ୍‌ ସେକେଣ୍ଡାରି ଏଜୁକେଶନ୍‌ (ସିବିଏସ୍‌ଇ) ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଭାବେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ସମୁଦାୟ ୪୮ଟି ଆସନ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଭାଜପା ୩୧ଟି ଆସନରେ ଲଢ଼ିବା ନେଇ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ହୋଇଛି। ସେହିପରି ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଏକନାଥ ଶିନ୍ଦେଙ୍କ ନେତୃତ୍ୱାଧୀନ ଶିବସେନା ୧୩ଟି ଓ ଉପ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅଜିତ ପାଓ୍ବାରଙ୍କ ନେତୃତ୍ୱାଧୀନ ଜାତୀୟତାବାଦି କଂଗ୍ରେସ ପାର୍ଟି(ଏନ୍‌ସିପି) ୪ଟି ଆସନରେ ଲଢ଼ିବା ନେଇ ସହମତି ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି। ବାରାମତୀ, ରାଇଗଡ଼, ଶିରୁର୍‌ ଓ ପାରଭାନି ଆସନ ଏନ୍‌ସିପିକୁ ମିଳିଛି।

ଏପ୍ରିଲ ୨୦୧୯ ରୁ ଫେବୃଆରୀ ୧୫, ୨୦୨୪ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ମୋଟ ୨୨,୨୧୭ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ବଣ୍ଡ ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଭାରତୀୟ ଷ୍ଟେଟ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଏହାର ଆଫିଡେଭିଟରେ କହିଛି। ଏଥିରୁ ରାରାଜନୈତିକ ଦଳ ଗୁଡ଼ିକ ୨୨,୦୩୦ ବଣ୍ଡ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟ ୧୮୭ ଟି ନିୟମ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଜାତୀୟ ରିଲିଫ ପାଣ୍ଠିରେ ଜମା ହୋଇଥିବା ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ କହିଛି।

ମାଫିଆ ମୁଖତାର୍‌ ଅନସାରୀଙ୍କୁ ୩୩ ବର୍ଷ ୩ ମାସ ୯ ଦିନ ପୁରୁଣା ଗାଜିପୁର ନକଲି ଅସ୍ତ୍ର ଲାଇସେନ୍ସ ମାମଲାରେ ବୁଧବାର ଆଜୀବନ କାରାଦଣ୍ଡରେ ଦଣ୍ଡିତ କରାଯାଇଛି।

ପୁଣିଥରେ ସରକାରୀ ଯୋଜନା ଏବଂ ଦେଶରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ଆଧାର କାର୍ଡ ବିଷୟରେ ଏକ ବଡ଼ ଅପଡେଟ୍ ଆସିଛି। ପୂର୍ବରୁ, ଲୋକମାନେ କେବଳ ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୧୪ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଆଧାର କାର୍ଡ ମାଗଣାରେ ଅପଡେଟ୍ କରିପାରିବେ।

ଲୋକପ୍ରିୟ ମୋବାଇଲ୍ ପେମେଣ୍ଟ ସିଷ୍ଟମ ୟୁନିଫାଏଡ୍ ପେମେଣ୍ଟ ଇଣ୍ଟରଫେସ୍ ବା ୟୁପିଆଇ ସେବା ଉପରେ କାରବାର ଶୁଳ୍କ ଲାଗୁ କରାଯାଏ, ତେବେ ଅଧିକାଂଶ ଉପଭୋକ୍ତା ପ୍ରାୟ ୭୩% ଉପଭୋକ୍ତା ୟୁପିଆଇ କାରବାର ବନ୍ଦ କରିଦେବେ।

ଆଠଟି ପ୍ରମୁଖ ଶିଳ୍ପ ସୂଚକାଙ୍କ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ୨୦୨୪ ଜାନୁଆରୀ ମାସରେ ୮ଟି ପ୍ରମୁଖ ଶିଳ୍ପ ମଧ୍ୟରେ କୋଇଲା କ୍ଷେତ୍ର ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ୧୦.୨ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଅଭିବୃଦ୍ଧି ହାସଲ କରିଛି।

ଜଳବାୟୁ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ଉପରେ ଲେଖୁଥିବା ଖ୍ୟାତନାମା ଲେଖକ ଅମିତାଭ ଘୋଷଙ୍କୁ ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ନିମନ୍ତେ ସମ୍ମାନଜନକ ଇରାସ୍ମସ୍‌ ପୁରସ୍କାର ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଛି।

ଦେଶର ପ୍ରମୁଖ ଘରୋଇ ଚିକିତ୍ସାଳୟ ତଥା ବେଦାନ୍ତ ଗ୍ରୁପ୍‌ର ବାଲ୍‌କୋ ମେଡିକାଲ ସେଣ୍ଟର (ବିଏମ୍‌ସି)କୁ ନିକଟରେ ଆଉ ଏକ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ସମ୍ମାନ ‘କ୍ୟାନ୍‌ସର ଗ୍ରାଣ୍ଡ ଚ୍ୟାଲେଞ୍ଜେସ୍‌ ଆଓ୍ବାର୍ଡ’ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଛି।

ଷ୍ଟେଟ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଅଫ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ (ଏସବିଆଇ) ନିଜ ୱେବସାଇଟରୁ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ବଣ୍ଡ ସହ ଜଡିତ ସୂଚନାଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ହଟାଇ ଦେଇଛି। ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଏସବୁ ଏପରି ସମୟରେ କରିଛିି ଯେତେବେଳେ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ବଣ୍ଡର ତଥ୍ୟ ଦାଖଲ କରିବାକୁ କୋର୍ଟକୁ ଜୁନ ୩୦ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସମୟ ମାଗିଛି।

ଆସନ୍ତା ଲୋକ ସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ଭାଜପା କ୍ରିକେଟର ମହମ୍ମଦ ଶାମିଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ କରିପାରେ। ରଣଜୀ ଟ୍ରଫିରେ ଶାମି ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗରୁ ଖେଳୁଥିଲେ।

ମୁମ୍ବାଇ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆନ୍ସ ୪୨ ରନରେ ୟୁପି ୱାରିଅର୍ଶକୁ ପରାସ୍ତ କରିଛି। ୧୬୧ ରନର ଟାର୍ଗେଟର ଜବାବରେ ୟୁପି ୱାରିଅର୍ଶ ଦଳ ମାତ୍ର ୧୧୮ ରନ୍ କରିପାରିଥିଲା।
