ରାଜ୍ୟ କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ  ୨୦୨୩-୨୪ ବର୍ଷରେ ୫୨୬ଟି ନୂତନ ବିଜୁ ସେତୁ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରାଯିବାକୁ ୧୯ଶହ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ବ୍ୟୟବରାଦ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ବିଜୁ ସେତୁ ଯୋଜନାରେ ଆଉ ୮୬୬ଟି ସେତୁ ନିର୍ମାଣ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବକୁ ମଞ୍ଜୁରି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ରାଜ୍ୟ କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ ବୈଠକରେ ୧୫ଟି ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବକୁ ଅନୁମୋଦନ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଏଥିରେ କୃଷି, ଶିଳ୍ପ, ଭିନ୍ନକ୍ଷମ ସଶକ୍ତିକରଣ, ପଞ୍ଚାୟତିରାଜ ଓ ପାନୀୟଜଳ ଓ ରାଜସ୍ବ ବିଭାଗ ସମ୍ପର୍କିତ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ରହିଛି।

୬ ଲେନ୍ ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ କଟକ ରିଙ୍ଗ ରୋଡ୍ ଆହୁତ ଟେଣ୍ଡରକୁ ରାଜ୍ୟ କ୍ୟାବିନେଟର ମଞ୍ଜୁରୀ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏଥି ସହିତ ଆହୁରି ୧୦ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ରହିବ ଭାରତୀୟ ହକି ଟିମର ପ୍ରାୟୋଜକ । ୨୦୨୩-୩୩ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ହକି ଟିମ୍ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରାୟୋଜକ ରହିବ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ।

୨୦୨୨-୨୩ ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟରେ ରାଜ୍ୟର ୩୫ ଲକ୍ଷ ଚଷୀଙ୍କୁ ୪୪୧.୭୬ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ସୁଧ ରିହାତି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ରାଜ୍ୟର ସମସ୍ତ ସମବାୟ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଓ ୨୪୦୯ଟି ପ୍ରାଥମିକ କୃଷି ସମବାୟ ସମିତିକୁ ଏହି ରିହାତି ପରିମାଣ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଗଲା ।

ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ କୁହାଯାଇଛି ଯେ ୨୦୨୫ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ୨୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଇଭି ପଞ୍ଜିକରଣ ପାଇଁ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଧାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ହୋଇଛି । ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ଚାଳିତ ଯାନ (ଇଭି) ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଆଗ୍ରହ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ନିମନ୍ତେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ଇଭି ଉପରେ ରିଆତି ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିବା ପାଇଁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି ।

ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସରକାର ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ କରୋନା ଟେଷ୍ଟିଂକୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରାଯାଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ହସ୍ପିଟାଲରେ ମାସ୍କ ବ୍ୟବହାରକୁ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ରାଜ୍ୟର ସମସ୍ତ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟକେନ୍ଦ୍ରରେ ମାସ୍କ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ସରକାର।

ଗତ କିଛି ଦିନ ହେବ ସୁଦାନରେ ସେନା ଏବଂ ଅଦ୍ଧସାମରିକ ବାହିନୀ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଚାଲିଥିବା ବିବାଦ ହିଂସାକାଣ୍ଡରେ ଏପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ୪୦୦ରୁ ଅଧିକ ଲୋକ ପ୍ରାଣ ହରାଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏଥିସହ ୩ହଜାରରୁ ଅଧିକ ଲୋକ ଆହତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ସମୟ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଭାରତ ସମେତ ଅନେକ ଦେଶ ନିଜ ନାଗରିକମାନଙ୍କୁ ହିଂସା ପ୍ରଭାବିତ ଦେଶରୁ ବାହାର କରିବା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ସିବିଆଇର ଯାଞ୍ଚ ପରିସର କେବଳ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରଶାସିତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳ କିମ୍ବା ରେଳବାଇ ସୀମା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସୀମିତ ରହିଛି। ଗତ ୭ ବର୍ଷରେ ୯ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ସିବିଆଇଠାରୁ ସାଧାରଣ ସହମତି ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର କରି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏଥିରେ ଅଧିକାଂଶ ଅଣ-ବିଜେପି ଶାସିତ ରାଜ୍ୟ ରହିଛନ୍ତି।

କୋଭିଡ୍-୧୯ ମହାମାରୀ ପରେ ଜାତୀୟ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଗବେଷଣା ଓ ତାଲିମ ପରିଷଦ (ଏନ୍‌ସିଇଆର୍‌ଟି) ପିଲାଙ୍କ ଉପରୁ ଶିକ୍ଷାବୋଝ କମାଇବା ପାଇଁ ପାଠ୍ୟକ୍ରମରୁ କେତେକ ଅଂଶ ହ୍ରାସ କରିଛି। ଫଳତଃ ସେମାନେ ୧୦ମ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ବିଜ୍ଞାନ ପାଠ୍ୟ ପୁସ୍ତକର ୯ମ ଅଧ୍ୟାୟ ‘ହେରିଡିଟି ଆଣ୍ଡ୍ ଇଭଲ୍ୟୁସନ’ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ‘ହେରିଡିଟି’ ବିଷୟ ସନ୍ନିବେଶିତ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସେଥିରୁ ଡାରୱିନଙ୍କ ବିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ତତ୍ତ୍ବ ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗଟି ବାଦ୍ ପଡ଼ିଛି।

କର୍ଣ୍ଣାଟକରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଲୋକାୟୁକ୍ତ ପୁଲିସ ଆଜି ବୃହତ୍ ବେଙ୍ଗାଲୁରୁ ମହାନଗର ପାଳିକା (ବିବିଏମ୍‌ପି)ର ଟାଉନ ପ୍ଲାନିଂ ବିଭାଗ ସହକାରୀ ନି‌‌ର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକଙ୍କ ଘରେ ଚଢ଼ଉ କରି ବିପୁଳ ପରିମାଣର ନଗଦ ଅର୍ଥ, ଗହଣା ଏବଂ ଗୁରୁତ୍ବପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଦସ୍ତାବିଜ ଜବତ କରିଛି। ସଂପୃକ୍ତ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ଆୟ ବହିର୍ଭୁତ ସଂପତ୍ତି ଠୁଳ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ରହିଥିଲା।

ଟାଟା ସନ୍ସର ସେବାନିବୃତ୍ତ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ରତନ ଟାଟାଙ୍କୁ ଅଷ୍ଟ୍ରେଲିଆର ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ନାଗରିକ ସମ୍ମାନ ‘ଅର୍ଡର ଅଫ୍‌ ‌ଅଷ୍ଟ୍ରେଲିଆ’ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଛି।

ସାଧାରଣ ଭବିଷ୍ୟନିଧି ପାଣ୍ଠି (ଓଡ଼ିଶା) ଅଧିନିୟମର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ନିୟମରେ ହୋଇଥିବା ସଂଶୋଧନକୁ ରାଜ୍ୟ କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ୍‌ର ମଞ୍ଜୁରି ମିଳିଛି। ନିୟମରେ ହୋଇଥିବା ସଂଶୋଧନ ଅନୁସାରେ ଉଭୟ ପୁରୁଷ ଓ ମହିଳା ସବ୍‌ସ୍କ୍ରାଇବର (ସଦସ୍ୟ)ଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ପରିବାର ସଂଜ୍ଞାରେ ପରିବାରର ଅନ୍ୟ ସମସ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯିବ।

ତିନିଟି ଖଣିଜ ପଦାର୍ଥ ଉତ୍ତୋଳନରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ପ୍ରଥମ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ରହିଛି। ୨୦୨୧-୨୨ରେ ଦେଶରେ ଉତ୍ତୋଳିତ ବକ୍ସାଇଟ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ଅଂଶ ଥିଲା ୭୩.୧୩ ପ୍ରତିଶତ।

ବିଶ୍ବର ୧୩୯ଟି ଦେଶ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଲଜିଷ୍ଟିକ୍ସ ସୂଚୀରେ ଭାରତ ୩୮ତମ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ରହିଛି। ବିଶ୍ବବ୍ୟାଙ୍କର ଲଜିଷ୍ଟିକ୍ସ ସୂଚୀ ଅନୁସାରେ ଭାରତର ସ୍ଥିତିରେ ଛଅ ପାହାଚ ଉନ୍ନତି ହୋଇଛି। ୨୦୧୮ରେ ଭାରତ ୪୪ତମ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ରହିଥିଲା।

ଜିଓ ଗ୍ରାହକମାନେ ଗୋଟିଏ ମାସରେ ୧୦ ଏକ୍ସାବାଇଟ୍ (୧୦ ବିଲିଅନ ଜିବି) ଡାଟା ବ୍ୟବହାର କରି ଇତିହାସ ରଚିଛନ୍ତି ।

ଏୟାର ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ଅଧିଗ୍ରହଣ ପରେ ଟାଟା ଗ୍ରୁପ୍ କ୍ରମାଗତଭାବେ ନୂତନ ଟେକ୍ନୋଲୋଜିରେ ବିନିଯୋଗ କରୁଛି। ଏୟାର ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ସୋମବାର କହିଛି ଯେ ବିମାନ ଚଳାଚଳ ଆଧୁନିକୀକରଣ ପାଇଁ କମ୍ପାନି 'ଚାଟ୍ ଜିପିଟି ଚାଟବଟ୍' ବ୍ୟବହାର କରିବ।

ବିଶ୍ଵ  ସ୍ଵାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସଙ୍ଗଠନ ୨୦୩୦ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ମେଲେରିଆ ମୂଳୋତ୍ପାଟନ ପାଇଁ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ରଖିଛି। ରାଜ୍ୟ ସ୍ଵାସ୍ଥ୍ୟବିଭାଗ ଆଉ ପାଦେ ଆଗକୁ ଯାଇ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଆହ୍ବାନକ୍ରମେ ୨୦୨୭କୁ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ରଖି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରୁଛି।

୨୦୨୧-୨୨ ଆର୍ଥତ୍କ ବର୍ଷରେ ଦେଶର ୨୬ଟି ଆଞ୍ଚଳିକ ଦଳଙ୍କୁ ମୋଟ ୧୮୯ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଚାନ୍ଦା ମିଳିଛି। ସେଥିରୁ ୮୫ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଚାନ୍ଦା କେବଳ ୫ଟି ଦଳକୁ ଯାଇଛି। ତେବେ ବିଜେଡି, ଏଆଇଏଡିଏମ୍‌କେ, ଏନ୍‌ଡିପିପି, ଏସ୍‌ଡିଏଫ୍‌, ଏଆଇଏଫ୍‌ବି, ପିଏମ୍‌କେ ଏବଂ ଜେକେଏନ୍‌ସି ପାଇଥିବା ଚାନ୍ଦା ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ଘୋଷଣା କରି ନ ଥିବା ଆସୋସିଏଶନ ଫର୍‌ ଡେମୋକ୍ରାଟିକ୍‌ ରିଫମର୍‌ସ (ଏଡିଆର୍‌) ରିପୋର୍ଟରେ କୁହାଯାଇଛି।

20.ଏଣିକି ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ଆଞ୍ଚଳିକ ଭାଷାରେ ଶିକ୍ଷାଦାନ ଓ ପରୀକ୍ଷା କରିବାକୁ ୟୁଜିସି ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଚିଠି ଲେଖାଯାଇଛି। ଦେଶର ସମସ୍ତ ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର କୁଳପତିଙ୍କୁ ଏନେଇ ୟୁଜିସି ଚିଠି ଲେଖିଛି। ଆଞ୍ଚଳିକ ଭାଷାରେ ପାଠ ପଢ଼ିବା, ପଢ଼ାଇବା ଓ ପରୀକ୍ଷାରେ ଉତ୍ତର ଲେଖିବା ଉପରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ଦେବାକୁ କୁହାଯାଇଛି।
