1878	17-01-2023	Odia	ଓଡ଼ିଶା ପାୱାର ଜେନେରେସନ କର୍ପୋରେସନ(ଓପିଜିସି)ରୁ ପୁଞ୍ଜି ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର କରିବେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର। ସରକାର ତାଙ୍କର ୪୯ ଅଂଶଧନ ବିକ୍ରି କରିବାକୁ ଆଗ୍ରହୀ ବିଡରଙ୍କୁ ଆମନ୍ତ୍ରଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଜମାକାରୀଙ୍କ କଷ୍ଟ ଉପାର୍ଜିତ ଟଙ୍କା କେମିତି ଫେରସ୍ତ ହୋଇପାରିବ ସେନେଇ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର, କୋର୍ଟମିତ୍ର ଏବଂ ଚିଟଫଣ୍ଡ ଠକେଇ ମାମଲାର ରିଟ୍‌ ଆବେଦନକାରୀଙ୍କ ଠାରୁ ଜାଣିବାକୁ ଚାହିଁଛନ୍ତି ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ନ୍ୟାୟାଳୟ। ଚଳିତମାସ ୨୦ରୁ ୩୧ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବାଂଲାଦେଶରେ ସାଫ୍‌ ୧୭ ବର୍ଷରୁ କମ୍ ବାଳିକା ଫୁଟ୍‌ବଲ ଚମ୍ପିଆନ୍‌ସିପ ଆୟୋଜନ ହେବ। ଏହି ଚମ୍ପିଆନ୍‌ସିପ୍‌ରେ ଭାଗ ନେଉଥିବା ଭାରତୀୟ ୧୭ ବର୍ଷରୁ କମ୍ ବାଳିକା ଫୁଟ୍‌ବଲ ଦଳର ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷକ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାଞ୍ଜଳି ସାମନ୍ତରାୟ। ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ମ୍ୟୁନିସିପାଲ କର୍ପୋରେଶନ(ଏମ୍‌ସିଡି) ମେୟର ନିର୍ବାଚନ ନେଇ ସୋମବାର ପୁଣି ତାରିଖ ଘୋଷଣା ହୋଇଛି। ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୨୪ରେ ମେୟର ନିର୍ବାଚନ ହେବା ନେଇ ସୂଚନା ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ଜଳବାୟୁ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟବେକ୍ଷଣ ସାମର୍ଥ୍ୟ ବଢ଼ାଇବା ଲାଗି ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ଖୁବ୍‌ଶୀଘ୍ର ଆଉ ୨ଟି ଡପଲର ରାଡାର ସ୍ଥାପନ କରାଯିବ ବୋଲି ଭାରତୀୟ ପାଣିପାଗ ବିଭାଗ (ଆଇଏମ୍‌ଡି) କହିଛି। ଆଗକୁ କର୍ନାଟକ ବିଧାନସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଥିବାବେଳେ କଂଗ୍ରେସ କ୍ଷମତାକୁ ଆସିଲେ ପ୍ରତି ପରିବାରର ମହିଳା ମୁଖ୍ୟଙ୍କୁ ମାସିକ ୨ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ଲେଖାଏ ସହାୟତା ଯୋଗାଇଦେବ ବୋଲି ସୋମବାର ପ୍ରତିଶ୍ରୁତି ଦେଇଛି। ବିଚାରପତିମାନେ ବିଚାରପତିଙ୍କୁ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ କରିବା (କଲେଜିୟମ୍) ଭଳି ସୁପ୍ରିମ୍‌କୋର୍ଟ ଦ୍ବାରା ସୃଷ୍ଟ ୨୫ ବର୍ଷର ପୁରୁଣା ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାକୁ ସମାଲୋଚନା କରିଆସୁଥିବା କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଏହି ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାକୁ ଅଧିକ ସ୍ବଚ୍ଛ ଓ ଉତ୍ତରଦାୟୀ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ସେଥିରେ ସରକାରୀ ପ୍ରତିନିଧିଙ୍କୁ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରଧାନ ବିଚାରପତି ଜଷ୍ଟିସ୍ ଡିୱାଇ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରଚୂଡ଼ଙ୍କ ପାଖକୁ ଚିଠି ଲେଖିଛନ୍ତି। ଯୋଶୀମଠରେ ମାଟି ଧସିବା ଘଟଣାକୁ ଜାତୀୟ ବିପର୍ଯ୍ୟୟ ଘୋଷଣା କରିବାକୁ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ ମନା କରିଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ହେଲେ ଆବେଦନକାରୀ ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ ଯାଇପାରିବେ ବୋଲି କହିଛନ୍ତି। ନେପାଳର ୟେଟି ଏୟାରଲାଇନ୍ସର ପାଇଲଟ ଅଞ୍ଜୁ ଖଟିୱାଡ଼ାଙ୍କର ଗତକାଲି ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଛି। ୨୦୧୦ ମସିହାରେ ନେପା‌ଳରେ ସେହି ୟେଟି ଏୟାରଲାଇନ୍ସର ଏକ ବିମାନ ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣାରେ ତାଙ୍କ ସ୍ବାମୀ ଦୀପକ ପୋଖରେଲଙ୍କର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ବିହାରରେ ଅଟକିଛି ଗଙ୍ଗା ବିଳାସ କ୍ରୁଜ୍‌। ଛାପ୍ରାରେ କମ୍‌ ଜଳ ଥିବାରୁ ୫୧ ଦିନିଆ ଯାତ୍ରାରେ ବାହାରିଥିବା ଗଙ୍ଗା ବିଳାସ କ୍ରୁଜ୍‌ ଅଟକିଛି। ଗତ କିଛି ମାସ ଭିତରେ ଦେଶର ଦରଦାମ୍ ସ୍ଥିତିରେ ବଡ଼ ଧରଣର ସୁଧାର ହୋଇଛି। ୨୦୨୨ ଡିସେମ୍ବରରେ ପାଇକାରୀ ମୁଦ୍ରାସ୍ଫୀତି ହ୍ରାର ୪.୯୫%କୁ ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇଛି। ଖାଦ୍ୟ ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ମୂଲ୍ୟରେ ହୋଇଥିବା ହ୍ରାସ ଯୋଗୁ ପାଇକାରୀ ମୁଦ୍ରାସ୍ଫୀତିରେ ଏହି ସୁଧାର ହୋଇଛି। ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ୫ଟି ଗ୍ରୀଡ ସବଷ୍ଟେସନ ଲୋକାର୍ପିତ: ୨୫୦ କୋଟି ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ, ୪ଟି ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ୨ ଲକ୍ଷ ଲୋକ ହେବେ ଉପକୃତ । ପାକିସ୍ତାନର ଅବଦୁଲ ରେହମାନ ମାକ୍କିକୁ ମିଳିତ ଜାତିସଂଘ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ପରିଷଦ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ବିଶ୍ବ ଆତଙ୍କବାଦୀ ବୋଲି ସୋମବାର ଘୋଷଣା କରାଯାଇଛି। ମାକ୍କି ହେଉଛି ଲସ୍କର – ଇ – ତୋଇବାମୁଖ୍ୟ ତଥା ୨୬/୧୧ ଆକ୍ରମଣ ଘଟଣାର ମାଷ୍ଟର ମାଇଣ୍ଡ ହାଫିଜ ସଇଦର ଶାଳକ। ପୁରୁଷ ହକି ବିଶ୍ଵ କପ୍ ୨୦୨୩: ଅଷ୍ଟ୍ରେଲିଆ ଏବଂ ଆର୍ଜେଣ୍ଟିନା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ମୁକାବିଲା ୩-୩ରେ ଡ୍ର । ବିଶ୍ୱମଞ୍ଚରେ ଚମକିଲା ‘ଆରଆରଆର’: ମିଳିଲା ସର୍ବଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ବିଦେଶୀ ଭାଷା ଫିଲ୍ମ । ହକି ବିଶ୍ୱକପ: ମାଲେସିୟା ୩-୨ରେ ବିଜୟୀ, ପ୍ରଥମ ମ୍ୟାଚରେ ହାରିଲା ଚିଲି । ହକି ବିଶ୍ୱକପରେ ନେଦରଲ୍ୟାଣ୍ଡ୍ସ ବିଜୟ ଅଭିଯାନ ଜାରି, ନ୍ୟୁଜିଲ୍ୟାଣ୍ଡକୁ ୪-୦ଗୋଲରେ ହରାଇଲା ନେଦରଲ୍ୟାଣ୍ଡ୍ସ। ଅଣ୍ଡର-୧୯ ମହିଳା ବିଶ୍ଵକପ: ଭାରତୀୟ ଖେଳାଳିଙ୍କ ଧୂଆଁଧାର ଇନିଂସ ଯୋଗୁଁ ୧୨୨ ରନରେ ହାରିଲା ୟୁଏଇ ଦଳ । ପାକିସ୍ତାନର ମୁଖା ଖୋଲିଲେ ପାକ ହକି ଟିମର କୋଚ୍: କହିଲେ, ୯ ମାସ ହେବ ଦରମା ଦେଉନି ପାକିସ୍ତାନ । ୯୫୧ କୋଟିରେ ମହିଳା ଆଇପିଏଲ ମିଡିଆ ରାଇଟ୍‌ ପାଇଲା ଭାୟକମ୍‌ ୧୮ ।	480	Y

1880	14-01-2023	Odia	ନୂଆବର୍ଷ ରାତିରେ ରାଜଧାନୀ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀରେ ଜଣେ ୨୦ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ଯୁବତୀଙ୍କ ସହ ଘଟିଥିବା ହିଟ୍‌ ଆଣ୍ଡ ରନ୍‌ ମାମଲାରେ ୧୧ ଜଣ ପୁଲିସ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କୁ ନିଲମ୍ବିତ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଯେଉଁ ରୁଟରେ ଏହି ଘଟଣା ଘଟିଥିଲା ସେହି ସ୍ଥାନରେ ମୁତୟନ ପୋଲିସ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଜାନୁଆରି ୩୧ ତାରିଖରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ ସଂସଦର ବଜେଟ୍ ଅଧିବେଶନ । ଏହା ଦୁଇଟି ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟରେ ଏପ୍ରିଲ ୬ ଯାଏ ଚାଲିବ। ଫେବୃଆରୀ ପହିଲାରେ ଅର୍ଥମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିର୍ମଳା ସୀତାରମଣ ସଂସଦରେ ବଜେଟ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବେ । ବଜେଟ ଅଧିବେଶର ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ଦିନ ଅର୍ଥାତ ଫେବୃଆରୀ ୧ରେ ଅର୍ଥମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିର୍ମଳା ସୀତାରମଣ ୨୦୨୩-୨୪ ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣାଙ୍ଗ ବଜେଟ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବେ। ଘୃଣା ମନ୍ତବ୍ୟକୁ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ ଏକ ‘ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଆତଙ୍କ’ ରୂପେ ଅଭିହିତ କରିବା ସହ ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଟିଭି ନ୍ୟୁଜ୍‌ କଣ୍ଟେଣ୍ଟ ଉପରେ ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣର ଅଭାବକୁ ଦାୟୀ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଭାରତୀୟ ଗଣମାଧ୍ୟମ ମୁକ୍ତ ଓ ସନ୍ତୁଳିତ ହେବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ବୋଲି ଜଷ୍ଟିସ୍‌ କେ.ଏମ୍‌. ଜୋସେଫ୍‌ ଏବଂ ବି.ଭି. ନାଗରନତ୍ କହିଛନ୍ତି। ଆମେରିକାର ପୂର୍ବତନ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଡୋନାଲ୍ଡ ଟ୍ରମ୍ପ୍‌ଙ୍କ କମ୍ପାନୀକୁ ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ଏକ ଅଦାଲତ ୧.୬ ନିୟୁତ ଡଲାର ଜରିମାନା ଆଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଆମେରିକା ସଂସଦରେ ଭାରତୀୟ-ଆମେରିକୀୟ ସମ୍ପ୍ରଦାୟକୁ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରାଯାଇଛି। ରିପବ୍ଲିକାନ କଂଗ୍ରେସ କର୍ମୀ ରିଚ୍‌ ମ୍ୟାକ୍‌କର୍ମିକ୍‌ ଗୃହରେ ଥିବା ତାଙ୍କର ସମସ୍ତ ସହକର୍ମୀଙ୍କୁ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ଆମେରିକାର ଭାରତୀୟ-ଆମେରିକୀୟଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ୬ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଟିକସ ଦିଅନ୍ତି। ପ୍ରିନ୍ସ ହ୍ୟାରିଙ୍କ ପୁସ୍ତକ ‘ସ୍ପେୟାର’ ବିକ୍ରୟରେ ନୂତନ ରେକର୍ଡ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବାରେ ଲାଗିଛି। ତାଙ୍କ ବିଷୟରେ ଜାଣିବାକୁ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଆଗ୍ରହ କ୍ରମାଗତ ଭାବରେ ବଢୁଛି। ବହୁକୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ଚିଟ୍‌ଫଣ୍ଡ ଠକେଇ ମାମଲାର ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ତରୀୟ ତଦନ୍ତ ସହ କ୍ଷତିଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ଜମାକାରୀଙ୍କୁ କ୍ଷତିପୂରଣ ପ୍ରଦାନ ଦାବିରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ପିନାକ ପାଣି ମହାନ୍ତି ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟରେ ପିଟିଶନ ଦାଖଲ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅରବିନ୍ଦ କେଜ୍‌ରିୱାଲ ଏଲ୍‌ଜି ବିନୟ ସାକ୍ସେନାଙ୍କ ସହ ଏକ ବୈଠକ କରିଥିଲେ। ଏହି ବୈଠକ ଏଲ୍‌ଜି ସଚିବାଳୟରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଏହା ପ୍ରାୟ ଏକ ଘଣ୍ଟା ଧରି ଚାଲିଥିଲା। ଏହାପରେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କେଜ୍‌ରିଓ୍ବାଲ ଏକ ସାମ୍ବାଦିକ ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ କରି ନିଜର ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା ରଖିଛନ୍ତି। ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ଦିଲ୍ଲୀର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ଏଲ୍‌ଜିଙ୍କ ହସ୍ତକ୍ଷେପ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଉଛି। ଯେଉଁଥିପାଇଁ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀର କୌଣସି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ହୋଇପାରୁନାହିଁ। ହିମାଚଳ ପ୍ରଦେଶରେ ସୁଖବିନ୍ଦର ସିଂ ସୁଖୁ ସରକାର ଓଲଡ ପେନସନ ସ୍କିମ ଲାଗୁ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ହିମାଚଳ ପ୍ରଦେଶ କ୍ୟାବିନେଟର ପ୍ରଥମ ବୈଠକରେ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ସରକାର ପୁରୁଣା ପେନସନ ସ୍କିମକୁ ପୁଣିଥରେ ଲାଗୁ କରିବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି ହକି ବିଶ୍ୱକପ୍‌କୁ ଆଉଟିକେ ରଙ୍ଗାରଙ୍ଗ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଆସନ୍ତା ୧୫ ତାରିଖରୁ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନୀ ପଡ଼ିଆରେ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେଉଛି ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ସିଟି ଫେଷ୍ଟିଭାଲ ‘ଡଟ୍‌ ଫେଷ୍ଟ’ର ୨ୟ ସଂସ୍କରଣ। ବିଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ ଭିତରକନିକା ଜାତୀୟ ଉଦ୍ୟାନରେ ପ୍ରବାହିତ ନଦୀ ନାଳରେ ପ୍ରାକୃତିକ ଉପାୟରେ ବସବାସ କରୁଥିବା ବଉଳା କୁମ୍ଭୀରଙ୍କ ସଂଖ୍ୟା ଚଳିତବର୍ଷ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଛି। ଗତବର୍ଷ ଭିତରକନିକା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଓ ବାହାରେ ଥିବା ନଦୀ, ନାଳଗୁଡିକରେ ୧୭୮୪ଟି ବଉଳା କୁମ୍ଭୀର ଥିବା ବେଳେ ଚଳିତବର୍ଷ ଏହି ସଂଖ୍ୟା ୧୭୯୩କୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଛି। ସହରାଞ୍ଚଳ ବନ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁୁ ଶଙ୍କରପୁର ମୌଜା ଘାଟିକିଆ-କଳିଙ୍ଗ ବିହାର ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ‘ଆନନ୍ଦବନ’ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରାଯାଉଛି। ପ୍ରାୟ ୯୦ ଏକର ଜମିରେ ଏହି ଆନନ୍ଦବନର ପରିକଳ୍ପନା କରାଯାଇଥିବାବେଳେ ଉକ୍ତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଗଢ଼ିଉଠିଥିତ୍ବା ବେଆଇନ୍‌ ନିର୍ମାଣ ଏଥିରେ ବାଧକ ସାଜିଛି। ବୌଦ୍ଧିକ ଜ୍ଞାନ ହାସଲ କରି ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀମାନେ କିଭଳି ଚାପମୁକ୍ତ ଜୀବନ ଅତିବାହିତ କରିପାରିବେ ଏବଂ ସଫଳତାର ଅନ୍ତିମ ସୋପାନରେ ପହଞ୍ଚି ପାରିବେ ସେଥିପାଇଁ ଉତ୍କଳ ବିଶ୍ବବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ‘ପର୍‌ଫର୍ମିଂ ଆର୍ଟ’ ବା ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ କଳା ପାଠ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ପ୍ରଚଳନ କରାଯିବା ନେଇ ଯୋଜନା ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଆସନ୍ତା ଶିକ୍ଷା ବର୍ଷରୁ ଉତ୍କଳ ବିଶ୍ବବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ‘ପର୍‌ଫର୍ମିଂ ଆର୍ଟ’ ପାଠ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଖୋଲାଯିବା ପାଇଁ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନିଆଯାଇଛି। ଏଫଆଇଏଚ୍‌ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ହକି ପୁରୁଷ ବିଶ୍ୱକପ ୨୦୨୩ର ଦ୍ବିତୀୟ ମ୍ୟାଚରେ ଦମ୍‌ଦାର ପଦର୍ଶନ କରି ବିଶାଳ ବିଜୟ ହାସଲ କରିଛି ଅଷ୍ଟ୍ରେଲିଆ। କଳିଙ୍ଗ ଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମରେ ଖେଳାଯାଇଥିବା ଏହି ମ୍ୟାଚରେ ଫ୍ରାନ୍ସକୁ ୮ଟି ‌ଗୋଲ୍‌ରେ ପରାସ୍ତ କରି ଅଷ୍ଟ୍ରେଲିଆ ଚଳିତ ବିଶ୍ବକପରେ ବିଜୟ ଅଭିଯାନ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଛି। ପୁରୁଷ ହକି ବିଶ୍ବକପ୍‌ ୨୦୨୩ରେ ବିଜୟ ସହ ବିଶ୍ବକପ୍‌ ଅଭିଯାନ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଛି ଟିମ୍‌ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ। ପ୍ରଥମ ଦିନର ଚତୁର୍ଥ ମ୍ୟାଚରେ ଆୟୋଜକ ଭାରତ ୨-୦ରେ ସ୍ପେନ୍‌କୁ ପରାସ୍ତ କରିଛି। ରାଉରକେଲାରେ ନବନିର୍ମିତ ବିର୍ସା ମୁଣ୍ଡା ଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମ୍‌ରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ଟିମ୍‌ରେ ଖେଳାଳିମାନେ ଆରମ୍ଭରୁ ସ୍ପେନ୍‌ ଉପରେ ଆଧିପତ୍ୟ ଜାରି ରଖି‌ଥିଲେ।	511	Y
