ଅକ୍ଟୋବରରୁ ଡିସେମ୍ବର ତ୍ରୟମାସ ପାଇଁ ସରକାର କ୍ଷୁଦ୍ର ସଞ୍ଚୟ ଯୋଜନା ଉପରେ ସୁଧ ହାର ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସରକାର ୫ ବର୍ଷିଆ ରିକରିଂ ଡିପୋଜିଟ୍ (ଆରଡି) ଉପରେ ସୁଧ ହାର ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ତେବେ ଗୋଟିଏ ସ୍କିମ୍ ବ୍ୟତୀତ ଅନ୍ୟ କୌଣସି ଯୋଜନାର ସୁଧ ହାରରେ କୌଣସି ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରାଯାଇନାହିଁ।

ଆମାଜନ୍‌ରେ ସାମ୍‌ସଙ୍ଗ୍‌, ୱାନ୍‌ପ୍ଲସ୍‌, ସୋନି, ଏଲ୍‌ଜି ଏବଂ ଜିଆମି ପରି ବ୍ରାଣ୍ଡ୍‌ଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ୬୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ରିହାତି ମିଳିବ। ରେଡ୍‌ମି୪୩-ଇଞ୍ଚ୍‌ ୪କେ ଅଲ୍‌ଟ୍ରା ଏଚ୍‌ଡିକୁ ଏହି ଅଫର୍‌ ସମୟରେ ୨୦୪୯୯ ଟଙ୍କାରେ କିଣିପାରିବେ। ଏହାର ପୁରୁଣା ଦର ରହିଛି ୪୨୯୯୯ ଟଙ୍କା।

୩ଦିନ ଯାଏଁ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରବଳରୁ ଅତି ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ହେବ। ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ବହୁ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ବିସ୍ତୃତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ବର୍ଷା ସମ୍ଭାବନା ଥିବା ବେଳେ ଶନିବାର ଠାରୁ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ପାଗ ବଦଳି ମେଘୁଆ ପାଗ ସହ ବର୍ଷାର ବିସ୍ତୃତି ବଢ଼ିବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି ବୋଲି ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରସ୍ଥିତ ଆଞ୍ଚଳିକ ପାଣିପାଗ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ଅପରାହ୍ନରେ ଜାରି ଏକ ସତର୍କ ସୂଚନାରେ କୁହାଯାଇଛି।

ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ କୃଷି ବିଜ୍ଞାନୀ ଏମ ଏସ ସ୍ୱାମୀନାଥନ୍‌ଙ୍କ ପରଲୋକ ଘଟିଛି। ଚେନ୍ନାଇରେ ୯୮ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରେ ତାଙ୍କର ଦେହାନ୍ତ ହୋଇଛି। ସବୁଜ ବିପ୍ଲବର ଜନକ ଥିଲେ ଏମ ଏସ ସ୍ବାମୀନାଥନ । କୃଷି କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ସ୍ବାମୀନାଥନଙ୍କ ରହିଛି ଉଲ୍ଲେଖନୀୟ ଅବଦାନ।

ଖଲିସ୍ତାନୀ ଆତଙ୍କବାଦୀ ହରଦୀପ ସିଂ ନିଜାରଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ପରେ ଭାରତ ଓ କାନାଡା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଉତ୍ତେଜନା ଜାରି ରହିଥିବାବେଳେ କାନାଡା ଉପରେ ସାଇବର ଆକ୍ରମଣ ହୋଇଛି । କାନାଡା ସେନାର ୱେବସାଇଟକୁ ହ୍ୟାକରମାନେ ଟାର୍ଗେଟ କରିଛନ୍ତି ।

ଫ୍ଲିପକାର୍ଟ ବିଗ୍ ବିଲିୟନ ଡେ ସେଲ୍-୨୦୨୩ ଭାରତରେ ସପ୍ତାହବ୍ୟାପି ଚାଲିବାକୁ ଥିବା ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ୮ ତାରିଖରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ।

ଭାରତୀୟ ମହାକାଶ ଗବେଷଣା ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାନ (ଇସ୍ରୋ) ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଏସ୍ ସୋମନାଥ ଗୁରୁବାର କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ମିସନ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରଯାନ -୩ର ରୋଭର ‘ପ୍ରଜ୍ଞାନ’ଠାରୁ ଯାହା ଆଶା କରାଯାଉଥିଲା ତାହା ହାସଲ ହୋଇସାରିଛି।

ମଣିପୁରରେ ୨ ଛାତ୍ରଙ୍କ ହତ୍ୟା ଘଟଣାକୁ ବିରୋଧ କରି ଜୋରଦାର ହିଂସା ଉପୁଜିଛି। ତେବେ ହିଂସା ଘଟଣାରେ ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତ ‌ଦୋଷୀ ଗିରଫ ହେବେ ଏବଂ ଦୋଷୀ ବିରୋଧରେ କଡ଼ା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ଗ୍ରହଣ ହେବ ବୋଲି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଗୃହମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅମିତ ଶାହ ଦୃଢ଼ ପ୍ରତିଶ୍ରୁତି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ।

ହ୍ୟାରି ପୋଟର’ ସରିଜର ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ ଅଭିନେତା ମାଇକେଲ ଗାମ୍ବୋନ୍‌ଙ୍କର ୮୨ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରେ ଦେହାନ୍ତ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି। ସେ  ହ୍ୟାରି ପୋଟର ସିରିଜର ୮ଟି ଫିଲ୍ମ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ୬ଟି‌ରେ ହଗୱାର୍ଡସ୍ ହେଡମାଷ୍ଟର ଆଲବସ୍‌ ଡମ୍ବଲଡୋର ଭୂମିକାରେ ଅଭିନୟ ପାଇଁ ବିଶେଷ ଖ୍ୟାତି ଅର୍ଜନ କରିଥିଲେ।

ଟାଟା ଷ୍ଟିଲ୍‌ର ଫେରୋ ଆଲଏଜ୍ ଆଣ୍ଡ୍‌ ମିନେରାଲ୍ ଡିଭିଜନ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆନ ଅଏଲ୍‌ ସହ ଏକ ବୁଝାମଣାପତ୍ର ସ୍ବାକ୍ଷର ହୋଇଛି। କଂପାନିର ଗୋପାଳପୁର ଓ ଆଠଗଡ଼ରେ ଥିବା ଫେରୋ ଆଲଏଜ୍ କାରଖାନାକୁ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆନ ଅଏଲ୍‌ ଏଲ୍‌ପିଜି ଯୋଗାଇବା ସହ ସେଥିପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ସ୍ଥାପନ କରି ତାହାର ପରିଚାଳନା ଓ ରକ୍ଷଣାବେକ୍ଷଣ କରିବ। ଫର୍ନେସ୍ ତୈଳ ଓ ହାଇ-ସ୍ପିଡ୍ ଡିଜେଲ୍‌ ବଦଳରେ କଂପାନି ଏଲ୍‌ପିଜି ବ୍ୟବହାର କରିବ।

ଟାଟା ଗ୍ରୁପ୍ ମାଲିକାନାରେ ଥିବା ଏୟାର ଇଣ୍ଡିଆର ପାଇଲଟ୍, ଫ୍ଲାଇଟ୍ ଷ୍ଟାଫ୍ ଏବଂ କ୍ୟାବିନ୍ କ୍ରୁଙ୍କ ୟୁନିଫର୍ମକୁ ପ୍ରଖ୍ୟାତ ଫ୍ୟାସନ୍ ଡିଜାଇନର ମନୀଷ ମାଲହୋତ୍ରା ଡିଜାଇନ୍ କରିବେ। ଆଜି ଏୟାର ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ଏ ନେଇ ଏକ ଆନୁଷ୍ଠାନିକ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛି ଓ  ମନୀଷ ମାଲହୋତ୍ରାଙ୍କ ଭଳି ଜଣେ ସେଲିବ୍ରିଟି ଡିଜାଇନର୍  ଏୟାରଲାଇନ୍ସ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ୟୁନିଫର୍ମ ଡିଜାଇନ୍ କରିବେ ବୋଲି ଖୁସି ବ୍ୟକ୍ତ କରିଛି  ।

ଭାରତରେ ବ୍ୟବସାୟ କରୁଥିବା ବିଦେଶୀ ଅନଲାଇନ ଟେକନଲୋଜୀ କମ୍ପାନି ଫେସବୁକ, ଗୁଗୁଲ, ଏକ୍ସ ତଥା ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଏଡୁଟେକ୍ କମ୍ପାନିଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଟିକସ ଲାଗୁ କରାଯିବ । ଏସବୁ କମ୍ପାନିଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ୧୮ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଜିଏସଟି ଲାଗୁ କରିବାକୁ ସରକାର ଯୋଜନା କରୁଛନ୍ତି ।

ବାଚସ୍ପତିଙ୍କୁ ଅସମ୍ମାନ କରିବା ପଡିଲା ମହଙ୍ଗା । ବିଧାନସଭାରୁ ନିଲମ୍ବିତ ହେଲେ ବିଜେପିର ଦୁଇ ବିଧାୟକ । ଦୁଇ ବିଜେପି ବିଧାୟକ ମୋହନ ମାଝୀ ଏବଂ ମୁକେଶ ମହାଲିଙ୍ଗ ବିଧାନସଭାରୁ ନିଲମ୍ବିତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି । ବାଚସ୍ପତିଙ୍କ ପୋଡିୟମ ଉପରକୁ ଡାଲି ଫିଙ୍ଗି ବାଚସ୍ପତିଙ୍କୁ ଅସମ୍ମାନ କରିଥିଲେ ବିଜେପିର ଏହି ଦୁଇ ବିଧାୟକ ।

ଭୀମ ପୃଷ୍ଟି ପାଇବେ ୪୪ତମ ‘ଶାରଳା ପୁରସ୍କାର’, ‘ଜମ୍ବୁଲୋକ’ ପାଇଁ ହେବେ ସମ୍ମାନିତ ।

କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସଡକ ପରିବହନ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନୀତିନ ଗଡକରି ଡିସେମ୍ବର ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଚକାଚକ ହେବ ଦେଶର ସମସ୍ତ ଜାତୀୟ ରାଜପଥବୋଲି  ଏହି ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି । 

ହ୍ବାଙ୍ଗଝୋ ଏସୀୟ କ୍ରୀଡ଼ାର ଷଷ୍ଠ ଦିବସ ଗୁରୁବାର ଭାରତକୁ ଗୋଟିଏ ସ୍ବର୍ଣ୍ଣ,. ଗୋଟିଏ ରୌପ୍ୟ ଓ ଗୋଟିଏ କାଂସ୍ୟ ପଦକ ମିଳିଛି। ଏଥି ସହିତ ଭାରତର ପଦକ ସଂଖ୍ୟା ୨୫ଛୁଇଁଛି। ୧୦ ମିଟର ଏୟାର ପିସ୍ତଲ ଦଳଗତ ପୁରୁଷ ବର୍ଗରେ ଅର୍ଜୁନ ଚିମା, ସରବଜ୍ୟୋତ ସିଂହ ଏବଂ ଶିବ ନରୱାଲା ପ୍ରଥମ ସ୍ଥାନ ସହ ସ୍ବର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପଦକ ଜିତିଛନ୍ତି। ଉକ୍ତ ୩ ସୁଟର ମୋଟ ୧୭୩୪ ପଏଣ୍ଟ ସ୍କୋର କରି ପ୍ରଥମ ସ୍ଥାନ ହାସଲ କରିଥିଲେ ।

ଆଫଗାନିସ୍ତାନରେ ଅର୍ଥନୀତିର ଦୁରାବସ୍ଥା, ତାଲିବାନର ନିଷ୍ଠୁର ଶାସନ ଭିତରେ ଦେଶର ଅର୍ଥନୀତି ପାଇଁ ଭଲ ଖବର ଆସିଛି। ବିଶ୍ୱର ଉତ୍ତମ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନକାରୀ ମୁଦ୍ରା ଭିତରେ ଆଫଗାନିସ୍ତାନର ମୁଦ୍ରା ‘ଆଫଗାନୀ’ ଭଲ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ କରିଛି।

ଉଭୟ ଆରବସାଗର ଏବଂ ପୂର୍ବ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ବଙ୍ଗୋପସାଗର ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇଛି ଦୁଇଟି ଲଘୁଚାପ କ୍ଷେତ୍ର । ଆସନ୍ତା ୨୪ ଘଣ୍ଟା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଓ୍ବେଲମାର୍କ ଲୋପ୍ରେସର ରୂପ ନେବ। ଧୀରେ ଧୀରେ ଘନୀଭୂତ ହୋଇ ଉତ୍ତର ଓଡିଶା ଓ ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗ ମୁହାଁ ହେବ ।

ବିଶ୍ୱକପ୍‌ ଟିମ୍‌ରେ ସାମିଲ୍ ହେଲେ ଷ୍ଟାର୍ ଅଫ୍‌ ସ୍ପିନର ଆର ଅଶ୍ୱୀନ। ଅକ୍ଷର ପଟେଲ୍‌ଙ୍କ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ବିଶ୍ୱକପ୍‌ ମ୍ୟାଚ୍ ଖେଳିବେ ଆର୍ ଅଶ୍ୱିନ୍। ଆହତ କାରଣରୁ ଅକ୍ଷର ପଟେଲଙ୍କୁ ବିଶ୍ୱକପ୍‌ରୁ ବାଦ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି।ଅକ୍ଷରଙ୍କ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଅଫ୍ ସ୍ପିନର ରବିଚନ୍ଦ୍ରନ ଅଶ୍ୱିନଙ୍କୁ ଭାରତର ୧୫ ଜଣିଆ ବିଶ୍ବକପ୍ ଦଳରେ ସାମିଲ କରାଯାଇଛି ।

ଆବିଷ୍କାର ହେଲା ବିଶ୍ବର ୮ମ ମହାଦେଶ ‘ଜିଲାଣ୍ଡିଆ’, ଏହାର ୯୪% ଭାଗ ସମୁଦ୍ର ତଳେ ରହିଛି l ବୈଜ୍ଞାନିକ ଓ ଗବେଷକମାନେ ପୃଥିବୀର ୮ମ ମହାଦେଶକୁ କଲେ ଆବିଷ୍କାର l ଏହି ଦ୍ୱୀପର ୬ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ନ୍ୟୁଜିଲାଣ୍ଡ ଆଖପାଖ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଅବସ୍ଥିତ ।

କଂଗ୍ରେସ ସଭାପତି ମଲ୍ଲିକାର୍ଜୁନ ଖଡ଼ଗେ ଆଜି ମଣିପୁର ହିଂସା ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଏବଂ ବିଜେପି ସରକାର ଉପରେ ବର୍ଷିଛନ୍ତି। ଖଡ଼ଗେ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ଉତ୍ତରପୂର୍ବ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଏବେ ଏକ ଯୁଦ୍ଧକ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ପରିଣତ ହୋଇଛି।

ସଫଳ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ଓ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଅଭିଯାନ ପରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ମହାକାଶ ଗବେଷଣା ସଂସ୍ଥା ଇସ୍ରୋ ଏବେ ଶୁକ୍ର ଗ୍ରହକୁ ମହାକାଶଯାନ ପଠାଇବାକୁ ଯୋଜନା କରୁଛି। ଆମ ସୌର ଜଗତର ଉଜ୍ଜ୍ବଳତମ ଗ୍ରହ ଶୁକ୍ର ମିସନ ନେଇ ଇସ୍ରୋ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ଚଳାଇଛି ବୋଲି ଏହାର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଏସ୍ ସୋମନାଥ କହିଛନ୍ତି।

ଇରାକ୍‌ର ସବୁଠୁ ବଡ଼ ଖ୍ରିଷ୍ଟିଆନ ସହରରେ ମଙ୍ଗଳବାର ଏକ ବିବାହ ପାର୍ଟିରେ ଭୟଙ୍କର ଅଗ୍ନିକାଣ୍ଡ ‌ହୋଇ ୧୧୪ ଜଣଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଛି ଏବଂ ୧୫୦ରୁ ଅଧିକ ଲୋକ ଆହତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି।

ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ‘ଲକ୍ଷ୍ମୀ’ ଯୋଜନାକୁ ବିରୋଧ କରି ଆସନ୍ତା ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ମାସ ୧୦ ତାରିଖରେ ସାରା ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ବସ୍ ଧର୍ମଘଟ କରିବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଲେ ଘରୋଇ ବସ୍ ମାଲିକ ସଂଘ।

ଏଣିକି ରାଜ୍ୟର ସହରାଞ୍ଚଳ ହେଉ କି ଗ୍ରାମାଞ୍ଚଳ ଯେଉଁଠି ବି ଚାଷ ଜମିକୁ କୃଷି ବ୍ୟତୀତ ଯେ କୌଣସି ଅଣ କୃଷି ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର ନିମନ୍ତେ କିସମ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କଲେ ପ୍ରତି ଏକର ଚାଷ ଜମିର ବଜାର ଦରର ଏକ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଦେୟ ଦେବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିବ।

ବିଶ୍ବକପ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଶେଷ ମ୍ୟାଚ ହାରିଲା ଭାରତ l ତୃତୀୟ ଦିନିକିଆରେ ଭାରତକୁ ଭ୍ରମଣକାରୀ ଅଷ୍ଟ୍ରେଲିଆ ଦଳ ୬୬ ରନରେ ହରାଇଲା, ଭାରତ ନେଲା ଟ୍ରଫି l

ଦୀର୍ଘ ୭ ବର୍ଷ ପରେ ଭାରତରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛି ପାକିସ୍ତାନ କ୍ରିକେଟ ଦଳ । ବିଶ୍ବକପ୍ ଆରମ୍ଭ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ହାଇଦ୍ରାବାଦରେ ନିଜର ଅଭ୍ୟାସ ମ୍ୟାଚ ନ୍ୟୁଜିଲାଣ୍ଡ ବିପକ୍ଷରେ ଖେଳିବ ପାକିସ୍ତାନ ଦଳ ।

ଭାରତ ଉପରେ ଚୀନର ସତର୍କ ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ଜାରି ରହିଛି । ଭାରତ ଉପରେ ନଜର ରଖିବାକୁ ଚୀନ ପୁଣି ଥରେ ଏକ ଗୁପ୍ତଚର ଜାହାଜ ଶ୍ରୀଲଙ୍କା ଉପକୂଳକୁ ପଠାଇଛି ।

ଜାତିସଂଘର ଏହି ରିପୋର୍ଟରୁ ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି ଯେ ଭାରତରେ ୬୦ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଥିବା ପୁରୁଷମାନେ ଆଉ ୧୭.୫ ବର୍ଷ ଏବଂ ମହିଳାମାନେ ଆଉ ୧୯ ବର୍ଷ ବଞ୍ଚୁଛନ୍ତି।

ଜାତିସଂଘର ଏକ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଅନୁସାରେ ୪୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତରୁ ଅଧିକ ବୟସ୍କ ଲୋକ ସମ୍ପତ୍ତି ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରୁ ତଳ ଆଡ଼ର ଏକ ପଞ୍ଚାମଂଶ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ରହିଛନ୍ତି। ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପାଖରେ ବିଶେଷ କିଛି ଧନ ନାହିଁ। ସେମାନେ ଗରିବ ଭଳି ଜୀବନ ବିତାଉଛନ୍ତି। ୧୮.୭ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ବୟସ୍କ ଲୋକଙ୍କ କୌଣସି ଆୟ ନାହିଁ।

Special POCSO Judge Ranjan Kumar Sutar Wednesday convicted an accused for outraging the modesty of two minor girls and sentenced him to five years of Rigorous Imprisonment (RI) along with a fine of `2,000. The judge further ordered that in default of the fine the convict would further undergo another one-year jail term. The convict identified as Miltan Jadav of village Badakia under Chandipur police had outraged the modesty of two girls, who are siblings, after finding them alone.
