ଉଷୁନା ଚାଉଳ ରପ୍ତାନି ଉପରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ୨୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ରପ୍ତାନି ଶୁଳ୍କ ଲଗାଇଛନ୍ତି। ଦେଶରେ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାପ୍ତ ପରିମାଣରେ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ଷ୍ଟକ୍ ବଜାୟ ରଖିବା ଏବଂ ଘରୋଇ ଦରକୁ ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣରେ ରଖିବା ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଏହି ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନିଆଯାଇଛି।

ଧାରା ୩୭୦ ଉଚ୍ଛେଦ ସମୟରେ ସମ୍ବିଧାନ ସହିତ କୌଣସି ଧୋକାବାଜି ହୋଇନାହିଁ। ଗୁରୁବାରଠାରୁ ଏହି ଧାରା ଉଚ୍ଛେଦକୁ ନେଇ ହୋଇଥିବା ଆବେଦନଗୁଡ଼ିକର ଶୁଣାଣି ବେଳେ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟର ସମ୍ବିଧାନ ପୀଠରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏହା କୁହାଯାଇଛି।

ଗ୍ରୀସ୍ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି କାଟେରିନା ସାକେଲାରୋପୋଉଲୁ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀଙ୍କୁ ଗ୍ରାଣ୍ଡ କ୍ରସ୍ ଅଫ୍ ଦି ଅର୍ଡର ଅଫ୍ ଅନରରେ ସମ୍ମାନିତ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ଭାରତୀୟ ପ୍ରତିଭୂତି ଓ ବିନିମୟ ବୋର୍ଡ (ସେବି) ଆଦାନି-ହିଣ୍ଡେନ୍‌ବର୍ଗ ମାମଲାର ଷ୍ଟାଟସ୍‌ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ସୁପ୍ରିମ କୋର୍ଟରେ ଦାଖଲ କରିଛି। ଏହି ମାମଲାରେ ‌ଯେଉଁ ୨୪ଟି ବିଷୟର ତଦନ୍ତ କରିବା ଦାୟିତ୍ବ ଦିଆଯାଇଥିଲା ସେଥିରୁ ୨୨ଟିର ତଦନ୍ତ ଶେଷ ହୋଇଛି।

‘ଓବେରୟ ହୋଟେଲ୍‌ ଆଣ୍ଡ୍‌ ରିସର୍ଟ’ ସହିତ ମିଶି ‘ରିଲାଏନ୍‌ସ୍‌ ଇଣ୍ଡଷ୍ଟ୍ରିଜ୍‌’ ମୁମ୍ବାଇର ‘ଅନନ୍ତ ବିଳାସ’ ଓ ଇଂଲଣ୍ଡ୍‌ର ‘ଷ୍ଟୋକ୍‌ ପାର୍କ’ ସମେତ ତିନୋଟି ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ ହୋଟେଲ୍‌ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ପରିଚଳାନା କରିବ ବୋଲି ଗୁରୁବାର ଦିନ ‘ରିଲାଏନ୍‌ସ୍‌’ କହିଛି।

ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରରେ ଜଳ ଅଛି କିନା ଓ କେତେ ଜଳ ଅଛି ତାହା ଆମକୁ ଜଣାଇବ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରଯାନ-୩। ୧୪ ଦିନ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଛଅଚକିଆ ରୋଭର ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରପୃଷ୍ଠ ଉପରେ ପରୀକ୍ଷାନିରୀକ୍ଷା କରିବ। ଉଭୟ ବିକ୍ରମ ଲ୍ୟାଣ୍ଡର ଓ ପ୍ରଜ୍ଞା ରୋଭରର ଗୋଟିଏ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ଦିବସ ବା ପୃଥିବୀର ୧୪ ଦିନର ମିସନ ପରମାୟୁ ରହିଛି। ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରର ଦକ୍ଷିଣମେରୁରେ ଜଳ ଓ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ଖଣିଜର ଉପସ୍ଥିତି ନେଇ ରୋଭର ପରୀକ୍ଷାନିରୀକ୍ଷା କରି ଆମକୁ ଜଣାଇବ। ଇସ୍ରୋ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଏସ୍ ସୋମନାଥ କହିଛନ୍ତି।

କରୋନା ମହାମାରୀର ଘାତକ ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ଏସିଆ ମହାଦେଶର ବହୁ ଲୋକ ଉତ୍କଟ ଦାରିଦ୍ର ହୋଇପଡ଼ିଛନ୍ତି। ପ୍ରାୟ ୭ କୋଟି ଲୋକ ଦାରିଦ୍ର୍ୟ ମଧ୍ୟକୁ ଠେଲି ହୋଇଯାଇଥିବା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି।

ଦିଲ୍ଲୀରେ ଦୁଇ ଦିନିଆ ଜାତୀୟ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ରଣନୀତି (ଏନ୍‌ଏସ୍‌ଏସ୍‌) ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ-୨୦୨୩ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଗୃହମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅମିତ ଶାହ ଏହି ସମ୍ମିଳନୀକୁ ଉଦ୍‌ଘାଟନ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

୨୦୨୨ ର ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ତ୍ରୈମାସିକ ତୁଳନାରେ ୨୦୨୩ ର ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ତ୍ରୈମାସିକରେ ସଡକ ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣାରେ ଓଡିଶାରେ କମିଛି । ସଡକ ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣା ୭.୫୬% ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇଥିବାବେଳେ ମୃତ୍ୟୁହାର ୬.୨୪% ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇଛି।

ଅନୁଗୁଳ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ବନ୍ତଳା ଠାରେ ନୂତନ ଭାବେ ସ୍ଥାପିତ ଅଗ୍ନିଶମ ସେବା କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ପାଇଁ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବର୍ଗର ୧୫ଟି ପଦବୀକୁ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ଅନୁମୋଦନ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ।

ଦରବୃଦ୍ଧି ମୁକାବିଲା ଲାଗି ଉଦ୍ୟମ ଜାରି ରଖିଥିବା କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଚିନି ରପ୍ତାନି ଉପରେ କଟକଣା ଲଗାଇବା ବିଷୟରେ ବିଚାର କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ସାତବର୍ଷ ପରେ ପ୍ରଥମ ଥର ପାଇଁ ସରକାର ଏଭଳି ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବେ।

ରୁଷ୍‌ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଭ୍ଲାଦିମିର ପୁଟିନଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ଗତ ଜୁନ୍‌ ମାସରେ ସାମରିକ ବିଦ୍ରୋହ କରିଥିବା ଘରୋଇ ୱାଗ୍‌ନର ସେନା ମୁଖ୍ୟ ୟେଭେଗେନି ପ୍ରିଗୋଜିନଙ୍କର ବିମାନ ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣାରେ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଛି।

ବନ୍ୟା, ବାତ୍ୟା, ଭୂକମ୍ପ୍ ଭଳି ବିପତ୍ତି ବେଳେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ସତର୍କ କରିବା ଲାଗି ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମୋବାଇଲ୍‌ ଫୋନ୍‌ରେ ସରକାର ମେସେଜ୍ ପଠାଇବେ। ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଏହି ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାର ପରୀକ୍ଷଣ ଚାଲିଛି।

ମିଜୋରାମରେ ଆଜି ଏକ ନିର୍ମାଣାଧୀନ ରେଳ ପୋଲ ଭୁଶୁଡ଼ି ପଡ଼ିବା ଫଳରେ ଅତି କମ୍‌ରେ ୨୨ ଜଣଙ୍କର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଛି। ଅଇଜଲଠାରୁ ୨୧ କିମି ଦୂର ସାଇରଙ୍ଗ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଆଜି ଏହି ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣା ହୋଇଛି।

ଫୋନ୍‌କୁ ଚାର୍ଜର ଲଗାଇ କଥା ହେବା ଅନେକ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଏକ ଖରାପ ଅଭ୍ୟାସ। ଏହାର ପରିଣାମ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଭୟଙ୍କର ହୋଇପାରେ ବୋଲି ବିଶ୍ବର ଅଗ୍ରଣୀ ଫୋନ୍ ନିର୍ମାତା ଆପଲ୍‌ ସତର୍କ କରାଇଛି।

କେନ୍ଦୁଝର ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ତୁରନ୍ତ ‘ମୋ ବସ୍’ ସେବା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନିଆଯାଇଛି । ଏହାଦ୍ୱାରା ଖଣିଜ ଜିଲ୍ଲା କେନ୍ଦୁଝର ବାସିନ୍ଦାଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଗମନାଗମନ ସୁଲଭ ଓ ସୁଗମ ହୋଇପାରିବ ।

ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ଆଜି ‘ଆମ ବସ୍‌ଷ୍ଟାଣ୍ଡ ଯୋଜନା’ରେ ରାଜ୍ୟର ୧୩ଟି ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ୨୧ଟି ନୂଆ ବସ୍‌ଷ୍ଟାଣ୍ଟ ଉଦ୍‌ଘାଟନ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଏହାସହିତ ୨୬ଟି ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ୧୨୪ଟି ବ୍ଲକ୍‌ସ୍ତରୀୟ ବସ୍‌ଷ୍ଟାଣ୍ଡ ନିର୍ମାଣ ପାଇଁ ଭିତ୍ତି ମଧ୍ୟ ରଖିଛନ୍ତି ।

୨୭ ବର୍ଷର ସମସ୍ୟା ୧୫ ଦିନରେ ପୂରଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି ୫ଟି ସଚିବ ଭିକେ ପାଣ୍ଡିଆନ।  ବଲାଙ୍ଗୀର ଗସ୍ତ ସମୟରେ ୫ଟି ସଚିବଙ୍କୁ ଲୋଇସିଂହା ତହସିଲ ସମସ୍ୟା ନେଇ ଅବଗତ କରିଥିଲା ଜିଲ୍ଲା ରାଜସ୍ୱ ଅମଲା ସଂଘ। ୧୫ ଦିନରେ ସମସ୍ୟାର ସମାଧାନ ହୋଇଛି। ଏହା ପରେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଓ ୫ଟି ସଚିବଙ୍କୁ କୃତଜ୍ଞତା ଜଣାଇଛନ୍ତି ରାଜସ୍ୱ ଅମଲା ସଂଘ ।

ମାଧ୍ୟମିକ ଶିକ୍ଷାର ସୁଦୃଢ଼ୀକରଣ ପରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ଶିକ୍ଷାର ନବକଳେବର କରିବାକୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି କରିଛନ୍ତି ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର। ରାଜ୍ୟ ଗଣଶିକ୍ଷା ବିଭାଗ ଅଧୀନରେ ଖୁବ୍‌ ଶୀଘ୍ର ୨୦ହଜାର ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପାଇବେ ।

ଚିଲିକା ସମେତ ୬ଟି ବ୍ଲକ୍‌ରେ ପାନୀୟ ଜଳ ସମସ୍ୟା ଦୂର କରିବ ୯୨୨ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ବ୍ୟୟରେ ନିର୍ମାଣ ହେଉଥିବା ବୃହତ ପାଇପ୍‌ ପାଣି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ । ସେହିପରି ୩୫ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ବ୍ୟୟରେ ମତ୍ସ୍ୟଜୀବୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା ହେବ ଫିସ୍‌ ଲ୍ୟାଣ୍ଡିଂ ସେଣ୍ଟର ।

ମା’ ଉଗ୍ରତାରା ଏବଂ ମା’ ଭଗବତୀଙ୍କ ପୀଠର ବିକାଶ ପାଇଁ ୧୯ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଲେଖାଏଁ ବ୍ୟୟ କରାଯିବ । ଏହି ଗସ୍ତ ଅବସରରେ ୫-ଟି ସଚିବ ଟାଙ୍ଗୀର କାଳୁପଡ଼ା ଘାଟ ଏବଂ ଚିଲିକା ସ୍ଥିତ ସୋରଣା ଠାରେ ୩୫ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ବ୍ୟୟରେ ନିର୍ମାଣାଧୀନ ଫିସ୍‌ ଲ୍ୟାଣ୍ଡିଂ ସେଣ୍ଟର, ବାଣପୁର ଠାରେ ୭ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ବ୍ୟୟରେ ନିର୍ମାଣ ହେଉଥିବା ନୂଆ ଗୋଷ୍ଠି ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର, ବାଣପୁର ଓ ବାଲୁଗାଁ ଠାରେ ୧୨ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ବ୍ୟୟରେ ବିଜୁ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ଇଣ୍ଡୋର ଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମ୍‌ ନିର୍ମାଣ କାମର ଅଗ୍ରଗତି ସମୀକ୍ଷା କରିଥିଲେ ।
