1. ବିଶ୍ବର ପ୍ରଥମ ଦେଶ ଭାବେ ୟୁରୋପୀୟ ଦେଶ ଜର୍ମାନୀ ମିକ୍ସ ଟିକା ଲଗାଇବାକୁ ଅନୁମତି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛି । ଆଷ୍ଟ୍ରାଜେନିକା, ମଡେର୍ଣ୍ଣା ବା ଫାଇଜରର ପ୍ରଥମ ଡୋଜ୍ ନେଇଥିବା ଲୋକମାନେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଟିକାର ଦ୍ବିତୀୟ ଡୋଜ୍ ନେଇପାରିବେ । ଗୋଟିଏ ଟିକାର ଦୁଇଟି ଡୋଜ୍ ନେଇସାରିଥିବା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ନିଜ ଇଚ୍ଛାରେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଏକ ଟିକାର ଡୋଜ୍ ନେବାକୁ ଆମେରିକା, ବ୍ରିଟେନ ଓ ଫ୍ରାନ୍ସ ସରକାର ଅନୁମତି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ।

12. ଶବ୍ଦ ପ୍ରଦୂଷଣ କଲେ ଏଣିକି ୧ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ତଣ୍ଡ ଗଣିବେ। ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ପ୍ରଦୂଷଣ ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ କମିଟି(ଡିପିସିସି) ଶବ୍ଦ ପ୍ରଦୂଷଣକାରୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଜରିମାନା ରାଶି ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିଛି।

16.  ରାଜ୍ୟର ପ୍ରଥମ ତଥା ଐତିହାସିକ ଫିଲାଟେଲିକ ବ୍ୟୁରୋ କଟକରୁ ଉଠିଯିବ। ଏହି ବ୍ୟୁରୋକୁ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବରରେ ଥିବା ସର୍କଲ ମୁଖ୍ୟ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟସ୍ଥିତ ବ୍ୟୁରୋ ସହିତ ମିଶାଇ ଦିଆଯିବ। କେବଳ କଟକ ନୁହେଁ, ଗତ ଜାନୁଆରିରେ ସମ୍ବଲପୁରରେ ଖୋଲିଥିବା ନୂଆ ବ୍ୟୁରୋକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର ସହିତ ଯୋଡ଼ି ଦିଆଯିବ। ୧୨ ତାରିଖଠାରୁ କଟକ ଓ ସମ୍ବଲପୁର ବ୍ୟୁରୋର କାମ ବନ୍ଦ କରି ଦେବାକୁ ଗତ ୮ ତାରିଖରେ ଡାକ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଚିଠି କରାଯାଇଛି।

18. Odisha has as many as 2282 more persons tested positive for COVID-19 during the last 24 hours, informed the health department on Sunday. A total of 78466 samples were tested in the state on Saturday. The Test Positivity Rate (TPR) for the day stood at 2.90%.
19. Parasmani Devi, the last surviving Devadasi of Shree Jagannatha Temple in Puri, passed away today afternoon. She was 87. She died reportedly due to age-related ailments.

19. Death toll in Bangladesh factory fire goes up to 52 and 25 others injured as a juice factory caught fire at Rupganj in Narayanganj near Dhaka. The fire broke out in the six-storey building late on 08 Jul (Thursday) evening. The cause of the fire is not known yet.
20. The Olympics will take place without spectators in the host city Tokyo as a resurgent coronavirus forced Japan to declare the COVID State of Emergency in the capital that will run throughout the event. Japan's Minister for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic & Paralympic Games, Tamayo Marukawa made the announcement.

4. ଜୁଲାଇ ୩୧ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଯୁକ୍ତ ୨ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଫଳ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରାଯାଉଥିବା ଗଣଶିକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସମୀର ରଞ୍ଜନ ଦାଶଙ୍କ ସୂଚନା ।

5. ମନରେଗା ଶ୍ରମିକମାନଙ୍କୁ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ସହାୟତା, ୩୨ ଲକ୍ଷ ଶ୍ରମିକଙ୍କୁ ଦିଆଗଲା ୩୫୨ କୋଟି, ପ୍ରତି ଶ୍ରମଦିବସ ପାଇଁ ନିର୍ମାଣ ଶ୍ରମିକ ପାଇବେ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ୫୦ ଟଙ୍କା ।

6. ଆଇଏଏସ ବିଷ୍ଣୁପଦ ସେଠୀଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ମାମଲା ଖାରଜ, ସଦିଚ୍ଛାକ୍ରମେ ଟଙ୍କା ଫେରାଇ ଥିବାରୁ ବିଷ୍ଣୁପଦଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କଲେ ଲୋକାୟୁକ୍ତ ।

7. ଆଇପିଏସ ସ୍ତରରେ ଅଦଳବଦଳ: କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ଡେପୁଟେସନରୁ ଆସିଥିବା ଆଇଜି ଏସ ଦେବଦତ୍ତ ସିଂହଙ୍କୁ ପୁଲିସ ମୁଖ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ଆଇଜି ଭାବେ ଅବସ୍ଥାପିତ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଅଖିଳେଶ୍ବର ସିଂହ ହେଲେ ଜଗତସିଂହପୁର ଏସ୍‌ପି ।

8. ସମାନ ନାଗରିକ ସଂହିତା ପ୍ରଣୟନର ସମୟ ଆସିଛି । ଦେଶରେ ସମାନ ନାଗରିକ ସଂହିତା (ୟୁନିଫର୍ମ ସିଭିଲ୍ କୋଡ୍) ପ୍ରଣୟନ ସପକ୍ଷରେ ମତ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ଉଚ୍ଚ ନ୍ୟାୟାଳୟ ।

9. ଶନିବାର ୧୦ତାରିଖ ଦିନ ପୁରୀ ସହରରେ ଲାଗୁ ହେବନାହିଁ ସପ୍ତାହାନ୍ତ କଟକଣା । ଜନସାଧାରଣଙ୍କ ବୃହତ୍ତର ସ୍ବାର୍ଥକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ଏଭଳି ଗୁରୁତ୍ବପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର। ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ରିଲିଫ କମିସନରଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ନିର୍ଦେଶନାମା ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି ।

10. ବିଭିନ୍ନ କୃଷି ଯୋଜନାର ସଫଳ ରୂପାୟନ ଦିଗରେ ଯାଞ୍ଚ ଓ ତଦାରଖ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାକୁ କଡ଼ାକଡ଼ି କରିବା ପାଇଁ କୃଷି ଓ କୃଷକ ସଶକ୍ତିକରଣ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଯୁଗ୍ମ ସ୍କ୍ୱାଡ୍‌ ଗଠନ କରାଯାଇଛି ।

1. ଚଳିତବର୍ଷ ରଥଯାତ୍ରା ପାଇଁ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପ୍ରଶାସନ ପୁରୀ ସହରରେ ତିନିଦିନିଆ କର୍ଫ୍ୟୁ ଜାରି କରିଛି। ଜୁଲାଇ ୧୨ ତାରିଖରେ ଶ୍ରୀଗୁଣ୍ଡିଚା ଯାତ୍ରା ଥିବାରୁ ପୂର୍ବଦିନ ରାତିରୁ ଅର୍ଥାତ୍‌ ଜୁଲାଇ ୧୧ ତାରିଖ ରାତି ୮ଟାରୁ ପୁରୀ ସହରରେ କର୍ଫ୍ୟୁ ଲଗାଯିବ। ସାରା ସହରରେ ୧୪୪ ଧାରା ଜାରି ହେବ।

3. ସରକାରୀ ଓ ସରକାରୀ ଅନୁଦାନପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ପ୍ରାଥମିକ, ଉଚ୍ଚ ପ୍ରାଥମିକ (ପ୍ରଥମରୁ ଅଷ୍ଟମ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ) ଓ ଉଚ୍ଚ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ(୬ଷ୍ଠରୁ ଅଷ୍ଟମ)ର ସମସ୍ତ ଛାତ୍ରୀ, ଅନୁସୂଚିତ ଜାତି ଓ ଜନଜାତି, ଦାରିଦ୍ର୍ୟ ସୀମାରେଖା ତଳେ ଓ ଉପରେ ଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ ବାଳକ, ଏସ୍‌ସି ଓ ଏସ୍‌ଟି ବିଭାଗ ଅଧୀନ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟଗୁଡ଼ିକର ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ମାଗଣା ପୋଷାକ ଓ ଜୋତା ବଣ୍ଟାଯିବ। ଜଣେ ପିଲା ପିଛା ୪୦୦ ଟଙ୍କା ମୂଲ୍ୟରେ ଦୁଇ ହଳ ପୋଷାକ, ୨୦୦ ଟଙ୍କା ମୂଲ୍ୟରେ ହଳେ ଜୋତା ଓ ଦୁଇ ହଳ ମୋଜା ବଣ୍ଟନ କରାଯିବ।

4.  କରୋନାର ସମ୍ଭାବ୍ୟ ତୃତୀୟ ଲହରକୁ ନେଇ କଳ୍ପନା ଜଳ୍ପନା ଜାରି ରହିଛି। କିଏ ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ମାସରେ ଆସିବ କହୁଛନ୍ତି ତ ଆଉ କିଏ ସେପ୍ଟେମ୍ବର-ଅକ୍ଟୋବରରେ। ଏକାଧିକ ୟୁରୋପୀୟ ଦେଶରେ ତୃତୀୟ ଲହର ଆସି ସାରିଲାଣି।

5. ବିଶ୍ବରେ କରୋନା ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ଏବଂ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ସଂକ୍ରାନ୍ତରେ ବିଶ୍ବ ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସଂଗଠନ (ହୁ) ପକ୍ଷରୁ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଏଥିରେ କୁହାଯାଇଛି ଗତ ସପ୍ତାହରେ କରୋନା ସଂକ୍ରମଣରେ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ଘଟିଛି। କିନ୍ତୁ ସାପ୍ତାହିକ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଗତ ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ଠାରୁ ସର୍ବନିମ୍ନ ରହିଛି। 

6. ଦେଶର ନୂଆ ରେଳମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଭାବେ ଅଶ୍ବିନୀ ବୈଷ୍ଣବ ଗୁରୁବାର ଦାୟିତ୍ବ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି ।

7. ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଅଲମ୍ପିଆନ୍‌ଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ପୁରସ୍କାର ରାଶି ଘୋଷଣା କଲେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ, ଅଲମ୍ପିକ୍ସରେ ସ୍ବର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଜିତିଲେ ୬କୋଟି, ରୌପ୍ୟ ବିଜେତାଙ୍କୁ ୪କୋଟି ଏବଂ କାଂସ୍ୟ ପଦକ ପାଇଲେ ୨.୫କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ପୁରସ୍କାର ମିଳିବ ।

8. ଓଡ଼ିଶାରୁ ଅଲମ୍ପିକ୍ସରେ ପ୍ରତିନିଧିତ୍ବ କରିଥିବା ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗୀଙ୍କୁ ୧୫ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ଲେଖାଏଁ ପୁରସ୍କାର ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ-ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ।

9. ଚାଷୀଙ୍କ ସହାୟତା ପାଇଁ ୧ଲକ୍ଷ କୋଟି ଅନୁଦାନକୁ ମଞ୍ଜୁରୀ, ମଣ୍ଡି ଭିତ୍ତିଭୂମି ସୁଦୃଢ଼ କରିବାକୁ ୧ଲକ୍ଷ କୋଟି ।

10. ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଅଣ-ସ୍ନାତ୍ତକ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ କଳା, ବିଜ୍ଞାନ, ବାଣିଜ୍ୟର ୧୧ଟି ବିଷୟରେ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ ଇ-ଶିକ୍ଷାଦାନ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା,

14. କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ନୂଆ କୃଷି ଆଇନକୁ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର କରିବେ ନାହିଁ । ଏହାର ଅନ୍ୟ ବିକଳ୍ପ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ଚାଷୀଙ୍କ ସହ ଆଲୋଚନା ପାଇଁ ସରକାର ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ । ଗୁରୁବାର କେନ୍ଦ୍ର କୃଷିମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସିଂ ତୋମାର ଏହା କହିଛନ୍ତି ।

15. ବାମଦଳର ଆସନ୍ତା ୧୫ ତାରିଖ “ଓଡିଶା ବନ୍ଦ” ଡାକରାକୁ ସମର୍ଥନ କରିବ କଂଗ୍ରେସ-ନିରଞ୍ଜନ ।

16. ସାରା ବିଶ୍ବ ଟେଲିଭିଜନ ଓ ସୋସିଆଲ ମିଡିଆ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ହିଁ କାଳିଆ ଠାକୁରଙ୍କୁ ଦର୍ଶନ କରିବେ।

17. ଏଣିକି ଘରେ ବସି ଜମି କିଣିବିକା ପାଇଁ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ ସଂପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଅନ ଲାଇନ ପକ୍ରିୟା । ଏନେଇ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଶାସନ ସଚିବଙ୍କ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ।
