ଓଡିଶାର “ମୋ ସ୍କୁଲ ଓ ୫-ଟି ହାଇସ୍ତୁଲ ରୂପାନ୍ତରୀକରଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଜାତୀୟ ସ୍ତରରେ ପ୍ରଶଂସା ସାଉଁଟୁଛି । ବିଭିନ୍ନ ରାଜ୍ୟର ଅଧିକାରୀ ଓଡିଶା ଗସ୍ତ କରିବା ସହ ଏହି ଯୋଜନାକୁ ଅନୁଧ୍ୟାନ କରୁଛନ୍ତି । ଏହାର ଉଚ୍ଚପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିବା ସହ ନିଜ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଏହାକୁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ରୂପରେଖ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରୁଛନ୍ତି । ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଆସାମ, ବିହାର, ଝାଡ଼ଖଣ୍ଡ ଓ ମଧ୍ୟପ୍ରଦେଶ ଆଦି ରାଜ୍ୟର ପ୍ରତିନିଧି ଓଡିଶା ଗସ୍ତ କରି ମୋ ସ୍କୁଲ ମଡେଲକୁ ଅନୁସରଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି ।

ପାଣିପାଗ ବିଭାର ସୂଚନା ଅନୁସାରେ  ଆସନ୍ତା ୬ ତାରିଖରେ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ପୂର୍ବ ବଙ୍ଗୋପସାଗରରେ ଏକ ଘୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିବଳୟ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେବ। ଏହାର ୪୮ ଘଣ୍ଟା ଭିତରେ ଘନୀଭୂତ ହୋଇ ଲଘୁଚାପର ରୂପ ନେବ। ଏହାପରେ ଏହା ବାତ୍ୟାର ରୂପ ନେଇପାରେ। ତେବେ ସମ୍ଭାବ୍ୟ ବାତ୍ୟା ଆଶଙ୍କା କରି ଏବେଠୁ ସତର୍କ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ।

ଶ୍ରୀମନ୍ଦିରର ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଶାସକ ଭାବେ ବରିଷ୍ଠ ଆଇଏଏସ ରଞ୍ଜନ ଦାଶ ଶ୍ରୀମନ୍ଦିର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଶାସକ ଭାବେ ଦାୟିତ୍ବ ଗ୍ରହଣ କଲେ । ଦାୟିତ୍ବ ନେଲା ପରେ ସେ ଶ୍ରୀଜିଉଙ୍କୁ ଦର୍ଶନ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ମହାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସେବାରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବେ ବୋଲି ରଞ୍ଜନ ଦାଶ କହିଛନ୍ତି।

୧୯ ବର୍ଷ ପରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ବୋଟ ନିୟମ ବଦଳିବ । ଦୁଇ ମାସ ଭିତରେ ନୂଆ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ବୋଟ ଅଧିନିୟମ ଆସିବ । କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ଆଇନ ଢାଞ୍ଚାରେ ତିଆରି ହେବ ଅଧିନିୟମ । ବୋଟ ମାଲିକ, ନିର୍ମାତା, ଅଧିକାରୀ ଓ ନୀତି ନିର୍ଧାରକଙ୍କୁ ନେଇ ନୂଆ ବୋଟ ଅଧିନିୟମ ନେଇ ବିଚାର ବିମର୍ଷ ଚାଲିଛି ବୋଲି ବାଣିଜ୍ୟ ଓ ପରିବହନ ସଚିବ ଉଷା ପାଢ଼ୀ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।

ଛତିଶଗଡ଼ରେ ମାଓ ହମଲା ପରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ସବୁ ସୀମାନ୍ତ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ହାଇଆଲର୍ଟ ଜାରି । ମାଲକାନଗିରି, ନବରଙ୍ଗପୁର, ନୂଆପଡ଼ା ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ହାଇ ଆଲର୍ଟ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଏବେ ବରଗଡ଼ ଓ କଳାହାଣ୍ଡିରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ହାଇ ଆଲର୍ଟ ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଛି ।

ଏନ ସି ପି ର ଜାତୀୟ ସଭାପତି ପଦରୁ ଶରଦ ପାୱାର ଇସ୍ତଫା ଦେଇଥିବା ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଛି । ୧୯୯୯ ରେ ସେ କଂଗ୍ରେସରୁ ଅଲଗା ହୋଇ ଏନ ସି ପି ଗଠନ କରିଥିଲେ। ସେବେଠାରୁ ସେ ଦଳର ସଭାପତି ରହିଥିଲେ।

ସ୍କୁଟର କମ୍ପାନୀ ଗ୍ରାହକଙ୍କଠାରୁ ବ୍ୟାଟେରୀ ଚାର୍ଜର ପାଇଁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଟଙ୍କା ନେଇଥିଲା। କିନ୍ତୁ କମ୍ପାନୀ ଚାର୍ଜର ପାଇଁ ଟଙ୍କା ନେବା କଥା ନୁହେଁ । କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଏହି ଚାର୍ଜର ପାଇଁ ଟଙ୍କା ଫେରସ୍ତ କରିବାକୁ କହିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ପରିମାଣ ୯ ହଜାରରୁ ୧୯ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ରହିଛି। ଗଣମାଧ୍ୟମ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷ ୨୦୧୯-୨୦ରୁ ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୩୦, ୨୦୨୩ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଓଲା ଏସ-୧ ପ୍ରୋ ମଡେଲ କିଣିଛନ୍ତି ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ କମ୍ପାନୀ ଦେୟ ଫେରସ୍ତ କରିବ।

ଗ୍ରୀଷ୍ମ ଅବକାଶ ସମୟରେ ପ୍ରଥମରୁ ଦଶମ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବିଦ୍ୟାର୍ଥୀମାନଙ୍କ ପାଠପଢାକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ଯୋଜନା। ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଓ ଗଣଶିକ୍ଷା ବିଭାଗ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦଶରେ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେଲା ହଲିଡେ ହୋମଓ୍ବାର୍କ ପ୍ରୋଗ୍ରାମ । କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମର ସଫଳ ରୂପାୟନ ପାଇଁ ସମସ୍ତ ସ୍କୁଲକୁ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି ଏସଓପି ଏବଂ ନିୟମାବଳୀ।

ବଲିଉଡ କିମ୍ବଦନ୍ତୀ ରାଜ କପୁରଙ୍କ ମହଲର ମାଲିକାନା ଅଧିକାର ପାଇଁ ଦାଖଲ ହୋଇଥିବା ଆବେଦନକୁ ପେଶୱାର ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ ଖାରଜ କରିଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।

ପୂର୍ବ ୟୁକ୍ରେନରେ ବିଶେଷ କରି ବାଖମୁଟରେ ପାଞ୍ଚ ମାସ ଧରି ଚାଲିଥିବା ଯୁଦ୍ଧରେ ୨୦ ହଜାରରୁ ଅଧିକ ରୁଷିଆ ସୈନିକଙ୍କର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟିଛି ଏବଂ ୮୦ ହଜାରରୁ ଅଧିକ ଆହତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି।

ଗୁଜରାଟ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟରେ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ନେତା ରାହୁଲ ଗାନ୍ଧୀଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ହୋଇଥିବା ବଦନାମ ମାମଲାରେ ଦାଖଲ ହୋଇଥିବା ଅପରାଧିକ ସଂଶୋଧନ ଆବେଦନ ଉପରେ ଶୁଣାଣି ହୋଇଥିଲା। କୋର୍ଟ ମଧ୍ୟବର୍ତ୍ତୀକାଳୀନ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଦେବାକୁ ମନା କରିଥିବାବେଳେ ଦୋଷୀ ସାବ୍ୟସ୍ତ ହେବା ପାଇଁ ତାଙ୍କ ଆବେଦନ ଉପରେ ରାୟ ସଂରକ୍ଷିତ ରଖିଛନ୍ତି।

ଆସନ୍ତା ୭ ତାରିଖ ଯାଏଁ ଓଡିଶାରେ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ କାଳବୈଶାଖୀ ପ୍ରଭାବ ରହିବ। କାଳବୈଶାଖୀ ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ବଜ୍ରପାତ ସହ ବର୍ଷା ଓ ପବନର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଥିବା ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର ଆଞ୍ଚଳିକ ପାଣିପାଗ ବିଜ୍ଞାନ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ପକ୍ଷରୁ ପୂର୍ବାନୁମାନ କରାଯାଇଛି।

ଉପନିବେଶୀୟ ଅମଳର ଦେଶଦ୍ରୋହ ଆଇନ ବା ଆଇପିସିର ଧାରା ୧୨୪ଏ ଉପରେ ସମୀକ୍ଷା ଚାଲିଛି ଏବଂ ଏହାକୁ ସଂଶୋଧନ ପାଇଁ ପାର୍ଲାମେଣ୍ଟର ଆସନ୍ତା ମୌସୁମୀ ଅଧିବେଶନରେ ଉପସ୍ଥାପିତ କରାଯାଇପାରେ ବୋଲି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ସୁପ୍ରିମ୍‌କୋର୍ଟକୁ ଜଣାଇଛନ୍ତି।

ଆମେରିକାର ଦୁର୍ବଳ ହୋଇପଡ଼ିଥିବା ଫାଷ୍ଟ୍‌ ରିପବ୍ଲିକ୍ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କକୁ ଜେପି ମୋର୍ଗାନ୍ ଚେଜ୍ କିଣିବ। ଏହି ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କର କାରବାରକୁ ଆମେରିକାର ଆର୍ଥିକ ନିୟାମକ ସଂସ୍ଥା ନିଜ ଅକ୍ତିଆରକୁ ଆଣିଛି। ଫାଷ୍ଟ୍‌ ରିପବ୍ଲିକ୍‌ର ସମସ୍ତ ଜମା ଏବଂ ସମ୍ପତ୍ତିକୁ ଜେପି ମୋର୍ଗାନ ଅଧିଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବ।

କୋଭିଡ-୧୯ କାଳରେ କ୍ଷତିଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ହୋଇଥିବା ଏମ୍‌ଏସ୍‌ଏମ୍‌ଇ ଉଦ୍ୟୋଗଗୁଡିକୁ ସହାୟତା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ‘ବିବାଦ ସେ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ-୧’ ଯୋଜନା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ଦେଶରେ ଏପ୍ରିଲ ମାସରେ ଦୁଇ ଚକିଆ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ଯାନ ବିକ୍ରି ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇଛି। ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ମାସରେ ୮୩,୨୯୨ଟି ଦୁଇ ଚକିଆ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ଯାନ ବିକ୍ରି ହୋଇଥିବାବେଳେ ଏପ୍ରିଲରେ ଏଥିରେ ପାଖାପାଖି ଏକ ଚତୁର୍ଥାଂଶ ହ୍ରାସ ଘଟି ୬୨,୫୮୧ ରହିଛି ବୋଲି ବାହାନ ତଥ୍ୟରୁ ଜଣାଯାଇଛି।

କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଭବିଷ୍ୟନିଧି ପାଣ୍ଠି ସଂଗଠନ (ଇପିଏଫଓ) ଅଧିକ ପେନସନ ପାଇଁ ଆବେଦନର ସମୟସୀମା ଆଜି ବଢ଼ାଇ ଦେଇଛି। ମେ ୩ ତାରିଖରେ ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଅନଲାଇନ ଆବେଦନର ସୁଯୋଗ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ରହିଥିବାବେଳେ ଆଜି ଏହାକୁ ୨୬ ଜୁନ୍ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବଢ଼ାଇ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି।

୨୦୨୩-୨୪ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷରେ ଦେଶର ୭ଟି ମାଓପ୍ରବଣ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ସଡ଼କ ନିର୍ମାଣ ପାଇଁ ୧୦୫ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଆବଣ୍ଟନ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଏହି ଯୋଜନାରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାକୁ ୮ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ମିଳିଥିବା ବେଳେ ଛତିଶଗଡ଼କୁ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ୮୫ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଦିଆଯାଇଛି।

ଗେଲ୍ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ଲିମିଟେଡ ଶିଳ୍ପ କ୍ଷେତ୍ର ଏବଂ ବାଣିଜ୍ୟିକ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ଉଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ପିଏନ୍‌ଜି (ପାଇପ୍ ଯୋଗେ ଯୋଗାଇ ଦିଆଯାଉଥିବା ପ୍ରାକୃତିକ ଗ୍ୟାସ) ମୂଲ୍ୟ ମେ’ ପହିଲାରୁ ହ୍ରାସ କରିବ ବୋଲି ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛି।

ଅଙ୍ଗଦାନ କରୁଥିବା କେନ୍ଦ୍ର କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କୁ ୪୨ ଦିନ ପାଇଁ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ଛୁଟି (ସିଏଲ) ମିଳିବ। ଅସ୍ତ୍ରୋପଚାର ପରେ ସୁସ୍ଥ ହେବା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଏହି ଛୁଟି ଦିଆଯିବ। ଏଥିପାଇଁ ସରକାରୀ ମାନ୍ୟତା ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ଡାକ୍ତରଙ୍କ ଅନୁମତି ନେବାକୁ ପଡିବ। ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଏବେ ଏଭଳି ମାମଲାରେ ୩୦ ଦିନ ପାଇଁ ଛୁଟି ମିଳୁଛି।
