2820	04-09-2021	Odia	ପ୍ରଥମ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟରେ ୧୧୦ଟି ନୂତନ ଯାତ୍ରୀବାହୀ ବସ୍ ଉଦଘାଟନ କରିଛନ୍ତି ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ । ଏହି ନୂଆ ବସ ପ୍ରଦୂଷଣ ରହିତ ରହିଛି, ଏଥି ସହିତ ବିଏସ୍-୬ ଶ୍ରେଣୀର ମଧ୍ୟ । ନୂତନ ବସରେ ରୁଟ୍ ଟ୍ରାକିଂ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ରହିଛି । ଏହି ଅତ୍ୟାଧୁନିକ ନୂଆ ବସକୁ ଲୋକାର୍ପଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ । ସହିଦନଗରରେ ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ ହେଲା OTDCର ଓଡ଼ିଆ ରେଷ୍ଟୁରାଣ୍ଟ ‘ନିମନ୍ତ୍ରଣ’ । ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ‘ନିମନ୍ତ୍ରଣ’ ରେଷ୍ଟୁରାଣ୍ଟକୁ ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ସଂସ୍କୃତି ଓ ପର୍ଯଟନ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଜ୍ୟୋତି ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଣିଗ୍ରାହୀ ଓ OTDC ଅଧକ୍ଷା ଶ୍ରିମୟୀ ମିଶ୍ର ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ଥିଲେ । କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ 5T ସଚିବ ଭି.କେ ପାଣ୍ଡିୟାନ ମଧ୍ୟ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ରହିଥିଲେ । ଆନ୍ତର୍ଜାତିକ ଫିଲ୍ମ ଫେଷ୍ଟିଭାଲରେ ମନୋନୀତ ହେଲା ଓଡ଼ିଆ ସର୍ଟ ଫିଲ୍ମ । ବାଲେଶ୍ଵରର ଶିଳ୍ପୀ କେଶୁଦାସଙ୍କ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶିତ ଫିଲ୍ମ ଏ ଲିଟିଲ ପଟସେର୍ଡ ଆର୍ଟିଷ୍ଟ ଇନ୍ କୋଭିଡ ୧୯ ଫିଲ୍ମ ମନୋନୀତ ହୋଇଛି । ଜେବିଏସ୍ ଓ ଓରିଫାର୍ମିଙ୍ଗ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ଦ୍ବାରା ଆୟୋଜିତ ୨ୟ କୋଭିଡ ଆନ୍ତର୍ଜାତିକ ଫିଲ୍ମ ଫେଷ୍ଟିଭାଲରେ ଏହା ମନୋନୀତ ହେଇଛି । ଭାରତ ସହ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ଦେଶର ମୋଟ ୨୭୫ଟି ଫିଲ୍ମ ଆସିଥିବା ବେଳେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ୧୦ଟି କ୍ଷୁଦ୍ର ଚଳଚ୍ଚିତ୍ର ସ୍ଥାନିତ ହୋଇଛି । ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ବିଧାନସଭାରୁ ଲାଲକିଲ୍ଲାକୁ ଥିଲା ଗୁପ୍ତ ସୁଡଙ୍ଗ। ଖୋଦ ରାଜଧାନୀ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀର ମଧ୍ୟଭାଗରେ ଏକ ପୁରାତନ ଦୀର୍ଘ ସୁଡଙ୍ଗର ଆବିଷ୍କାର ପରେ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀରେ ଚାଞ୍ଚଲ୍ୟ ଖେଳିଛି। ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ବିଧାନସଭା ବାଚସ୍ପତି ରାମ ନିଓ୍ୱାସ ଗୋୟଲ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଅତୀତରେ ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତା ସଂଗ୍ରାମୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏହି ସୁଡଙ୍ଗ ଦେଇ ଲାଲକିଲ୍ଲା ନିଆଯାଉଥିଲା। ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଭିତରେ ଯେପରି ଉତ୍ତେଜନା ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇବ ନାହିଁ ତାହାକୁ ନଜରରେ ରଖି ଏହି ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନିଆଯାଉଥିଲା। କରୋନା କାରଣରୁ ମୃତ୍ୟୁବରଣ କରିଥିବା ଲୋକଙ୍କ ପରିବାରକୁ କ୍ଷତିପୂରଣ ଦେବା ନୀତି ଉପରେ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ ଅସନ୍ତୋଷ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତ କରିଛନ୍ତି। କ୍ଷତିପୂରଣ ନୀତି ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିବା ବ୍ୟତୀତ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ପ୍ରମାଣପତ୍ରରେ ମୃତ୍ୟୁର ପ୍ରକୃତ କାରଣ ରେକର୍ଡ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଏକ ସିଷ୍ଟମ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିବାକୁ କୋର୍ଟ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରକୁ କହିଥିଲେ। ହେଲେ ଏପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ କୌଣସିଥିରେ ବି ସଫଳ ହୋଇପାରିଲେ ନାହିଁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରସରକାର। ତାଲିବାନ ଆତଙ୍କି ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ କାଶ୍ମୀର ସମେତ ବିଶ୍ୱର ସମସ୍ତ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ମୁସଲମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ କହିବାର ଅଧିକାର ରଖୁଛନ୍ତି ବୋଲି କହିବା ଘଟଣା ଭାରତର ଚିନ୍ତା ବଢାଇ ଦେଇଛି। ତୀରନ୍ଦାଜରେ ହରବିନ୍ଦର ସିଂହ କାଂସ୍ୟ (ବ୍ରୋଞ୍ଜ) ପଦକ ଜିତିଛନ୍ତି। ପାରା ଅଲିମ୍ପିକ୍ସରେ ତୀରନ୍ଦାଜରେ ଏହା ଭାରତର ପ୍ରଥମ ପଦକ। ହରବିନ୍ଦର କୋରିଆର ଏମ.ଏସ କିମଙ୍କୁ ୬-୫ରେ ପରାସ୍ତ କରି ଏହି ଗୌରବ ହାସଲ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏଥିସହ ଭାରତ ପୁଣି ଗୋଟିଏ ଦିନରେ ୩ଟି ପଦକ ଜିତିଛି। ଚଳିତ ଟୋକିଓ ପାରାଲିମ୍ପିକ୍ସରେ ଇତିହାସ ରଚିଛନ୍ତି ଶୁଟର୍ ଅବନୀ ଲଖେରା। ଅବନୀ ପାରାଲିମ୍ପିକ୍ସରେ ତାଙ୍କର ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ପଦକ ଜିତିଛନ୍ତି। ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ଅବନୀ ମହିଳାଙ୍କ ୫୦ ମିଟର୍ ରାଇଫଲ୍-୩ ପୋଜିସନ୍ ଏସଏଚ୍-୧ରେ ବ୍ରୋଞ୍ଜ ପଦକ ଜିତିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ପଦକ ସହ ଭାରତର ପଦକ ସଂଖ୍ୟା ୧୨ରେ ପହଞ୍ଚି ଯାଇଛି। 9. ଧାବିକା ଦୂତି ଚାନ୍ଦଙ୍କ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ପରେ ଜଣେ ୱେବ ପୋର୍ଟାଲ ଏଡିଟରଙ୍କୁ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ମହିଳା ଥାନା ପୋଲିସ ଗିରଫ କରିଛି । ଏଡିଟର ସୁଧାଂଶୁ ରାଉତଙ୍କ ସହ ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତ ୱେବ୍ ପୋର୍ଟାଲର ଜଣେ ସାମ୍ବାଦିକଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଗିରଫ କରାଯାଇଛି । କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଭବିଷ୍ୟନିଧି ପାଣ୍ଠି ସଂଗଠନ (ଇପିଏଫ୍‌ଓ) ହେଉ କି ସ୍ବେଚ୍ଛାକୃତ ଭବିଷ୍ୟନିଧି ପାଣ୍ଠି(ଭିପିଏଫ୍‌)ରେ ଏଣିକି କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ବାର୍ଷିକ ଯୋଗଦାନ ୨.୫ ଲକ୍ଷରୁ ଅଧିକ ହେବ ସେ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ସଦସ୍ୟଙ୍କୁ ମିଳିଥିବା ସୁଧ ଉପରେ ଟିକସ ଦେବାକୁ ହେବ। ପଞ୍ଜଶୀରରେ ୩୫୦ ଜଣ ତାଲିବାନୀ ନିପାତ। ସେଠକାର ସାମ୍ୱାଦିକ ନାତିକ ମାଲିକଜାଦା ଦ୍ୱାରା କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଟ୍ୱିଟ୍ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଆଫଗାନିସ୍ତାନର ପଞ୍ଜଶୀରର ପ୍ରବେଶ ପଥ ଗୁଲବାହାର ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ତାଲିବାନ ସୈନିକ ଏବଂ ନର୍ଦନ ଏଲାଏନ୍ସ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ମୁହାଁମୁହିଁ ହୋଇଥିଲେ । ବଢ଼ି ଚାଲିଛି କମ୍ପାନୀ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ମୁକେଶ ଅମ୍ୱାନୀଙ୍କ ସମ୍ପତ୍ତି । ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ରିଲାଏନ୍ସ ଇଣ୍ଡଷ୍ଟ୍ରିଜ୍‌ର ବଜାର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇ ୧୫ ଲକ୍ଷ କୋଟିରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛି । (Market Capitalization) ଏମ୍‌କ୍ୟାପ୍‌ରେ ଏହି ସ୍ତର ହାସଲ କରିଥିବା ରିଲାଏନ୍ସ ଦେଶର ପ୍ରଥମ କମ୍ପାନୀ । ଭାରତ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଶିକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ ୪୬ଟି କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ଖାଲି ପଡିଥିବା ୬ ହଜାର ପଦବୀକୁ ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ଶେଷ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ପୂରଣ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ମିଶନ ମୋଡରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବାକୁ ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର କୁଳପତି ମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆହ୍ୱାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଶିକ୍ଷା, ଦକ୍ଷତା ବିକାଶ ଏବଂ ଉଦ୍ୟମିତା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଧର୍ମେନ୍ଦ୍ର ପ୍ରଧାନ । ଆଫଗାନିସ୍ତାନର ମାନବାଧିକାର କର୍ମୀ ହୋରିଆ ମୋସାଡିକ୍ କହିଛନ୍ତି। ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ମୁକ୍ତ କଏଦୀମାନେ “ମହିଳା ବିଚାରପତି, ମହିଳା ଓକିଲ ଏବଂ ମହିଳା ପୋଲିସ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଧମକ	568	Y
