11.ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ଗୁଇନ୍ଦା ସଂସ୍ଥା ମୋାସଦ ଆତଙ୍କବାଦୀ ସଂଗଠନ ହେଜବୁଲ୍ଲାକୁ ଟାର୍ଗେଟ୍‌ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଅସମ୍ଭବକୁ ସମ୍ଭବ କରିଦେଖାଇଛି। ସମଗ୍ର ଇସ୍ରାଏଲରେ ହେଜବୁଲ୍ଲା ସଦସ୍ୟଙ୍କୁ ଟାର୍ଗେଟ୍‌ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ସେମାନେ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରୁଥିବା ପ୍ରତିଟି ପେଜର୍‌କୁ ବୋମାରେ ପରିଣତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ଗୁପ୍ତଚର ଏଜେନ୍ସି  ସଫଳ ହୋଇଛି। ଲେବାନନରେ ପେଜର ବିସ୍ଫୋରଣରେ ପ୍ରାୟ ୩୦୦୦ ଲୋକ ଆହତ ହେବା ସହ ୧୨ ଜଣଙ୍କର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଥିଲା।
