କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରତ ଗୋମିତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରାଣିସଂପଦ ବିକାଶ ଅଧିନସ୍ଥ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ ଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ଖାଲିଥିବା ଆଟେଣ୍ଡାଣ୍ଟ ଗ୍ରୁପ୍‌-ଡି ପଦବୀରେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ଦେବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ମତ୍ସ୍ୟ ଓ ପ୍ରାଣିସଂପଦ ବିକାଶ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯାଇଛି ।

ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ଯୁକ୍ତ ଦୁଇ କଳାରେ ୨ ଲକ୍ଷ  ୩୦ ହଜାର ୫୪୫ ଜଣ ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଦେଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଧନ୍ଦା ମୂଳକ ଶିକ୍ଷାରେ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ୫ ହଜାର ୭୨୦ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ ।ଯୁକ୍ତ ଦୁଇ କଳାରେ ପାସ୍ ହାର ୭୮.୮୮ % ରହିଥିବା ବେଳେ  ମୋଟ ୧ ଲକ୍ଷ ୮୧ ହଜାର ୮୬୯ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ ପାସ୍ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି ।

ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ଆରବ ସାଗରରେ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇଥିବା ପ୍ରଥମ ବାତ୍ୟା ‘ବିପଯ୍ୟୟ’ ଆରବ ସାଗରରେ ଆହୁରି ଶକ୍ତିଶାଳୀ ହେଉଛି । ଆଗାମୀ ତିନିଦିନ ଭିତରେ ଏହା ଅତି ଭୀଷଣ ବାତ୍ୟାର ରୂପ ନେଇପାରେ ବୋଲି ପାଣିପାଗ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ପୂର୍ବାନୁମାନ କରିଛି ।

ଏମ ଏସ ସ୍ୱାମୀନାଥନ କମିଶନ ଅନୁସାରେ ଧାନ ପାଇଁ ଶାଢେ ତିନି ହଜାର ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ହେଉଛି। ଏମିତି କି ରାଜ୍ୟ ବିଧାନସଭାର ସର୍ବଦଳୀୟ କମିଟି ୨୯୩୦ ଟଙ୍କା ଦେବାକୁ ଦାବି କରିଥିଲା। ତେଣୁ ଆମେ ଆଶା କରୁଛୁ ଏହାର ପୁନର୍ବାର ବିଚାର କରି ବଢ଼ାଇବେ। ଅନ୍ତତଃ ୨୯୩୦ ଟଙ୍କାରେ ପହଞ୍ଚାଇବେ।

ବିହାର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନୀତୀଶ କୁମାର ପାଟନାରେ ଡକାଇଥିବା ବିରୋଧୀ ଦଳ ବୈଠକ ଜୁନ୨୩ରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି।

ପ୍ରେସମିଟରେ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଶାସନ ସଚିବ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣା ଜନିତ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ସଂଖ୍ୟା ୨୭୫ରେ ସ୍ଥିର ଅଛି । ମୃତଦେହ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ଏବଂ ହସ୍ତାନ୍ତର ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଜାରି ରହିଛି । ଏ ଯାଏ ୧୭୦ ଜଣଙ୍କ ମୃତଦେହ ଚିହ୍ନଟ ସରିଲାଣି । ଆହତଙ୍କ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ରକ୍ତର ଅଭାବ ନାହିଁ ବୋଲି ମୁଖ୍ୟ ସଚିବ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସାରା ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ଲୋକେ ସ୍ବତଃପ୍ରବୃତ ଭାବେ ରକ୍ତ ଦେଇ ଚାଲିଛନ୍ତି।

ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତିତ ଜୀବନଶୈଳୀ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସମ୍ପର୍କର ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ଯୋଗୁ ଲିଭ୍‌ ଇନରେ ରହୁଥିବା ଶହ ଶହ ଯୁବବର୍ଗଙ୍କ ପାର୍ଇ ବିପଦ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇଛି। ଫଳରେ ଏକ ଅଦ୍ଭୁତ ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇଛି । ବିପଦକୁ ଅନୁଭବ କରି ଏଭଳି ଯୁବବର୍ଗମାନେ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ପାଇଁ ପଞ୍ଜାବ ଏବଂ ହରିୟାଣା ହାଇକୋର୍ଟରେ ଆବେଦନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଗତ ଚାରି ଦିନ ଧରି ହାଇକୋର୍ଟରେ ଏହି ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗରେ ବିତର୍କ ଚାଲିଛି, କିନ୍ତୁ ବିଚାରପତିମାନେ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତ ନେବା ସ୍ଥିତିରେ ପହଞ୍ଚି ପାରି ନାହାନ୍ତି।

‘ମହାଭାରତ’ ସିରିଏଲରେ ଶକୁନି ଭୂମିକାରେ ଅଭିନୟ କରିଥିବା ଗୁଫି ପେଣ୍ଟାଲଙ୍କର ୭୯ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରେ  ଦେହାନ୍ତ ହୋଇଛି।

ଧାରଣାରୁ ଓହରିଯିବା ରିପୋର୍ଟକୁ ଭୁଲ ବୋଲି ବର୍ଣ୍ଣନା କରି ସାକ୍ଷୀ ମଲିକ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଏହି ଖବର ସଂପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଭୁଲ ଅଟେ। ନ୍ୟାୟ ସଂଗ୍ରାମରେ ଆମ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ କେହି ପଛଘୁଞ୍ଚା ଦେଇ ନାହାଁନ୍ତି କିମ୍ବା ଏହା ମଧ୍ୟ କରିବେ ନାହିଁ। ସତ୍ୟଗ୍ରାହ ସହିତ ମୁଁ ରେଳବାଇରେ ମୋର ଦାୟିତ୍ୱ ପୂରଣ କରୁଛି। ଆମେ ନ୍ୟାୟ ପାଇବା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଆମର ସଂଗ୍ରାମ ଜାରି ରହିଛି। ଦୟାକରି କୌଣସି ଭୁଲ ଖବର ପ୍ରସାରଣ କରନ୍ତୁ ନାହିଁ ବୋଲି ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି।

ଛତିଶଗଡ଼ର ବିଜାପୁରରେ ପୁଣିଥରେ ସିଆରପିଏଫ ଯବାନଙ୍କୁ ଟାର୍ଗେଟ କରିଛନ୍ତି ମାଓବାଦୀ।ସୋମବାର ସକାଳେ ବିଜାପୁରରେ ଆଇଇଡି ବିସ୍ଫୋରଣରେ ତିନି ଜଣ ସିଆରପିଏଫ ଯବାନ ଆହତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି।

ପଞ୍ଜାବ ଏବଂ ହରିୟାଣା ହାଇକୋର୍ଟରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଥିଲା ଯେତେବେଳେ ଲିଭ ଇନରେ ରହୁଥିବା ୧୦୦ ଦମ୍ପତି ବିବାହ କରିଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସମୟରେ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ପାଇଁ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟରେ ଆବେଦନ କରିଥିଲେ। ସେମାନେ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ବିବାହ କରିସାରିଛନ୍ତି, କିନ୍ତୁ ଛାଡପତ୍ର ନ ହୋଇ ଅନ୍ୟ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ରହିବାକୁ ଲାଗିଲେ। ଏହାର ଫଳାଫଳ କ’ଣ ହେବ ସେମାନେ ଚିନ୍ତା କରି ନାହାନ୍ତି। ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ ଏଭଳି ମାମଲା ରୁଜୁ କରି ଶୁଣାଣି ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ଚାଇନା ଏହାର ଆପତ୍ତିଜନକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ବନ୍ଦ କରୁ ନାହିଁ। ଫଳରେ ତାଇଓ୍ବାନର ବିବାଦୀୟ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଆମେରିକା ସହିତ ସ୍ଥିତି ମୁହାଁମୁହିଁ ହେବାରେ ଲାଗିଛି। ଚାଇନା କ୍ରମାଗତ ଭାବରେ ଆମେରିକାକୁ ଉତ୍ତେଜିତ କରିବାକୁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରୁଛି।

ଚୀନର ମହାକାଶ ଷ୍ଟେସନ୍ ନିର୍ମାଣ ପାଇଁ ଦୀର୍ଘ ୬ ମାସ ଧରି ଚାଲିଥିବା ଅଭିଯାନ ଶେଷ କରିବା ପରେ ୩ ଜଣ ଚୀନ୍ ମହାକାଶଚାରୀ ରବିବାର ସେନଜୋ-୧୫ ମାନବବାହୀ ମହାକାଶଯାନରେ ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ଭାବେ ପୃଥିବୀକୁ ଫେରିଛନ୍ତି।

ରିହାତିରେ ରୁଷ୍‌ରୁ ମିଳୁଥିବା ତେଲକୁ ଭାରତ ହାତ ଛଡ଼ା କରିବାକୁ ଚାହୁନାହିଁ। ପ୍ରତି ମାସରେ ଏହା ଅଧିକରୁ ଅଧିକ ତେଲ କିଣୁଛି। ମେ’ ମାସରେ ରୁଷ୍ ତେଲ କିଣ‌ାରେ ରେକର୍ଡ ହୋଇଛି। ଏହି ମାସରେ ଭାରତ ୪୨ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ତେଲ ରୁଷ୍‌ରୁ କିଣିଛି।

ଗତ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷ ୨୦୨୨-୨୩ରେ ଦେଶର ସମସ୍ତ ୧୨ଟି ସରକାରୀ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଲାଭ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ତେଣୁ ସରକାର ଏଥର ସେମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଦୁଇ ଗୁଣା ଅଧିକ ଲାଭାଂଶ ପାଇବେ ବୋଲି ଆଶା କରାଯାଉଛି।
