2098	25-09-2022	Odia	ସ୍ୱଚ୍ଛ ବାୟୁ ସର୍ଭେକ୍ଷଣ ଅଭିଯାନ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିବ ପରିବେଶ, ଜଙ୍ଗଲ ଏବଂ ଜଳବାୟୁ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ(MoEFCC)। ଜାତୀୟ ସ୍ୱଚ୍ଛ ବାୟୁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ(NCAP)୨୦୧୯ ଅଧିନରେ ଏହି ଅଭିଯାନ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ। ବିଦେଶ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଏସ ଜୟଶଙ୍କର ଆମେରିକା ଗସ୍ତରେ ଥାଇ ଭାରତର ଅର୍ଥବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କଥା ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରି କହିଛନ୍ତି, ଅଷ୍ଟଦଶ ଶତାବ୍ଦୀରେ ଭାରତର ଅର୍ଥବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ବିଶ୍ୱର ମୋଟ ଅର୍ଥବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାର ପ୍ରାୟ ଏକ ଚତୁର୍ଥାଂଶ ଥିଲା । କିନ୍ତୁ ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତାର ୭୫ତମ ବର୍ଷରେ ଭାରତ ଦୁନିଆର ପଞ୍ଚମ ବୃହତ ଅର୍ଥବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ହୋଇ ଗର୍ବର ସହ ଠିଆ ହୋଇଛି । ନ୍ୟାସ୍‌ନାଲ ଷ୍ଟକ୍ ଏକ୍ସଚେଞ୍ଜ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କର ବେଆଇନ ଭାବେ ଫୋନ୍ ଟ୍ୟାପିଂ କରିଥିବା ଅବିଯୋଗରେ ସିବିଆଇ ଶନିବାର ମୁମ୍ବାଇ ପୂର୍ବତନ ପୁଲିସ କମିଶନର ସଞ୍ଜୟ ପାଣ୍ଡେଙ୍କୁ ଗିରଫ କରିଛି। ଶିଶୁ ଯୌନ ନିର୍ଯାତନା ସହ ଜଡିତ ଅପରାଧ ବିରୋଧରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ତଦନ୍ତକାରୀ ବ୍ୟୁରୋ(ସିବିଆଇ) ବଡ଼ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଛି। ଶନିବାର ଦେଶର ୨୦ଟି ରାଜ୍ୟର ୫୬ଟି ସ୍ଥାନରେ ସିବିଆଇ ଚଢଉ କରିଛି । ସିବିଆଇ ଏହାକୁ ‘ଅପରେଶନ ମେଘଚକ୍ର’ ନାଁ ଦେଇଛି । ଦେଶରେ ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ୧ରେ ଲଞ୍ଚ ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି ୫ଜି ସେବା। ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ମୋବାଇଲ୍ କଂଗ୍ରେସରେ ୫ଜି ସେବାର ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ କରିବେ। ପ୍ରଗତି ମଇଦାନରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମର ଆୟୋଜନ କରାଯାଉଛି। ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ଏକ ସମୁଦ୍ର ଉପକୂଳରୁ ଉତ୍ତମ ରୂପେ ସଂରକ୍ଷିତ ଜାହାଜର ଭଗ୍ନାବଶେଷ ଆବିଷ୍କୃତ ହୋଇଛି । ୭ମ ଶତାବ୍ଦୀରେ ଇସ୍‌ଲାମିକ ସାମ୍ରାଜ୍ୟ ସ୍ଥାପନ ପରେ ଭୂମଧ୍ୟସାଗରୀୟ ଦେଶଗୁଡ଼ିକର ବ୍ୟବସାୟୀମାନେ ଏଠାରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଜିନିଷପତ୍ର ଅନ୍‌ଲୋଡ୍‌ କରୁଥିଲେ ବୋଲି ଏହା ପ୍ରମାଣ କରୁଛି । ୟୁକ୍ରେନର କେତେକ ଅଂଚଳରେ ରୁଷ ସେନାର ପଛଘୁଞ୍ଚାକୁ ନେଇ ଭୀଷଣ ରାଗିଯାଇଛନ୍ତି ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଭ୍ଲାଦିମିର ପୁଟିନ । ଏଥିପାଇଁ ସେ ଉପ-ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଡିମିଟ୍ରି ବୁଲଗାକୋଭଙ୍କୁ ହଟାଇଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ତାଙ୍କ ସ୍ଥାନରେ କର୍ଣ୍ଣେଲ ଜେନେରାଲ ମିଖାଇଲ ମିଜିନଟେଭଙ୍କୁ ନୂଆ ଉପ-ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ନୂଆ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଅନୁସାରେ ଯେଉଁ ସୈନ୍ୟ ସ୍ବେଚ୍ଛାକୃତଭାବେ ଆତ୍ମସମର୍ପଣ କରିବ କିମ୍ବା ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ଲଢିବାକୁ ମନା କରିବ ତାକୁ ଗିରଫ କରାଯିବ ଓ ୧୦ ବର୍ଷ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଜେଲଦଣ୍ଡ ଦିଆଯିବ । ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଆଇନରେ କେତେକ ସଂଶୋଧନ ଅଣାଯାଇଛି ଓ ଏଥିରେ ପୁଟିନ ଦସ୍ତଖତ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଉପମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମନୀଷ ସିସୋଦିଆଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ଥିବା ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ଜଳ ବୋର୍ଡରେ ହୋଇଥିବା ୨୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ଏକ ଅର୍ଥ ତୋଷାରପାତ ମାମଲାରେ ଉପରାଜ୍ୟପାଳ ଆଜି ତଦନ୍ତ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେବା ପରେ ଆଗକୁ ଏହି ବିବାଦ ବଢିବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ଦେଖାଦେଇଛି । ଜଳ ବୋର୍ଡରେ ହୋଇଥିବା ୨୦ କୋର୍ଟ ତୋଷାରପାତ ପଛରେ କେଉଁ ଅଧିକାରୀ ବା କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନେ ଅଛନ୍ତି ତାହାର ତଦନ୍ତ କରି ୧୫ ଦିନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଦେବାକୁ ଉପରାଜ୍ୟପାଳ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀର ମୁଖ୍ୟସଚିବଙ୍କୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ‘୫ଟି’ ଅଭିଯାନ ଅଧୀନରେ ସୁନ୍ଦରଗଡ଼ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ସମସ୍ତ ସରକାରୀ ହାଇସ୍କୁଲର ରୂପାନ୍ତରଣ କରାଯାଉଛି। ଶନିବାର ଦିନ ‘୫ଟି’ ସଚିବ ଭି କାର୍ତ୍ତିକେୟନ୍ ପାଣ୍ଡିଆନ୍ ଭିଡିଓ କନଫରେନ୍ସିଂ ଜରିଆରେ ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମର ଅଗ୍ରଗତି ସମୀକ୍ଷା କରିବା ବେଳେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କଠାରୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଭବିଷ୍ୟତର ସ୍ୱପ୍ନ ବିଷୟରେ ପଚାରି ବୁଝିଥିଲେ। ୩ଲକ୍ଷ ରିଜର୍ଭ ଫୋର୍ସ ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ସାମରିକ ଟ୍ରେନିଂ ନେଇଥିବା ନାଗରିକଙ୍କୁ ୟୁକ୍ରେନ୍‌ରେ ମୁତୟନ କରାଯିବ ବୋଲି ରୁଷ୍ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ପୁଟିନଙ୍କ ଘୋଷଣା ପରେ ଦେଶବ୍ୟାପୀ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା ଦେଖାଦେଇଛି । କିଏ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନକୁ ଓହ୍ଲାଉଛି ତ ଆଉ କିଏ ଦେଶ ଛାଡ଼ି ପଳାଉଛି। ଗତ ଫେବ୍ରୁଆରି ୨୪ରେ ରୁଷ ୟୁକ୍ରେନ ଉପରେ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରିଥିଲା । ଏହା ପରେ ପାଶ୍ଚାତ୍ୟ ଦେଶମାନେ ରୁଷ ଉପରେ କଟକଣା ଲଗାଇଥିଲେ । ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ଏବେ ୭ମ ମାସରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିଥିବାବେଳେ ବିଜୟ ଏବେ ବି ରୁଷ ହାତମୁଠାକୁ ଆସିପାରିନାହିଁ । ପୁରୀ ୧୧ ନମ୍ବର ଜୋନ୍ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପରିଷଦ ସଭ୍ୟ ଧର୍ମେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଙ୍କ ଆତ୍ମହତ୍ୟା । ତାଙ୍କ ଝୁଲନ୍ତା ମୃତଦେହ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ଲକ୍ଷ୍ମୀବିହାର ସ୍ଥିତ ବାସଘର ସମ୍ମୁଖରୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ତେବେ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଧର୍ମେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ସୋଶାଲ ମିଡିଆ ଫେସ୍‌ବୁକ୍‌ରେ ଏକ ପୋଷ୍ଟ କରିଥିଲେ। ସେଥିରେ ସେ ଲେଖିଥିଲେ, ‘ମୋ ଫୋନ୍‌ ଦୁଇଟାରେ ସବୁ ଭିଡିଓ ରହିଛି। ତାକୁ ଲୋକଲୋଚନକୁ ଆଣିବେ। ସୁନା ବ୍ୟବସାୟୀଙ୍କ ଠାରୁ ଲାଞ୍ଚ ନେଉଥିବା ବେଳେ ଆୟକର ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ଧରିଛି ସିବିଆଇ। ଖୋର୍ଦ୍ଧାର ଶାନ୍ତି ଜୁଏଲର୍ସ ମାଲିକଙ୍କ ଠାରୁ ଟଙ୍କା ଲାଞ୍ଚ ନେଉଥିବା ବେଳେ ଆୟକର ଅଧିକାରୀ ସୁମନ ସୁନ୍ଦର ସାହୁଙ୍କୁ ବାନ୍ଧିଛି ସିବିଆଇ। ଖୋର୍ଦ୍ଧା ଶ୍ରୀରାମ ନଗର ସ୍ଥିତ ବାସଭବନ ରେ ଚଢାଉ କରି ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର ସିବିଆଇ ଟିମ୍‌ ସୁମନ ଲାଞ୍ଚ ନେଉଥିବା ୫ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ଓ ସୁନାଚେନ୍‌ ଜବତ କରିବା ସହ ସୁମନଙ୍କୁ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର ସିବିଆଇ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟକୁ ଉଠାଇ ଆଣି ପଚରାଉଚୁରା କରୁଛି। ଓଡ଼ିଶା ମିଲେଟ ମିଶନର ସଫଳତାକୁ ସ୍ୱୀକୃତି ମିଳିଛି। ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ଓ ଚାଷ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହନ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ଉଲ୍ଲେଖନୀୟ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ ପାଇଁ ପୋଷକ ଅନାଜ ପୁରସ୍କାର ମିଳିଛି। ଜାତିସଂଘ ଦ୍ୱାରା ୨୦୨୩କୁ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ମିଲେଟ୍‍ ବର୍ଷ ଭାବରେ ଘୋଷଣା କରାଯାଇଛି। କୃଷି ଓ କୃଷକ ସଶକ୍ତିକରଣ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ମିଲେଟ୍‍ ବର୍ଷକୁ ସକ୍ରିୟ ଭାବରେ ପାଳନ କରିବା ସହିତ ମିଲେଟ୍‍ ବ୍ୟବହାରର ପୁନଃମୂଲ୍ୟାୟନ ଦିଗରେ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନିଆଯାଇଛି। ଶ୍ରୀମନ୍ଦିର ଯାଇ ମହାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଦର୍ଶନ କରିଛନ୍ତି 5T ସଚିବ । ବେଢ଼ା ପରିକ୍ରମା ସହ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଦେବାଦେବୀଙ୍କୁ ଦର୍ଶନ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଏଥିସହ ସେବାୟତଙ୍କ ସହ ଶ୍ରୀମନ୍ଦିର ଉନ୍ନତିକରଣ ନେଇ ମଧ୍ୟ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିଥିବା ଜଣାପଡିଛି । କଂଗ୍ରେସ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ନିର୍ବାଚନକୁ ନେଇ ଗତ କିଛି ଦିନ ହେଲା ସ୍ଥିତି ରୋଚକ ହୋଇପଡ଼ିଥିବା ବେଳେ ଦଳର ନେତୃତ୍ବ ବରିଷ୍ଠ ନେତା ତଥା ରାଜସ୍ଥାନ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଆଶୋକ ଗେହଲଟଙ୍କ ହାତକୁ ଯିବା ଏକପ୍ରକାର ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି। ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ପଦ ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ପ୍ରତିଦ୍ବନ୍ଦ୍ବିତା କରିବାକୁ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଗେହଲଟ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ କରି ନଥିଲା ବେଳେ ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ଭାଗ ନେବାକୁ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ୨୬ ତାରିଖରେ ରାଜ୍ୟର ସବୁ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ପାଗ ଶୁଖିଲା ରହିବ । ତାପମାତ୍ରା ସ୍ବାଭାବିକ ଠାରୁ ୧ରୁ ୨ ଡିଗ୍ରୀ ଅଧିକ ରହିବା ସହ ଆର୍ଦ୍ରତା ୬୦ ରୁ ୭୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ରହିବ । ମାତ୍ର ୨୭ ତାରିଖରୁ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ପୁଣି ବର୍ଷାର ପ୍ରକୋପ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ହେବ। ୨୬ ତାରିଖରେ ବଙ୍ଗୋପସାଗରରେ ଏକ ଘୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିବଳୟ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି। ରୁଷ ଠାରୁ ଆଉ ଅଶୋଧିତ ତେଲ କିଣି ନପାରେ ଭାରତ। କାରଣ ତେଲ କିଣିବା ପାଇଁ ପରିବହନ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ଅଧିକ ହେଉଛି । ଏଥିପାଇଁ ସେପ୍ଟେମ୍ବର ମାସ ଶେଷ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଭାରତୀୟ ବିଶୋଧନ କମ୍ପାନଗୁଡ଼ିକ ରୁଷ ଠାରୁ ତେଲ କିଣିବା ବନ୍ଦ କରିବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି ।	545	Y

2100	24-09-2022	Odia	ଓଲଫ୍ ହଲର ଲେଖିକା ହିଲାରୀ ମଣ୍ଟେଲଙ୍କ ୭୦ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରେ ପରଲୋକ ହୋଇଛି । ହିଲାରୀ ମଣ୍ଟେଲଙ୍କୁ ଦୁଇ ଥର ବୁକର ପୁରସ୍କାର ମିଳିସାରିଛି ।ହିଲାରୀ ମଣ୍ଟେଲଙ୍କ ଜନ୍ମ ଇଂଲଣ୍ଡର ଡର୍ବିସରର ଗ୍ଲୋସସୋପ ୧୯୫୨ ଜୁଲାଇ ୬ ତାରଖରେ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ଥମସ କ୍ରୋମୱେଲ ଶୃଙ୍ଖଳାର ପ୍ରଥମ ପୁସ୍ତକ ଓଲଫ୍ ହଲ ପାଇଁ ଏବଂ ୨୦୧୨ରେ ବ୍ରିଙ୍ଗ ଅପ ଦ ବଡିଜ୍ ପାଇଁ ବୁକର ସମ୍ମାନରେ ସମ୍ମାନିତ କରାଯାଇଛି । ମ୍ବାଇ-ଅହମଦାବାଦ ବୁଲେଟ ଟ୍ରେନ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ଆଉ ଗୋଟିଏ ପାଦ ଆଗକୁ ବଢିଛି। ସମୁଦ୍ର ତଳେ ୭ କିଲୋମିଟର ସୁଡ଼ଙ୍ଗ ନିର୍ମାଣ ପାଇଁ ଟେଣ୍ଡର ଆମନ୍ତ୍ରଣ କରାଯାଇଛି। ହାଇସ୍ପିଡ ରେଲ କରିଡୋର ଲାଗି ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ୨୧ କିଲୋମିଟର ଦୀର୍ଘ ସୁଡ଼ଙ୍ଗ ନିର୍ମାଣ ହେବ। ଏଥିରେ ୭ କିଲୋମିଟର ସମୁଦ୍ର ତଳେ ନିର୍ମାଣ ହେବ। ଏହିପ୍ରକାର ଶୁଡ଼ଙ୍ଗ ଦେଶରେ ପ୍ରଥମ ଥର ନିର୍ମିତ ହେବ। ଉଦ୍ଧବ ଠାକରେ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀକୁ ବମ୍ୱେ ହାଇ କୋର୍ଟରୁ ବଡ଼ ଆଶ୍ୱସ୍ତି ମିଳିଛି । ଶିବାଜୀ ପାର୍କରେ ଦଶହରା ରାଲି ପାଇଁ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ ଅନୁମତି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ଏହା ସହ ସିନ୍ଦେ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ଏବେ ଅନ୍ୟ କୌଣସି ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଦଶହରା ରାଲି କରିବେ । ହାଇଦ୍ରାବାଦ ସ୍ଥିତ ଇଏସଆଇସି ହସ୍ପିଟାଲ ଏବଂ ମେଡିକାଲ କଲେଜର ଡିନ୍ ଡାକ୍ତର. ଏମ. ଶ୍ରୀନିବାସ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ଏମ୍ସର ନୂଆ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି । କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏନେଇ ଏକ ଆଦେଶ ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଛି । କାନାଡାରେ ଭାରତୀୟଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ଘୃଣା ଅପରାଧ ମାମଲା ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇବାରେ ଲାଗିଛି। ନିରକଟରେ ଜଣେ ଭାରତୀୟ ଛାତ୍ରଙ୍କୁ ଗୁଳି କରି ହତ୍ୟା କରାଯିବା ମାମଲା ସାମନାକୁ ଆସିଥିଲା । ଏହାରି ଭିତରେ ଭାରତ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ କାନାଡାରେ ରହୁଥିବା ଭାରତୀୟ ଛାତ୍ର ଏବଂ ଅନ୍ୟ ନାଗରିକଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଛି। ହକି ଇଣ୍ଡିଆର ସଭାପତି ହେଲେ ପଦ୍ମଶ୍ରୀ ଦିଲୀପ ତିର୍କୀ । ନିର୍ଦ୍ୱନ୍ଦ୍ୱରେ ଦିଲୀପ ତିର୍କୀ ଏହି ପଦ ପାଇଁ ନିର୍ବାଚିତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି । ଡଲାର ତୁଳନାରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ମୁଦ୍ରା ଆହୁରି ଦୁର୍ବଳ ହୋଇଛିି। ଗୋଟିଏ ଡଲାର ତୁଳନାରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ଟଙ୍କା ୮୧ ପାର କରି ଯାଇଛି । ଡଲାର୍ ତୁଳନାରେ ଏବେ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଏହା ଟଙ୍କାର ସର୍ବନିମ୍ନ ସ୍ତର । ୩୪ ଏକର ଜାଗା ଭିତରେ ସୀମିତ ରହିବ ବାଲିଯାତ୍ରା । ବାଲିଯାତ୍ରାକୁ ସଂପ୍ରସାରିତ କରିବାକୁ ହେଲେ ଅନୁମତି ଲୋଡା । ଏନେଇ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ଜାତୀୟ ଗ୍ରୀନ ଟ୍ରିବ୍ୟୁନାଲ । ଏହାସହ ହାଡିଆପଠା ସଂଲଗ୍ନ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ କୌଣସି ନିର୍ମାଣ କାମ ହୋଇପାରିବ ନାହିଁ । ମୋ ବସରେ ଯାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ମୋବାଇଲ, ପର୍ସ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ଚୋରି ହେଉଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗ ହେଉଥିଲା। ଏନେଇ ସହୀଦ ନଗର ପୋଲିସକୁ ବଡ଼ ସଫଳତା ମିଳିଛି। ଗ୍ୟାଙ୍ଗର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ସଞ୍ଜୟ ସିଂ, ଗଣେଶ ପ୍ରଧାନଙ୍କୁ ଏହି ଅଭିଯୋଗରେ ଗିରଫ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଜାତୀୟ ସ୍ତରରେ ଆୟୋଜିତ ସିଲଫିନା ମିଡିଆ ବହୁ ପ୍ରତୀକ୍ଷିତ ଗ୍ରାଣ୍ଡ ନ୍ୟାସନାଲ ଲେଭଲ୍ ଫ୍ୟାଶନ୍ ଶୋ ସିଲ୍ଫିନା ମିଷ୍ଟର, ମିସେସ ଆଣ୍ଡ ମିସ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ୨୦୨୨ ରେ ଟାଇଟଲ ହାସଲ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ଝିଅ କ୍ରୀଷ୍ଣା । ପୁନେର ଆମ୍ବିଏନ୍ସ ଏକ୍ସଲେନ୍ସି ହୋଟେଲରେ ହୋଇଥିଲା ଏହି ଶୋ । ଦଶହରାକୁ ନେଇ ଖୁବ ଉତ୍ସାହିତ ଅଛନ୍ତି ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାଳୁ। ତେବେ ଦଶହରା ପାଇଁ କମିସନରେଟ ପୁଲିସ ପକ୍ଷରୁ କଟକଣା ଲାଗୁ ହୋଇଛି । ବ୍ୟାଣ୍ଡ, ଡିଜେ ଓ ମ୍ୟୁଜିକ ପାର୍ଟି ପାଇଁ କଟକଣା ଲାଗୁ କରିଛି କମିସନରେଟ ପୁଲିସ। ଲାଉଡ ସ୍ପିକର ସାଉଣ୍ଡ ୬୫ ଡେସିବିଲ ରଖିବାକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ ଧବଳେଶ୍ୱର ପୀଠରେ ନଭେମ୍ବର ୬ ତାରିଖରେ ବଡ଼ଓଷା ପାଳିତ ହେବ । ଏହାପରେ ୭ ତାରିଖ ସକାଳେ ମିଳିବ ଗଜଭୋଗ । ନଭେମ୍ବର ୯ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିମା ଦିନ ଗ୍ରହଣ ଲାଗୁଥିବାରୁ ୮ରେ କାର୍ତ୍ତିକ ବ୍ରତ ସମାପନ କରାଯିବ ବୋଲି ମିଳିଛି ସୂଚନା। ବିଶ୍ୱର ତୃତୀୟ ଧନୀ ତଥା ଦେଶର ଧନୀ ନମ୍ବର ଏକ ଆଦାନୀ ଗ୍ରୁପ୍‌ର ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଗୌତମ ଆଦାନୀଙ୍କ ବଡ଼ ଭାଇ ବିନୋଦ ଶାନ୍ତିଲାଲ ଆଦାନୀ ସବୁଠାରୁ ଧନୀ ପ୍ରବାସୀ ଭାରତୀୟ (ଏନଆରଆଇ) ହୋଇପାରିଛନ୍ତି। ଯୁଦ୍ଧଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ସିରିଆରେ ମାନବୀୟ ସଂକଟ ବଢିବାରେ ଲାଗିଛି । ଗୁରୁବାର ରାତିରେ ସିରିଆ ଉପକୂଳରେ ଶରଣାର୍ଥୀ ଓ ପ୍ରବାସୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ନେଇ ଯାଉଥିବା ଏକ ଜାହାଜ ବୁଡ଼ିଯିବାରୁ ୭୧ ଜଣ ଲୋକ ପ୍ରାଣ ହରାଇଛନ୍ତି । ସିଗାରେଟ ପ୍ୟାକେଟ୍ ପରି ମଦ ବୋତଲରେ ବି ‘ଚେତାବନୀ ସୂଚକ ଲେଖା’ ରଖିବା ଅନୁରୋଧ କରି ହୋଇଥିବା ଏକ ଆବେଦନକୁ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବାକୁ ମନା କରିଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ । ୟୁକ୍ରେନ ସହ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ଶେଷ ହେବାର ନାଁ ଧରୁ ନାହିଁ । ଅନ୍ୟପଟେ ରୁଷ ବିଶ୍ୱର ଅନ୍ୟ ମହାଶକ୍ତିଙ୍କୁ ଗୋଟିଏ ପରେ ଗୋଟିଏ ଚେତାବନୀ ଜାରି କରୁଛି । ଭାରତର ଅବସ୍ଥାପତି ରୁଷ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରଦୂତ ଡେନିସ୍ ଆଲିପୋଭ୍ ଶୁକ୍ରବାର କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯଦି ଜି ୭ ଦେଶ ଦ୍ୱାରା ପ୍ରାଇସ କ୍ୟାପ (ତେଲ ମୂଲ୍ୟର ସୀମା) ଲାଗୁ କରାଯାଏ ତେବେ ସେ ବିଶ୍ୱ ବଜାରକୁ ତୈଳ ରପ୍ତାନୀ ବନ୍ଦ କରି ଦେବ । ଭାରତୀୟ ମହାକାଶ ଗବେଷଣା ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାନ (ଇସ୍ରୋ) ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସ୍ମାର୍ଟ କୃତ୍ରିମ ଗୋଡ଼ର ବିକାଶ କରାଯାଇଛି। ମହାକାଶ ଅଭିଯାନରେ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ମାଇକ୍ରୋ‌ପ୍ରସେସରକୁ ଏଥିରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରାଯାଇଛି। ଉକ୍ତ ସ୍ମାର୍ଟ କୃତ୍ରିମ ଗୋଡ଼ ଦ୍ବାରା ଗୋଡ଼ ନଥିବା ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିମାନେ ଅଧିକ ଆରାମରେ ଚାଲିପାରିବେ। ମିଆଁମାରରେ ପଣବନ୍ଦୀ ଥିବା ୩୦୦ ଭାରତୀୟଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ କେରଳର ପ୍ରାୟ ୩୦ ଜଣଙ୍କୁ ହତ୍ୟା ଭୟ ଘାରିଛି। ମ୍ୟାୱାଡିସ୍ଥିତ ଏକ କମ୍ପ୍ଲେକ୍ସରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସାଇବର ଅପରାଧୀ ଭାବେ ଖଟାଯାଉଛି। ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅକଥନୀୟ ନିର୍ଯାତନା ଦିଆଯାଉଛି। ଏପରିକି ଯଦି ସେମାନେ ସାଇବର ଅପରାଧୀଭାବେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବାକୁ ମନା କରୁଛନ୍ତି ତାହେଲେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ଆଘାତ ଦିଆଯାଉଛି। ଖାରକିଭ ଗଭର୍ଣ୍ଣର ଓଲେହ ସିନିହୁବଭ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ଚଳିତ ମାସରେ ୟୁକ୍ରେନ ଦଖଲ କରିଥିବା ଅଞ୍ଚଳରୁ ଅଧିକ ୩ଟି ଗଣ କବର ଠାବ ହୋଇଛି। ରୁଷ୍‌ ଅତି ଭୟଙ୍କର ନିର୍ଯାତନା ଦେଇ ନାଗରିକଙ୍କୁ ହତ୍ୟା କରିଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗ ‌ହୋଇଛି। କଂଗ୍ରେସ ନେତା ସଚିନ ପାଇଲଟ ରାଜସ୍ଥାନର ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ହୋଇପାରନ୍ତି। ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅଶୋକ ଗେହଲଟ ଯଦି କଂଗ୍ରେସ ସଭାପତି ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଜିତିବେ ତେବେ ସେ ଦଳର ଜଣେ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ଗୋଟିଏ ପଦବି ନିୟମ ଆଧାରରେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପଦ ଛାଡ଼ିବେ।	503	Y
