2002	10-11-2022	Odia	ଦେଶର ୫୦ ତମ ପ୍ରଧାନ ବିଚାରପତି ଭାବେ ଜଷ୍ଟିସ ଡି.ୱାଇ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରଚୂଡ଼ ଆଜି ଶପଥଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଦ୍ରୌପଦୀ ମୁର୍ମୁ ଜଷ୍ଟିସ ଡି.ୱାଇ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରଚୂଡ଼ଙ୍କୁ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟର ନୂଆ ପ୍ରଧାନ ବିଚାରପତି ଭାବେ ଶପଥପାଠ କରାଇଛନ୍ତି । ଜଷ୍ଟିସ ଡି.ୱାଇ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରଚୂଡ଼ଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ଯକାଳ ୨ ବର୍ଷ ରହିବ ବିଶ୍ବରେ ପ୍ରଥମ ଥର ପାଇଁ ଲ୍ୟାବ୍‌ରେ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ରକ୍ତ ମନୁଷ୍ୟଠାରେ ଲାଗିଛି। ବ୍ରିଟେନ୍‌ରେ ହୋଇଥିବା କ୍ଲିନିକାଲ୍‌ ଟ୍ରାଏଲରେ ଏହି ସଫଳତା ମିଳିଛି। କେମ୍ବ୍ରିଜ୍‌ ଏବଂ ବ୍ରିଷ୍ଟଲ ୟୁନିଭର୍ସିଟି ସମେତ ଅନେକ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାନର ବୈଜ୍ଞାନିକ ଏହି ପରୀକ୍ଷଣରେ ସାମିଲ ଥିଲେ। ଏହା ରକ୍ତ ସମସ୍ୟା ଏବଂ ବିରଳ ବ୍ଲଡ୍‌ ଗ୍ରୁପ୍‌ ଥିବା ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଚିକିତ୍ସାରେ ସହାୟକ ହେବ ବୋଲି ବିଶେଷଜ୍ଞମାନେ କହିଛନ୍ତି। ନେପାଳର ଦୋତି ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ଗତକାଲି ବିଳମ୍ବିତ ରାତିରେ ଭୁକମ୍ପ ଝଟକା ଅନୁଭୁତ ହୋଇଛି । ରେକ୍ଟର ସ୍କେଲରେ ଏହି ଭୂକମ୍ପର ତୀବ୍ରତା ୬.୩ ରହିଥିବା ବେଳେ ଏଥିଯୋଗୁ ଏଯାଏ ୬ ଜଣଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟିଛି। ନେପାଳ ସେନା ଭୂକମ୍ପ ପ୍ରଭାବିତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ପହଞ୍ଚି ଉଦ୍ଧାର କାର୍ଯ୍ଯ ଜାରି ରଖିଛନ୍ତି । ଜଳ ସମ୍ପଦ ବିଭାଗରେ ଯୋଗଦେଲେ ୨୫୭ ଜଣ କନିଷ୍ଠ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରୀ। ବୁଧବାର ସଂଧ୍ୟାରେ ଲୋକସେବା ଭବନର ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ କକ୍ଷରେ ଆୟୋଜିତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ଭର୍ଚୁଆଲ୍ ପ୍ଲାଟଫର୍ମରେ ଯୋଗଦେଇ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ନବ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ କନିଷ୍ଠ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ଅଭିନନ୍ଦନ ଜଣାଇବା ସହ ନୂତନ ଇଞ୍ଜିନିୟରମାନଙ୍କୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଚାକିରୀ ପ୍ରତି ଉତ୍ସାହର ସହ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବାକୁ କହିଥିଲେ । ଫସଲ ବୀମା ପ୍ରଦାନ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଟାଳଟୁଳ ନୀତି ଅବଲମ୍ବନ ନକରି ଯୁଦ୍ଧକାଳୀନ ଭିତ୍ତିରେ ଚାଷୀମାନଙ୍କୁ କ୍ଷତିପୂରଣ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବାକୁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଯୋଗାଣ ଓ ଖାଉଟି କଲ୍ୟାଣ, ସମବାୟ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅତନୁ ସବ୍ୟସାଚୀ ନାୟକ ଆଜି ନୂଆଦିଲ୍ଲୀଠାରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର କୃଷି ଓ କୃଷକ କଲ୍ୟାଣ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସିଂ ତୋମାରଙ୍କୁ ସାକ୍ଷାତ କରି ଦୃଢ଼ ଦାବି କରିଛନ୍ତି । ସିଡନି କ୍ରିକେଟ ଗ୍ରାଉଣ୍ଡଠାରେ ଚାଲିଥିବା ଟି-୨୦ ବିଶ୍ବକପ୍ ପ୍ରଥମ ସେମିଫାଇନାଲ ମ୍ୟାଚରେ ପାକିସ୍ତାନ ୭ ୱିିକେଟରେ ନ୍ୟୁଜିଲାଣ୍ଡକୁ ହରାଇ ଫାଇନାଲରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିଛି। ଏହି ମ୍ୟାଚରେ ନ୍ୟୁଜିଲାଣ୍ଡ ଟସ୍ ଜିତି ପ୍ରଥମେ ବ୍ୟାଟିଂ କରିବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଥିଲା । ରାଜସ୍ଥାନ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅଶୋକ ଗେହଲଟ୍ ବୁଧବାର କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ, ଆସନ୍ତା ଲୋକସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀଙ୍କୁ ଚ୍ୟାଲେଞ୍ଜ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ରାହୁଲ ଗାନ୍ଧୀଙ୍କ ପାଖରେ ସମସ୍ତ ଦକ୍ଷତା ରହିଛି। କିନ୍ତୁ ଏନେଇ ସମସ୍ତ ବିରୋଧୀ ଦଳ ଏକାଠି ହୋଇ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେବେ। ପତ୍ରା ଚଅଲ୍‌ ପୁନର୍ବିକାଶ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ସହିତ ସଂଶ୍ଳିଷ୍ଟ ଥିବା ‘ମନି ଲଣ୍ଡରିଙ୍ଗ୍‌’ ମାମଲାରେ ଆଜି ଶିବସେନା ସାଂସଦ ସଞ୍ଜୟ ରାଉତଙ୍କୁ ଜାମିନ ମଞ୍ଜୁର ହୋଇଛି। ରାଜ୍ୟର ସମସ୍ତ ସରକାରୀ ବିଶ୍ବବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର କୁଳାଧିପତି ପଦରୁ ରାଜ୍ୟପାଳ ଆରିଫ୍‌ ମହମ୍ମଦ୍‌ ଖାଁଙ୍କୁ ହଟାଇବା ଲାଗି ଅଧ୍ୟାଦେଶ ଆଗତ କରିବା ଲାଗି କେରଳ ସରକାର ସ୍ଥିର କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଆମେରିକୀୟ ପ୍ରଦେଶ ମେରିଲାଣ୍ଡ୍‌ର ଉପରାଜ୍ୟପାଳ ପ୍ରତିଦ୍ବନ୍ଦ୍ବିତାରେ ବିଜୟୀ ହୋଇ ମଙ୍ଗଳବାର ଦିନ ଅରୁଣା ମିଲର୍‌ ପ୍ରଥମ ଭାରତୀୟ-ଆମେରିକୀୟ ରାଜନେତ୍ରୀ ଭାବେ ଇତିହାସ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଷ୍ଟିସ କେଏମ ଯୋସେଫ ଏବଂ ହୃଷିକେଶ ରାୟଙ୍କ ଖଣ୍ଡପୀଠ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ଦୁର୍ନୀତିଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ଲୋକ ଦେଶକୁ ନଷ୍ଟ କରି ଚାଲିଛନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ସେମାନେ ଦୁର୍ନୀତି କରି ଖସି ଯାଉଛନ୍ତି। କିନ୍ତୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ କୌଣସି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ହେଉନାହିଁ। ଲୋକସଭା ବାଚସ୍ପତି ୫ଟି ସଂସଦୀୟ କମିଟିରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ୬ ଜଣ ସାଂସଦଙ୍କୁ ସଦସ୍ୟ ଭାବେ ମନୋନୀତ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ବିନୋଦ କୁମାର ସୋନାକାରଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ଗଠିତ ‘ଏଥିକ୍‌ସ କମିଟି’ରେ ବିଜେପି ସାଂସଦ ଅପରାଜିତା ଷଡ଼ଙ୍ଗୀ, ରାଜେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଅଗ୍ରୱାଲଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ଗଠିତ ‘କମିଟି ଅନ୍ ଗଭର୍ନମେଣ୍ଟ ଆସୁରାନ୍ସ’ରେ ବିଜେଡି ସାଂସଦ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରଶେଖର ସାହୁ, ଗିରୀଶ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ଗଠିତ ‘କମିଟି ଅନ୍ ପେପର୍ସ ଲେଡ୍ ଅନ ଦ ଟେବୁଲ’ରେ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ସାଂସଦ ସପ୍ତଗିରି ଉଲାକା ଅଛନ୍ତି ବି. ବଲ୍ଲଭାନେନିଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ଗଠିତ ‘କମିଟି ଅନ ସବ୍-ଅରଡିନେଟ ଲେଜିସଲେସନ’ରେ ବିଜେଡି ସାଂସଦ ପିନାକୀ ମିଶ୍ର ଓ ବିଜେପି ସାଂସଦ ସୁରେଶ କୁମାର ପୁଜାରୀ ଏବଂ ସି.ଆର୍‌ ପାଟିଲଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ଗଠିତ ‘ହାଉସ୍ କମିଟି’ରେ ବିଜେପି ସାଂସଦ ସଙ୍ଗୀତା କୁମାରୀ ସିଂହଦେଓଙ୍କୁ ସଦସ୍ୟା ଭାବେ ମନୋନୀତ କରାଯାଛି। ଭାରତରେ ୨ ଲକ୍ଷ ୪୯ ହଜାର ଶତାୟୁ ଭୋଟର ଏବଂ ୧ କୋଟି ୮୦ ଲକ୍ଷ ଅଶୀତିପର ଭୋଟର ଅଛନ୍ତି ବୋଲି ମୁଖ୍ୟ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଆୟୁକ୍ତ (ସିଇସି) ରାଜୀବ କୁମାର ବୁଧବାର କହିଛନ୍ତି। ବାବ୍ରି ମସଜିଦ ଧ୍ବଂସ ମାମଲାରେ ପୂର୍ବତନ ଉପ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଏଲ୍‌କେ ଆଡଭାନୀ, ବିଜେପି ନେତା ମୁରଲି ମ‌ନୋହର ଯୋଶୀ, ଉମା ଭାରତୀ ଏବଂ ଅନ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କୁ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ନୌର ଏକ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ସିବିଆଇ କୋର୍ଟ ଦୋଷମୁକ୍ତ କରିଥିଲେ।ତେବେ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ସିବିଆଇ କୋର୍ଟଙ୍କ ରାୟକୁ ଚ୍ୟାଲେଂଜ କରି ଆହ୍ଲାବାଦ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟରେ ଏକ ଆବେଦନ ହୋଇଥିଲା। କୋର୍ଟ ଏହି ଆବେଦନକୁ ଖାରଜ କରିଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ପୁଣି ରାଜନୈତିକ ସମୀକରଣର ଆଭାସ । ଖୁବଶୀଘ୍ର ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରବାସୀ ଦେଖିବେ ଠାକରେ-ଆମ୍ବେଦକର ସଂଯୋଗ । ଉଦ୍ଧବ ଠାକରେଙ୍କ ଶିବସେନା ଓ ପ୍ରକାଶ ଆମ୍ବେଦକରଙ୍କ ଭଞ୍ଚିତ ବହୁଜନ ଅଘାଡ଼ି ପାର୍ଟି ମଧ୍ୟରେ ମେଣ୍ଟ ହୋଇପାରେ । ୨୦ ନଭେମ୍ବରରେ ମୁମ୍ବାଇରେ ଆୟୋଜିତ ହେବାକୁ ଥିବା ଏକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ଏକାଠି ହୋଇପାରନ୍ତି । ବୁଧବାର ୟୁକ୍ରେନର ସବୁଠୁ ବଡ଼ ସହର ଖେରସନରୁ ନିଜ ସେନାଙ୍କୁ ହଟିବା ପାଇଁ ରୁଷ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛି । ରୁଷର ରକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିଜେ ଏହି ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି । ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ରୁଷ ସୈନିକଙ୍କୁ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ୟୁକ୍ରେନର ଖେରସନ ସହରରୁ ପଛକୁ ହଟିବା ପାଇଁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ବିଶ୍ୱର ଅନ୍ୟତମ ବିରଳ ୧୮ କ୍ୟାରେଟ ବିରଳ ହୀରା ଜେନେଭାରେ ଏକ ନିଲାମୀରେ ବିକ୍ରି ହୋଇଛି । ଏହି ବିରଳ ହୀରାକୁ ଫରଚ୍ୟୁନ୍ ହୀରା ବୋଲି ମଧ୍ୟ କୁହାଯାଏ । ଏହି ମୁକ୍ତା ଆକୃତିର ଫେନ୍ସି ଭିଭିଙ୍କ ଗୋଲାପୀ ରତ୍ନଙ୍କୁ ଏସିଆର ଜଣେ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି କିଣିଛନ୍ତି । ନିଲାମୀରେ ହୀରାର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ୧୭ ମିଲିୟନ ସ୍ୱିସ୍ ଫ୍ରାଙ୍କ୍ ଥିଲା । କିନ୍ତୁ ପରେ ଏହି ରତ୍ନର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ୨୮,୫୭୦,୧୫୦ ମିଲିୟନ ଡଲାରରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଥିଲା। ଦେଶକୁ ମିଳିବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି ଶେଷ ରାଫେଲ ବିମାନ । ଆହୁରି ଶକ୍ତିଶାଳୀ ହେବ ଭାରତୀୟ ବାୟୁସେନା । ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ବିମାନ ଭାରତ ଆସିବା ନେଇ ତାରିଖ ଧାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ହୋଇଛି । ଆସନ୍ତା ଡିସେମ୍ବର ମାସରେ ଫାଇଟର୍ ଜେଟ୍ ଭାରତରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିବ । ପୂର୍ବରୁ ୩୫ଟି ବିମାନ ଆସିସାରିଥିବା ବେଳେ ଏବେ ଶେଷ ବିମାନ ଆସିବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି ।	527	Y

2010	06-11-2022	Odia	ସ୍ବାଧୀନ ଭାରତର ପ୍ରଥମ ମତଦାତାଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଛି । ୧୦୬ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରେ ପ୍ରାଣତ୍ୟାଗ କରିଛନ୍ତି ହିମାଚଳ ପ୍ରଦେଶ କିନୌରର ଶ୍ୟାମ ଶରଣ ନେଗୀ । ନଭେମ୍ବର ୨ ତାରିଖରେ ନେଗୀ ବିଧାନସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପାଇଁ ପୋଷ୍ଟାଲ ବାଲଟରେ ଭୋଟ ଦେଇଥିଲେ । ଗୁଜରାଟ ବିଧାନସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନକୁ ଆଉ ଦିନ କେଇଟା ବାକି ଅଛି । ବିଜେପିକୁ ଲାଗିଛି ଶକ୍ତ ଧକ୍କା । ବରିଷ୍ଠ ନେତା ଜୟ ନାରାୟଣ ବ୍ୟାସ , ୪ଥରର ବିଧାୟକ ଜୟ ନାରାୟଣ ବିଜେପିରୁ ଇସ୍ତଫା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। କାଲିଫର୍ନିଆ ସ୍ଥିତ ଆପଲ୍ କମ୍ପାନୀକୁ ୨୦ ମିଲିୟନ୍ ଡଲାରରୁ ଅଧିକ (ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୪୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା) ଠକେଇ କରି ଦୋଷୀ ସାବ୍ୟସ୍ତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ଅଭିଯୋଗ ଆସିଛି ଧୀରନ୍ଦ୍ର ପ୍ରସାଦଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ। ଧିରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ପ୍ରସାଦ ଆପଲ ସହିତ ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୦ ବର୍ଷ କାମ କରିଥିଲେ। ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ତାଙ୍କ କମ୍ପାନୀକୁ ଠକିବା ପାଇଁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ୨୦ ବର୍ଷ ଜେଲ ଦଣ୍ଡ ଭୋଗିବାକୁ ପଡିପାରେ। ୨୩ ଟନ ଓଜନ ଚୀନ୍‌ ରକେଟର ଧ୍ୱଂସାବଶେଷ ପ୍ରଶାନ୍ତ ମହାସାଗରରେ ପଡିଛି। ୟୁନାଇଟେଡ ଷ୍ଟେଟ୍‌ ସ୍ପେସ୍ କମାଣ୍ଡ ଶନିବାର ଏହି ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଚୀନ୍‌ ରକେଟ୍‌ ଅନ୍ତରୀକ୍ଷରୁ ଖସୁଥିବାର ସୂଚନା ପରେ ଅନେକ ଦେଶ ହାଇଆଲର୍ଟରେ ଥିଲେ। ୟୁକ୍ରେନ ଉପରେ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରିବାକୁ ରୁଷକୁ ଡ୍ରୋନ ଓ କ୍ଷେପଣାସ୍ତ୍ର ଯୋଗାଇବାକୁ ନେଇ ଇରାନକୁ ସାରା ବିଶ୍ବରେ ସମାଲୋଚନା କରାଯାଉଥିବାବେଳେ ମୁହଁ ଖୋଲିଛି ଇରାନ । ରୁଷକୁ ଡ୍ରୋନ ଯୋଗାଇଦିଆଯାଉଥିବା କଥା ଇରାନ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସ୍ବୀକାର କରାଯାଇଛି ଅର୍ଜୁନ ପୁରସ୍କାର ପାଇଁ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ଆନ୍ତର୍ଜାତିକ ମହିଳା ହକି ତାରକା ଦୀପଗ୍ରେସ ଏକ୍କାଙ୍କ ନାମ ସୁପାରିଶ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଜାତୀୟ କ୍ରୀଡା ପୁରସ୍କାର ଚୟନ କମିଟି ଜାତୀୟ ମହିଳା ହକି ଦଳର ଅଭିଜ୍ଞ ଡିଫେଣ୍ଡର ଦୀପଗ୍ରେସ ଏକ୍କାଙ୍କ ନାମ ଅର୍ଜୁନ ପୁରସ୍କାର ପାଇଁ ସୁପାରିଶ କରିଛି । ଶ୍ରୀଲଙ୍କାକୁ ହରାଇ ଦ୍ବିତୀୟ ଦଳ ଭାବେ ଟି-୨୦ ବିଶ୍ୱକପର ସେମିଫାଇନାଲ ପାଇଁ ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା ଅର୍ଜନ କରିଛି ଇଂଲଣ୍ଡ । ପୂର୍ବରୁ ନ୍ୟୁଜିଲାଣ୍ଡ ପ୍ରଥମ ଦଳ ଭାବେ ସେମିରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିସାରିଥିଲା । ନ୍ୟୁଜିଲାଣ୍ଡ ପରେ ଗ୍ରୁପ-୧ରୁ ଦ୍ବିତୀୟ ଦଳ ଭାବେ ଇଂଲଣ୍ଡ ସେମିଫାଇନାଲରେ ପହଞ୍ଚଛି । ଧାମନଗର ଉପନିର୍ବାଚନର ରାୟ । ସକାଳ ୮ଟାରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ ଗଣତି । ଭୋଟ ଗଣତି ପାଇଁ ୧୪ଟି ଟେବୁଲର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କରାଯାଇଛି । ୨୫୨ଟି ବୁଥ ଥିବାରୁ ୧୮ ରାଉଣ୍ଡ ଭୋଟ ଗଣତି ହେବ । ପ୍ରଥମେ ସକାଳ ୮ଟାରୁ ସାଢ଼େ ୮ଟା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପୋଷ୍ଟାଲ ବାଲଟ ଗଣତି ହେବ । ପରେ ଇଭିଏମ ଗଣତି ଆରମ୍ଭ କରାଯିବ । ଟାଙ୍ଗୀ ମା’ ଉଗ୍ରତାରାଙ୍କ ପୀଠର ଉନ୍ନତି କରଣ ପାଇଁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ୧ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ବ୍ୟୟ ବରାଦ । ଭୋଗ ମଣ୍ଡପ ନିର୍ମାଣ ସହ ଭକ୍ତଙ୍କ ଆଶ୍ରୟ ସ୍ଥଳ ନିର୍ମାଣ ହେବ । ୧ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ବ୍ୟୟରେ ପୂର୍ତ୍ତ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଠିକା ଦାର ନିଯୁକ୍ତ ପରେ ଆଜି ମା ଉଗ୍ରତାରାଙ୍କ ପୀଠରେ ଭିତ୍ତି ପ୍ରସ୍ଥର ସ୍ଥାପନ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ଖୋର୍ଦ୍ଧା ବିଧାୟକ ଜିତୁ ମିତ୍ର, ବ୍ଲକ ଅଧ୍ଯକ୍ଷା ରୀସ୍ନା ମାନଧାତା । ଜଳେଶ୍ବର ଓଡିଶାରୁ ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗକୁ ଗୋରୁ ଚୋରା ଚାଲାଣ ବେଳେ ଜଳେଶ୍ୱର ପୋଲିସ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଆଠଟି ଗୋରୁ ବୋଝେଇ କଣ୍ଟେନର ଜବତ ସହ ସାତ ସହରୁ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ବ ଗୋରୁ ଉଧର । ଘଟଣା ସ୍ଥଳରୁ ଚାରି ଡ୍ରାଇଭର ଗିରଫ ଓ ଚାରି ଡ୍ରାଇଭର ଏବଂ ହେଲ୍ପର ଫେରାର।ପୋଲିସର ତଦନ୍ତ ଜାରୀ। ଭାରତୀୟ ସେନାବାହିନୀର ଭବିଷ୍ୟତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟଖସଡ଼ା, ସାଂପ୍ରତିକ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ସମସ୍ୟା ଓ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପ୍ରଶାସନିକ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାର ବିକାଶ ଆଦି ବିଷୟବସ୍ତୁକୁ ନେଇ ଆସନ୍ତା ୭ ତାରିଖ ସୋମବାରଠାରୁ ନୂଆଦିଲ୍ଲୀରେ ସେନା କମାଣ୍ଡର ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ ଆୟୋଜିତ ହେବ । ଗୀତିକାର ତଥା ବରିଷ୍ଠ ଆଇନଜୀବୀ ନିମାଇଁ ମହାନ୍ତି ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ଅପରାହ୍ନ ୨ଟା ୨୨ ସମୟରେ ତାଙ୍କର ବାରିପଦାର ପୁରୁଣାହାଟସାହିସ୍ଥିତ ବାସଭବନରେ ଇହଧାମ ତ୍ୟାଗ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ତାଙ୍କୁ ୬୯ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସ ହୋଇଥିଲା। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଶିକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ଅଧିନସ୍ଥ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଶିକ୍ଷା ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ପର୍ଫମାନ୍ସ ଗ୍ରେଡିଂ ଇନଡେକ୍ସ(ପିଜିଆଇ) ୨୦୨୦-୨୧ ରିପୋର୍ଟରେ ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ୧୦ ରାଜ୍ୟ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ରହିଛି ଓଡ଼ିଶା। ଗୁଣାତ୍ମକ ଶିକ୍ଷା, ସୁଦୃଢ ଭିତ୍ତିଭୂମି, ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ପ୍ରବେଶ ସୁବିଧା, ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ମୂଲ୍ୟାୟନ ଓ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ପରିଚାଳନା ଭଳି ୫ଟି ବିଷୟକୁ ଆଧାର କରି କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଭାରତୀୟ ଅର୍ଥ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାକୁ ଦୀର୍ଘ ସମୟ ପରେ ଫୋରେକ୍ସ ରିଜର୍ଭ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଆଶ୍ୱସ୍ତି ମିଳିଛି। ଲଗାତାର ହ୍ରାସର ଚାପରେ ଥିବା ବୈଦେଶିକ ମୁଦ୍ରାଭଣ୍ଡାରକୁ ୨୮ ଅକ୍ଟୋବରରେ ଶେଷ ହୋଇଥିବା ସପ୍ତାହରେ ଅଭିବୃଦ୍ଧି ମିଳିଥିବା ଜଣାପଡିଛି। ଆଇସିସି ଟି-ଟ୍ୱେଣ୍ଟି ବିଶ୍ୱକପ୍‌‌ର ସୁପର-୧୨ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟର ଶନିବାର ସିଡ୍‌‌ନୀ ଠାରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ଗ୍ରୁପ୍‌‌-୧ର ମ୍ୟାଚ୍‌‌ରେ ଇଂଲଣ୍ଡ ଶ୍ରୀଲଙ୍କାକୁ ୪ ୱିକେଟ୍‌‌ରେ ପରାସ୍ତ କରିଛି । ରାଜ୍ୟର ୫ ହଜାର ଗାଁରେ ଖୋଲିବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି ବିହନ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ । ଏଥିପାଇଁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ୧୦ ବର୍ଷରେ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ କରିବେ ୧୫୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା । ଏଣିକି ପାରମ୍ପରିକ ପଦ୍ଧତିକୁ ଛାଡ଼ି ଉନ୍ନତ କିସମର ବିହନ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରାଯିବ । ୨୦୩୦ ମସିହା ସୁଦ୍ଧା କୃଷି କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ବ୍ୟାପକ ସଂସ୍କାର ଆଣିବାକୁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ରଖିଛନ୍ତି । ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ଅନୁସନ୍ଧାନ ଏବଂ ବିକାଶ ସଂଗଠନ (DRDO)ରେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପାଇଁ ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତି ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି। ଅଫିସିଆଲ୍ ୱେବସାଇଟ୍ drdo.gov.in ରେ ଅନଲାଇନରେ ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଛି , ଯେଉଁଥି ପାଇଁ ୭ ନଭେମ୍ବର ୨୦୨୨ ରେ ଲିଙ୍କ୍ ଉପଲବ୍ଧ ହେବ। ଏହା ସହିତ ଆବେଦନ କରିବାର ଶେଷ ତାରିଖ ହେଉଛି ୭ ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୨୦୨୨ ଧାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରା ଯାଇଛି। ପଦ୍ମପୁର ଉପ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପାଇଁ ବାଜି ସାରିଛି ବିଗୁଲ । ଆସନ୍ତା ଡ଼ିସେମ୍ବର ପାଞ୍ଚ ତାରିଖ ଭୋଟିଂ ହେବାକୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ନିର୍ବାଚନ କମିଶନ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛି । ଏଥିପାଇଁ ନଭେମ୍ବର ୧୦ ତାରିଖ ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତି ପ୍ରକାଶ ହେବାକୁ ଥିବା ବେଳେ ୧୭ ତାରିଖ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥପତ୍ର ଦାଖଲର ଶେଷ ତାରିଖ ରଖାଯାଇଛି। ସେହିପରି ୧୮ରେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀପତ୍ର ଯାଞ୍ଚ ଏବଂ ୨୧ ତାରିଖ ପ୍ରଥିପତ୍ର ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାରର ଶେଷ ତାରିଖ ରଖାଯାଇଛି। ପ୍ୟାରିସରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଇଭେଣ୍ଟରେ ଏମାନଙ୍କ ହାତ ତିଆରି ସାମଗ୍ରୀକୁ ମିଳିଛି ପ୍ରଶଂସା । ମାଣ୍ଡିଆରୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ଏମାନଙ୍କ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ସାମଗ୍ରୀକୁ ମିଳିଛି ବାହାବା । ଗଞ୍ଜାନ ବ୍ଲକ ପ୍ରଶାସନ, ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପ୍ରଶାସନ ଓ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ସହଯୋଗରେ ପ୍ୟାରିସରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ଫୁଡ ମେଳାରେ ମିଳିଛି ସ୍ଥାନ । ଖେରେ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଖୁବ୍ ଶୀଘ୍ର ସିନ୍ଦେ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ (୧୬ ବିଧାୟକ)ଙ୍କ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟଙ୍କ ରାୟ ଆସିବ। ଏଥିରେ ଯଦି କୋର୍ଟ ଏହି ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀକୁ ଅଶିଦ୍ଧ ଘୋଷଣା କରନ୍ତି ତେବେବି ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ବିଜେପି ସରକାରର ଆଉ ପତନ ହେବନି ବୋଲି ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି। କାରଣ ବିଜେପି ତାର ପ୍ଲାନ-ବିରେ ଏବେ କାମ କରୁଛି।	492	Y
